He said that masses had an experiment of PTI, PPP, and MPL Nawaz government and added that PML Nawaz was the only party to change the country as a superpower and its leader Mian Nawaz Shareef had spread of net of progress and development in the country in his tenure. MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. Hundreds of tail-end growers of Kherao Shakh of Jamrao division blocked the main Sanghar Mirpurkhas road near Sindhri and held a protest sit-in on Tuesday in protest against the water theft and involvement of irrigation department officials. Led by Ghulam Rasool Dars, Ghulam Hussain Marri, and Dr. Yousuf, carrying banners and placards raised slogans against the officers and officials of the irrigation department. Owing to blocking of the main road on both sides hundreds of vehicles were stopped and such people faced great hardships. Protesters told the media persons that irrigation department officials had allowed the influential landlords of the head of the Shakh for water theft after receiving bribe. They said that due to water stealing tail end abadgars had been deprived of their water causing great hardship and severally affecting cultivated crops. They warned that they would resist severe against the water theft and irrigation officials as they were releasing low water guage in tail-end areas. They demanded the director Nara canal and other officers to take notice of corruption of the irrigation officials to ensure water supply till tail end abadgars and punish the responsible officials. Later DSP Sindhri arrived at the spot held negotiated with protesters and dispersed them after assuring to reach the water in the tail of their shakh and such after two hours traffic was restored at the above main road.

MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. SSP Mirpurkhas Ch Asad Ali has visited the different temples of the Hindu community in the district and met with their administration here on Tuesday on the occasion of the Hindu festival Diwali. He examined the security arrangements there and asked the administration of temples that more than security will be provided them while Hindu policemen have announced to give leaves on this festival in the district. He said that security has been intensified as in markets and bazaars plain cloths personnel deployed to avoid any kind of untoward incident.

MIRPURKHAS Nov 2. Authorities have launched the campaign against overcharging the price of fertilizers in taluka Sindhri here on Tuesday. The report said that assistant commissioner Sindhri Asif Khaskheli, Mukhtiarkar Sajjad Sadaqat Shar, and other staff and police conducted the raids at various dealers of fertilizers and pesticides in Hingorno and Phuladyyoon town and fine thousands of rupees on various fertilizer dealers who did not display the price list of fertilizers and during procuring the fertilizers overcharged the price and also issued a warning to various dealers that if they found in excess charging stern legal action will be taken against culprits. It may be recalled that PPP MPA Syed Zulfikar Ali Shah had issued a letter to deputy commissioner Mirpurkhas in which he complained of fertilizer dealers for overcharging the price and asked to check the sale of fertilizers in his constituency.

MIRPURKHAS Nov 1. Malaria diseases spreading in the city and other towns of the district owing to avoiding the anti mosquitoes spray by Municipal committee MIrpurkhas and other town committees. Sources said that after rainfall rainy water had accumulated at different places where rapidly growth of mosquotoes and flies occured as result mosquotoes and flies had invaded and such malaria spread in the city and other towns of the district. Hundreds of malaria patients approached to civil hospital and other taluka hospitals and basic health units for getting treatment. Hundreds of malaria patients were also admitted in government and private hospitals in the district as doctors said that there was acute need of anti mosquotoes spray as daily patients of Malaria increasing approaching to government hospitals for treatments. Civil society and social organizations have demanded the higher authorities to take immediate notice into this matter and ensure anti mosquotoes spray in the city and other towns of the district without any delay. When contacted chief municipal officer of MCM Muhammad Aslam Qazi told that he had sought the spray machines from district administration and also sought the anti mosquotoes pesticide from district health office Mirpurkhas. He further said that MCM has only a spray machine while required more than spray machines to ensure proper anti mosquotoes spray in the city.

