Phillip Anschuts was a very devious and evil man
who was deeply involved in the death of Michael jackson.

As Mr, .Jackson stated to me “Anschutz and Tom Barack
said I had to do 30 shows or lose Neverland, my music

Jack Wishna was the man who first brought Michael to Las Vegas

Wishna was found dead in his car of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning

1) Sony Controlled a large part of the Catalogue because
of the debts Michael incurred by unwillingness of Sony to
promote the album “Invincible.”

Catalogue by Jackson So con-man muscle man

Fortress, and was able to get an extension to give his Colony
team time to crunch the numbers.

out of Michael’s room at the Mirage.
A supposedly unforeseen complication arose when Barack
received a call from father of Prince Abdullah Al- Khalifa
of Bahrainwho was suing Mr Jackson in London’s High
Court for $7 million.

But Barack knew this all along. Barack knew the King of
Bahrain from Sardinia ( Barack owns much of the Costa Smeralda)
and knew they had to pay PrinceAbdulla Al-Khalifa
7 million dollars.

Why? They want the Catalogue and person Michael
was not totally necessary.

it was hard to find an FM radiostation that wasn’t playing
Billie Jean or Beat It. Barrack watched and smiled as Jackson’s
value was spectacularly realized. "This Is It," a documentary
about Jackson’s preparation for the comeback concerts,
grossed $261 million worldwide during its theatrical
run, a record for a concert film, and the Jackson estate signed
a series of lucrative deals, including a video game and a
Cirque du Soleil show.

Barrack says, asexpected. Jackson attained in death what he
couldnever attain in life. Itwas a huge win for Branca ,
Levin, Weitzman , Anshutz and Barack with huge financial
implications for a long-term investor.

The death of Michael Jackson rests on whoever allowed
Murray to care for him.

He was not licensed in California.For this reason alone
Anshutz, Barack, Phillips and Tome Tome should be on trial for
Michael Jacksons death as accomplices because
commonly criminal offences involve individuals who act
at a distance,providing information, transportation, and
supplying the Propofol.

They all knew what Murray was doing up there for that
is the reason the long standing Nanny Grace quit. Propofol
and Demerol are totally different. Once addicted to Propofol
you cannot sleep without it. It is not a narcotic.
Demerol is a mild Narcotic use to ameliorate Page on Pain
become addicted doses need to be given every 6 hours
and increased. With Michael over time I decreased his

Furthermore what happens next is how I got dragged
into the entire situation as the smokescreen.

Jackson family but to the family everything was not enough
and Michael lived with me on and off for the last 30 years.
His relationship with his mother fell apart when she did
not come to his aid when his father was beating him.
After Michael Jackson’s death Mrs. Jackson
allows Steven Hoefflin to make statements such as

A)“I taught Murray to give Propofol.”

B) Kathryn Jackson fails to realize that Hoefflin had a cease
and desistorder directed against him by Michael Jackson
himself in 2003.

C) Hoefflin had done a a VH-1 special about Michael’s
Surgery and Hoefflin had gone mad and was institutionalized.

D) Simultaneously Jason,Muhammad, Brad Boyer and
Richard Charnley release my records in court supposedly
to key me paid.

E) This was a total lie for Charnley was already in contact
with Randy Phillips of AEG and Jason Pfeiffer already
released a set of Michael Jackson’s Medical Records to him.
TMZ’s Harvey Levin Starts an all out
media insanity with Murray and Hoefflin Blaming me for the
death of Jackson.

He claims I gave 51 injections of Demerol into Mr Jackson.
They had no idea what I did. “

at 730. Dan went down to get Michael and he came up to my
office dressed like an Arab with his face covered.

He went into a room closed the door and as I listened
turned off the lights. He said I could come in but the room

Well I closed my eyes,he turned on his flashlight and I saw his face

face was not smooth.There were visible lumps from an injectable
and the areas under his eyes pouched out making his eyes almost
invisible. Was it Sculptra,was it Radiesse I did not know but
suddenly he burst into tears .

like this.” He did not ask me if I could fix it but told me I was the
only one who could. He had seen plastic surgeons who wanted
to cut the lumps out but was very leary of anyone with a scalpel.

