Interviewer: Geneva Relf

Geneva: Greetings thank you so much for taking the time aside to speak with me today! How are you doing this fine morning?

George: I'm doing great thanks for asking. I hope you are doing well yourself?

Geneva: Now Calisthenics Kingz can you break down the core training methods to your workouts?

George: Well our core training methods is calisthenics which is using your own body's resistance to get in shape. These are various exercises consisting of a variety of simple, often rhythmical, movements, generally without using equipment or apparatus.

Geneva: What is the number one biggest mistake made when starting a diet, workouts, even gym choices?

George: The biggest mistake that people make with all of these various workouts is: listening to various "myths". As far as diets go skipping breakfast is a HUGE mistake. In workouts, 90 percent of people think you can ONLY target getting your stomach in shape. And as far as gyms, the biggest mistake is the fact that people think you actually have to join a gym to get in amazing shape.

Geneva: With summer vastly approaching besides buns and abs, what 's another big target to get in shape?

George: For guys it's chest or arms. For women it's legs & arms most women tend to think & hate the fact that their tricep has a little jiggle to it.

Geneva: Now you have trained some of the biggest names in the industry from music artists to athletes. What is the biggest difference in fitness needs for workouts?

George: Well with music artist it's more of a "look" whereas I feel that don't train as hard as an athlete, because it's just to look & feel good. With the athletes training hard is to get ready for the performance, in the sport their perspective sports.

Geneva: You're a trainer so what is the biggest pet peeve when your trying coach someone through a workout?

George: My biggest pet peeve is when I get a "know it all" client, who tells me how to train them. This is my profession, let me do what you hired me to do.

Geneva: Now your CHISELED-IN-30 min. Program, can you give me the breakdown?

George: Chiseled-In-30 is an at home intense program that requires no equipment only a jumprope. It targets the major & minor muscles throughout the body, it also focuses on burning body fat, toning & sculpting lean muscle mass. It also comes with 2 diet plans that help assist in achieving great results. It's a full body conditioning program. That will give you great results (IF FOLLOWED) IN THE MAX OF 30 DAYS.

Geneva: Now the DVD workout videos, are separated by workout, targeted core workouts. Which DVD would you recommend for a beginner to start with first?

George: A beginner can actually start with Chiseled-In-30 it's basic exercises, it's just designed to have different intensity levels.

Geneva: A healthy diet is always important, but do you have any bad food temptations at times?

George: Yes, I love chocolate & Apple pie. So these are my bad food temptations, and ever so often, I give in to them. I'm only "SUPER" human, not a saint. lol

Geneva: However besides DVD's you also have books that provide the same great workout insight. Is there another book in the works or is one enough?

George: I actually have one e-book which is a step by step on how to learn & gain balance in doing the handstand, but I also have a book I've been working on for a few years which cover everything as far as the history of calisthenics. It covers the benefits pros & cons of it, and how parents can use it as a great tools to keep their children healthy & active, especially with childhood obesity being so popular amongst our youths & adolescents.

Geneva: Now crash diets are becoming more and more popular, what are the damages one can do to their body?

George: I honestly haven't done any research on them, and don't get asked about crash diets at all, let me do some research on it, and i'll get back to you in our next interview. lol

Geneva: You also offer personal training, How important is that added first workout when you meet a client?

George:It's very important it gives me an Idea of their true fitness level, because sometimes people over exaggerate their level of fitness.

Geneva: What is your personal motto in life, what has been your greatest motivation?

George: My motto in life is if you don't stand for something, you'll fall for just about anything, so inspire & be inspired, motivate & be motivated, with that being said, my greatest motivation is the fact that I've inspired, motivated & helped change millions of peoples lives worldwide without even meeting them face to face. PRICELESS .

Batmobile sells for $4.62 million dollars to a lifelong fan to worldwide audience;
marks second-highest single-car sale at Barrett-Jackson

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Jan. 22, 2013 – Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions™, generated nearly $109 Million in gross sales of rare, high-end collectible vehicles, exotics, customs, classics, hot rods and resto-mods during its 42nd annual Arizona auction at WestWorld of Scottsdale, Jan 13-20, 2013. This sale was on par with the 2007 Barrett-Jackson auction that also generated nearly $109 Million in gross sales.