There had been increased the complaints regarding sale of fertilizers at excess rate and spurious and fake fertilizers also sale and its hoardings in the district after this deputy commissioner Mirpurkhas Salamat Memon convened meeting here on monday speaking at the meeting deputy commissioner has said that no one will be allowed to take illegal profits and hoarding of fertilizers. On this occasion, he directed the Assistant Commissioners to make a surprise visit to the fertilizer shops and warehouses along with the team and report him. MIRPURKHAS Nov 1. A eight years old girl was killed and her grand mother seriously injured in road accident near Mallah hotel at Sanghar Mirpurkhas road here on monday. Report said that a speedy truck hit the passenger chingchi rickshaw as result Durga, 8 was killed on the spot while her grandmother Ginti sustained serious wounds rushed to emergency of civil hospital where she was provided first aid. Later the body of the deceased girl was handed over to heirs after legal formality.Police have impounded the involved truck and detained its unknown driver.

MIRPURKHAS Oct 31. Old Mirpur police have arrested three suspected accused allegedly involved in the suspected murder of landlord Abdul Raheem Rajar here on Sunday. Police sources said that two days back police had recovered the body of 25 years old youth landlord Abdul Rahim Rajar, resident of Muhammad Ismail Rajar village at 78 Mori, taluka Sindhri from a Khyber car from Khaan road while after post mortem his body was handed over to heirs for burial from civil hospital Mirpurkhas. However, Old Mirpur police have apprehended three suspected accused close friends of the deceased youth, Haresh aka Haresh Dewan, Akram Unar, and an unknown Lashari caste person while interrogation continued with the above detainees. Police sources said that a few accused revealed the murder of the above deceased over a business dispute. MPA Syed Zulfikar Ali Shah took notice and arrived at the village of deceased youth and performed Fateha Khawani and expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad incident. He condoled with Allah Jurio Rajar, father of the deceased, and hoped that very soon culprits would be detained by police while MPA also asked the SSP Mirpurkhas Asad Chohadhry to expedite the investigation and ensure detaining of real culprits of this murder.

AAbiana recovery campaign of irrigation department in Nara canal area water board was slow as still about 50 crors rupees were outstanding dues on the defaulter landlords and growers owing to previous officers. Reliable sources said that in the past officers did not give attention to recover the Aabiana dues from landlords and growers in command area of Nara canal as result over one Arab rupees had declared outstanding dues however during last four years officers massively launched campaign of recovery following pressure of higher authorities and sources said that about 50 crors outstanding dues had recovered while last month due to negligence and inefficiency of 8 sub-divisional officers director Nara canal had issued show-cause notices them owing to their failure to achieve the target of recovery at the time. Sources said that till 24 oct, the target of recovery of aabiana dues RS 25 lakhs was fixed for which officers making efforts to achieve the target by contacting the defaulter landlords and growers and convincing them to pay their dues as soon as possible. However, sources added that various officers and staff were not taking proper interest in this regard as a result recovery campaign was severely affecting. Sources added that director Nara canal Ghulam Mujtaba Dhamra along with engineers and other officers and staff had held various meetings in this regard to achieve the recovery target and had directed the officers to close the water supply to defaulter landlords who was not ready to pay their outstanding aabiana dues.

Al Abbas sugar mill situated near Mirwah Gorchani has suffered big losses after damaging the electric supply system of its alchohal plant distilry following erupting the fire here on Wednesday evening. Reliable sources said that owing to short circuit fire broke out in electric supply system panel of Alchohal plant as result fire destroyed the panel system while fire brigade vehicle called as well as mill system succeeded to extinguish the fire after four to five hours. Alcohal plant of the mill was unfunctioned or closed after the gross damages of millions of rupees.

Panic was spread in the mill among the workers. However fortunately no loss of life was reported. An internal source confirmed that fire broke out in the whole distillery of the power supply line of the mill. MIRPURKHAS Oct 3. Father of three children has committed suicide by hanging himself with rope in his house at village Hashim colony, Jhuddo town on Sunday.

