If Jesus “mediates” between God and man, why do we baptise with the Titles of The Trinity?
That question requires no more detail. It is complete.
The Titles of The Trinity attempts to “define God” whereas The Name of Jesus gives “access to God”. “No man cometh unto The Father but by me”.
Parroting Mat 28:19 without understanding its meaning is monumental ignorance, and deadly.

Best answer:

Answer by Tigerstar Expositor of Truth
Jesus cannot mediate for someone unless the have been baptized by the Holy Spirit, and have been born again. Now that I have accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, I have someone before the Father in heaven who will plead my case before Him. And I also have the seal of the Holy Spirit, the Comforted that Jesus promised. The water baptism is symbolic of our being united with Yahweh Almighty, we are thus baptized into the Name of God, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

HTH. Try to be a little less condemning next time too.

Do you like this Christmas joke?
Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the Pearly gates.

“In honor of this holy season,” Saint Peter said, “you must each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get into heaven.”

The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter.
He flicked it on. “It represents a candle,” he said. “You may pass through the pearly gates,” Saint Peter said.

The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys.
He shook them and said, “They’re bells.” Saint Peter said, “You may pass through the pearly gates.”

The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and
finally pulled out a pair of women’s undies.

St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, “And just
what do those symbolize?”

The man replied, “These are Carols.”

And So The Holiday Season Begins….