The 2013 Scottsdale auction also set two world records with the largest number of No Reserve vehicles offered at one auction, as well as the largest-ever Barrett-Jackson auction measured by the number of cars sold. In addition to the two auction records, Barrett-Jackson set two world records for individual vehicle sales. (Lot #5034) a 1956 Chrysler Diablo Concept Convertible sold for a record $1.375 Million and (Lot #5019) a 1947 Talbot-Lago T-26 Grand Sport sold for a record $2.035 Million. Both were among the superb Salon Collection, Barrett-Jackson’s premium selection of blue chip collectible vehicles.

“This has made a mark in history for Barrett-Jackson, both in numbers and in showmanship. There has never been an auction as entertaining or as personal as this one,” said Craig Jackson, Chairman and CEO, Barrett-Jackson. “We love that enthusiasts of all kinds have contributed to this sense of charity and community. With a start like this, we can only expect big things for the rest 2013.”

It was clear from the cheers of the crowd and the final sales price throughout the Salon Collection, that the collector car market continues to rise and Barrett-Jackson’s retains its stronghold within the industry. In fact, reports in 2012 showed a 33 percent increase in the value of collector cars, which was proven once more by the company’s success in Scottsdale.

Overall, the Salon Collection’s presence was far from subtle, selling at a total of $29.2 Million. Within these rare and highly coveted vehicles, Hollywood icons such as the 1966 Original #1 Batmobile (Lot #5037) by renowned customizer, George Barris, sold at an astonishing $4.62 Million. Following the Batmobile in top sales was Clark Gable’s breathtaking 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe (Lot #5001), which sold at $2.035 Million, a price also achieved by the record-breaking Talbot-Lago.

Each of the top 10 sales exceeded $1 Million. Additional milestones include:

· Lot #5004 1934 Duesenberg J Murphy LWB Custom Beverly Sedan $1,430,000.00

· Lot #5007 1929 Isotta Fraschini Tipo 8A SS Castagna Roadster $1,320,000.00

· Lot #5025 1971 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda Convertible $1,320,000.00

· Lot #5016 1949 Delahaye Type 175 Saoutchik Coupe de Ville $1,210,000.00

This year also brought the largest offering of Shelby vehicles at one event in honor of one of the world’s greatest automotive icons, Carroll Shelby. 48 Shelby automobiles were auctioned off at No Reserve including (Lot #5036) a 1966 Shelby GT350 Fastback which sold for $225,000, (Lot #5023) a 1965 Shelby GT350 Fastback which sold for $220,000.00 and (Lot #5024) a 1967 Shelby GT500 Fastback which sold for $175,000.

Beyond the vehicle sales, a record number of committed attendees from around the world included buyers, consignors and enthusiasts. Despite the unusual cold temperatures in Scottsdale, 300,000 attended Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale.

The Scottsdale charity vehicles helped to raise over $5 Million for charities that benefit children, military personnel, medical research and community support. As a result of the company’s 42 years of dedication to philanthropy, Barrett-Jackson has raised a total of over $53 Million to-date. Scottsdale highlights include the sale of (Lot #3016), the first production Chevrolet Corvette Stingray which sold for $1,000,000 to benefit Detroit-based College for Creative Studies. Also, a 1969 Ford Bronco Custom SUV (Lot #3020) sold for $500,000 to benefit the Armed Forces Foundation.

United States and Canada multi-platinum recording artist DMX's second
single "Already" from his new album "Undisputed," a follow--up to the
rap chart number one "I Don't Dance" on December 4, 2012.

Seven Arts also announced that SAM has agreed to partner with and
release in conjunction with United Media and Music Group's EVP Ramiro
Guzman and President of Black Music Rod McGrew the highly anticipated
"Nate Dogg -- It's A Wonderful Life", from one of the rap world's
biggest and most influential stars, the late Nate Dogg. Ramiro Guzman
and Rob McGrew will work under the supervision of David Michery in the

Four American friends, led by Jason Tanenbaum and Robbie Hart, discouraged by the recession but anxious to put their college Chinese classes to good use, set out for Shanghai in 2010. Happy to discover a new culture, they found they could find great watches, shoes and other clothing to make fashion statements, but were all commonly frustrated by one thing: their boring, leather belts. Leather was ruined by rain. Leather stretched if a bigger friend “borrowed” it. And worst of all, leather reminded them of their parents. They knew their watches never stretched and were waterproof. Why couldn't a belt be created from the same material?

