How would you feel when you see a big fat Zero in your Page Rank? Unhappy, disappointed, and hopeless. Google just updated the page rank and I wasn’t so thrilled obviously with the result because it only mean one thing good bye moolah. I have had this page rank for almost five year and now it’s gone, dido, sayonara, tah-tah. Most of my blogs that lost its page rank have remained the same. Once you lost the Page rank of your site it’s hard to get it back. That is why I was so worried and not happy about this bad news. I thought Google had done updating last week but I thought wrong. So, out five blogs with PR2, it went down to two w/ 2, three with PR0 and the rest are Page Rank1. I am still grateful a little that some of my PR1 still intact, Thank Mr. G.

It’s hard to know who to trust when you’re buying your first house. Sometimes I think I should listen to my mom and try to go it on my own but other times I feel like I’ve got to get a Realtor or I’m going to miss out on something. I also spent a lot of time looking at houses online, so I think I have a pretty good grasp of what’s out there, you know? I love being in a position to wait – I own my condo now and love it – and it’s not like my wife is pregnant or anything and we have to move right away. But soon enough I know it’s going to start to feel really small here at home and I’m going to have to do something to make it bigger (which is impossible since it’s a condo) or talk to my landlord about breaking my lease so I can buy a place. I’ve been looking into as much stuff as I can online about Powderly Reliant Information and whether or not the neighborhood I like is in a good school district and how to go about setting up a cable line. I just didn’t know there was so much involved with buying a single family home…I’ve even got to get a lawnmower! I love my condo now and it’s in the best location I could ever ask for but a two bedroom is only going to cut it for so long. My wife is working from home and I know she says the size of the place is really starting to get to her and I understand that. We’ll want to have kids at some point in the next few years and I want to make sure we’re ready when we’re ready. I don’t want us to have to buy a house spur of the moment and end up overpaying or buying something we didn’t really want in the first place, you know?

Meanwhile, there are different forms of transportation to travel from one place to another. Traveling can be done by plane, by car, or by train. Traveling by plane is I think the most convenient and easy way to reach your destination on time. Flight delay may only happen when bad weather occurs or airline problem incident or perhaps some unavoidable situation otherwise. However, if you are on a business trip then renting a car would be convenient. The cost of parking your car in the airport parking space is as expensive as renting a car. The airport parking lot security is strictly monitored but some of us probably don’t like having our precious car out in an open space that might get dent, or damage due to the weather change. My family also experienced driving long hours to Chicago and it was not that pleasant being in the car for that long period of hours. Traveling by train is quiet fast and comfortable but not all places has train running and available. Nevertheless, whatever your preferences when traveling the most important thing is you will enjoy the most out of it.

Promoted posts are an easy way to get more people to see your posts. Promoted posts appear higher in News Feed, so there’s a better chance your audience will see them. There are two ways to promote a post: from your personal account and from your Facebook Page.

I have blogged before about my Facebook pages and how the number of likes grow so fast through the help of giveaways sponsorship and blogger event. Facebook are in competition with rivals Google+ and Pinterest. Then, I kind of MIA in a while virtually and neglected to promote my Facebook pages, blog posts, Alexa rank and giveaways. That, Facebook is basically forcing Page owners to pay to reach their existing followers. Promoting your business via Facebook page may now cost you money. The cost to promote a post depends on several factors, including your geographic location and how many people you’re reaching.

Nevertheless, only lawyer knows and knowledgeable about the laws and legal matter. They can explain to you what you need to do and walk you through the whole process.
