Carcosa Seri Negara was the venue of our first MDRT MSA GALA Dinner which was held on the
28th December 2011. The dinner which was the first time that our agencies Millionairesisters Group and Monalisa Private Wealth Advisors organised such a dinner to celebrate and recognise our award winners of 2011.

This Carcosa event is NOT only a celebration events for achievers BUT MOST Important is for VIBRATIONS to all UTC, AS, AM, GAM. Everyone of us, We want everyone to receive and bring back something valuable that make our teams 2012 a superb Great amazing Year!

This is some of the highlight of the event:
We had GAM Syahril in attendance, achieving 10 times Million Sales Achiever (MSA) in 2011 (means doing rm 1 million for 10 months in 2011?) How does he do it? It was great VIBRATIONS for all of us where we can learn from the best!

As leaders in the buisness we want our team members to be SELF DRIVEN Towards achieving 10times MSA in 2012?

We also had our first time MDRT qualifier MICHEL who did MSA and MDRT in 2011. The same year, achieved BOTH!

We also had some amazing mothers who achieved EVERY YEAR MDRT like Gam Marini who was pregnant but still achieved her MDRT and GAM Hawa for ahieving her MSA in 2011. This is a strong message for all of us, Even pregnant also can achieve MDRT and Many times MSA!

Jutawan dua beradik

AIDA (kiri) dan Akmar bergabung dalam Millionaire Sisters, syarikat yang berasaskan pelaburan saham amanah.

RASA kagum seakan-akan menjalar dalam diri tatkala mendengar kisah dua beradik bergelar jutawan jelita ini. Bukan sahaja memiliki personaliti menarik bahkan kejayaan mereka begitu mengagumkan.

“Apa yang lebih membahagiakan, kami dapat melihat orang bawahan yang kami didik berjaya seperti kami,” ujar Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, Amazing Millionaire Sisters Group, Nor Akmar Hanif, 34.

Akmar dan adiknya, Aida Nurlin Hanif, 30, merupakan jutawan pelaburan berasaskan saham amanah dan insurans terkenal di negara ini.

Walaupun bermula daripada sifar, prinsip tidak mudah mengaku kalah dan bersikap positif membolehkan mereka meraih pelaburan bernilai jutaan ringgit pada usia 20-an lagi.

“Untuk maju dalam perniagaan, anda perlu tanam dalam diri bahawa tiada perkara yang mustahil untuk dicapai.

“Jika kita tahu cara berniaga yang betul dan sanggup bekerja keras, insya-Allah kejayaan akan datang kepada kita,” ujar Aida.

Beliau memberitahu, wang sentiasa ada di luar sana. Apa yang perlu dilakukan ialah mencari jalan untuk sampai kepada sumber kewangan yang betul.

Lima angka

Itulah yang dilakukan Akmar dan Aida hingga mereka berupaya mencatat jumlah pelaburan mencecah ratusan juta ringgit setahun.

“Alhamdulillah, ini rezeki yang saya tidak pernah terfikir sebelum ini. Sebaik sahaja saya menamatkan pengajian dalam bidang Kejuruteraan Sistem Maklumat di Institut Sains dan Teknologi Universiti Manchester di Britain pada tahun 1999, saya sudah bercadang untuk berniaga.

“Saya pernah bekerja dengan duduk di depan komputer dari pukul 9 pagi hingga 5 petang. Tetapi itu bukan cara kerja yang saya inginkan.

“Saya mahu bekerja mengikut masa dan jumlah pendapatan yang saya tentukan sendiri.

“Saya juga enggan terikat dengan peraturan yang merimaskan. Jadi selepas tiga bulan bekerja saya berhenti kerana mahu menceburi bidang perniagaan.

“Kemudian, apabila seorang rakan memperkenalkan saya dengan dunia saham amanah, hati kecil saya terdetik, inilah yang saya cari selama ini,” kata Akmar, anak ketiga bekas Timbalan Pengarah Pelajaran Perak, Hanif Amran.

Berkat kesungguhannya, jualan unit saham amanah Akmar mencecah RM1 juta dalam masa tiga bulan sahaja.

Kemampuannya mengurus dan mengendalikan jualan pelaburan turut meletakkan dirinya sebagai pengurus agensi kumpulan termuda di sebuah institusi kewangan terbesar di negara ini.