Thus began my journey to repair the most famous face in the world.

It took over a hundred hours and 3-5 hours working
Sessions with Ellen. I was working with Mark Honze
( an addiction sprcialist) and his interist Allen Metzger.
I used a total of 31 shots and was gone all of May.
The last treatment sessions I reduced the doses to 100mg/each.
What TMZ and AEG did was failed purposely to realize the
records were those of three Doctors to rob me blind. As I was
trying to defend myself Bob Lorsch an emissary from
Private Bank of California set up illegal accounts at John
Branca’s Private Bank to rob me blind.
Muhammad and Jason use the time to embezzle
more and more funds and I was becoming penniless.

Murray trial was paid by Muhammad through the fraudulent
accounts at Excel .He never revealed I was gone a month before
Michael died (May 2009 I was in Paris) so the doses
given then were not by me.

Additionally Michael’s resigning with Branca makes no sense.
He hated Branca and Sony as I, Lisa Marie Presley and
everyone close to him knew.

However during the last week of his life Murray had
taken to skin popping him with Benzodiazpines which
explains the body marks .) This would make Michael
incompetent to make any rational decision.

report. John Branco, who co-manages the Jackson
estate didn't respond to comment.

For one, if journalist really knew what was going on
inside the Estate of Michael Jackson why, of all
people, would they go to John Branca a spokesman
of Sony ATV apparently to get a comment.

One which I hear upon reading this.
Going back I sense they knew something
was terribly wrong and things had just
gotten worse.

gives you an idea of what was to come.

When reading the opening line you sense
they need to move quickly. There is
something wrong here, someone is waiting
in the shallows that has been there before and is
looking to take all in the Michael Jackson Estate.
He knows Michael's business better then
anyone else out there. You see...he's been there
before and was fired.

But now he is back.

McMillan pointed to questions about the
authenticity of the signature on Michael
Jackson's will as reported this week by

or terminated. "The Jackson estate is currently
controlled by John Branca and John McClain,
who would become permanent executors unless
Jackson's will is challenged.

The Letters of Administration filing was
done in such a Manner that Mr. Levitch
hand wrote the first few pages out as well as
judge Beckloff hand wrote the pending court
date as if acting in such urgency.

The last statement Mr. Levitch writes
so that you know as well as I what he was
sensing. Burt Levitch pleads in this
filing is telling:

A possible competing interest is a purported
claim of an attorney who long ago was dismissed
from the decendents
group of advisors and about whom the
decendent stated he never wanted the attorney to
have anything further to do with his affairs.
For the foregoing reasons, the appoinment
of a Special Administrator now, rather than
a week from now is strongly indicated.

Administrator,Several compelling reasons exist
for the immediate appointment of

A special Administrator in this matter.

1) Numerous bank Accounts exist that are
in control of third parties, some of which accounts
were used to pay expenses of the decendents parents
home. As the ability to maintain such home now
is more important that ever for the benefit

of the decendent's children
(as well as the decendents parents).

It is crucial that a Special Administrator
be appointed immediately to marshal these
bank accounts.

2) The decendent was a joint venture shareholder
in the Sony ATV Music Publishing Catalog including
works of the Beatles and other prominent songwriters.
Communications are open with the principals involved,
yet noone is appointed to speak on behalf of the
decendents very substanial interest in this most
important assett of the Estate.
The remaining principal may immediately
seek to assert rights and remedies under the

terms of the joint venture agreement that
would cause irreparable

harm or irreversible loss.A special administrator
is needed to be named immediately and placed
into position to address such issues.

3. Control needs to be asserted by a special
administrator over tangible personal property
currently in the physical possesion of a third party.
Representatives of the decendent previously
had sought to have certain memorabilia of
the decendent sold at auction.

The auction was cancelled by the decendant,
but a former representative of the decendant still
has possession of these items even though there
is no authority for retention of these items.
Without a Special administrator to secure

the property,the chances of such valuable
property disappearing or being wrongfully
exploited are high.