Walji Kolhi, 50, son of Dharshi Kolhi hanged himself with rope. Jhuddo police on information arrived at the spot and shifted his body to the rural health center for legal formality. Sources said that he was jobless and owing to starvation and poverty he was compelled to hang himself. Later his body was handed over to his heirs. It may be recalled that owing to increasing poverty and joblessness incidents of suicide had increased in Mirpurkhas division than last some years.

Lawyers under the district bar association Mirpurkhas have boycotted the court proceedings whole day here on Friday in support of their demand of establishment of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench, while lawyers also held protest camp and took out protest rally in the premises of district and sessions court Mirpurkhas.

Speaking at the protesters bar president Mir Pervez Akhtar Talpure deplored that over ten thousands of Mirpurkhas cases were in pending while Larkana and Sukkur have low cases despite this high court bench were functioning there and poor people of Mirpurkhas division had deprived of this facility and compelled to suffer heavy expenses for getting justice through Sindh high court Hyderabad bench. He urged the federal and provincial government to take initiative in this regard for early formation of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench as there was already available building here. Masood Leghari advocate said that concerned authorities should accept this old demand of poor people of Mirpurkhas division.

Junaid Maher advocate and Muhammad Hashim Shar said that their protest campaign will remained continue till acceptance of their demand.

Adnan Khurram and Mir Naeem Talpure advocate blamed that deliberately authorities had deprived to this region from benefit of Sindh high court Mirpurkhas bench as result poor people had compelled to suffer big expenses for gaining justice.

Provincial minister for education and also focal person of rain emergency of Mirpurkhas division Syed Sardar Shah convened a high level meeting in commissioner complex Mirpurkhas here on Friday to review the precautionary measures made sofar by the district administrations to face the expected heavy rainfall and flood condition. Irrigation department has intensified its Aabiana recovery campaign in Nara canal area water board by issuing strict directives to the concerned irrigation department officers and officials. Irrigation department sources said that recently General manager of Nara canal area water board Abdul Rasheed Maher presided a meeting of irrigation department officers and staff in which discussed the recovery campaign of Aabiana dues , while he asked the officers to intensify the campaign and stern action will be taken against those landlords did not pay their outstanding Aabiana dues.

He further said that Rs 10 millions had recovered of Aabiana outstanding dues from defaulter growers in a month.

Talking to this scribe Abdul Rasheed Maher said that in past dues of Aabiana had increased and now we have intensified the recovery campaign to cover the outstanding arrears.

48th Mango Festival 2013 in Mirpurkhas

The Mango and summer fruits festival

is an important annual event of district Mirpurkhas that is organized regularly since 1965 with full enthusiasm and fervor. It provides competitive environment to the growers, festivity to the citizens of Mirpurkhas and provide a change to the exporters to make their contacts. Mirpurkhas is a district of great horticultural wealth and holds a place of prominence in the country both for the area and the quality of Mangoes in particulars. Crop of Mangoes in Mirpurkhas are cultivated one month before the other parts of the country. Informal show was started on small scale by the local mango enthusiasts in 1957 here, however the formal show was held in June 1965 that was inaugurated by Governor of West Pakistan Late Malik Amir Mohammad Khan. Since then it is being organized regularly graced by many political leaders’ army personnel and senior bureaucrats. District administration, agricultural extension department and horticulture research institute Mirpurkhas, Municipal committee, district council and few social workers organized it every year from 1965 to 1999. After that, export promotion bureau, government of Pakistan took over its sponsorship financially.

In the year 2000 the export promotion bureau government of Pakistan through its vice chairman Mr Masood Alam Rizvi , a former deputy commissioner of Mirpurkhas and director general export promotion bureau Mr Sikander Ali Keerio took keen interest and gave a new to this show by inviting foreign delegates and mango purchasers. Main objectives of this Mango show are to encourage progressive mango growers, creating sense of healthy competition , to aware the farming community with recent development in the horticulture especially in fruits, improving the quality, grading, packing , marketing of mangoes, exporting mangoes directly from Mirpurkhas Sindhri airport sothat the local farmers and traders be benefited and to justify the nomenclature of the city of mangoes and NGOs. The 48th annual National Mango and summer fruits festival Mirpurkhas was held from 4th June to 6th June 2013 in Shaheed Mohtarma Benazeer Bhutto Mango exhibition hall. Large number of people including women and children enjoyed to look over multiple varieties of Mangoes and other summer fruits displayed through stalls in the festival.

