What What! So I got the chance to review some of the wonderful Farm Rich and let me just say.... I loved them!

The first one I tried was the Mozzarella Bites. My first thought was WOW, these are super easy to make! You can make them either in the Microwave or the oven. I chose the oven just because normally I think stuff tastes better when you bake it rather than microwave it. So I poured the bag on my baking tray and popped them in my 400 degree over for 12 minutes (suggested time is 11-13) and let them bake.

They were a nice pretty golden color when I took them out and I had the urge to just pop one in my mouth, which I tried, and burnt my fingers, so that was not a good idea. I let them cool for about 5 minutes while I got the ranch and pizza sauce around for dipping.

They tasted delicious! Especially with the sauce, to me eating them plain was a little bland, but I was the only one at the table who thought so. Also, I thought they tasted better in the pizza sauce, but they were still very good in the ranch.

OH! And they fill you up quickly. We finished the whole bag but there were four of us and by the time I was done eating I was holding my stomach groaning, "I'm so full!"

Great product! Delicious, easy to make, and quick for those nights that you only have a short time for dinner or snacks. =)

The other product I tried was the Mini Quesadillas. Now these I loved even more than the mozzarella bites!

They are made with all white meat chicken and a southwestern blend of cheddar and jack cheeses. They were also super easy to make. Once again I dumped the bag on my tray and popped it in the 400 degree oven but this time I cooked them for 19 minutes (suggested is 18-20). Now, believe it or not this time I was able to restrain myself from grabbing one, but the urge was still strong.

I was patient (Kind of) and waited until they cooled and were plated before biting into one and I am so glad because they tasted so good. We also had a lot of dipping sauces with these... We had cheese, sour cream, salsa, ranch, and a couple of homemade dips. My favorite was mixing the cheese and sour cream. Yummmmmmmy.

All in All we were all very happy with the Farm Rich products, and we have bought them since, and will continue buying them!

Mos Wanted Crew!

Hey everyone!

So I don't know if anyone watches ABDC, but if you don't... you should. =)

And whether you do or not... You should Check out Mos Waned Crew! =) I love them... Seriously. ♥

They are AMAZING.

10 fresh dancers and choreographers representing 30 different crews from Southern California to Houston to Chicago, Mos Wanted Crew can be considered the All Star team of the dance, choreography culture!!

This is their first performance on Americas Best Dance Crew, and they're doing it up to In the Ayer by Flo Rida.

They were the last crew to go on and even JC said that they saved the Best for Last! =)

Now when they say Mos Wanted it's about what they want most. Dance. They put their hearts into dance, it's their passion. They strive to be successful in dance, and they give it their all to make it work. Its was what they want most. You can see that they put their all into it just by watching them, both as a group and as individuals.

I mean Seriously..

You can't watch this and tell me he didnt put his heart into this. You can see it on his face and in his movements. This is his passion, his love.

Or this. I love how they are all goofing off, but you can see them go serious when they start. =)

Movie Reviews!!! =)

Hello there Lovely! How are you??

Me, I'm afraid I'm running a bit behind! I've seen a few movies in the past few weeks and I still havent posted my thoughts! One of them is The Hunger Games, which some of you may remember I went to the midnight showing of! So even though it's a little late, here is my review! Along with a few other reviews. =) =) =)

The Hunger Games:

Alright, so because I read the book I had very high expectations of this movie! And I'm happy to say..... It met all of them. Sure parts of it were a little different, and they cut a few things out, but they had to or the movie would have been to long. Plus the things they cut out were no big deal really. Parts of it were sad, especially one particular part. My cousin and I both cried. It was a very very good movie, and I was very happy with it! My one dislike...... Now I have to wait for the second one. =)

21 Jump Street:

This was a movie that my nephew and I both wanted to see, so I took him for his birthday and we both loved it!!! Sure, there were a few dumb parts, but that was kind of expected. It was funny for the most part, and we both laughed. =) =) OH and Jonah Hill, awesome! And with the short hair he's looking pretty good. =) ;)

Titanic in 3D:

So I'm a huge Titanic fan, so of course once I heard they were going to release it in 3D I KNEW I was going to see it. First let me say it was AWESOME! I loved it in 3D, it was just awesome to watch. Now.... I guess I forgot how LONG that movie was (even though I have it)... Because about 2 hours in I was looking at my clock like, "WOW this thing is long!" OH and funny story, about halfway through the movie I went out to get snacks, and I noticed everything was looking funny, and I started getting funny looks...well... I lifted my hand and YEP I had forgotten to take the 3D glasses off... And I did it AGAIN when the movie ended! My friends were just cracking up. lol. But ANYWAY. Even though it is long, and my bum went numb, I am very glad that I went and saw it. It was very cool to be able to watch it in 3D. I probably wouldnt go again though, because I've seen it in 3D already, and it was just to long to be sitting in the theater.

