Link building with articles sent out to hundreds of directories including the popular EzineArticles.com and GoArticles.com has ALWAYS been a popular and powerful method to rank higher in the search engines. Articles for link building are one of the oldest tricks in the books, however this method is one of the few that has survived the test of time unlike many other link building strategies. The reason is because Google always will enjoy unique content. The development of the “Duplicate Content” penalty by Google has made article marketing slightly less effective, but today Unique Article Wizard has the answer.

I have been using Unique Article Wizard for a few weeks now and I can honestly admit it is the best link building tool that I have ever used. It includes everything that ArticleMarketer.com provides, except it goes above and beyond in every way. This software allows you to create hundreds of relevant in-content links with anchor text to point to any of your website. It does not matter what industry or niche your website is, as article marketing caters to every topic. This means that whatever your website is about, you could benefit from the link building you should be doing by article marketing.

Unique Article Wizard costs $67 a month, which may seem like a lot of money for those that are use to doing 100% free SEO, however the cost is minuscule to the power that these methods contain. I can honestly say to all my readers that if you were to only buy one product this year to build your sites, Unique Article Wizard would be the one. If any of you have ever hired an employee or outsourced someone to submit your article to 500+ article directories, you would know that the $67 to do this unlimited times per month is but mere pennies in comparison.

While I had to sign a non disclosure agreement when I signed up for Unique Article Wizard in that I would not share the secrets out publicly about how it works so effectively, I can give you a slight idea.

Google likes content, and it likes unique content even more. Article marketing works because Google sees your unique content, however the small problem is that it sees the same article on hundreds of directories making it a bit less relevant on every one and it reduces the quality of the link. Unique Article Wizard solves this problem by creating THOUSANDS of unique versions of your article so every directory, blog, magazine, ezine, or newsletter that runs your article has their own unique copy.

In addition to having a system that creates thousands of unique articles for every single article you write, Unique Article Wizard also does the job of submitting them. Once you are finished creating your article and you hit the SUBMIT button, in the next 24 hours your article will be reviewed and then automatically submitted to hundreds of directories as well as hundreds of niche-related email subscribers who own blogs about your niche topics.

So now that Unique Article Wizard gets around the duplicate content penalty as well as the normally slow manual submission process, there is only one other possible problem with the system, and that is Google seeing an imbalanced link growth. What I mean by this is Google doesn’t want to see you build 3000 links one day and only 9 the next day, and then 4000 the day after. Google wants to see a constant link growth which signals that you are building your site organically.

Unique Article Wizard solves the organic growth problem as well by allowing you to set your own number of directories it submits each article to every day. Rather than submitting to 800 directories in one hour, you can tell the software to submit it to a recommended 50 article directories and email subscribers every 24 hours which shows Google that your link growth is normal. While the recommended amount is 50 (and that is what I use), you can set it higher or lower, whatever suits you!

Unique Article Wizard is the best link building tool I have ever used because it allows you to build hundreds of links every day for the littlest time investment possible, and all of these links are dofollow, anchor text, and in unique content. The software also does all the boring work of manually submitting it, and best of all the price is incredibly low for the power that this software does.

Unique Article Wizard is my MOST recommend link building software. Click Here to Order Unique Article Wizard.

Also be sure to check out my reviews for all the other link building software on the market, to find out which will save you the most time and build you the most links possible, **however none are as powerful as Unique Article Wizard.

*Update: I won the $2000!

Well I have been real busy with link building this week that I haven’t had time for a blog post or to look over the blog posts in my RSS reader. I finally took a half hour break to sit down and read through my blog posts and saw a contest ending soon from John Chow’s blog. He was originally going to end it May 31st but their was a communication mix-up and so now hes picking this weekend.

Well I am a sucker for contests if they have something good as a prize. I never bother with ones that give away free software or little things like that, but this one is giving away $2000 or $4000 this weekend and it looks like there isn’t too many entries, so I figure I have a small chance at winning. I figure if I enter 25 contests like these in the next couple years ill win one or two of them by playing the odds, and free money is money well earned, so why the heck not!

The contest is simple, just register at the online radio station website and write a blog post stating what your favorite radio station is. Well, I enjoy the top 40 music if I am working, otherwise any rock station if I am just relaxing on Facebook or instant messenger.

