4. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER - Central Kalimantan -

Experience Required:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer,
2. Have a minimum of 5 years mine planning experience in open pit coal mines, including site infrastructures and reclamation plans,
3. Experience with development of short, mid and long term mine plans for the budgeting process, including estimates of fleet requirements, consumables, staffing level,

* Coordinate with the client and contractor representative in the contractor activities.
* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress and schedule.
* Join inspection with client and contractor, check list problem site and took way out, and ensure client should be satisfied.
* Coordinate with the contractor’s representatives for site control.
* Supervising all earth works (excavation left bank and right bank).
* Coordinate assistance with survey and design controls.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree of Civil engineering and others, from reputable university.
* Minimum 5 years experience in supervisor level for major coal mining projects.
* Having good knowledge of land clearing, cut clearing, grubbing, cutting balance, land clearing, compaction test, canal work, road shaping, and other earthworks.
* Experienced in direct, manage, plan, monitor, control and supervise to ensure appropriate earthworks and recommendation are produced and implemented in timely manner, high quality, safely and economically in order to minimize risks of instabilities in the pit, dump and infrastructures that will impact production interruption and fatal accident.
