2012-05-17T14:58:00.000-07:00

Happy Birthday Kazzy and Ryan (MrChicken)!!!!

Thank you for sticking with Midnight we all love you!

I haven't updated with info on the guild in a while, but he it is!

Midnight is only a little away from clan lvl 4!

However Midnight is also completely full even for clan lvl 4. So if you didn't apply ahead of time you're out of luck! I'm only accepting those that contacted me or applied via forums before clan lvl 4.

Once the clan islands are out I plan to be the first to grab it and first to use a world horn to announce how awesome Midnight is!

I hope everyone likes the clan so far!

I'll be sure to have more updates soon!

Please send us a PM/Whisper to Aria or Aeon after a short while in the game so that we may add you.

More information will be given out as to our location when you want to meet up with us.

We have a grand total of 55 members. This means some of you may have to wait a while to join. Don't let that bring you down though. I know we can get to Lvl 2 in a few hours. Then lvl 3 will take a few more. Everyone should be added within today guaranteed.

I thank you for your patience.

Please also remember that I have updated the member's page. Please go to it and check to make sure I have all your info correct. Send me a message if I got anything incorrect please/

Please Welcome Aerandria, Xuse, AbeArith, Shiros and Mien!

We now have 44 Members and still growing strong!

With only 1 day left till Open Beta I hope that everyone is ready! I hope everyone joins now while they can for once OBT starts, everyone else will no longer get any Pre-Joiner badges!

I still have a lot of badges to make but for now, I'll keep it to what it is because I'm no longer going to have as much time to work on things.

Aeon and I will be power-leveling to lvl 45 and farming for craft items for the whole guild. Those dedicated enough are free to join us in this mad dash for lvl 45.

Otherwise, kick back and enjoy Midnight do its magic.

The ask this because I am likely to add updates frequently in these places.

2012-05-08T07:54:00.001-07:00

Please welcome: Esterio, zEr04, xCicak!

We are essentially full for Clan lvl 1. We will need everyone to ban together on the very first day and gain the guild plenty of experience so that we can add everyone at once.

If all 30 members do one Clan Quest scroll which is worth 10 Guild EXP, we will get 300 automatically. Then if everyone does one more? 2x 600, 3x 900, 4x 1200, 5x 1500, 6x 1800, 7x 2100 <- Clan Level Up!

This means it will not take very long at all for everyone to help us get to level 2! Don't forget that these give you quite a bit of experience so its very useful for the guild and yourself.

Thank you everyone for your efforts ^^

On further news, emblem #2 seems to have won out. However, when I get the chance I will be sure to update, change and mess with these two emblems to make them better before OBT.

Thank you everyone for joining Midnight!

[Update]

2012-04-24T20:39:00.001-07:00

Well~ No new members this time.. a sad few days...

Not only has Spirit Tales Open Beta been pushed to May 10th... Neysha has left us for a while. Hopefully she will come back. We will always have a spot for her and we already miss her deeply.

Raid Call has gotten much more popular with 19/23 members already in it.

Today as you may know, was Aria's birthday. And~ some of our awesome members sang a very wonderfully UN-synchronized Happy Birthday. Fully recorded of course and given badges for it for being so brave to sing.

We now have a member, Hideyoshi who has picked up writing scripts for members to act out in the raid call. Please refer to the forums if you'd like a role!

What to except over these weeks:

New Forum Events!

A Theme Song Perhaps?

And Many More Things To Come!

[Update]

2012-04-22T19:09:00.001-07:00

Please welcome Sushi and Noodle! No its not for dinner time! They are our newest recruits!

With them our numbers are now 23/30!

That means we only have 7 slots left for OBT till we can level the guild. Though with this many members, I doubt we have anything to worry about.

Now then, I, Aria... have finally settled on a style for the Member's Page!

Please double check to make sure everything is accurate however like your gender/class.

If you end up having a different name or class for OBT please do tell me and I will update it accordingly!

Thanks for you time everyone and your patience! I will now get back to those signatures and badges!

[Update]

2012-04-14T21:12:00.003-07:00

Recruiting people hasn't been as easy as the first day. However on the brighter side almost every current member that has joined Midnight has already started getting to know each other.

They are all helping each other out and are so friendly; we are proud to have them as our members.

This is truly a great start for the ideals that we have set for Midnight.

I'm sure everything else will fall into place once it gets closer to Open Beta and if not? We can always try recruiting people in game, though that is the very last resort since we all want to get to know everyone first.

[Update! Midnight Unleashed!]

2012-04-11T19:48:00.000-07:00

I have posted a recruitment page on Spirit Tale's Official Forum.

