&lt;em&gt;Esta receita deve ter sido umas das primeiras receitas que "inventei", ainda no tempo do secundário!!!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g de carne de vaca picada&lt;br /&gt;
- alho em pó qb&lt;br /&gt;
- pimenta preta qb&lt;br /&gt;
- oregãos qb&lt;br /&gt;
- queijo parmesão ralado na altura qb&lt;br /&gt;
- queijo emental qb&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g cogumelos frescos laminados&lt;br /&gt;
- azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 colher de sopa de massa de alho&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de brandy&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;5 colheres de sopa de vinho branco&lt;br /&gt;
- piripiri qb&lt;br /&gt;
- molho inglês qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Começe por temperar a carne picada com alho em pó, oregãos e a pimenta preta, misture tudo muito bem. De seguida, misture a carne com o queijo parmesão e com o queijo emental. Tem de ficar uma mistura homogenea. Molde os&amp;nbsp;hamburgueres e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa frigideira anti-aderente coloque o&amp;nbsp;azeite, a massa de alho, o molho inglês e leve ao lume. Quando começar a "fritar" adicione os cogumelos e deixe cozinhar até&amp;nbsp;os cogumelos deitarem toda&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;água. Adicione os&amp;nbsp;hamburgueres, o brandy, o vinho branco e tempere com oregãos e piripiri. Deixe fritar lentamente.&amp;nbsp;Servir com arroz branco e salada. &lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 colheres de sopa de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 colheres de sopa de leite&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 chocolate de culinária (200gr) - utilizei 2 chocolates negros de 100gr cada&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 embalagem de 200gr de after eight - utilizei cerca de 250g de after eight porque como utilizei mesmo chocolate negro para o&amp;nbsp;sabor da menta sobressair&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as gemas com o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter o chocolate negro com a margarina e o leite em banho-maria. Quando estiver quase tudo derretido adicional os after eights e continuar a mexer até ficar bem derretido.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar o chocolate derretido à mistura do açúcar e das gemas, mexendo sempre. De seguida, adicionar pouco a pouco as claras em castelo mexendo devagar até envolver tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Passar para uma taça grande e levar ao frio durante 2 a 3 horas.&lt;br /&gt;

- base de massa quebrada&lt;br /&gt;
- "miolo" de 3 salsichas frescas (se gostarem mais utilizar 100g de carne picada)&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;50g de bacon às tiras&lt;br /&gt;
- 250g de cogumelos laminados&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 dentes de alho esmagados&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 1/2 pacote de polpa tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 mL de molho bechamel&lt;br /&gt;
- piripiri qb&lt;br /&gt;
- alho em pó qb&lt;br /&gt;
- pimenta preta qb&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
- queijo emental qb&lt;br /&gt;
- oregãos qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho, coloque o bacon, o miolo das salsichas, os alhos, o azeite e tempere com alho em pó e pimenta preta. Deixe cozinhar bem, de seguida adicione os cogumelos, os&amp;nbsp;oregãos e o piripiri; coloque o lume no minimo e deixe cozinhar lentamente, mexendo de tempos a tempos.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver a ficar sem molho adicione a polpa de tomate e mexa bem. Retifique temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Por último, adicione o bechamel e deixe cozinhar por 5-7 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a massa quebrada numa tarteira e o recheio. Polvilhe com o queijo emental e leve ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;

- base de massa quebrada&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g de miolo de camarão&lt;br /&gt;
- 70g de delicias do mar às rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
- 20g de bacon às tiras&lt;br /&gt;
- 5&amp;nbsp; dentes de alho esmagados&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 1/2 pacote de polpa tomate&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 mL de molho bechamel&lt;br /&gt;
- piripiri qb&lt;br /&gt;
- alho em pó qb&lt;br /&gt;
- pimenta preta qb&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
- queijo emental qb&lt;br /&gt;
- coentros picados qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho, coloque o bacon, o miolo de camarão, os alhos, o azeite e tempere com alho em pó e pimenta preta. Deixe cozinhar bem, de seguida adicione as delicias do mar, os coentros e o piripiri; coloque o lume no minimo e deixe cozinhar lentamente, mexendo de tempos a tempos.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver a ficar sem molho adicione a polpa de tomate e mexa bem. Retifique temperos.&lt;br /&gt;
Por último, adicione o bechamel e deixe cozinhar por 5-7 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a massa quebrada numa tarteira e o recheio. - alho em pó qb &lt;br /&gt;
- miolo de camarão aos cubos&lt;br /&gt;
-água qb &lt;br /&gt;
* papel de alumínio&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Forre o recipiente de cozinhar a vapor com papel de alumínio de forma a que dê para tapar no fim.&lt;br /&gt;
Num copo alto comece a fazer a marinada adicione os coentros, os alhos inteiros, o vinho branco, o azeite, a polpa de tomate, um pouco de água e tempere com alho em pó, pimenta preta e flor de sal; triture tudo com a varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;
Comece por colocar os filetes no recipiente de cozinhar a vapor previamente forrado fazendo camadas, como gostar, com delicias do mar, miolo de camarão, pimento e bacon. Adicione a marinada, se achar necessário adicione mais um pouco de azeite, pimenta e flor de sal. Tape com o papel de alumínio e deixe confeccionar durante 30-45 minutos. &lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
- 200g de arroz&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 mL de água&lt;br /&gt;
-1/2 colher de sobremesa de massa de alho&lt;br /&gt;
- 10g de bacon&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 pimento encarnado pequeno&lt;br /&gt;
- cebolinho qb&lt;br /&gt;
- pimenta preta moída na altura qb&lt;br /&gt;
- azeite qb&lt;br /&gt;
- flor de sal qb&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque todos os ingredientes no recipiente para cozinhar o arroz a vapor e programe para 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;

Tempere com alho em pó e pimenta preta. Quando a carne perder a cor rosada junte o vinho branco; deixe cozinhar durante 15-20 minutos com a a frigideira tapada. Adicione a polpa de tomate, o basilico e os mexilhões; mexa tudo e volte a tapar e deixe cozinhar em lume branco por 30 minutos. Leve ao lume branco mexendo sempre; quando a cebola começar a ficar dourada adicione o vinho, a polpa de tomate, o basílico, alho em pó e mexa bem e deixe levantar fervura. Adicione então a água e meta em lume brando até começar a ferver e conte 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;De seguida, triture tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Leve novamente, ao lume e adicione os cogumelos, e todo o marisco. Coloque em lume brando e deixe cozinhar por 30-45 minutos. Coloque o recipiente num local escuro e agite todas as semanas durante um mês. Ao fim de um mês passe o azeite por um passador, coloque numa garrafa e acompanhe os seus pratos mais variados.&lt;br /&gt;Este azeite também é ideal para temperar carnes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nota: depois do azeite pronto não coloque malaquetas para enfeitar isso iria fazer com que o azeite ficasse ainda mais picante. Começe por adicionar um pouco de azeite, um pouco de conhaque e meia colher de sopa de massa de alho; quando começar a fritas adicione os ovos e mexa-os muito bem até começarem a ficar cozinhados. De seguida, adicione 80g de queijo feta aos cubos e mexa muito bem até ficar derretido. Retire do lume e tempere com pimenta preta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num tacho, leve o arroz a fritar em azeite, conhaque, molho inglês e meia colher de massa de alho. Adicione água e deixe coxinhar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num pirex misture o arroz, o ovo e o salteado de cogumelos, bacon e nozes.