American Reunion:

Ok, so this got mixed reviews. A lot of people said it was awful, while a few said it was a pretty good movie. I LOVED IT! So did the friends that I went with! It was SO SO SO FUNNY. =) I also have to say that I own all of the other 7, so maybe I'm a little biased. But I really did love it. Some of the jokes were immature but come on, it's American Pie! What do you expect!?!? One of the best things about it was that it had the original cast, including Steve Stiffler (Sean William Scott), and he is HILARIOUS! Seriously, if you see it, wait for the cooler and jet ski scene, it is FUNNY. And we weren't the only ones laughing, the whole theater was, and there were quite a few people in there. =)

Ok, so I don't know how many of you have read the book or seen the preview for the movie, or how many of you are planning to see the movie. All I have to say is.............

I'M GOING TO THE MIDNIGHT SHOWING!!!!!!!!!!

And I'm pretty excited about it if you can't tell!

I've read all the books, I finished all three in two days. That is how hooked I was, and so I've just been waiting for the movie to come out. And for the past few weeks I've been bouncing off the walls and trying to decide if I wanted to go to the midnight showing.

Well my mind was made up 20 minutes ago when my cousin told me she had an extra ticket if I wanted to go to the midnight showing with her.

Uhh, Hell yes I want to go! Actually, it was more like this:
SERIOUSLY!?!?!??!?!!?!?!? UHHHH YEAH!

But anyway. Point is, I'm going and I'm super excited.

I've read a few reviews on the movie and I'm hoping it's as good as I think it's going to be. I will let you all know though! =)

SodaStream Review!!

Who here loves Soda?

I do I do!! I love soda, something about the fizz just makes me smile. I love water and tea too, especially sweet tea, yum yum. But Something about having a nice cold glass of soda just brings a smile to my face. Now, when I buy soda in the store it's a bit of a pain, you have to think of the cost, the storage, and what to do with the bottles when you're done with them. So I end up with a ton of bottles that need to go back and I have to shove them somewhere until I get a chance to take them back.

So who has heard of the SodaStream?

I have I have! SodaStream is a company that makes At Home soda makers. SodaStream is an "Active Green" product, meaning that consumers are actively reducing their CO₂footprint every time they make soda or sparkling water at home instead of buying it from the store. The more the system is used on a daily basis, the more CO₂ footprint the user actively saves. Using your own soda make means:

Less packaging waste from cans and bottles.
Less pollution caused by transport of bottled beverages.

One SodaStream carbonator makes 60 or 110 liters, equivalent to 170 or 310 aluminum cans! When empty, the carbonator is refilled and reused, ready to make more fizzy and tasty soda whenever you want it.

So last week I received my very own SodaStream!! To say that I was excited is an understatement. I opened it as soon as I got it in the house.

So along with my SodaStream I also got full size bottles of the soda mixes. I got:

Diet Lemon Lime (Like Diet Sprite)

Root Beer

Diet Pink Grapefruit

Pomegranate Peach Green Tea

Cola Free (Like Coke Zero)

Cranberry Raspberry

Ginger Ale

Black Currant & Pear

My Water Flavors

So the first thing I noticed was that I didn't have to plug this in, I didn't even have to use batteries. I was so surprised, I kind of just stared at it for a few minutes like "What?!" But anyway.

So what you do is fill the Soda bottle with water up to the fill line, and screw it into your SodaStream:

And then you press the button on top until you hear the buzz. Three buzzes means that your soda is fizzy! You can do more that three or less, but three is good for me!

Then you remove the bottle and choose your flavor! Fill the cap and pour it in!

The first one I made was Pomegranate Peach Green Tea.

What do I think??

I LOVE this thing! It's easy to use and the Soda tastes great. The Cola Free tastes exactly like Coke Zero to me and the Root Beer tastes just like Root Beer, I also think the Diet Lemon Lime is better than Diet Sprite. And it holds the fizz. It's not like when you buy soda and after you open the bottle a few times all the fizz is gone. It is so convenient, no need to go to the store to buy soda, you can make your own!

I would recommend the SodaStream for all the soda lovers out there. It's easy to use, It tastes great and you don't have to worry about storing soda or soda bottles anymore.

Oh! And just a tip:

When I fill the bottle with Water, I put it in the fridge for a while to let it get nice and cold. =)

The Wanted....Ahhhhh...

The Wanted. =)

If you have heard of The Wanted, they're a British and Irish boy band based in London..... And they are AMAZING! Seriously, I have an obsession.

So first..... The members!

Jay McGuiness

Nathan Sykes

Now I LOVE The Wanted, I think they're great, and they're not the typical "boy band". They play instruments, they can sing, and I think they're just wonderful. They're also more focused on the music other than their looks, which I KNOW you can't tell, because they are HOT, but still.

They are based in London and they have been popular there for a few years, and they debuted in the USA last year. =) Although I gotta say boys, dancing is not a strong suit, at least not that I've seen.... But that doesn't make me love them any less!!!