Hate to say it, but their captcha (image verification) system is absolutely terrible! I got it on the second try but jeez… if they wanted a secure verification they should have just used Recaptcha (.net) which is secure and doesn’t hurt your eyes! The other thing that annoyed me is one of their advertisers (free wallmart giftcard) was a talking advertisement which is really annoying when you are listing to music… but I don’t know if that was their problem or if it was an unlucky ad from Adsense. Aside from those minor inconveniences… the site is pretty cool and I have spent a few hours listening to tunes on it

This one isn’t much of a secret at all, as a LOT of people have heard/use Typepad, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t pass up registering yourself on the site today to get a quick permanent anchor text link to your flagship sites. Typepad is a free blogging platform that allows anyone to get their own blog online in seconds. Well, there really isn’t much that needs to be said more than that so go register your own blog and then write some optimized content that promotes your websites. Upon completion of that, go ahead and promote your newly created content with socialmarker and your favorite link building software. This should have taken you at maximum 10 to 15 minutes, and now you have one more permanent anchor text link centered in some optimized content. Pat yourself on the back and remember to keep hammering away your link building efforts day after day.

Looking for more free places to do some easy link building? Well today you are in luck because I have yet another site for everyone that you can easily create a content network on that will have many backlinks to your pages, and even deeplinks if you so choose. Today’s website is called Wikidot. Wikidot is a lot like tumblr which I have previously posted about, but with one key difference. Tumblr allowed you to create a quick microblog that you could build links on, and wikidot tries to focus more on static html sort of websites (wiki format) that you can build links from. At any rate, both are great quick and easy ways to build anchor text dofollow links to promote your homepages as well as deep link to your most profitable and highly trafficked pages.

Go visit Wikidot.com and sign yourself up for a free wiki hosted by them and have the URL of the “community” you create contain some of your coveted keywords to increase relevancy and the strength of the link. After you create your own wiki community, add some nice juicy keyword rich content that links back to the pages you want to be promoted, and then don’t hesitate to run your new wiki community through socialmarker, link building software, or other quick link building techniques to increase the power of the link that is returned to your website.

This guest blog post was written by my friend Jeremy from The Real Estate Foundation, he nor I am affiliated with Club Web Video University, but I asked him to share his success because of the value his story can offer.

My assumption is most of you are the do-it-yourself type and want results. I too, share these characteristics. That is why today I’m going to stray from writing about link building and instead write about something just as important, and that is on-site conversions. It is easy to obsess over links and promoting your site via new media/social media, but once you start to receive traffic, you should focus on converting also.

Over the course of the last few years I’ve been able to build a successful online investment real estate brokerage by reading blogs like this one, but my sales EXPLODED once I took the time to focus on conversions. My #1 conversion trick? WEB VIDEO! Let me explain…..

During the 4th quarter of 2008, when all hell was breaking loose in the financial world and everybody was wondering if we should stock up on canned goods, my company was able to make $21.6 million in real estate sales. I attribute 80% of this success to web video. We already had our list, we already had the traffic, but the video made the phone dance. This video was accompanied by a landing page, but for the sake of this post I’ll just show you the video.

This video helped my company make a few hundred thousand dollars in commission, and get this, before this video, I had never made a video whatsoever in my life. I had zero experience with writing a script, video editing, using video players, etc. To top it off, I was working with a limited budget. I didn’t have 5-10k to throw at it like some would assume after watching it.

How did I do it? Two weeks before I had to get this video done I stumbled across Dave Kaminski’s Club Web Video University. After watching his stellar videos and hearing his promise that I could make awesome videos too, I signed up. I was blown away by how simple Dave made everything for me. This guy is a full blown expert. He boiled down the best things to do when it comes to writing a script, what software to use, step by step software instruction, lighting, and even creating custom music for your video. He also gives free hosting, software that will encode your videos at the highest quality flash, and free video players.

I’ll admit my video could have been done much better, but I can’t complain with the results. Since I made this video I’ve been able to really delve into Club WVU and sharpen my skills. Bottom line, Web Video is the present and you can make a killing if you convert your traffic.

Over the years I’ve paid for quite a few informational products and consultation to help me with my online business, but Club Web Video University by far has been the best value, check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Club Web Video University.

A note from Collin: I would just like to give another thanks to my friend Jeremy from The Real Estate Foundation for letting me know about his success in link building and then optimizing his site after he reached #1 for his keywords.

Well, this post doesn’t really have anything to do with link building, but I thought some of you would enjoy it.

Being an internet entrepreneur and having an INTP personality, I have a knack for thinking of crazy and unique website ideas that could potentially become incredibly viral or make a bunch of money. While some of my ideas have done remarkably well, others have not due to my lack of time, investment, or determination to develop and launch them.