4. Various business documents and other
purported documents of the decendent are
under control of third parties, and their release
could work to the detriment of the estate.

A special Administrator needs to quickly
marshal and preserve such paperwork
along with the other assets of the estate,
thereby.....

5. We understand that at least one individual
is suggesting that he has authority to act on
behalf of the decendent because he is in
possession of a power of attorney granted
to him by the decendent.
While of course, any such
power of attorney would have expired
with the decedent. Noone presently is in
a legal position to refute such contentions
regarding a power of attorney or any
other form to representation of the
decendants interests. One of the
concerns is that the one presented
with the power of attorney might
not know that it expired on the
decendents death.

6. One or more individuals have claimed
in the press that they have or may have
a will of
the decendent, yet no such
documentation has been presented to the
family although the family have
requested a
copy of any such paperwork, Likewise
no such document has been offered up
to the press or alleged
with this court. It is possible that the court
will have to review

cashed in the contract, winning $3 million (£2 million)
for the star's estate.

Initial reports indicated Jackson's policy was worth
up to $20 million (£13.3 million).

But according to gossip website TMZ.com, the
businessmen rushed to finalise the deal, accepting
just $3 million, over fears the life insurance firm would
refuse to pay if an autopsy report determined drugs

Paul Gongaware, who was in charge of producing and promoting
Jackson's ill-fated comeback concerts, testified this week that he
couldn't remember sending key e-mails or approving budgets that
included $150,000 a month for Dr. Conrad Murray.

Gongaware also denied thinking that Jackson's health was frail in the

last days of his life, despite e-mails from others in the production
suggesting the singer needed help.

"I still don't recall writing it," Gongaware said,
"I don't recall writing it, but I admit I wrote it.""

Surrounding the Death of Michael Jackson.

Arnold W. Klein, MD Posted on February 28, 2013 by AWKMD

Silenced: Michael Jackson’s plastic surgeon Dr. Arnold Klein
speaks out against a bank fraud scandal involving California State
Officials & The Private Bank of California with new evidence.

Dr. Arnold Klein filed for bankruptcy on January 20, 2011
after obtaining legal counsel from his attorney David Neale
regarding how to re-claim the nearly $30 million that Klein
was embezzled from him by his employees Muhammad Khilji,
Jason Pfeiffer with the help of Robert Lorsch through the
Private Bank of California. Neale is said to have assured
Klein that these adversarial cases would be heard in the courts
and encouraged him to take action.

To Klein’s dismay the cases were not heard, and have not been
in almost 3 years. For bankruptcy claims such as these,
the system is legally obligated to provide “due process of
(Federal) law.”

“I am very much aware of the events surrounding Mr Jackson’s death,”
says Klein, “and (I) believe the fraudulent manner in which my
bankruptcy has been handled is based both on the bank fraud
committed by Private Bank and an attempt to prevent me from
disclosing information that I have concerning the death of
Michael Jackson.”

Shortly after Klein filed for bankruptcy, it was revealed that the
case’s Judge, Richard Neiter, held stock in the Private Bank of California.
Klein states that, long before Neiter’s conflict of interest was discovered,
he had already bifurcated the cases such that to this day they have not
been heard. In addition to this, Klein’s allegations describe Judge
Neiter’s selection of Bradley Sharp as Klein’s trustee to be based
on a “totally fraudulent loan” through the very same bank.

“The manner in which the lawyers, trustees and Judges of this
court of law are closely aligned with this same fraudulent
financial institution brings the entire legal system into question,”
says Klein. “For a Federal Court to be compromised in this manner…
is far more than a simple embarrassment: it is criminal.”

Since the time of Bradley Sharp’s appointment as Klein’s trustee
it has come to light that Sharp has also been involved in questionable
activity with the Private Bank of California and ALSO HAS A
CLOSE RELATION WITH THE CHIEF EMBEZZLER
MUHAMMAD KHILJI APPEALING HIS RIGHT TO TESTIFY.