Plus, who doesn't love sexy men with even sexier accents? I mean seriously. =)

So here's their single, Glad You Came. I love it.

You can also find live performances on Youtube, if you search Glad You Came The Wanted, you can find the one they did on Ellen, and it was great. They went into the audience, it was great. =)

They also did a cover of Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls and I love it. I like the song, and I love this cover, their voices go so well together and I think I might like this better than the original.

Plus.... Tom's raspy voice just gets me every time. =)

Not only are these boys great at their own songs, but when it comes to covers, they are the best out there.

Tom, Max, Siva, Jay, and Nathan totally slayed their solos left and right and killed on the harmonies on their cover of Neon Trees' "Animal".

Ok, and just one more....... Hopefully. This is their song Gold Forever. =)

And I have to end this now, or I will just post more videos. I TOLD you I had an obsession.

But Part of the reason I posted so many videos is because I can sit here and tell you a thousand times how wonderful they are. How great their music is, how much I love them. But no matter what I say you have to form your own opinion, and I must say, I think it's going to be the same as mine. lol. Or at least....I hope it is. =)

Urban Decay Book of Shadows IV

So I have a MAJOR addiction to makeup as some of you may know, but what you may not know is that I am in LOVE with Urban Decay. Their products are amazing and one of my favorite things is their Book Of Shadows. Some of you may have heard of the Book Of Shadows pallets, they are limited edition pallets that are just simply amazing. =)

Now most of the Book Of Shadows pallets come with the 16 eye shadows and 2 eye pencils. But this one is Different! =)

This comes with the 16 eyeshadows of course, but it also comes with a travel size Primer Potion, a travel size Supercurl Curling Mascara, and a FULL SIZE 24/7 Waterproof liquid eyeliner!! And lets not forget...... A Mini Speaker and a cord!! So you take the cord, plug it into the speaker and then to your phone or ipod! And the speaker puts out good sound too, I like it. Plus it has a clip on it, so you can carry it like a keychain. =)

Now the 16 colors are Blue Bus, GunMetal, Cobra, Baked, Bender, Gravity, Lost, Hijack, Midnight Cowgirl, Sin, Midnight Rodeo, Crystal, Bust, Missionary, Skimp, and Zephyr. And here are some swatches for you. =)

The eyeshadows are great! Like almost all other Urban Decay eyeshadows they are highly pigmented, smooth, and they stay on all day. I use the primer potion and I never have any problem with creasing or fading, which I love.

All in All, I LOVE this Pallet. I like that they replaced the two mini eyeliners with the full size liquid liner, because although I love the pencil liner, I have been waiting to get a Liquid Liner, and I love it. It is easy to use and can create a sharp line, or can be smudged. And the speaker! I love the speaker, I plug it in to my phone and rock out while Im doing my makeup. It's a lot of fun. =)

I just don't know...

So I have to get this off my chest, or I'm afraid I might burst.

Last night I was talking to my friend and we were talking about crushes, and she admitted to me that she has had a crush on a guy since the 4th grade, that's like 11 years. And I asked her why she never told me and she said, "Well I was ashamed. He was my best Friend, it was weird."

And all I could think was WOW. Because Im in almost the same situation, only he's not my best friend and it's been more like 13 or 14 years that I have been crushing on him. (Different Guys) So I asked around to a couple of my other friends and some of them feel the same way, so I figured if it could happen to us, it could happen to anyone. Anyone male or female could be going through what I'm going through, what my friends are going through, so I want to tell you this, maybe it'll help you find some comfort.

When I was in 3rd grade we moved to a new neighborhood. One of the first days we were there I took a walk, as I made it to the corner I saw some kids playing basketball....And I saw him. In that moment I had a crush, did I know that it was going to become this long drawn out thing? No, all I knew was that he was SOOO CUTE.

I won't bore you with our every encounter, but suffice it to say it left a mark on me. And no matter how hard I tried NOT to like him.... Nothing worked. He was a year older than me and I was madly in like with this older guy, and as the years passed and I went into 5th and 6th grade this crush just grew.

He would come over and laugh and talk, and we would hang out and with every word he spoke, with every smile he smiled I fell deeper and deeper. And he KNEW it. I wasn't very good at hiding my feelings, Im pretty sure EVERYONE knew I liked him.

Well, one day we're talking about it and he tells me I'm to young for him. Now you would have thought that would at least dampen this STUPID crush, but no....It didn't. It made me angry though, the big JERK. I mean seriously dude, I'm a YEAR younger than you! REALLY!? But of course I just smiled and nodded. And although he will probably deny it, he did use my crush to his advantage. But I let him, I guess I figured that if I did stuff for him he might stop seeing me as to young for him.

Yeah I know, young and dumb though, remember?

I still remember his smile, his laugh, and how he would talk to me when he and his friends would go by on their bikes or whatever.