It turns out this recyclable material, known as thermoplastic elastomer (TPE plastic), is the same stuff used to make medical devices like catheters and the tread in snowmobile tracks. The friends knew TPE would never stretch, would be waterproof and eco-friendly, and it sure wouldn't be something their parents would wear. Two months and much talking, sketching, arguing and erasing later, the C4 concept was born. One-of-a-Kind Rechargeable Vintage Suitcase Boomboxes Deliver a Fusion of Art & Music

ATLANTA – October 31, 2012 – David Preiss and Javier Santana, founders of the Atlanta-based company Curious Provisions are excited to announce the national launch of “Thumper,” a one-of-a-kind rechargeable boombox made from a vintage suitcase and authentic hi-fi speakers. Thumpers deliver a surprising blend of functional upcycled décor for art lovers and audio excellence for music aficionados. Each Thumper is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation that blends hi-fidelity with vintage history.

David Preiss and Javier Santana were inspired to create these retro boomboxes while they were renovating and redecorating their digital design studio in Atlanta. They crafted desks from vintage sewing machine treadles and fashioned a huge conference table from plumbing pipes and recycled barn wood. Then, Javier found a pair of Cerwin-Vega speakers and an old Sony receiver on Craigslist. He later found a couple of vintage suitcases while thrifting and thought they'd be cool decor. He imagined it might be even more interesting to pull the speakers from their banged up cabinets and combine them with the suitcases. Combining skills he learned while hanging out at his cousin’s car audio tech shop, Javier amped up that suitcase, creating a boombox with killer audio.

Thumpers are portable and rechargeable. They work with any mobile device or laptop, which are connected via an included audio auxiliary cable. Most Thumpers come with volume, bass and treble controls mounted on the side. They can be recharged after around 8 hours of playtime using the included battery charger. Music can also be streamed wirelessly with a bluetooth adapter and any Thumper can become a guitar amp using the iRig™ adapter accessory (sold separately).

As functional art that combines previously forgotten items of our past, Thumpers particularly appeal to lovers of upcycling. Each Thumper is custom-designed and hand-crafted in Atlanta for a balanced aesthetic appeal. David and Javier match each authentic case to a speaker system, not just fitting things into a space, but combining elements that belong together. Most of the cases date from the 1920s to the late 1960s and are made of wood, which create perfect audio cabinets. The guys salvage the crossovers from inside the speaker cabinets and use them for high fidelity and add acoustic foam to reduce vibration. Geneva: Thanks you for your time, I know your extremely busy schedule. But how are doing today?

LLuvi Johnson: Hello Geveva, I’m well & excited to speak with you!

Geneva: Now first off before we get into the heart of this interview. I want to clear up some things; you're not in the music industry correct?

LLuvi Johnson: Not any longer, I’m currently on the Media Side of the business, Production, Staffing & Casting for Music videos and actually I’m focusing more on my current position at OpenVision Networks as VP of operations and a Network Owner.

Geneva: However you’re no stranger to this business, in many rights you’re an empire of a self-made woman. How do you keep out of the hype or drama of this business?

LLuvi Johnson: I stay in my role as “Auntie”! People just want to feel like someone believes in them, So I try to be the shoulder to lean on & not judge. Plus I do my job and go home, I don’t hang out at clubs or go to industry parties unless it’s business…

Geneva: Now for those unfamiliar with "OPENVISION NETWORK" which is the revolution to entertainment, can you explain more about it in details?

LLuvi Johnson: Open Vision is the NEWEST form of broadcast technology. We are an International Multichannel TV Distributor; with technology that supersedes Linear Television, Cable, Hulu Plus, Zeebox and all others combined. Picture it this way, traditional cable connects thou Digital boxes and cable wires, satellite tv, thru satellite dishes & OpenVision connects thou cyber space on any WiFi/Broadband device, Smart Phones, Computers, tablets, smart TV’s. The only Network I can speak about at this time is Soulja Boy TV since he has already went public with his purchase…Soulja boy being a technology geek, appreciated the Value of this new technology and wanted to be the first of the Music world to jump on board. Geneva: Now this is normally where I'll ask for advice, what’s the biggest mistake made for upcoming business people?

LLuvi Johnson: Not knowing your target Market and Giving up to soon. They say it takes at least 5 yrs for any business to become completely profitable!

Geneva: What changes have you seen personally or overall in media, that's been for the better?

LLuvi Johnson: Although I’m not in Music now, that is my background and I’m fairly new to what I’m doing in Media, so I’m not sure if I can answer that objectively!

Geneva: You've accomplished so much in your career; my question is what's next for you & "OPENVISION" NETWORK?