Over 500 gardeners and owners of mango orchards over all Sindh province including Mirpurkhas , Tando Allahyar, Umerkot, Tharparkar, Matiari, Hyderabad, Tando Mohammad Khan, Nawabshah, Khairpur, Ghotki, Noshehroferoz, etc were registered and setup their stalls for display of Mangoes and other summer fruits in the festival . People participated the exhibition throughout the country as foreigners have also visited the exhibition. Over 200 hundred different varieties of Mangoes including Sindhri, Langra,Dusheri, Neelum , Anwer Ratol, Bangan Pali, Gulab Khasa, Chaunsa, Saleh Bhai, Siroli, Alphansa, Zafran, Swarnarica, collector, Desi etc were put in the exhibition . Along with this exhibition, for recreation of women and children Meena Bazaar and different sports competitions including special children competitions were also held. On this occasion , strict security arrangements were made as heavy contingents of police were deployed in surrounding of the exhibition place and other places of its events. This exhibition has become a national event now while there is a need of introducing post harvest technology and providing adequate facilities in Mirpurkhas to increase the export of mangoes from this city. Mangoes are cultivated at 6895 hectors in district Mirpurkhas and it is cultivated at 52079 hectors in Sindh province, its total production is 368066 tones in Sindh province.

There is a need of adopting modern technology to be able to increase export of mangoes and getting more national exchequer.Owners of mango orchards should look after their orchards and acquire information from agriculture department for proper care of mango plants. on June 6th prizes and shields were distributed among the succeeded owners of the Mango orchards and gardeners. Approximately over 50000 people including women and children came to see this exhibition and enjoyed also with Meena Bazaar and different sports competitions.

Speakers in a seminar stressed need to strictly check out the disaster contingency plan of the district prepared by district administration while ensure also implementation on it strictly as well as masses should be aware of the plan. Inamullah Khan of Save the children NGO, said that sofar breaches of LBOD drains could not completely be plugged by irrigation drainage department in district Mirpurkhas and district administration should provide correct map of district Mirpurkhas for preparation of any kind of plant . He said that 40 raise platform were being constructed at different places to save the masses from any flood condition by Save the children while raises schools were also being provided facilities including bathrooms, drinking water etc sothat in future IDPs could get basic facilities in flood camps . Director Jagirta organization Khalid Babbar said that district administration did not take into confidence to the masses and civil society in preparing the contingency plan of the district while he expressed his grievances regarding ongoing desilting work of LBOD drains and Natural ways of water. Ameer Ali Shar of Bhandar Hari Sangat alleged that mostly administrative officers were corrupt and they were unable to implement on contingency plan with sincerity while stressed need to own the problems even on village level to face any kind of disasters. He further said that people should themselves act for their safety during any disaster. Research officer of PTI, Mohammad Saleem Abbasi said that government had prepared contingency plan but there were some mistakes as did not show allocation of budget etc while local last year flood affected people were not aware of it. MIRPURKHAS July 18. A man was gunned down by armed persons over old enmity while a married woman was axed to death by her husband in Karokari in the district Mirpurkhas on Wednesday. Report received that MST Dilli Nohani, 26, was axed to death by her husband Fateh Mohammad Nohani in KaroKari at 32 mile Mori near Digri town. Her body was brought at taluka hospital Digri for legal formality while murder case was lodged with Digri police station on the complaint of Janib Ali Nohani, brother of deceased woman against the accused Fateh Mohammad Nohani, who was later arrested by Digri police.