So anyway, A few years ago I thought I had this stupid crush GONE. That it had packed its bags and FINALLY left me... But I was sorely mistaken. My friend and I were at the store, and for some reason had started talking about him, and neither of us had seen him for quite a while and we were laughing and joking and when we walked out the door BAM there he was. Driving by. I know! Weird right! Well we got his attention and he stopped and talked for a while and then he and I exchanged numbers.

Well He came over that night and we had fun, joking and goofing around. Having a good time, and with every moment I felt myself falling back to where I was. Realizing that I was NOT over him...No matter how hard I tried to be. And then....We kissed. It was short, more like a peck. But it was enough for me. The moment his lips touched mine it was like I had been electrified. His arms were around my waist and Im pretty sure that if he hadn't been holding me I would have melted to a puddle on the floor.

No one knows we kissed, not even my sister, so Im sorry Bean, but that little morsel was for me only. That was one thing I had to hang on to the hope that MAYBE I would finally get the guy that I had liked for so long... But of course, that didn't happen, and it still hasn't, so now it's yours world.

And the thing is, I'm still not over him.

I don't see him and I rarely talk to him, but it's still there....Im pretty sure it's one of those things I will never get over. There are times when I'll IM him or something, and we'll talk for a few minutes but it's nothing more than that. And yet this crush won't leave me alone. I see his picture, or I hear his name and it all comes rushing back to me.

Sometimes, the things he says when we're IMing I can hear him saying. I can see his smile. And it's just sad. I know it is, but I just can't help it.

My friend and I were talking the other day and she asked, "Well do you think it's just the idea of him?" And of course I was like, what a brilliant question! That could very well be it. But...Im afraid it's not. That night, I talked to him, and my stomach started doing backflips, and I couldn't help but smile. I don't think it is just the "idea" of this man that has me all......Crushy.

Now, I am ashamed too. I'm ashamed of this crush. Because deep in my heart I know that there will never be anything between us. In his eyes I will always be the dorky girl across the street that had a crush on him. I'll always be too young in his eyes. I will never make it past that. And yet, even though I know that...I can't stop liking him.

So know this, even if you have a crush on someone, even if it's unusually long, just know that there is always someone out there in the same situation you're in. There is always someone liking someone else, even if there's not a chance. There is always someone afraid to say what they feel. There is always someone who is ashamed of their feelings, or ashamed about who they have feelings toward.

If you're in a tough spot like me and some of my friends keep your head up, know that we are right there with you feeling what you're feeling, and most likely thinking what you're thinking. And know that you can come to us anytime.

You can't help who you like...Or in my case... Love.

If you made it through this then wow, I just noticed how long I rambled, and Im sorry!!!

Happy Tuesday!

Why hello there lovely! How are you today?

Im doing purrrrty good. =) Planning out my shopping trip so that I can go grocery shopping either tonight or tomorrow. It will probably end up being tomorrow though, so I can finish getting my coupons around. If any of you read my other post you'll know that my coupon binder is GONE! And I still haven't gotten it back or found out if I will even get it back =( But I have still been getting my papers, I've just been going "Clipless" I don't really know if I like it. lol.

In other news, If you read my post about my 90 day challenge I am doing it, I didn't start when I wanted to because I procrastinate. but I have lost 3 pounds this week! I'm pretty excited. I'm sure I could have done better, but I went a little overboard on the chips and chocolate and candy last week. lol.

BUT when someone gets you a chocolate heart and stuff for Valentines Day you can't just ignore it. It MUST be eaten. lol. At least thats how I feel, call me weird if you must. =)

Other than that though I had a good week, I walked and jogged almost every day, I did a little Yoga, I danced a little. I had fun. =)

Also, Where I live we are having a very mild winter, so there has been no snow or anything like that and it really hasn't been to cold so walking and jogging is really nice. And it's nice to be able to grab my ipod and go for a walk. I DO still wear my winter coat, because it is still a little chilly out, but it's still great.

Seriously, I've never used a scrapbook software before and I feel like an old pro already.

I am very impressed with My Memories Suite software. And I am probably going to be using it a lot, I have a lot of half finished scrapbooking projects that this will be VERY handy for. =)

5-4-3-2-1 I'm a rocket man...

Ahhhhh Eric Church. I love Eric Church. =) And lately this song has been in my head CONSTANTLY. Seriously, I've listened to it at LEAST 12 times this morning. I just love it. lol.

All you gotta do is put a drink in my hand!!! =) haha

I am a HUGE Eric Church fan and as you may know a HUGE Brantley Gilbert fan...and as some of you may know Brantley is on the Blood, Sweat, and Beers tour with Eric Church and they are coming to where I live! Well, like 30 minutes away, but same difference. =)

So I AM GOING! My friend and I bought our tickets when we first found out, which was in December. lol. So yeah, it's been a while. I am so excited I just CANT wait. I'm like a giddy teenager. When we bought our tickets I was jumping up in down with a cheesy smile on my face. If I would have recorded it I would have posted it for you to see, I'm pretty sure someone would have gotten a chuckle out of it. lol

I am SOOOOO excited. (Pretty sure I already said that. But oh well.) I'm not sure what it is, but Eric Church just puts me in a good mood. His songs, his voice, his personality, it's all of it. And it doesn't matter what song it is either. His music just makes me smile. lol. ♥ ♥ ♥

Just made spaghetti at 11pm?