In a recent interview, Klein as well as the Jackson family
call into question the authenticity of Michael Jackson’s last will

belief that it is a forgery. Klein insists he was with Jackson in
New York on July 7th 2002, the same day that the Will was
supposedly signed by Jackson in L.A.

The executor of the will that was “signed” in L.A. was none other

Bank, holding two seats on the board.

Klein suspects his cases for embezzlement were intentionally
silenced to avoid bringing any un-favourable attention to the
Private Bank of California or a further investigation of the details
surrounding the Will of Michael Jackson, it’s executor, and beneficiaries.

Klein is now going public with his knowledge about Harvey Levin,
John Branca and Howard Weitzman who were working with the
allegedly fraudulent Will of Michael Jackson when they were
awarded $700M a year while Klein, a close friend of Jackson
and the Jackson family was left “penniless with (his) bill for

The Argument From Desire

released today for the entertainment company sued by Michael
Jackson's mother challenged the lawsuit Thursday and distanced
AEG Live from the doctor charged in the singer's death.

" The lawsuit is inaccurate, unsubstantiated and meritless,"
attorney Marvin S. Putnam said in a statement released by
AEG Live LLC.

Katherine Jackson sued AEG Live on Wednesday, claiming
the promoter of her son's planned series of comeback concerts
failed to provide key lifesaving equipment and adequately monitor
the cardiologist hired to care for her son as he prepared for the shows.

She is seeking unspecified damages on behalf of herself and her
son's three children. Putnam's statement claimed the doctor,
Conrad Murray, was acting as Jackson's personal physician
and was not an AEG employee.

According to the filing; " By Virtue of the AEG-Jackson
agreement AEG came to control much of Jackson's life.
The Home Jackson lived in was provided by AEG, his finances
were dependant on AEG and his assest including the SONY-ATV
catalog which would stand as a security if he failed to perform".

It continues:
Murray was to perform the services as AEG directed, and
Michael Jackson had no right to terminate the agreement.
It was AEG who directed, controlled, oversaw and supervised
Murray's services.

On June 18th 2009 Michael Jackson did not
appear at rehearsals ... When Jackson finally arrived and got
to the rehearsal at the Forum .... June 18 2009 at 9.30pm a few
hours after the "Riot Act" meeting he was visibly shaken....

NOTE: Murray goes on to quote Joe's lawsuit which claims
"AEG Live, LLC read Michael Jackson the proverbial 'riot act'
to get him to stop subjecting himself to overmedication by

Judge Dale Fischer, who presided over
Anthony Pellicano's trial on racketeering and
wiretapping charges opened today

"Having spent a number of years with Mr. Pellicano
I have a great deal of confidence in his abilities,
" Fischer said," In Fact I am not convinced otherwise".

During the hearing, U.S. District Court Judge
Dale Fischer asked if there were any victims in the
courtroom. Anita Busch, the former Los Angeles Times
wasn't planning to talk, but when the judge asked
if I would like to speak, I said yes."

It was nearly ten years ago today that Los Angeles Times
reporter Anita Busch found a dead fish on her car.

There was a rose in the fish's mouth and a note that said:
"Stop."

She took it as a warning about her reporting —
Busch, the former editor in chief of the Hollywood Reporter,
spoke to the courts, My life has been a living Hell,
I've suffered greatly, I lost my sources I lost my health,
I'm afraid for my safety.

Bail is inappropiate today.

At one point Busch turned to Mr. Gruel and said,
" If He's so indigent, Whose Paying you?" Steven Gruel,
remarked, "I haven't made a cent! "

The Judge had to call order then a short break came
before the hearing was closed out.

Gruel went on to say, " Anthony Pellicano hasn't been
PI, He is indigent, He doesn't have any assetts,
doesn't have any clients in his possession
PI simply doesn't exist. No fact at all to say that
he is a flight risk. He has nothing.

We can't look at 2002-2003 and say he's out
destroying evidence that charge was never brought forward.
The RICO charges most likely will be dropped,
I am most confident of that. Tell me,
said Gruel " What is it the goverment is holding on him?
What is it they are concerned of getting or
what do they have on Pellicano, I don't see it, says Gruel.

side-kick, Kevin Kachikian. Pretty sad stuff....

