2013 Online Beginning ACIM Class

Throughout this year, 2013, we will be reading through the Text of ACIM and applying the daily Workbook lessons. In our classes, we are reading from the Original Edition of the Course. If you would like a copy of the Original Edition, one is available through the Store on this website.

The goal of this class is to read through the Text. We will have assigned readings for each class meeting. The pace will be determined by the students in the class, the goal being understanding and application of the teachings the Course sets forth. We will also be practicing the daily lessons from the Workbook. In class, we will begin by reviewing the previous week’s Workbook lessons, followed by the study of the Text.

You are also invited to participate in the Light Meditation which meets before class. This is traditionally a silent sitting. However, if the practice of meditation is new to the participating students, I will begin the sitting with instructions taken from lessons from the Workbook of ACIM. After this instruction, the remainder of the time will be spent in silence.

2012 Online Advanced ACIM Class

This class is designed for the student who is familiar and/or well-versed in A Course in Miracles. We will be following a more spontaneous route through the text, workbook, and teacher’s manual as students seek to deepen their understanding and their experience of forgiveness, the miracle, and spiritual awakening. Our study will be more topic orientated drawing from all sections of the Course thereby promoting a more eclectically active relationship with the material. This class will continue to meet throughout the year. Everyone is Welcome.

Introductory ACIM Class – April 2012

Have you heard of A Course in Miracles? Are you curious? Did you pick up the Course years ago, and it’s been on the shelf ever since? Well, now is the time to pick up the Course and experience the healing power of the miracle like never before!

This is an 8-week introductory beginner’s class that will include all the basic principles contained in the theology of the Course, as well as the practice of the first fifty lessons in the Workbook. We will be reading from the Original Edition of the Course which is included in class registration.

Listening to God’s Voice

“Father, I come to You today to seek the peace that You alone can give. I come in silence. In the quiet of my heart, the deep recesses of my mind, I wait and listen for Your Voice. My Father, speak to me today. I come to hear Your Voice in silence and in certainty and love, sure You will hear my call and answer me.” Lesson 221

The purpose of this class is to strengthen and deepen your experience in hearing God’s Voice. Diana will select specific readings and lessons from A Course in Miracles which will facilitate your experience and lead you directly into hearing God’s Voice. Each class will begin with a reading, followed by a silent listening period. After the silent listening period, there will be time for questions and/or sharing of your experience with others.

The first class begins on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, and then will be an open, on-going class which will meet each week on Wednesday evenings. Your first class is a free introductory class. After that, a small fee is asked which is listed below.

Skype will be used as our meeting room. Skype is a free online service which can be downloaded by going to: www.skype.com If you would like to participate, please register by contacting Diana. In addition to your name and email address, please submit your Skype account name. This information will be used to create a Skype group for the class. Once the group is created, Diana will initiate the call at the time of the class. If you are unfamiliar with Skype or have any other questions, please feel free to contact Diana.
