<p><a href="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/china_fe_550x400_.jpg"></a>È grande, giovanissimo ma con grande cultura, corre e sta superando tutti. Ormai lo vediamo ovunque, che impara, compra, vende e cresce&#8230; è difficile da avvicinare e scoprire, perché resta timido, ma conoscerlo da vicino è senza dubbio un&#8217;esperienza interessante.</p>
<p><strong>Il Gigante Asiatico affascina molti</strong>, ma avvicinarlo non è per tutti: ecco perché esistono tante teorie su come avvicinarlo e scoprirlo. Vediamo chi è e come vorremmo o potremmo approcciarlo (e vestirlo):</p>
<p>La <a href="http://www.ilgiornaledellusso.it/2011/07/05/cina-il-primo-mercato-del-lusso/" target="_blank">Cina</a>, seconda potenza mondiale dopo gli USA, copre il 19,8% delle popolazione mondiale e se prima si limitava a vendere prodotti in Occidente ora vuole anche comprarli, tanto che qualcuno spende l’11% del proprio reddito in vestiario: non cerca più solo “<i>ostentazione del brand internazionale</i>” nel mondo del fashion ma anche <strong>qualità, ricercatezza e stile</strong>. Comunica tantissimo sui suoi Social Network per <a href="http://www.ilgiornaledellusso.it/2011/06/16/social-media-e-cina-un-fenomeno-dirompente/" target="_blank">condividere</a>, postare immagini, foto, video o eventi e ama il linguaggio pubblicitario urlato e i colori forti.</p>
<p>Nella cultura cinese ha grande importanza il testo scritto e, per estensione, lo <a href="http://blog.tagliaerbe.com/2010/08/storytelling.html" target="_blank">storytelling</a>. Mentre la creatività pubblicitaria dei <i>luxury brand</i> occidentali punta sul visual e su concetti astratti, spesso è simbolica o essenziale, per il Gigante Cinese le parole sono importanti  perché si collegano naturalmente a linguaggi annessi, consentendo una forte visualizzazione e associazioni di immagini. Se per certi aspetti i cinesi hanno punti di contatto con la nostra cultura, per altri se ne distanziano fortemente: <strong>il messaggio è simile ma spesso veicolato in maniera differente</strong>.</p>
<p>È dunque necessario cogliere appieno il loro gusto, la lingua e il significato che danno a ciò che scrivono prima di poter pensare di comunicare in maniera efficace: avere contatti diretti con i network cinesi e giocare il ruolo di intermediario tra il brand e il Paese è essenziale per <strong>tradurne i contenuti e  adattarli al nuovo contesto</strong>. La <i>reinterpretazione coerente</i> è la grande sfida che bisogna superare: vincere il gap e annullare le distanze tramite la comunicazione.</p>
<p>&#8220;<i>Comunicare l&#8217;un l&#8217;altro, scambiarsi informazioni è natura; tenere conto delle informazioni che ci vengono date è cultura</i>&#8221; disse una volta <a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johann_Wolfgang_von_Goethe" target="_blank"><i>qualcuno</i></a> e noi vogliamo essere colti.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A Palazzo Mezzanotte &#8211; sì, la sede della Borsa, e sì, quello col <a href="http://www.google.it/search?q=dito+cattelan" target="_blank">dito di Cattelan</a> davanti &#8211; si è svolto martedì 22 novembre 2011 <a href="http://www.fullsix.it/2011/fullsix-alza-il-sipario-del-%E2%80%9Cfacebook-platform-marketing-bootcamp%E2%80%9D/" target="_blank">un doppio evento</a>: <strong>Facebook Developer Garage</strong> e <strong>Platform Marketing Bootcamp</strong>. Uno dedicato allo sviluppo, uno al marketing, per presentare a declinare <a href="http://trytotakeover.wordpress.com/2011/10/04/whats-so-scary-about-facebook/" target="_blank">molte novità</a> presentate allo scorso F8.</p>