In another incident, Gull Mohammad Khaskheli, 45, was axed to death by armed unknown persons in Phuladyyoon town, while the accused fled away from the spot. Body of the deceased was brought at Phuladyyoon hospital for post mortem by Phuladyyoon police. Jan Mohammad Khaskheli, son of the deceased has lodged the murder case with Phuladyyoon police station and nominated as accused Khuda Bux, Sajan, Sadiq, Faisal and Brochio, all by caste Mari. Cause of the murder is said to be old enmity. However Phuladyyoon police carried out raid and apprehended one of the nominated accused Khuda Bux Mari.

MIRPURKHAS July 18. Scores of activists of Jeay Sindh Quami Mahaz district Mirpurkhas held demonstration in front of local press club to protest against anti Sindh project Zulfikarabad here on Wednesday. Led by district president Faqeer Yousuf Mangrio, vice president Mustafa Kori and general secretary Jam Munawar Sammoon, carrying banners and placards, raised slogans against the Zulfikarabad project. Addressing at the protesters leaders strongly condemned the Sindh government for launching the above anti Sindh project that will be cause of entries of outsiders. They lamented that different districts of Sindh had already been damaged of last year heavy rainfall while the roads and infrastructures had also been destroyed but rulers wanted to colonizing the outsiders in new anti Sindh project Zulfikarabad instead to reconstruct the damaged towns and villages of last year flood. They alleged that it was the deep conspiracy against Sindhi people to convert them in minority by colonizing the outsiders in above project. They rejected this project and demanded the government to invest its allocated amount in other development schemes of Sindh province.

He was speaking as chief guest at the closing ceremony of 47^th National Mango and summer fruits festival 2012 Mirpurkhas held here on Tuesday night at Mirpurkhas Gymkhana club that was attended by growers, government officials, notables etc. He said that district administration was succeeded to encourage local growers as we organized the Mango festival in befitting manner this year also. He lamented that owing to last year flood, 30 to 40 percent mango orchards had been devastated despite this we succeeded to held the Mango festival this year also with the help of owners of Mango orchards. He said that he had been recommended the secretary agriculture to make functional the modern food technology laboratory and complete the construction of Seminar hall in Sindh Horticulture research institute Mirpurkhas. Chairman organizing committee Anwer Gondal said that there was need to get real aims of this annual Mango festival. He further said that owing to last year flood mostly mango orchards and Nurseries had been destroyed and urged the authorities to provide funds to Sindh Horticulture research Institute Mirpurkhas for preparing more than Nurseries sothat local growers could cultivate their Mango orchards. He lamented that Sindh government had been imposed ban on irrigation water for Mango orchards while called the government to lift ban and ensure correctly use of irrigation water to end the water shortage in tail end areas. He said that in South Asia, above institute was prepared Qalam of Mangoes in large quantity and of different varieties of mangoes. Later, Chief Guest Commissioner Ghulam Hussain Memon and Chairman Anwer Gondal distributed the cash awards among the successful growers of different varieties of Mangoes.

A rally was took out under the banner of population department Mirpurkhas here on Wednesday from civil hospital to local press club to mark world population day while lady health workers, Para medical staff, doctors and workers of NGOs participated . Participators carrying banners and placards, marched through main roads and reached at local press club, where addressing at the participators, deputy district population officer Nasrullah Kumhar said that health of mother remain good when time was given in birth of children and such care of children and their preparation was made in proper manner. He said that planning was being made by population department to control the growing population while civil society and media should pay their role in this regard.