Malah, beliau mampu memperoleh pendapatan lima angka atau sekurang-kurangnya RM10,000 sebulan sewaktu berumur 26 tahun.

“Pelaburan seperti ini cuma perlukan modal yang kecil tetapi mampu menjana pendapatan yang di luar imaginasi kita,” kata Akmar.

Selain itu, wanita bujang ini juga berjaya membuka agensinya sendiri pada usia 25 tahun. Pada usia 28 tahun, beliau mampu melahirkan sebanyak 10 Pengurus Agensi Kumpulan (GAMS).

Pencapaian terbesar Akmar ialah sebagai ketua pengurus kumpulan Master Builder iaitu anugerah yang dimenangi empat kali berturut-turut.

Anugerah lain ialah Brand Ambassador, Group Agency Manager Platinum, Top GAM, Master Recruiter, Million Sales Achiever dan Million Dollar Round Table.

Walaupun mempunyai latar belakang akademik yang berbeza, ia bukan halangan untuk Akmar berjaya dalam bidang saham amanah dan insurans.

“Anda tidak semestinya menjadi apa yang anda belajar. Sebaliknya, cara untuk berjaya dalam pelajaran itu perlu diadaptasikan dalam pekerjaan,” katanya.

Tukar baju

Aida yang mengikut jejak Akmar berniaga semasa masih bergelar penuntut di Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) berkata, cabaran untuk berjaya dalam pengajian dan perniagaan menjadikan dirinya seorang yang kuat bekerja dan berdisiplin.

“Prinsip saya ialah satu-satu pekerjaan mesti dibuat hingga sempurna dan berjaya.

“Ketika menyertai kakak dalam perniagaan ini, saya masih belajar dalam jurusan Sains Aktuari. Saya bangun pukul 5 pagi untuk siapkan tugasan dan ulang kaji pelajaran.

“Pukul 8 pagi, saya berjumpa dengan pelanggan dan pukul 10 pagi saya akan bergegas ke kelas.

“Menukar baju kuliah di tandas adalah perkara biasa ketika itu," katanya yang pada masa itu komited untuk mengutip jualan sebanyak RM20,000 sehari.

Aida turut mengakui, selain kerja keras, pengalaman hidup di sekolah berasrama penuh banyak membantunya.

“Di asrama, saya belajar untuk uruskan masa sendiri dan pada masa yang sama, kita lebih sedar tanggungjawab kita,” kata bekas pelajar Kolej Tunku Kursiah di Seremban, Negeri Sembilan ini.

Kini Aida tersenyum lebar melihat hasil tuaian penat lelahnya selama ini.

“Jika anda tahu strategi berniaga, tidak mustahil anda memperoleh RM100,000 dalam masa 100 hari. Jika saya boleh buktikan, anda juga pasti boleh,” katanya.

REMINDER: POLICY ON PAYMENT MODE FOR UNIT TRUST INVESTMENT

In our continuous effort to safeguard our client's money and to ensure proper governance in the best interest of the client, we wish to remind all consultants on the existing policies stated below in relation to the payment mode for unit trust investment.

1. Cheque / Banker's Draft

§ ONLY cheque and banker's draft are accepted as mode of payment

§ All cheque and banker's draft must be made payable to "CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad for <Investor's Name as per his/her identification document and must be the same as written on the Transaction Form>". For example, "CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad for Alisya Binti Abdullah".

§ The handwriting on the cheque must be identical. Any non-uniformity is not acceptable. For example, CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad for Aliysa Binti Abdullah.

§ On the reverse side of the cheque or banker's draft, please indicate investor's full name, investor's identification document number (NRIC, etc), investor's contact number, unit trust account number and name of fund.

2. Corporate Cheque for Individual Investment

§ Use of company's/partnership's cheque for individual investment is NOT ALLOWED.

§ Effective immediately, the use of sole proprietorship's cheque for individual investment is permitted and must be supported by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) business registration document as a show of proof that the owner is indeed the sole proprietor.

3. Cash Transfer, Cheque Deposit Machine or Cash Deposit

§ Payment made via cash transfer (ATM or internet banking), cheque deposit machine or cash deposit machine are NOT ALLOWED.

Consultants are advised to strictly adhere to the above policies. Any non-compliance will result in the submission being rejected upfront at the submission counters.