<p>Oltre ad alcune case history presentate (ma ancora da lanciare, non roviniamo la sorpresa!) si è spinto molto sul concetto chiave di <strong>esperienza utente</strong>: la <strong>libertà</strong> dell&#8217;utente e la <strong>trasparenza</strong> dei processi devono diventare centrali per qualsiasi operazione, dai permessi richiesti dalle app al meccanismo di tag sulle foto, fino alla pubblicazione di status.</p>
<p>Questo si traduce per chi sviluppa e diffonde app su Facebook in un approccio attento ai nuovi tipi di applicazione basati sull&#8217;<a href="https://developers.facebook.com/docs/beta/" target="_blank">Open Graph</a>. L&#8217;utente dovrà mantenere la possibilità di <strong>decidere</strong> quali permessi dare alle app autorizzate e <strong>gestire</strong> in maniera manuale le operazioni classiche, come <strong>taggare</strong> le foto e <strong>aggiungere</strong> un messaggio personale a una notifica.</p>
<p>Altri punti interessanti erano relativi alle <strong>policy legate ai concorsi</strong>, che devono essere integrate alle leggi nazionali (ovviamente) &#8211; sapevate che non è più possibile sfruttare gli strumenti nativi di Facebook per i concorsi? Niente più tag sulle foto Ikea per vincere i comodini, insomma. Infine, nuove possibilità di <strong>targettizzazione dell&#8217;Adv in base a nuove API</strong>, che permetteranno di sfruttare i dati raccolti con le proprie app per raffinare il target delle proprie campagne.</p>
<p>Tra il pubblico, sgomento e confusione quando qualcuno ha proposto di utilizzare <strong>profili fake</strong>. Le direttive sull&#8217;utilizzo di Facebook in modalità business non sono ancora condivise da tutti. Ma se tante PMI, associazioni e organizzazioni vedono &#8211; ingenuamente o meno &#8211; nei profili personali un modo per raggiungere più facilmente il proprio target, cosa possiamo fare? <strong>Lo scopo di uno strumento viene definito anche dall&#8217;utilizzo imprevisto che le persone ne fanno</strong>, e anche in questo caso ignorare o censurare questo tipo di utilizzo non può essere una soluzione.</p>

<p>&nbsp;<br />
<strong>Banksy è l’artista che nessuno ha mai visto in faccia</strong>, quello che in poche ore installa, appiccica, “imbratta” i muri in segno di protesta, contro la guerra, contro la politica, contro tutto quello che non va. <strong>Lascia il segno indistinguibile.</strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>Negli anni ’90 i graffiti si trasformano</strong> e dallo spray si passa alle installazioni, agli sticker, agli stencil, ai poster, <strong>nasce un nuovo movimento: <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Street_art" target="_blank">la Street Art</a></strong>.<br />