LLuvi Johnson: Well, being an entrepreneur you know my hands are in a lot of things! Let’s talk about two that are in motion. Latasha Marrow and myself are working on a new Hair Weave Line called “RocKandy” that I’m super excited about! We have Quick Weave Kits with special tricks! Fantasy Hair and transformer Hair Pieces!! Then I’m working on manufacturing an exercise piece of equipment called “Firm Pro” that is WONDERFUL!!

As far as Open Vision, that is simple…we plan to change the face of television as you know it!

Geneva: Your known for your motivation and great advice, being a woman in the business what's the most Impactful advice you can give to other women?

LLuvi Johnson: Never give up and stay true to yourself and your values most importantly!

LLuvi Johnson: Well we are not a talent agency; My Company is TEN11 Creative, under this umbrella I consultant and build strategies for various types of companies, not just music. Also, I do Media Staffing & Casting, Providing staffing support services to all Media situations, Commercials, Music Videos, and TV & Movies. We are like a temporary agency for media industry, if a boom operator gets sick on set call me and I’ll send a new one!

Geneva: Thanks again, I'm always humbled by you and now even more so a fan of your wisdom and work. Is there anything you'd like to add before we go?

Thanks to his ginned-up appearances on G.O.O.D. Music hits like "Mercy", "New God Flow", and the remix of Chief Keef's "I Don't Like", Pusha-T is more visible right now than at any other time since Clipse broke in with "Grindin'" 10 years ago. "I've never felt more like a rapper in my life," he says with a laugh, calling from his Virginia home a week before embarking on a brief European solo tour.. "I'm doing rapper shit: collaborating with motherfuckers left and right, going to listening sessions. I mean, I have rappers in my phone-- I've never had rappers in my phone." He'll try to parlay that momentum into his debut solo album for Def Jam, which is tentatively due out early next year and set to feature production from No I.D., Swizz Beatz, Rico Beatz, The-Dream, Pharrell, Young Chop, Travi$ Scott, and Kanye West, who's behind the witch-doctor instrumental for first single "Pain".

Pitchfork: As an artist who's been around for a decade, what's your mindset like getting ready to release your first solo record?Pusha-T: All of this is about timing and prepping the public. I feel like when people first heard my sound on G.O.O.D. Music, they were like, "Oh man, you need to drop an album now!" But I treated my progress like a totally new artist: I wanted to be on records, drop a mixtape, do virals, and go on the road for records that don't really have a true body of work to attach themselves to. I want people to delve into what the hell I'm doing, the purity of the rap. I wasn't going to be arrogant, like, "Man, y'all know me!" They don't. I mean, some people do, but a lot don't.

It's funny, my godson is 12, and when [the recent Tyler, the Creator collaboration] "Trouble On My Mind" came out, his friend said to him, "Tyler's with this new dude called Pusha-T-- and he got busy on that record!" It was the awakening of awakenings. Like, I am 10 years strong in this shit! But I am new. That's exactly why you must respect the game and give so much: records, freestyles, collaborations. You have to.

Pitchfork: While it makes perfect sense for a 12-year-old to not be familiar with your work, I'm not sure if other artists would have such a positive outlook if put in that same position.
PT: That's where ego comes into play. Like, why would I be frustrated that a 12-year-old doesn't know my dope boy chronicles from 10 years ago? Are you serious? What am I supposed to do, give him my discography and say, "Now you take that, go home, and study!"? He was only two when we first came out! I got a big fucking ego, but it ain't that big.

It ain't my job to be fucking out here, telling people what I've done, or acting like you should know what I've done. I should continue being good, and just let people say, "Wait a minute, Pusha is in my top five right now."

Pitchfork: Hearing your verses on songs like "Mercy" and "New God Flow", it sounds like you're hungrier than you've been in the last couple years. Did something happen to make you re-energize?

PT: No, man. It's about being around the creators that I'm around: Kanye West, fucking Big Sean, Common, numerous producers, from Hit-Boy to Mike Will to fucking Mike Dean, to young upstarts like Travi$ Scott and Young Chop. And there's a certain energy that you have to have to compete with what's going on right now. A lot of people can't do it. But my energy is my win, as well as having substance and rap fundamentals. It's an angst. These statements, like, [from "New God Flow"]: "I believe in a God above me, I'm just the god of everything else." You can't just say that if you don't believe that.