As for what we did hear, Mr. Pellicano apologized.
"Those were never intended to be heard by anyone but
Mr. Pellicano," he said of the phone recordings seized
from his office.

And then, there were his final comments to the jury--
probably the most entertaining final close that I've ever heard.
"Mr. Pellicano refuses to insult your intelligence,"
he said of himself.

"Mr. Pellicano told you that the evidence will show
what the evidence shows and it clearly does."
And, that's a fact Jack.

Finally, he had one last thought for the jury.

"Mr. Pellicano had instructed me not to stand up
here and try to sway you and you know that people do what
Mr. Pellicano says," he argued, prompting the judge to
cover her face with her hand to conceal her laughter. "
"So, I'm going to do what Mr. Pellicano says."
And with that, he thanked the jury for their service and
walked over to his chair with a big smile on his face.

Having been at UCLA that day I wanted to see

for myself what we were about to witness,

I wanted to see how it would all unfold...

As we would look back on this day

it would be forever engrainded in each of us.

In ways I believe Michael played the medias

Flashback: June 25,2009

I recieved a call on my phone telling me that

Michael had died immediately I dropped everything

turned in my path and headed to UCLA

where I heard he had been taken.

I wanted to see for myself what was unfolding.

I met up with two freinds from Hollywood who

would go with me.We arrived close to 3:00pm

When we arrived there was complete madness

on the ground and One thing i remember very vivdly

is the mics set up outside the hospitol on the front lawn

by where all the press were. they kept telling everyone

that a Dr. would be coming out to make a statement.

That never happened.

That in itself tells me UCLA is free and clear of any

liability that could fall on them.

The Jackson took this fight on themselves.

I have been told by a close associate of the family

that this fight will be battled out inside the

courtroom. That is where it will be played out.

And that battle still continues.

decade, Jackson wasn't able to create anything new as the
two were in court with each other. Tohme says that he
personally stepped in here, flying to Bahrain to make peace,
which he says led to a settlement agreement with the Prince.
Afterwards, Tohme assumed his role as Jackson's personal
manager. Much of his work involved housing, loans and
coordinating media appearances. One work that hes noted for
were efforts to save Jackson's beloved Neverland Ranch --
now he has landed himself in a lawsuit with the Michael
Jackson Estate regarding Wrongfully taken property.

items and stubbornly refuses to turn them over to the estate
(forcing them to have to sue to get them signed over).
According to Fox news Julien says that Weller, who
is partners with Jackson’s manager Tohme R. Tohme
in an enterprise called TRW Advertising, asked to meet
them at a fast food restaurant on Wilshire Boulevard.
There, Julien and Nolan each claim in sworn statements,
Weller made a veiled threat on behalf of Jackson and Tohme.
"During the meeting, Weller told Martin and me that our
lives would be in danger if we did not postpone the auction.
Weller said if we refused to postpone it, we would be in danger
from "Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam;
those people are very protective of Michael."

Julien’s statement continues: "He told us that
Dr. Tohme and Michael Jackson wanted to give the message
to us that "our lives are at stake and there will be bloodshed."

So..Dr. tohme and Michael wanted to give the message

These pictures were taken right around the same time
Michael had fired Thome. Michael almost looks as if he
is being escorted against his will here.

Shortly after June 25, 2009 Tohme Tohme,
a former Michael Jackson financial advisor, turned
over more than $5 million of Michael Jackson's money
why would he then go and purchase a home in the
Bel Air Estates for the exact amount Michael had given
him. And the home would be located directly across
from where these pictures were taken.
Administrators of Jackson's estate said in court papers
that they recovered $5.5 million in cash from "one of

Back in 1996, Prince Al Waleed bin Talal and Michael Jackson
launched a joint venture 'Kingdom Entertainment' to develop a
variety of entertainment projects such as movies, books, hotels,
recordings and theme parks all based on 'family values'.

A press conference was held in Paris in April 1996 and both
Al Waleed and Michael revealed their plans and hopes for this
venture.