<a href="http://www.facebook.com/pborrescio"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-1939" title="copyright Paola Borrescio" src="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/bansky-policemen.jpg" alt="" width="370" height="352" align="right" /></a>I nuovi writers invadono le strade e in pochisismo tempo <strong>la nuova arte si estende a tutto il mondo occidentale</strong>, dagli USA, alla Germania, dall’Inghilterra al Brasile, dall’Argentina all’Australia, e poi ancora in Italia, in Francia, in Bulgaria e in Norvegia, diventando<strong> il movimento di massa culturale più seguito e con più adepti dopo il <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punk" target="_blank">punk.</a></strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>Banksy</strong>, al secolo Robert or Robin Banks, nasce a Bristol, UK, nel 1974/75, <strong>si colloca tra i maggiori esponenti della Street Art.</strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Espulso da scuola e più volte in prigione per piccoli crimini, <strong>a 14 anni comincia a tagliare stensil </strong>perchè, come su sua propria ammissione, <strong>con lo spray era troppo lento</strong>. Con la nuova tecnica avrebbe <strong>dimezzato il tempo di realizzazione di ogni lavoro e con esso anche il rischio di essere sorpreso e catturato dalla polizia.</strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Diventa così in poco tempo ufficialmente parte della <strong><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bristol_underground_scene" target="_blank">Bristol Underground Scene</a> </strong>e i suoi grafiiti cominciano ad apparire anche a Londra dove diventa fin da subito un fenomeno da seguire.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Nel <strong>2001 </strong>pubblica <strong>il suo primo libro</strong>, una raccolta dei suoi lavori<strong> “Banksy, Pictures of Walls” </strong>e nel <strong>2003 </strong>gli viene commissionato un graffito per la <strong>cover del singolo “<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohyqek7fj6Y&amp;ob=av2e" target="_blank">Crazy Beat</a>”   dell’album <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Think_Tank_%2528album%2529" target="_blank">Think Tank </a>dei Blur sul muro di una proprietà privata. </strong>Il graffito viene rimosso per sbaglio qualche tempo dopo e <strong>il proprietario ha rivelato di essere scoppiato in lacrime alla scoperta della scomparsa del Banksy dal suo muro. </strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Nell’aprile del <strong>2007 </strong>gli addetti alle pulizie dei trasporti di Londra rimuovono <strong>il tributo di Bansky a Quentin Tarantino, un graffito che riproduceva ironicamente Samuel L. Jackson e John Travolta armati di banane anzichè di pistole. </strong></p>
<p><strong>I trasporti di Londra</strong> hanno dichiarato a tal proprosito che <strong>“il graffito creava un’atmosfera di negligenza e decadimento sociale che incoraggiava il crimine. Gli addetti alle pulizie, inoltre, non sono critici d’arte&#8221;.</strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
<a href="http://www.facebook.com/pborrescio"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1941" title="Copyright Paola Borrescio" src="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/hoody-man-with-dog.jpg" alt="" width="207" height="215" align="right" /></a>A Londra si spendono almeno <strong>23 milioni di sterline l’anno per rimuovere i graffiti dai muri</strong>: il Governo sta prendendo provvedimenti per cercare di arginare questo crimine e diminuire i costi necessari per ripulire. Caso esemplare in tal senso è quello di un giovane 18enne arrestato a Marzo del 2011 e condannato dal Chichester District e la polizia del Sussex,  a spendere due giorni a settimana nella rimozione dei graffiti.<br />
&nbsp;<br />

&nbsp;<br />
Banksy non si ferma in UK e nel <strong>2005 è in territorio palestinese dove lascia nove immagini sul muro di Israele. </strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Diventa velocemente un fenomeno internazionale e dal 2006 sono molte le star del panorama musicale e hollywoodiano, come Christina Anguilera e Angelina Jolie, che acquistano a suon di dollari i suoi lavori.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Nel <strong>2008 </strong>arriva anche <strong>in Louisiana</strong>, per l’anniversario dei tre anni dall’ uragano Katrina, dove <strong>produce una serie di graffiti sui muri delle case ancora distrutte.</strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Nel<strong> 2010 </strong>esce il film <strong>“<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exit_Through_the_Gift_Shop" target="_blank">Exit Through the Gift Shop</a>”</strong>,<strong> diretto da lui e girato a Los Angeles</strong>, un pezzo di cinematografia dedicato al mondo della Street Art e a Thierry Guetta, un immigrato francese ossessionato dai graffiti.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
La popolarità di Banksy è alle stelle. Da ormai anni a Camden Town e negli altri mercati della <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pborrescio"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1945" title="Copyright Paola Borrescio" src="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/camden-market.jpg" alt="" width="254" height="251" align="left" /></a>capitale britannica, si trovano centinaia di t-shirt, poster, tazze, libri e altri innumerevoli gadget in vendita con i suoi graffiti più famosi.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Ovviamente arriva anche in rete: sono 14,600,000 i risultati che compaiono su <a href="http://www.google.co.uk/" target="_blank"><strong>Google UK </strong></a> solo digitando il suo nick, su Facebook sono decine le pagine a lui dedicate, su twitter<a href="https://twitter.com/#!/banksynews" target="_blank"> <strong>@banksynews</strong></a>, twitta le ultime novità aggiornate su tutto quel che gli riguarda, non contando tutti gli altri account non ufficiali e quelli dei suoi fan.<br />
&nbsp;<br />
<strong>Il trailer del suo film sul canale ufficiale di <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a0b90YppquE&amp;feature=related" target="_blank">youtube</a></strong>, postato nell’aprile del 2010, ha raggiunto<strong> oggi le 1.907.560 views</strong>,<strong> il suo <a href="http://www.banksy.co.uk/" target="_blank">sito ufficiale</a></strong> è linkato da oltre 3000 altri siti, ha incrementato il suo ranking di 23.136 posizioni negli ultimi 7 giorni ed è cliccato da tutte le parti del mondo. &nbsp;<br />
Ma <strong>la popolarità ha un prezzo</strong>, <strong>soprattutto se</strong> arriva inaspettata e <strong>chi la “subisce” è un uomo di strada, e non di business. I media lo  perseguitano</strong> intervistando la moglie, gli amici e i familiari per scoprirne il più possibile; in rete girano  <a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1034538/Graffiti-artist-Banksy-unmasked---public-schoolboy-middle-class-suburbia.html" target="_blank"><strong>foto che lo ritraggono a volto scoperto</strong></a> ma, nessuna di queste è stata confermata: <strong>l’uomo mascherato è quindi ancora senza volto ufficiale. </strong><br />
&nbsp;<br />
Che venga considerata arte oppure no, Banksy ha sicuramente aiutato a rivalutare i graffiti aldilà di un puro atto di vadalismo regalando a molte città, veri e propri pezzi da collezione senza chiedere nulla in cambio.<br />