Hundreds of people of Christian community as well as other minorities held demonstration at Tandoadam Naka near Ring road here on Wednesday to protest against police failure to arrest the absconder accused of murder case landlord Faisal Kachehlo. Led by Pir Zubair Jan Sarhandi and Sarwan Bheel, carrying banners and placards they raised slogans against SSP Mirpurkhas and ex SHO Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station Inayat Zardari. Enraged protestors also blocked the ring road and burnt also tyres, while they demanded the government to take notice of police failure to nab the nominated accused of murder case Faisal Kachehlo. Pir Zubair Jan Sarhandi, Sarwan Bheel and others talking to media men accused that SSP Mirpurkhas was supporting the influential landlord Faisal Kachehlo who had been brutally killed the innocent youth Asif Masih alias Shera at kachehlo farm some days back in the limit of KGM police station but alleged that owing to support of SSP Mirpurkhas and ex SHO Inayat KGM Inayat Zardari, nominated accused was not taken into custody and provided them opportunities to flee from the region . They accused that above absconder accused had been purchased the local police and demanded the higher police authorities to ensure arresting of the above influential accused Faisal Kachehlo without any delay by deployment of impartial police parties and punish him exemplary. Later they dispersed peacefully.

MIRPURKHAS July 11. Rainfall hit the Mirpurkhas and its outskirts areas here on Tuesday night as result temperature was decreased. Report said that rainfall remained continue for an hour as result rainy water was stagnated at the various main roads and streets of the city. Power supply was suspended as the first drop of the rain fell down while power was restored after 7 hours disturbing the citizens . It may be recalled that severe hot spell was continued here for last 15 days and as the rainfall begun children and youths came out of their houses in happiness while local farmers have expressed their happiness as they were facing already acute shortage of irrigation water causing damages of their standed crops. Meanwhile, director Nara canal area water board Ghulam Mustafa Ujjan has been setup 24 hours rain emergency center at wireless control room Jamrao division office due to expected heavy rainfall and deployed also staff there.

MIRPURKHAS July 10. A minor girl was seriously injured and later died in Kot Ghulam Mohammad taluka hospital when she sustained serious bullet injuries in head while playing near a water course at village Ghulam Mohammad Bhurgari, near Degan Bhurgari town on Tuesday. Report received that Shremti Soomri, 7, d/o Chetan Bheel was playing near a water course that unknown persons hunting there of pig and as they fired to kill pig but the bullet hit her head as result she sustained serious injuries, rushed to taluka hospital Kot Ghulam Mohammad where she was provided first aid and then referred for civil hospital Mirpurkhas due to precarious condition but she died after some time there. The unknown hunters reportedly fled away from the spot after this incident. However no case of this incident was lodged with concerned police station till filing of the news .

MIRPURKHAS July 10. SSP Mirpurkhas Farooque Jamali has said that Town police have arrested three robbers who had robbed the passengers coach two days back in night from Ring road near Educational board Mirpurkhas. Addressing at the press conference in his office here on Tuesday, he told that SHO town police Syed Tanveer Shah carried out investigation and with the help of police Peri and foot prints of robbers conducted raid at Junejo colony and apprehended three involved robbers identified as Jan Mohammad Mari, Fateh Mohammad Mari and Faiz Mohammad Mari and recovered from their possession stolen cash about 30000 and over a dozen mobile cell phone. He further said that one of the arrested accused Jan Mohammad Mari was the son of recently retired ASI Noor Mohammad Mari, while nabbed accused Fateh Mohammad Mari belong to Khairpur Nathan Shah . He further told that case has been lodged with town police station of coach robbery. He expressed that same arrested robbers had also been robbed same coach from Satellite Town police limit in past. He said that he has been recommended to I.G. police Sindh for giving awards to SHO town and his team. He said that he has also been promoted 40 police constables as head constables whose promotions were in pending since 1996. In reply a question, he said that he had been setup special police team headed by DSP Digri for arresting of nominated accused of murder case landlord Faisal Kachehlo while another nominated accused Allah Bachayo Khokhar was arrested as they had been killed a labour Asif Masih few days ago in the limit of Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station. He further told that special police team carried out raids at Hyderabad and Karachi for arresting of accused Faisal Kachehlo but still he was atlarge while he added that he has been informed to higher authorities about the accused sothat he could not be fly to abroad.