Pitchfork: I'm curious, as far as how the G.O.O.D. Music crew works, do you guys put together a bunch of records and then figure out where things go afterwards?
PT: We don't do shit. We all get a skeleton, write verses, and then 'Ye X's motherfuckers out. [laughs] He X's this guy out, edits that guy's shit, and then we come back and there's a song on top of a new beat. That's how it works.

Pitchfork: As a guy with a healthy ego, is it hard to be edited or X'd out.
PT: No. I just had to learn what 'Ye was looking for. At the end of the day, you have to remember that this Cruel Summer<http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/16994-cruel-summer/> shit-- all this shit-- is his shit. He wants certain performances. Luckily for me, 'Ye likes something that I already do; he's time travelling when it comes to me. He goes, "Man, I want 'Keys Open Doors' <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU-MGQksnZ4> -- please don't be nice." So it's not bothersome to have to re-write for him. But let me tell you what is bothersome: when he edits my verses and something I want to say is taken out. That becomes a problem. But that's my problem, and we have this discussion all the time. It's a give and take. If I want to keep something in the song, he'll say to me, "I can't give you that alley-oop if you have so many bars, it doesn't work that way."

Geneva: Now on a deep level being a young female now on the scene, what has been the greatest test for you thus far?

Dirty Diana: When being in a studio with a whole bunch of male mc's and they ask "yo you want to hop on this track" lol not only do you have to show you nice but I have to make sure I body them on the track as well. :.)( shout out to all female rappers going hard )

Geneva: Many artist hate being compared, but how would you describe yourself and what sets you apart?

Dirty Diana: I would describe myself as not trying to be like anyone or copying anyone's style being myself is what makes me real and my lyrical content is what makes people respect me as a down to earth rapper.

Geneva: Your mixtape "Dirty Diana" hosted by DJ Scream (HoodRich) what was your concept if not motivation for this work of musical art?

Dirty Diana: The concept of the Dirty Diana Mixtape was to introduce who's dirty diana to the world, proving not only that I can rap but that I would be ever to stand alone against the many other rappers in this industry

Geneva: I understand you were at this years BET Award show, what was that like for you?

Dirty Diana: It was a great experience it gave me a visual of how my life would be like and made me realize how closer to my dreams I'm getting. I hope next year to be on that stage with all the other talented rappers that was there.

Geneva: Now I'm loving your style, are their any trends you follow or your own trendsetter?

Dirty Diana: Thank you, I consider myself a Trendsetter, I'm currently trying to come up with unique hair styles, clothing, shoes and accessories to help brand my name and continue with the hot trends of today.

Geneva: Collaborations I have got to ask any artist out there you want to mix it up with in the studio?

Dirty Diana: Well I currently have some surprise features on the next project but if I had a choice I would love to work with Jay z, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz and Big Sean.

Geneva: What's the next level what can we look forward to music wise or even appearance wise?

Dirty Diana: You can look forward to a major deal by 2013, movie appearances, new female artist an nomination, and hopefully some major performances coming to a town near you.

BAD25 chronicles the making of Michael Jackson’s iconic, record-breaking Bad album and Michael’s first world tour as a solo artist. With BAD25, Spike Lee examines Michael Jackson’s creative vision for the album that ended up defining an era. Michael's lasting artistic legacy comes to life thanks to rare and never before seen footage and the vivid recollections of Michael's collaborators and confidants, such as Martin Scorsese who directed the 18-minute short film for the single Bad. TIME Magazine called BAD25 “an intimate view of a performer at his peak in the intense splendor of creativity” and the Hollywood Reporter said “restore(s) the reputation of Jackson as a multi-hyphenate musician of peerless discipline, professionalism and perfectionism -- not to mention a pioneering influence in dance and fashion.”

BAD25 joins an incredible body of Spike Lee documentaries including the Peabody and Emmy Award-winning, WHEN THE LEVEES BROKE: A REQUIEM IN FOUR ACTS and its follow up, IF GOD IS WILLING AND DA CREEK DON'T RISE, KOBE DOIN’ WORK and the Academy Award-nominated, 4 LITTLE GIRLS. Lee directed both short films for Michael Jackson’s They Don’t Care About Us from the 1996 HIStory album.

The BAD25 documentary aligns with the worldwide release BAD25 (a collaboration of Epic Records, Legacy Recordings and the Estate of Michael Jackson). The deluxe package contains remastered versions of the entire original album, a second disc which includes 13 rare and previously unreleased bonus tracks as well as the first ever DVD from the Bad World Tour – the July 16, 1988 sold-out show at Wembley stadium and the first ever Michael Jackson live CD from the same concert.