Don't ask why, because the only answer I can give is that it sounded really good. And I was really hungry...and these cravings are CRAZY. So I got up at 11 and made a big pot of spaghetti, I only had 1 bowl, so I did good. The rest is already put away neatly in my tupperware in my fridge.....AND I've already done the dishes from it. Woot Woot. =)

And now, I'm sitting on the couch watching Golden Girls and typing this. I Love the Golden Girls, I watch it every day, a lot of people think I'm weird because of my age. But who cares what they think, this is a good show and if they would watch it they would know.

Plus some of the stuff they say just cracks me up.

Especially Sophia, she's probably my favorite. She is SOO funny.

I'm already regretting the spaghetti, because now I won't sleep for a couple hours. =/ And I'm tired, and I know tomorrow is going to be a long day. But OH WELL I did it to myself. I knew making it so late wasn't a good idea, but once the idea came into my head I just couldn't get it out. Harrumph.

So I might play some video games, and talk to a couple people, and maybe do a little work. And then go to sleep. lol. Oh Oh Oh and plan my shopping trip! I've gotta get that done because I'm supposed to go shopping tomorrow. So I better get on that!

How are you doing today??

If you read my last post (Doctors visit) and my brilliant plan to get out of it... Well it turns out I didn't need my brilliant plan after all!! Because....

The IDIOTS cancelled my appointment.....WithOUT telling me.

Yes, that's right.

I called to confirm my appointment and the lady gets all my info and says, "Well I'm not showing you on our calender at all." And I was like, "uhhhh, What?!" And I heard another lady in the background say, "Oh, we cancelled that."

"Uhm, EXCUSE ME!?" So not only did the MORONS cancel my appointment, but they did it without telling me. If I hadn't called to confirm the appointment I would have shown up for it, then what? THEN WHAT?! Then they would have said, "Oh, we cancelled your appointment, sorry, see ya next time." Really?

I don't like them anyway, but they were the ones that could get me in soonest, and now I am deeply regretting it. Because they are MORONS, and I've never liked them. And that just solidifies my intense dislike for them, never again will I make an appointment there.

Oh, and they couldn't even give me a reason why they cancelled me. And when I told them, "I made this appointment a week ago, I want to see the doctor." She said, "Well, we have already rebooked your appointment, so there's nothing we can do for you. But you can always go to the ER." Yeah, that's right. That is what she told me. I was so close to telling her to shove it. Or maybe something a little worse. =)

Oh and this is just a side note.... I LOVE The Big Bang theory. It is one of my favorite shows. =) The Big Bang Theory and How I met your mother, seriously. I watch both of them everyday. lol. I'm actually watching Big Bang right now, the one where Sheldon gets all the cats. ♥ ♥ ♥

Ok, so now on to the Review... Go 360 Clean!!

I love this stuff. I use it every day. It makes my face feel clean and I love the little scrubber that comes with it. I just put a dollop of my face wash on there and wash my face.... Sometimes I wash for a few minutes, because the scrubber pad feels so good. lol.

Plus they have different formulas and everything. I've tried the Green and the Blue, I like them both.

Hello!

How is everyone doing tonight?

I am currently thinking of ways to get out of having to go to the doctor today. lol. I really don't want to go, Im not a fan of the doctor. But if I don't go I have friends that would probably beat me, so I really have no choice. But I can still plot ways to get out of it.

And hope that maybe one of my brilliant plans work. haha.

And ladies, Im sure that you know how I feel about going to the doctor, because Men don't have to go to this doctor, so they don't know what it's like. lol

And now for the Have You Seen?!

Have you seen the Boondock Saints?! (BDS)

There are 2 and I am in LOVE with them both, I have been for quite a while and I can't WAIT until number 3 comes out. =)
I am just a huge fan.
Huge HUGE HUGE fan. lol.

The movies are written and directed by Troy Duffy and star Sean Patrick Flanery and Norman Reedus. The first one came out in 1999 and the second one, Boondock Saints: All Saints Day came out in 2009. So there is a gap, I'm just hoping (along with the other BDS fans) that it does NOT take another 10 years for number three.

Now this is ONE of my favorite parts of the first movies, Just one of them. lol. So here you go:

Yes, that's right. I went out with my family and when I got home my car was gone. I was so mad. And NOW, I woke up this morning and realized.......My coupons, My coupon binder, and all my other coupon stuff.......was in the car. I am just SO furious right now!!! I am gonna SCREAM. I am just so upset.