When I come up with some of my unique startup ideas, I always jot them down and save them in a notepad document in case I ever plan on launching them in the future. Well, today’s post is a bunch of my startup ideas that have been sitting in my text document for a long time and I do not plan on launching them due to me having a bunch of other more important stuff going on in my life right now.

Some of my ideas are laughable, some still have incredible amounts of potential if anyone plans on taking the time and capital to run with them, but at the very least, I hope you enjoy them.

===============================
+++++++++++++++++   STICKRD.com
A web2.0 website that sells bundles of stickers for a $10 donation.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++   PAIDPAGE.com
It will be a “Paid Home Page” (PaidPage.com)

The site will be the first website to PAY the users to replace their default start page (Generally Google.com), with a customized start page that will be comprised of a frame at the top with our logo and a google search field (I can provide the code for the search engine). The bottom 90% of the page will feature an advertisers website.

For the people who change their start page, the URL will be http://www.paidpage.com/username — This will make it so you will earn credits EVERY time you open your browser window, and you do not have to login to receive the credits much like the reasons people dislike IGoogle (You have to visit it, login, and go back to homepage to see it).

The people using the paid start page will earn money that the advertisers pay us at PaidPage. The users will also earn 4% FOR LIFE for every friend they refer to the system. They will also earn 2% for every person their friend refers, and 1% for every person their friends FRIEND refers!

If you refer 10 people who refer 10 friends who refer 10 friends, and everyone earns $10, you will earn the following:
$10 - yourself
Tier1 - 10 referrals at $10 = $100,  4% = $4
Tier2 - 100 referrals at $10 = $1000,  2% = $20
Tier3 - 1000 referrals at $10 = $10000, 1% = $100

For referring 10 people who all make $10, you would earn $134. [Results may obviously vary]

The site will also feature the ability to add “alternate links” in your user profile. This will allow people to add a link to what they were currently using as their homepage before switching to Paid Page.

The actual site itself will feature a splash page and a user login/registration.

Users earn 50% of the advertising rate, so if an advertiser purchases 10,000 unique visits for 2 cents each, every person that views that ad will earn one penny.

In the user profiles, it should also display their multi level marketing network, such as:

MEMBERS            EARNINGS
YOU:               1                  $4.20
Tier2 Referrals    19                 $21.50
Tier3 Referrals    108                $66.00
Total              128                $91.70

++++++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ No official name, calling it Obleeq
The site will be a social news, bookmarking, and new media website ran by user generated content. I have a basic sketch of the sites look at http://obleeq.com. The voting of stories and the ones that receive the more + votes, the higher they rank. The site
will cater ONLY to bloggers and news journalists (magazines, etc). The site will feature a simple THUMBS UP / THUMBS DOWN feature (like stumbleupon.com). The widgets will require you to be a user to vote, but it will have an AJAX window that allows you to login to the site to vote, without ever leaving the page you are on. This will be so that bloggers can vote on their stories while reading other blogs that have the voting widget hosted over at their blogs or rss feeds.

In between the thumbs up and thumbs down, will be a PLUS sign. This will add the blog that the article is talking about to the users control panel. User control panels will display all of their favorited (”+” button) blogs RSS feeds in a text headline format, like an RSS reader.

My site will have a user profile page for every user that displays all of their information just like any other profile page, but also lists all of the blogs they own, as well as their favorite blogs of other members. Every blog will also get its own page (Example: http://www.rsshugger.com/MixedMarketArts.com) in which it promotes backlinks and rss feeds. There will be a “most popular” section that features the top blogs and what awards they have.

Top 100 blogs:
Most people who set the blog as their favorites (like technorati)
Most articles submitted
Most articles that hit the homepage

Top 100 users:
Submitted the most articles
Submitted the most comments
Submitted the most + votes
Submitted the most negative votes
Submitted the most frontpaged articles

Top 100 articles:
With the most votes [Maybe "of all time, monthly, weekly, yearly"?]

My site’s homepage will be nearly unmonetized, but feature an area at the top for a “Sponsored Article” where an advertiser can pay to promote his article on the homepage for a day instead of requiring on public votes. Under the “Sponsored Article” will be a section for “Editor’s Pick” where it will be articles that I myself, or other developers/staff feel have big influence. This will be for big updates related to the site like new features, as well as exclusive posts about info that leaks (New adsense ad units, etc). These will not be automated, but rather hand picked articles of importance. The articles below them will be user voted on and there should be 15 articles on the home page.

