1. Starbucks – I love it when I order it from an actual Starbucks but hated it once I got it home. I followed the directions exactly and I still fudged it up. I am convinced they put some type of intoxicating drug in the coffee which will bring you back to the shop continually no matter what.

2. I tried Joffrey’s coffee, which is made locally in Florida. It was pretty good but I think it was ground too fine so the taste was not really my cup o’ joe.

3. Dunkin Donuts is always good but can never quite capture that donut shoppe taste at home.

4. I tried various gas station brands, no explanantion needed here. Just bad coffee, yuck! How can you people drink that stuff?

But in the end I came back to my classic store brand coffee and I am very satisfied! Ahhh! I guess the grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

UGANDA: ORAL, ANAL SEX LINKED TO INFERTILITY

Did you know that performing fellatio (oral sex on a man) and swallowing his sperm thereafter puts you at a risk of becoming infertile?
From the reaction of Facebook users who read a medical student’s post stating this fact (that fellatio and anal sex can cause infertility), too few women are aware of this big fact. The website, http://www.infertilitysterilitycause.com, reports that “heterosexual anal or oral sex is one of the causes of antisperm antibody [in] women.” Antisperm antibodies are responsible for killing off sperm thus barring pregnancy.
How does a woman develop antisperm antibodies against her partner’s sperm? Information on the website, WebMD.com says: when semen gets into the body, in this case a woman’s, the semen can cause “an immune system response in either the man’s or woman’s body. The antibodies can damage or kill sperm.” Damaged or dead sperm cannot fertilise an egg.
Diana Nasike, a fifth-year student of Medicine at Makerere College of Health Sciences puts it in simpler language: “A sperm is a highly antigenic cell, that is, it has many surface receptors that are very foreign to the female body. So, if swallowed, and the antigens enter blood, the female body will quickly identity the ‘stray’ antigens and mount a full scale attack on them.
“After eliminating them, permanent antibodies against the sperm remain in circulation and attack any future sperm resembling the one that caused the chaos [in the first place]. Since the cervix is exposed most [to semen], this ‘police’ concentrates here and ‘kills on sight’. Another person’s sperm (that was never swallowed) is not affected.”
Advice to couples who adventure with anal and oral sex is to use condoms or withdrawal method so as to reduce on chances of infertility. Artificial insemination, according to http://www.infertilitysterilitycause.com can also introduce semen into the abdominal cavity triggering antisperm antibodies.
As a by and by, according to WebMD.com, men too can produce antisperm antibodies against their own sperm if it is exposed to the rest of the body. A man’s sperm is usually kept from the rest of the body by the testes but when these are injured or one undergoes a surgery (a vasectomy or biopsy) or one gets a prostrate gland infection, the sperm can get exposed to the rest of the body triggering antisperm antibodies.