<p><a href="http://abdulkadirmursal.com/" target="_blank"><img class="size-full wp-image-1867 " title="Copyright Abdulkadir Mursal" src="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/1.png" alt="" width="292" height="162" align="left" /></a>C’erano il principe, la ragazza semplice, la carrozza, i cavalli, il popolo in fermento, c’erano la promessa di diventare regnanti di una grande Nazione, il vestito bianco e lungo, le damigelle, la chiesa, i fiori, i paparazzi e la diretta tv ad esclusiva della <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11767495" target="_blank">BBC</a>, ma, come ogni evento mediatico che si rispetti nell’era digital, c’erano anche la diretta da youtube, twitter e soprattutto c’era Facebook, con innumerevoli pagine dedicate all’evento e il classico fake “divertente” con tanto di sonore smentite.<span id="more-1866"></span></p>

<p><strong>Cosa ha trasformato il <a href="http://www.officialroyalwedding2011.org/" target="_blank">matrimonio di William e Kate</a> nell’evento del secolo?</strong> Non è certo il primo matrimonio reale della storia ma di sicuro è il primo con un’accurata strategia di marketing che ha permesso al prodotto “promessi sposi”, prima e a quello “vissero per sempre felici e contenti”, poi, di continuare a vendere.</p>

<p>Il matrimonio reale è stato monitorato, raccontato e confezionato <strong>per essere a tutti gli effetti la reicarnazione di una favola popolare</strong>, quelle per intenderci che fin da piccoli ci hanno raccontano, quelle che secondo <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruno_Bettelheim" target="_blank">Bruno Bettelheim</a>, psicoanalista austriaco, rassicurano i bambini dalle loro ansie, tra cui la paura di non essere amati e di non essere considerati: la formula “<strong>vissero per sempre felici e contenti</strong>” delle favole si ispira proprio alle paure più inconsce che sempre più frequentemente non rimangono solo una prerogativa dell’infanzia. Per Bettelheim, inoltre, il matrimonio nelle favole, simboleggia la conquista di un regno, che a sua volta comprende anche l&#8217;obbligo di governare:<strong> vivere e agire con saggezza.</strong></p>