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ WordPress Plugin

With the evolution of the ‘million dollar idea’
MDHP (Pixels)
–> Clones of MDHP
–> Tagclouds
–> KingofTheBill
–> Million Dollar Wiki
–> My wordpress idea

The problem with the million dollar idea’s is that most of the advertisements have two flaws:
1. The websites are static, unchanging, and ugly.
2. After a one time visit, their is really no reason to ever go back [This is the milliondollar wiki problem]
3. Their is 99% bad content (or ads if you will), and 1% good content (Usually selling the ads).

My idea solves ALL THREE of the problems, and even expands into allowing ANYONE to reciprocate earnings.

The idea:
A wordpress plugin that allows you to sell text links on your blog (With the choice of nofollow or dofollow).
The catch: Only blogs are allowed, and the text links will be on EVERY text in which that word is used.

Example: My blog ‘mixedmarketarts.com’
Advertisers blog ‘contestbeat.com’ (They talk about blog contests)

Advertiser would buy the word “Contest” on my blog, and everytime I used the word contest in a blog post,
it would link to contestbeat.com.

This solves problem #1 because the blog would function as normal, with great content.
This solves problem #2 because of above said reason, it is still the same blog. They visit for info, not for ads.
This solves problem #3 because it is not a page of advertisements, but a “direct ad sale” for text link ads.

My (in development) idea:
We will have one ‘central server’ website, much like text-link-ads.com, in which we will list all of the websites for advertisers as well as publishers, and we will distribute the wordpress plugin for free. This will allow us to be like text link ads, and make 25-50% of the sale revenue just by connecting what the publishers are doing already. We will literrally own our own advertising company!
+++++++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ MyBlogEarnings

A web2.0 website that has graphs and analytics showing earning history for blogs, much like JohnChow.com and thousands of other bloggers do every month. You could have a nice widget for your readers showing earnings, expenses, traffic, technorati, profit, and graphs showing your growth.
(  http://www.johnchow.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/income-vs-traffic.png  )
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ RAPID.FM
For the purpose of this synopsis, I am calling this idea RAPID.fm
—-

Rapid.fm would be a free internet radio company. What youtube did for video, Rapid.fm would do for the music industry.

A free site where users could register an account at the main site (rapid.fm).

(Going to call these users the BANDS):
Independent labels, bands, commedians, content distributors, DJ’s, musicians, and show producers could register their own FREE page (band.rapid.fm) and get their own RADIO STATION that allowed for unlimited users to stream them when they played their songs (It would be live, and when they were not streaming it would show past “podcasts” like WMR).

The users of rapid.fm would use their memberships to leave comments, feedback, and even song requests on the BANDS pages. They could vote for which songs were the best, etc. They could write reviews of the albums/cd’s for the rest of the world to see.

(History):
Myspace blew up in popularity because all of the musicians made pages and promoted themselves. The community of musicians promoted people to subscribe to them through myspace, and as such, users had accounts. Ours would be the same way… once you control the musicians (or SELF PROMOTERS as I see them), you control the community.

On each BAND’s page, they would earn 50% of all of the adsense earnings, or they could opt-in their 50% to be donated to a charity (voted on by rapid.fm users on one of the homepage featured links).

On their band pages, they could also SELL their individual songs, as well as cd’s/albums, and Rapid.fm would take a commision for it.

—–

(For the homepage):
The homepage would feature big news about the sites, as well as “featured bands” for when a big band releases something exclusive on our site (for example, free Nine Inch Nales album to be distributed worldwide through the web). Beneath that would be a list of our radio stations that are LIVE, and an amount of live listeners. This would allow independent artists to get free listeners, which in a sense… we would be promoting other peoples work and selling their albums and cd’s for them. We would be doing everything myspace offered them years ago, except now they would be making 50% of adsense, 70-85% of cd sales, WE would be promoting THEM, and they would have more listeners and a better environment and live streaming songs.

(For the user profiles)
Duplicate everything myspace + live.fm have, and then add all the extra little things that every social network does. Profiles would be pretty much the same, their favorite songs, albums, stations, etc.

—

(Monetization methods):
1. The obvious huge profit one would be a global, network-wide ON AIR advertisement (like WMR). 70% of listeners remember things when you only remember 20% of what you read. Advertisers love on-air ads.

