Going home to the Philippines isn’t complete without a day spent on a shopping spree….of course with my bestest friend. But because she works and I don’t, our choices for clothing were pretty much different. However, there were also stuff that we agreed on, thank goodness office clothing/suits need not be as how it used to.

As if the social networking sites I am a member of aren't enough, I joined another one...Acobay, it is the newest interactive site for people who shares the same interest.

You can blog, share and review stuff you own, and upload photos for your reviews. The site is easy to navigate and doesn't have complicated buttons and all those.

Acobay is relatively new, they are still building it up but having experienced firsthand the 'share my stuff' part, I guess this site will buzz up soon. It provides user insights on products written about by members, this reviews would surely help someone who is deciding on what to buy as they are written by consumers as well.

There are stuff in various categories that continues to grow in numbers as a result of users writing down their opinion, recommendations and reviews. From cars to toy cars, audio to movies, computers to musical instruments, home stuff to travel its all there, and yes, even your pets has a place there too.

Hubby has definitely changed clothing prefrences. He used to wear jeans and shirts as opposed to a more formal looking shirt plus tie and black pants.

Bed bugs are not only unsightly, there could be arisk of allergy and disease from their bites. Reason why I make sure that the kids' matresses are well cleaned so they don't have to chance to build up anywhere. Thank God I haven't had problems about them yet. There are anyway many ways now to get rid of bed bugs not just by killing them off but by preventing them from infesting your matresses.

For me, music is something that brings out the best in a person. Singing gives one confidence and so does playing an instrument, that was why I enrolled my daughter in her kindergarten's child music education for flute when she was 4.

She played well and can read notes already but had to stop because the school where she went to does not offer this particular program. I plan tp enrol all 3 kids in a music school and I was ecstatic to find out that there are a number of
child music class near our place. Vienna, just like Japan emphasizes on children's talent development , the famous composers Mozart and Strauß learned and developed their music here after all. There are various Music centers and schools or individuals offering music lessons which the children can attend to after school as extra curricular activities.

My daughter would take flute lessons again, my older son said he wants to learn the guitar and it's convenient too since hubby bought him a guitar years ago while I am not sure for my 3 year-old yet. I am considering to enroll him for voice lessons since he loves singing anyway even with words that are not yet recognizable :D . It is also amazing that these schools have a special
baby music classes and much awesome is how the smaller kids learn fast from it.

When I was a child, my parents own a small poultry farm at home. They built chicken coops and see to it that its clean. Just like others, my parents kept a small flock of chickens to provide us with eggs and meat.

When I entered highschool, the "farm" that we used to have, broke down...the coops were made of bamboo so it wasn't that strong of a wood afterall. Sometimes on our way home, the kids would suddenly shout "Feuerameise" or fire ants, something they heard (and saw) from the movie Meet the Robinsons. I got curious about these insects so I looked up how they actually look. I am glad that they are different from what the kids thought to be fire ants because if they are then they could have been bitten! To think that fire ants are like bees in the sense that they release venom when stinging. I just hope that the kids won't meet a real fire ant on the way so that I won't need to apply what I read about treating fire ant bites. Fingers crossed! :)
