This year our little Trixie&amp;nbsp; will be 12 years old!



Health wise, she&#39;s in good health&amp;nbsp; overall.&amp;nbsp;

Her teeth are problematic - common with yorkies.



Last year&amp;nbsp; I noticed her eyes seem to be getting a little cloudy.

My previous Yorkie had expensive&amp;nbsp; cataract surgery - which really&amp;nbsp; did not help her sight at all.&amp;nbsp;

I would not do that again.&amp;nbsp;

A South Florida family got their teacup Yorkshire terrier back -- a decade after she ran away.

    
  Ginger was found last week by a couple in Houston. They said the small dog was hiding under a car near a busy road.

The couple took the dog to a veterinarian,&amp;nbsp;who scanned her for a microchip and contacted her original owner.