I had my coupons and stuff in there, CDs, Stuff from my mom, and a lot of other stuff. I am just so upset I could cry.

So now I don't know what I'm gonna do. Because I don't have a car to go get my coupons this morning and it is snowing like mad so I can't walk. (THANKFULLY, I know the lady who works at the store and she is going to hold my papers for me until I can get up there to get them.) And Hopefully I find out what's going on with the car soon. =/

And on another note, I'm watching Extreme Couponing and this Lady just cleared the shelf (Which is a BIG HUGE No No in my book. I don't like that.) And she was proud of herself!!!! She was like, "Get a shot of that shelf, I cleared it!" and she laughed. With the mood I'm in I wanted to slap that stupid lady through the TV. And I hope that somehow she finds this and reads it.

You are an idiot. You're PROUD of yourself for taking deals that other people want and need too. really? Would it have been SO difficult for you to pick up a phone and call the supermarket and say, "Hey, I'm coming in on whatever day, and Im going to buy so many of this product do you think you could order extra and have them for me?" Because I'm sure the store would have said yes. But NO, you had to RUIN it for everyone that was going in there after you for that deal.

Yeah, that's AWESOME of you. That's just GREAT. Be Very proud of yourself!!!

My mood swings have been a little crazy lately. lol. Happy to Sad to Mad to Happy. I've just been bouncing around. =) lol

Good Morning!

How are you doing today??

I'm doing pretty well, a little tired, but that's why I have my huge cup of coffee sitting next to me. =)

Ok so many of you know I am a huge music fan. I like almost all kinds of music, it's kind of like an addiction. So the voting for the 2012 ACM Awards New Artist of the year is up, and I am having a Dilemma! TWO of my FAVORITE artists are in it! Brantley Gilbert and Hunter Hayes. I just don't know who to vote for!

They are both great Artists in my opinion, they both write their own songs, both play instruments, and both have great voices. I love them both, So I am just stuck. I have the voting page up on my computer right now, and I just CAN'T DECIDE!!

Booooo. I guess I'll just have to think on it a bit more.

Now if you have never heard of these two you should really check them out!

Brantley Gilbert has had a few songs that you may have heard if you're a country music fan, like "Country Must be Country Wide" and his newest single, "You don't Know her Like I do" Both are great songs, but I they are not his only two. I like all of his music. Oh and a little Fun Fact: Brantley wrote Jason Aldeans hits "Dirt Road Anthem" and "My Kinda Party". (Dirt Road Anthem was actually a duet with Colt Ford doing the rapping before Jason sang it.)
Here are to of my favorite BG songs. =)

Kick it in the Sticks in just an amazing song. It gets me pumped when I hear it. lol. It just makes me happy. =) It does have a Rock Feel to it, but I love it.

Now Hunter Hayes is Also Amazing! Once again if you're a country fan and you listen to your local country music station I can almost Guarantee you have heard his song "Storm Warning" Hunter is SO talented. Did you know.... Now Storm Warning is his only song that I have heard on the radio around me, but it may be different where you live, but anyway!

Now this song is called "Wanted" I love this song. If a guy sung this to me I would probably melt, I would be swept off my feet. Ladies, give it a listen and you will understand why. This IS live and Acoustic, it is my favorite, if you want to hear the album version you can find it on youtube. =)

How are you lovely?!

Me. I'm eh, okay. Partly because I know what I get to do all day, CLEAN. Woot Woot. I really really dislike cleaning, it is one of my least favorite things EVER.

But it must be done.
Because................

My mommy is coming into town!!!

My mom doesn't live close, she lives 1,500 miles away =( So anytime she comes into town I get really excited, I love my mom. But when she comes I have to like top to bottom clean, that's the part I'm not a fan of.

Well, Normally I have a bit of a head start, I start cleaning like 2 weeks in advance so I don't have to rush, and the day before she comes I just give the house one more quick run through. But oh NO not this time. My dear mother didn't tell me until TODAY that she was coming into town TOMORROW.

We were on the phone and she was like, "Well, we'll be there tomorrow."

I was like" WHAT?! Tomorrow as in TOMORROW?!"

And she kinda laughed, "Uh Yeah, tomorrow."

So yeah, I have a lot of cleaning to do. ugh. It needs to be done anyway, but I just wish I had more time.

But oh well. I get to see my mom and step dad and that's all that matters.

Well, that is all for now, because my cat has decided that he just NEEDS to be on my lap, and that my hand should be used for giving him lovens and not typing.

Uhm Yeah, OW!

So how are you doing today lovely?

Me, not so hot. I feel HORRID. Blech. Blah. Ugh.

I just went to the store to grab a few things (Yes, at 3:30am) And I know the girl that works there, and my friend was with me and as I was grabbing my drink the girl that works there looked at me and was like, "Wow, you look bad. You're like, really really pale." And my friend looks at me and she's like, "Yeah, you do."

