You can start by pushing your blog url into different sorts of blog directories.

#2. Form some Common & interesting discussion on your blog, which inspires everyone to participate !

#3. Who says that your personal blog cannot cover multiple topics… Write on the different topics over your blog that interests you most like Apple, Google and Microsoft, etc… This will drive the traffic.

#4. The best way for a personal blog to get comments is to be personable in the comment sections of other blogs. You have to read, read, read, then comment, comment, comment and become friends with other bloggers. Especially if you want them to come back and interact with you on your blog.

If that doesn't sound like fun to you then you shouldn't worry about traffic.

Writings that Bloggers Like to read..

I’m a blogger and i don’t know whether my thinking is similar to the other bloggers.

Only i can say that most of the bloggers thinks the same “while reading an article”..

I like to read the inspiring contents of the blogs like Problogger, Copyblogger and their writings are really enjoyable..

But some of their contents are so boring to read that it make me to sleep!! These tweets are similar to Street Salesman’s shouts informing what product he is having with him to sale. The interested people can ask him the queries about the “Product” and he can easily explain the features about the product through tweets..

These conversation are publicly made which sometimes gives the idea about your “product” to the 3rd person, who is also reading your conversation and sometime if the person whom you are convincing don’t get attracted, the 3rd person gets ready to buy your products because he already got convinced with your conversational tweets!

To sale Off your Product over Twitter, you need to be a real person talking with other tweeters over Twitter, sometimes sending interesting Tweets, sometimes sending helpful article links, tweeting funny videos, tweeting photos…

“But now you are thinking, why i’m telling you to send “funny videos” or “interesting article links” over your twitter stream as you are there to sell your product.

Actually, its like giving free stuffs with your product… You might have saw some company are giving free stuffs to sale their product. For example: a sticker free with a candy. It is like Bribing your Customers, and asking them to buy your product. In other word it can be said as an advertisement because when other tweeters will find interesting links on your stream, they will surely come back daily to keep you tracking for more interesting things and in between their interest, you can sell Off your product easily!

Why people like to give tips in their blog?

The blog was mainly created for active discussion, it was actually considered as an online dairy but later it was used for commercial purposes.