2. 50% of adsense on every BANDS page

3. 10-20% comission for every song or album sold

4. Hi-Def subscriptions (they get a higher kb/s streaming quality which means better audio and no advertisements)

5. Exclusive launches in combination with the homepage for BIG random events (like myspace does).

6. Sell ads directly to bands from the homepage. They would be paying us to promote themselves, but at the end of the day, we would be earning money to link and feature our own users.

–

***  QUICK SUMMARY ***

Music producers:
Market your music, brand your name, sell your cd’s, distribute sample songs/cd’s, gain popularity/recognition, make 50% of advertising revenue

DJ’s:
Make money from listeners, ads, and record sales. Gain popularity/recognition, brand your name

Both:
Get your own site prebuilt *.rapid.fm, or use your own domain, or host your server remotely (maybe)

Listeners:
100% free to listen (I am thinking 96kbps standard, a tiny monthly fee = 128kb/ps or something). Find new types of music, sample music/genre’s you like, and buy cd’s from artists you had not previously heard of)

Advertisers:
Voice ads on the servers, 70% of listeners remember things when you only remember 20% of what you read.

Staff (us):
10-20% commission for selling peoples records ($3 per $15 record sold)
50% of ad revenue across the network
$*** from voice ads over the network
$xxx from subscription fees

Have a profile on the site with all your info, (like last.fm)
Registered users can post comments + music requests + shoutouts on DJ/Music Producers pages
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ GUEST POST HUB

– A website like the sitepoint marketplace where people can pay $1 to say that they are looking for guest posts (and it gives them a listing with a dofollow link for that $1), and they can say what niche they are in. So people looking for a bunch of backlinks in their niche can come to this marketplace and see who needs guest posts in their niche to get related high PR backlinks, and the bloggers can get numerous guest posts for only $1, and if nobody wants to guest post for them, it was only $1 for an easy dofollow anchor text backlink
++++++++++++++++++

===============================
+++++++++++++++++ Massive Link Promotion
The site will be called “example.com” in this explanation to keep things simple. Example.com will be a ‘people powered news site’ that features the most popular stories that are voted on by the public. (Sorta like Digg, but with select categories instead of a few broad ones).

Example.com will feature a downloaded toolbar that has a “thumbs up” and “thumbs down” and “Profile” and “My News” buttons. (to get an idea, it will be like stumbleupon.com’s toolbar).

When people are browsing a website that they like, they will hit the “thumbs up” button. If it is the first time that page has been added to Example.com, they will fill out a short description, tags, as well as the category for it. This will list the site on an “upcoming page” for that category (like on Digg), where more people can vote it thumbs up or thumbs down and decide on if it is worth of getting popular on that category, or even on the frontpage.

The site will have adsense on the sidebar for every page, and it will share 50% of the impressions with the community. On the homepage, we can decide on the revenue sharing, but 50% on each specific article will go to the first person who submitted it.

Every link will be a direct html link, meaning it will give those articles more authority in the eyes of the search engines, and meaning webmasters will be able to improve their rank in Google just by promoting their shit with our toolbar. It will also create an honor system where people will submit their friends articles if they mention their site in that article. For example, Article A links to Article B (your blog), so you submit your article as well as Article A to Example.com. Both sites get a link and traffic, and since the more Article A is promoted, the more weight it shares when Google caches it and sees it links to Article B (you).

It is a win win for everyone, and it will allow anyone with any sort of niche interests to be able to find, vote on, and earn money for the news they enjoy.
++++++++++++++

————

Well, hope you got a little peak into an entrepreneurs mind at work. If anyone of you is daring enough to launch one of my startup ideas, id love to hear about it!

Hey everyone, my final exams are finally completed and I am now on break for Summer, so I will have more free time to write link building techniques and sites for you all.

Today’s post features a Jewish community portal site that yields an impressive pagerank 7 out of 10 that Google just loves. Jewcy is the name of the website and Jewcy announces itself as the premier Jewish media and entertainment outlet for progressive free-thinkers.

The site allows you to create a free user profile in a quick two page registration form that you can find at the top right of the main page. After you create your account, you will get an email with your password and username in it which you can login with and then in the description box of your “About Me” section, you can add a pure html link:

<a href=”http://collinlahay.com”>Link Building</a>

If you wish, you can also add detailed relevant content to your niche, otherwise just hit submit and then you have one more dofollow link with your preferred anchor text. For the end result, take a peek at my Jewcy profile.

When your Jewcy profile is completed, I recommend that you run it through SocialMarker or your favorite link building software to get your pages some quick and easy backlinks which will also help it get indexed in the search engines remarkably fast.