The first project was the sponsoring of Jackson's HIStory world
tour and then they produced Michael's "Ghosts" music video,
short movie.

We know the relationship Michael had with Alaweed somewhat

and tribulations of his life. He was never the same following this.
Atleast in the press we are/were led to believe this was a short-

The relationship with Alaweed would start to fall apart
upon Michael leaving Bahrain.

He exited Bahrain and never looked back. He has never returned a
phone call from the prince since he left Bahrain On July 11,2006
the prince says, Jackson's Raymone Bain faxed him a letter
"aggressively seeking [the prince’s] personal agreement to an
express release of [Jackson] from his obligations. …"

When that didn’t happen, Bain sent another letter, this time
stating that Jackson did not intend to work with the prince
and "was unwilling to perform or observe his obligations."

This must be one of the most famous pieces of artwork in history

and possibly his most important artwork. When one thinks of

Michelangelo the Painter, one immediately thinks of the fresco –

"The Last Judgement on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel",

which was commissioned by Pope Julius.

Pope Julius II had hired Michelangelo to craft a grand tomb
for him, but then pulled the sculptor off the job and asked him
instead to decorate the chapel ceiling—which at that time was
done in the standard Heavens motif, dark blue with large
gold stars.complained that he was a sculptor, not a frescoist,
but a papal commission cannot be ignored.

It sits above the Grand Alter there in the Sistine Chapel.

We have been warned about God's coming wrath and judgement.

The book of Revelation calls Christians to remain faithful to God

and Christ and to resist the powers of evil in the conviction that

God will prevail and bring salvation in the new Jerusalem.

The book consists of six cycles of visions, each of which warns of the

that needs help, and he's not breathing.

Right then, I knew something was terribly wrong. I said,

Janet, is he dead? And she said he's gone.

DON LEMON, CNN ANCHOR: Do you think there was some
sort of conspiracy to kill your brother?

JERMAINE JACKSON, BROTHER OF MICHAEL JACKSON:

Absolutely.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: How are you feeling?
M. JACKSON: Good, great.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: It's possible that Michael had been

using this anesthetic drug maybe five or six years ago.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Elvis was huge,

but Michael went around the world. He was off the planet.

LEMON (voice-over): Tonight, a behind-the-scenes look into

the final days of Michael Jackson.

As the sun rose above the exclusive Los Angeles Hills,

inside Michael Jackson's mansion, the entertainer began the

morning of June 24, 2009, doing what he loved,

preparing for a show.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Now do it slow.

PAYNE: He and would start about noon, 1:00 at his home.
We would dance a few hours and stretch.

You have to have a full attitude. You have a half attitude.
Do the full one.

LEMON: Travis Payne was Michael Jackson's long-time choreographer.

PAYNE: We were on a journey with Michael that was going to
return him to the stage, you know, that he loved so much.
And I know that we were eight days away from leaving for London.

LEMON: The stage is where Michael was most at ease.
On stage, there was no one better.

Since age five, he electrified audiences around the world with hit songs
like "I Want You Back." And the world appeared ready to welcome him
back . It had been 12 years since Jackson's last major performance.
The King of Pop was poised to regain his throne.

M. JACKSON: This is it. I mean this is really it.
This is the final -- this is the final curtain call.

And the story continues.....

LEMON: But Phillips says AEG never officially employed

Dr. Murray because the contract was never signed.

(on camera): To you this contract is null and void or --

PHILLIPS: Yes, to me it never took effect, because it

required Michael's signature, and Michael didn't sign the contract.

LEMON: AEG says Dr. Conrad Murray was hired on

Michael's insistence, and he would not take no for an answer.

See, like, when we first started, we were doing one nighters.
Every day, you're in a different place, riding a bus and sleeping
on top of each other. That's tough. But this was -- and you didn't
have to take the stage down. You were in one location.

PHILLIPS: I think that night, he finally accepted, down deep in
whatever the inner reaches of an artist's soul are, that he could do this.

LEMON (on camera): Was anything out of the ordinary that night?

JERKINS: The only thing that might have been out of the ordinary
is that Michael was -- had a serious glow about him that night.