So I was like, "I am a naturally pale person!" And I am, seriously. I'll walk outside in shorts in the summer and you better avert your eyes, cause they'll burn. Seriously, I'm a white girl, a white WHITE girl. haha.

But they're both just giving me that, uh huh Whatever you say stare, and the girl that works there is like, "No, it's like 10 times worse. You have color normally, right now you're like as pale as this sheet of paper." And my friend of course agrees.

Oh, gee. Thanks guys.

So anyway, as we're leaving the girl that works there is like, "Walk her to the door when you get there." Because my friend had picked me up. I just rolled my eyes. And she's like, "Or just make sure she gets in her house." And my friend nods and says, "Oh yeah, I will."

So we get in the car and my friend is convinced that I need to go to the ER. Not happenin', I don't wanna go to the ER, I am not a fan. I don't do needles very well, none of my family does. We're known to faint when someone comes at us with a needle. (Side Note: When My Mamaw and Papaw [Grandma and Grandpa] went to get married they had to have their blood tested and when they got there my Papaw looked at my Mamaw and said, "You better go first, I don't want you to get scared." So my Mamaw shrugs and goes first, takes it like a champ. But when she came out my Papaw was sitting the the waiting area shakin like a leaf. She still laughs when she tells that story. Anyway, it seems we all got my Papaws fear of needles, because none of us can take them. Seriously, My dad , uncles, cousins, aunt, we're all bad.) but I digress. I convinced her not to take me.... For Now. She was sure to stress that, For Now.

So I have strict orders to call first thing when I wake up, or she is going to call me, and if I don't feel better She IS taking me to the ER. So BLAH.

I am in pain. Like in my stomach. Well, like the top of my stomach, I guess, it's hard to explain. But it's not a constant pain, it comes and goes. I'm nauseous, but once again, it's not constant, it comes and goes. I'm a bit light headed, a bit dizzy. But I don't have a fever or anything. So I don't know.

In a way I know I should go... Not necessarily to the ER, but at least to the doctor. But, oh well. I really can't afford that.

So ANYWAY.

Snow! Plus a Surprise!

So, I don't know if you've heard about it, but up here in the Great Lakes Region we got a wicked snow storm this weekend. Well, Thursday and Friday. =)

It started at around 7pm on Thursday and it's still snowing, and it's 3:18am on Saturday. lol. Now I love snow, but I DON'T like driving on it, AT ALL. So in all honesty I haven't driven since it started. We've gotten about 7 inches of snow (so I hear) It may be a little more. I went outside today and it was up around my shin, and that was at around 4:30 Friday afternoon. Lots of FUN!!!

So I had a snow day! Snow days are amazing for just relaxing. I like to make a cup of coffee or tea OR Hot chocolate (Yummmmmy) and just relax and watch the snow for a while. It is so pretty when it falls. Sometimes I will even put my snow stuff on and go out and play in it for a while. =)

I also LOVE to pamper myself so I did a few things:

I took 2 baths! I love to take baths, but a lot of the time I just don't have the time to take them. Or Im just to busy and by the time I get home I just don't feel like it, so this was a lot of fun =)

First I took a Red Wine bath.

I know, it sounds a little goofy,

but just stick with me here.

Red Wine baths are AMAZING for your skin, they are anti-aging and they soften your skin beautifully. Red wine is also great for cleansing pores and reducing their appearance.

Now, you CAN use wine that has turned. So that last glass of wine will never again go to waste! Use it to help your skin! =)

Wine baths are also very simple. Simply pour a glass (Or more if you want) of wine into your running bath water and soak for about a half hour. I always soak longer, so feel free to soak longer if you want.

Your skin will feel great. It will thank you.

After I took my wine bath I relaxed for a while, and did a foot treatment. =)

Simple, easy, and my feet feel amazing.

First slather a lotion or foot cream all over your little tootise. (I used a foot cream)

Take a plastic Bag and put it over your lotioned up foot.

Throw a sock on over that. (Optional: Pop that sock in the microwave for about 5 to 10 seconds. It doesn't have to be HOT just a bit Warm.)

Leave it on at least 15 minutes, you can leave it on longer if you want.

Take off the sock, and the bag.

Fell your wonderfully soft feet!

Run your fingers across them, Rub them together, make your hubby, boyfriend, or significant other feel them, Send out a mass text to all of your friends:

"You should feel my feet right now. I bet you 50 bucks they're softer than yours."

Ahhh, and the second bath, The wondrous Oatmeal Bath. I love oatmeal baths, when I get out my skin just feels so much softer. It is also great for when your skin gets dry and itchy. Oatmeal makes it so much better.

Now there are many ways you can do the oatmeal bath. Normally, I do it this way.

I use my coffee grinder and grind up about a cup of oats. I grind them until they're just a powder.

As your bath water is running sprinkle that powder on in there. You can pour it all in at once, or you can do a little at a time.

Let it hang out in there for about 5 minutes, you want it to dissolve into the water.

