Everyone I encountered in my visit was cheerful and polite. The associates in the front always say a few nice words and goodbye when I leave. The person I work closely with is Kim. Kim is great!! She is very knowledgeable and takes time to ensure the questions I ask are fully answered. On top of that, she is very nice and always has a positive attitude.