That means... we are now officially online!

Welcome Everyone To Midnight!

Once you are approved in the forum, please set up a forum account. Though you can also choose to make one later and just talk in the chat box on this page instead.

For now, thank you for your support and feel free to look around the site and familiarize yourself with some of the guild's content.

Remember that the website and forum are not 100% complete and are likely to be fixed and changed sometime soon.

Have Fun!

[Update]

2012-04-10T17:00:00.002-07:00

Hurray! I finally got this site to be approved for AdSense! If you clicked on any ads you were interested in, we appreciate it! Hopefully I'm getting the right ads for everyone! Its a little difficult trying to get the ads to be very specific. If you see a type of ad that doesn't even remotely interest you please send a message through the forum! Hopefully I can get them removed.

I'm going to try making a bunch of better looking banners for all the pages. The images just seem to add a lot more to the site rather than small pixels. Small pixels will be added more of course. I don't know but the pixels just aren't looking that great at the moment. I need to work on my animation!

Haha I'm so paranoid this site won't look good enough!

Which reminds me. I need to work on some more guild signatures. I wonder what sizes I should make them all. Hmm... Something not too big and not too small... I wonder if I should make them look a little similar to the previous banners I've made so far.

Hmm... so much to think about. So much to do. So very little time!

OH! I just noticed that the winners for Old Timer and the Twilight Arena have been posted! Aeon and I have both gotten the Old Timer one for sure lol. Now we can only hope to win the Facebook Event lol.

I wonder if any of our future guild mates won?

[Update]

2012-04-10T11:02:00.000-07:00

(Oh look! An update banner!)

Looks like we can't get adsense since we don't have enough content haha. I thought I did have enough. How odd.

I'll be posting more random updates and such that it will drown out our Welcome post. Its ok though. I figure I can make a new welcome post when I post an official recruitment post on the Spirit Tales forum page.

Remember that the ads are necessary as it will help us with our funding. So hopefully you won't mind them being on the site. I have put them in places I hope won't interfere with everyone's viewing.

I have added a few pages to the forum and will slowly fix them up to look nicer in a bit over the week.

I need to put up a lot more content if I want this guild to be successful. And both Aeon and I are taking this guild very seriously now so that we can calm down later and just have fun. I don't really want to deal with doing all this at the last minute haha.

Now I'm trying to make truly animated graphics that will make the webpage look much more awesome.

Aeon mentioned that for now the guild page will look a little bit plain until we actually kick start the site. Then we will probably have actual contests and such for awesome banners.

For now, we think how the pages look is sufficient enough for the Midnight theme

Still a lot of work to do. Going to resubmit for an adsense account.

Lots to do...

[What We Noticed]

2012-04-10T09:58:00.003-07:00

To be completely honest. I think guides for skill builds seem a little bit off for this game.

Aeon and I have found that using the builds that others have used did nothing to help us and were frankly, nonsense to use!

Here's what we actually did.

We went to the Glory Destiny Wiki, looked up all the 2nd jobs. We then looked at all the skills of the preferred job we wanted and went from there. Why get a skill that can't even get powered up for 2nd job? Why get a skill that won't help you in 2nd job? Some of those skills basically tells you what kind of tree you should make.

For example: The Ninja VS Stalker.

Not only are all the skills there obvious enough to use thanks to the 2nd job tree, but here is the main thing. Each one gives you a more ADV mastery of a certain weapon. You obviously know what weapon type to go for and which skill to add points to for your weapon mastery.

Then there are their heals where if they dodge or if they do a critical, they heal themselves. Shouldn't that mean... that a Ninja is more LCK and STR while the Stalker is more AGI and STR?

Everything else is totally optional but these are the most important aspects of your build! I have seen really off characters in Closed Beta and I cringe when I see how random they put their skill points into.

Aeon and I were thinking perhaps we should make better guides that make more sense than a lot of other guides we're seen out there. Don't know if we'd have the time though.

I have to say though, honestly... please don't follow ANY guide fully. This is YOUR character! You should make your character well suited to yourself while not getting misguided. Use the 2nd job of your class as an outline for what you should probably go for. It really makes a difference!

As for the 2nd job items, Aeon and I have screen capped the 2 areas where you can get these items and from which monster. Hopefully for Open Beta we can confirm that all the monsters will still have these items and such. Then we will most likely make a mini-guide to that to make it easier to find the correct item that you are looking for.

Sorry for the rant but I feel everyone should know. Guides for builds are never fully accurate. Especially for a game like Spirit Tales.