Step on in that bath tub BE CAREFUL it will be slippery, and we don't need anyone falling!

Soak in your wonderful Skin soothing bath for at least 20 minutes. Once again, you can soak longer I always do!

Another way to do the oatmeal bath:

Fill a Sock with 1/2 cup to 1 cup of oats.

Tie tightly at top

Toss it in your bath.

Squeeze lightly whenever you feel like it to release more of that oatmeal "water" into your tub.

Voila!

They're both great ways to get the benefit of the oatmeal bath. =)

Make sure to moisturize when you get out of the bath.

And for the record I did these baths on two different days. =)

BeautiControl Spa Party!!!

Hey Everyone!

So tonight I went to a BeautiControl Spa Party! It was the first one I've ever been to, and I wasn't going to go because I've been sick and I'm just getting over it, but my cousin was hosting it and was like, "You have to come. DO IT!!!!" lol. So I went and I am SOO glad I did.

Now there are different types of Spa Parties to choose from, there is a Face Lift spa, a Margaritas and Masques, a Detoxify, and a Glam Spa. I don't remember exactly what they're called but that's pretty much the gist of it. =)

Now the one My cousin hosted was the Margaritas and Masques Spa. It was a lot of fun. The first thing we did was a lip and hand treatment. Then we did a foot treatment, you put lotion on your feet, then cover it with a bag, and then you put a hot sock over the bag. =) Then we tried a facial cleanser, a face mask, a toner, and a moisturizer. And when we have the mask was on we had little eye pads on, and she came around and did scalp massages. It was AMAZING!!! And now my lips, hands, feet and face feel SOOOO soft!

Also at different parties I believe everything you do and get to try is different. But that was a lot of fun.

It was so cool that my other cousin and I decided to host our own! She is doing the Detoxify spa and I'm doing the Glam spa. =) woot woot!!!

These Times =)

AHHHHHHHH the wait is over! SafetySuit has released their new album titled "These Times". Now I am a HUGE SafetySuit fan and I have been WAITING since their last album Life Left To Go that came out in 2008! (May 13, 2008 to be exact) Now, there aren't a lot of artists that I would actually wait for their album that long, but SafetySuit is different.

Their Music is original, it's catchy, and it is just simply amazing. Their lyrics are heartfelt, they identify with people, they help people.

I can not explain how much I LOVE this album! (Almost as much as the last, which I also can't put into words. lol) This group serves up one anthem after another without ever repeating itself. That's the true brilliance of Safetysuit. They're as intricate as they are infectious.

The first single "Get Around This" was great, I was jumping up and down (Yes, Literally) Get around this is just a catchy, up beat apology anthem, "Take me back to yesterday if you can forgive me I will stay by you only though if you can forget we can get around this, get around this, get around this, get around, we can get around this, get around this mess."

Their second single from this album "Let Go" had some people up in arms, because this song is "Too pop-like". It is a bit poppy, but it's a great song. It's a little different, but it is still a great song. Every artist and group has to branch out, try different sounds, and in my personal opinion SafetySuit did a wonderful job of that.

Now I have to say, My favorite song off this Album is probably "Never Stop" (It's really hard to pick a favorite.) I'm loving it. It just makes me smile =)

These Times is the first must have Album of 2012. It is utterly amazing! You should check it out. iTunes has the Bonus Song edition, and the CD will hit stores on January 10th.

Movie Time!!!

So today Me, my dad, my brothers, my sister, and my step-mom had a Movie Day!!! It was much fun. =)

First we watched Jeff Dunham: Controlled Chaos. Now we all love him, so we laughed almost the whole time. It really is a good one. Oh side note: did you know he got divorced? ANYWAY. It really was funny, there were a couple new characters. But Peanut will always be my favorite!! =)

Next we watched The Change Up, and it was FUNNY. Seriously, we were all laughing: HARD. (Plus you get to look at Ryan Reynolds) There are a few sad parts, and a few touching parts, but most of the movie was really funny. =)

Then we watched Bridesmaids.....Eh. I've heard lots of good things about that movie, like it was better than the Hangover. Now don't get me wrong, I thought it was a good movie, but I just didn't think it was THAT funny. Plus The Hangover and Bridesmaids were so different that it's kinda hard to compare. Honestly though, I think Melissa McCarthy MADE that movie, She is just SO funny. lol. Plus Chris O'Dowd (the Cop) is pretty cute =) ♥

OH OH OH and Last night we had movie night too, and we watched 30 Minutes or Less and Horrible Bosses.

Now 30 Minutes or Less is a pretty good movie. It's pretty funny, but I didn't think it was as funny as a lot of people said it was.

And Horrible Bosses OMG. If you haven't seen that, you SHOULD. It is hilarious! I laughed SO hard at that movie. We all did, seriously. It was so funny.

All in All, We enjoyed all of them, got at least a few laughs out of all of them AND had a great time just hanging out together. =)