Zonal incharge MQM Mirpurkhas zone Fareed Ahmed Khan has said that district administration should take immediate legal action against those creating hurdles in construction of sewerage pumping station at Gulshan e Haider colony for draining out the rainy water from the big part of the city. In a press statement issued here on Tuesday, he further said that infrastructure of city Mirpurkhas had been devastated during last year heavy rainfall while stagnant rainy water had divided the city in parts and entry and exit ways were removed as result political , social and trade activities remained suspend for long time in the city but now we would saved the citizens on any cost from damages of rainfall and those persons wanted to drawn or inundate this city again under their comprehensive conspiracy would be unsuccessful. He demanded the deputy commissioner Mirpurkhas to take immediate legal action against influential personalities creating hurdles in construction of sewerage pumping station in Gulshan e Haider colony. Hundreds of enraged people mostly Christian resident of Tandoadam Naka, Mirpurkhas held demonstration here on Monday at Hyderabad Mirpurkhas road near Ratanabad while they also blocked the above main road by creating hurdles and also burnt the old tyres to protest against brutally murder of youth Asif Masih alias Shera at kachelo farm in the limit of Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station by influential landlord and his henchmen. Led by Sarwan Bheel, Allah Ditta and Pir Khalid Jan Sarhandi, carrying banners and placards, placing the body of the deceased Asif Masih at main road, they were demanding the immediate arresting of the involved influential landlord and his henchmen. On this occasion, talking to newsmen Sarwan Bheel and Pir Khalid Jan Sarhandi accused that deceased was a driver and lifting the soil for filling the foundation of a under construction school of an NGO in taluka Kot Ghulam Mohammad. They accused that landlord Faisal Kachehlo and his henchmen were involved in brutally murder of the above deceased. They alleged that influential landlord Faisal Kachehlo was making efforts to save himself by assuring the police that crime was committed by his servant, while he was himself involved in brutally murder. They urged the higher authorities to ensure immediate apprehending of the above influential landlord and his henchmen. Later, on the assurance of police action against the influential landlord they dispersed peacefully and traffic was restored after two hours at the above main road.

It may be recalled that on Monday morning Allah Ditta Khokhar Masih, father of the deceased youth has lodged the murder case with Kot Ghulam Mohammad police station, accusing that his son Asif Masih alias Shera, 25, was a labor and also driver as he was lifting the soil through his tractor trolley for filling the foundation of an under construction school of an NGO on Sunday that his son Asif Masih alias Shera was brutally shot dead by accused landlord Faisal Kachehlo and Allah Bachayo Khokhar. Sources said that after this incident, KGM police reached at the spot and shifted the body to taluka hospital KGM where later, after legal formality, body was handed over to heirs of the deceased. Sources said that police have detained one of the nominated accused Allah Bachayo Khokhar, who was the servant of other nominated accused landlord Faisal Kachehlo.

MIRPURKHAS July 9. Crime has been increased in the city premises as a coach and two persons were deprived of their cash and bike by unknown armed robbers in the city during 24 hours. Report said that a youth Heralal Lohano was going to Rewachand Garden after drawing the cash money RS 1 and half lakhs from a local bank that near Roshan Plaza in the limit of Satellite town police armed robbers intercepted him on gun point and deprived him of cash RS 1 and half lakhs and escaped away from the spot in day light. A youth Amir was on his way at Umerkot road near SLD cotton factory that two unknown armed robbers intercepted him on gun point while they snatched his bike and a mobile cell phone and fled away on his bike from the spot. Meanwhile on Sunday night a passenger coach was going to Umerkot that near Mirpurkhas educational board at ring road, four unknown armed robbers traveling as passengers suddenly held the passengers hostage on gun point and looted cash, gold rings, wrist watches and mobile cell phones from them and escaped away. Besides a onion loaded truck was on its way from Khipro to Karachi that near Sindhri chowk at Sindhri Mirpurkhas road 6 armed dacoits intercepted the truck on gun point and kidnapped the loaded truck for unknown destination while before escaping they left the truck driver with tight hands near Old Mirpur.