<p>In un momento di crisi economica, in cui mancano certezze, in un Paese monarchico che taglia fondi e aumenta tasse, in cui sono sempre più frequenti gli strike di lavoratori e le manifestazioni degli studenti contro l’aumento delle rette universitarie, il Royal wedding sembra essere stato utilizzato come <strong>pillola calmante, resa sicuramente più dolce dall’aggiunta di un giorno alle bank holidays nazionali.</strong> Free parties non-stop per le strade in ogni parte della capitale, turismi da ogni parte del mondo, <strong>dirette TV e web impazzito: un evento di portata mondiale che ha sfruttato in pieno tutti i canali di comunicazione, tradizionali e digital</strong>.</p>

Telecronaca di matrimonio e giorni precedenti dagli <strong>account ufficiali di Twitter</strong>, tra cui quello della <a href="http://twitter.com/royalweddingcnn" target="_blank">CNN</a> che ha creato un account apposito per l’evento e ha raccolto 32.596 followers.<br />
<strong>Il <a href="http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bbc+royal+wedding" target="_blank">canale Youtube della BBC</a>, ha superato le 2.930.000 views con <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c38lPvrPuT4" target="_blank">il frame del bacio dal balcone</a> dei due sposini.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ma quanto è costata la favola moderna di William e Kate?</strong><br />
La Corona si è riufitata di rialsciare dichiarazioni ufficiali riguardo ai costi effettivi per il matrimonio sostenendo che non riguarda le casse dello Stato perchè la maggior parte dei costi sono stati coperti attingendo dai propri fondi. Solo per la sicurezza si parla di costi variabili dai 7 milioni ai 20 milioni di sterline (pare <a href="http://gossip.fanpage.it/matrimonio-william-e-kate-tutti-i-costi-delle-nozze-reali/" target="_blank">a carico dei contibuenti inglesi</a>), 30mila per il vestito di Kate, 20mila per il vestito della sorella Pippa, 80mila sterline per musica, addobbi, inviti, fiori, torta nuziale. I genitori di Kate hanno partecipato alle spese con un “piccolo privato contributo”.</p>

<p><a href="http://abdulkadirmursal.com/" target="_blank"><img class="size-full wp-image-1870   alignleft" title="Copyright Abdulkadir Mursal" src="http://blog.mikamai.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/3.png" alt="" width="232" height="116" align="left" /></a>Le ondate di turisti che hanno raggiunto Londra, prima, durante e dopo, accaparrandosi tazze a tema, bandiere, poster e qual si voglia tipo di gadget pare che in previsione porteranno nelle casse dello Stato circa 800 milioni di sterline (i più ottimisti parlano di <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/42803619/ns/business-world_business/t/frugal-britain-considers-cost-royal-wedding/" target="_blank">1 miliardo di sterline</a>), non contando tutti i prodotti creati ad hoc dalla GDO, come <a href="http://your.asda.com/the-royal-wedding" target="_blank">Asda</a>, che ha pubblicizzato <strong>panieri di carne, snack e champagne per gli “street parties”, non dimenticando ovviamente cerchietti, gioielli, copie dell’anello di fidanzamento, orecchini e fiocchi per capelli per le teen-agers.</strong></p>

Terminata l’euforia dell’attesa, placato il visibilio dei festeggiamenti, come da copione i giorni successivi arrivano puntuali su Facebook i primi “fake” divertenti che contraddistinguono solo i fenomeni della rete. Tra tutti spunta un’immagine che mette a confronto gli abiti degli sposi e di alcuni ospiti a quelli del matrimonio nel cartone animato “Cinderella” della Walt Disney: e stupore, sono identici!</p>

<p>Tentativo divertente, ma è stato  presto <a href="http://www.snopes.com/photos/people/cinderella.asp" target="_blank">svelato il fake</a>: i colori originali dei frame in questione sono stati ritoccati. La giacca del principe in realtà è color crema, i pantaloni rossi  e la sposa è bionda, mentre lo sposo è moro. Così anche per gli abiti delle sorellastre di Cinderella, nel cartone originale sono nettamente differenti e ritoccati ad hoc.<strong><br />
Chissà quanto tempo impiegherà la Walt Disney a sfruttare l’occasione.</strong></p>