JERKINS: You could see his confidence growing and you
could see physically he was able to do the things that he wanted to do.

PHILLIPS: We were walking to our cars, and he put his arm around
me at the Staples Center and he said, thank you for getting me here.
Now I know I can do it and take it from here.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Hold for applause. Hold for applause,
slow umbrella, fade out.

LEMON: Jackson left the Staples Center around midnight
and headed to his rented mansion in the posh L.A. neighborhood
of Holmby Hills. Just 12 hours later, however, nothing would
ever be the same.

DON LEMON, CNN SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS
CORRESPONDENT:

Michael Jackson is buried on a hilltop here at Forest Lawn
Memorial Cemetery. His body lies in a highly secured mausoleum,
off limits to the public. One year after his death, Jackson's personal
physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is charged with involuntary
manslaughter, but some close to Jackson believe
there are others responsible for his death.

JERMAINE JACKSON, MICHAEL JACKSON'S BROTHER:
You only make a change for once in my life.
LEMON (voice-over): Jermaine Jackson was closer to his brother than
just about anyone else. He claims Michael was murdered.
J. JACKSON: He said to my mother that they're trying to kill me.
LEMON (on camera): Do you think Conrad Murray was part of that?
Was he complicit?
J. JACKSON: I think he's kind of like a fall guy.
LEMON: So you think he knew?
Do you think he did that on purpose, Conrad Murray?
J. JACKSON: I think he knew the players. And I think if you squeeze
his hand hard enough he will say.
LEMON (voice-over): Jermaine is convinced his brother's death
is not simply a tragic accident.
J. JACKSON: I do know that there were evils, conspirators and
people who just did not want to see him get bigger, and so we're
busy trying to bring all of this together. They knew who they are.
We know who they are as well.
LEMON: And who do you think they are?
J. JACKSON: They are just people in the industry.
When you become so big, you have enemies. This was done to him purposefully.

LEMON: You think someone killed him purposefully?

J. JACKSON: Oh, yes, yes. It will come out.

LEMON: So you think there was some sort of conspiracy
to take to kill your brother?

J. JACKSON: Absolutely.

LEMON: So who was behind it then?

J. JACKSON: They know who they are.

LEMON: Do you know who they are?

J. JACKSON: Oh, of course. Of course.
LEMON: Do you want to say who they are?

J. JACKSON: No, I can't say that.

LEMON (voice-over): But Joseph Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson
family is saying who he thinks is responsible for his son's death.
Concert promoter AEG Live. He filed a 160-page complaint against the
company with the California Medical Board. CNN obtained a copy of it.

(on camera): You say at the heart of it is --

BRIAN OXMAN, JOE JACKSON'S ATTORNEY:
Money. Money is at the heart of this thing.
Michael Jackson died because of people's greed.
And let there be no mistake about it.

LEMON (voice-over): Attorney Brian Oxman is representing
Joe Jackson. His complaint accuses AEG of hiring Dr. Murray
and demanding that he medicate Michael and provide him with
dangerous medical services

The Statue of Liberty was illuminated
Friday evening for the first time since it was
damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
The statue, one of the city's top tourist
attractions, has been closed because of
damage resulting from the storm that hit
New York Oct. 29, with no estimate
on when it will reopen to visitors.

The statue sits on a small island in
New York Harbor, and can be seen from
many vantage points around
New York City.

The monument was re-lit through temporary
measures made possible by a donation of
equipment and services from Musco Lighting
to the National Park Foundation, which is the
official charity of America's national parks,
according to a statement from the National
Park Service.

Another company, Natoli Construction,
handled the lighting of the statue's
torch and crown.

The temporary lighting will remain in
place until permanent repairs are made.
Mike Litterst, a spokesman for the
National Park Service, said it was not
clear in advance whether the
relighting would include the torch &
"so it was a pleasant surprise to be able
to get the torch lit tonight."

The statue's lamp is held aloft by its raised
arm and marks the highest point of the
305-foot-tall (93 meters) monument,
which was dedicated in 1886

"The New Colossus," a poem by
Emma Lazarus engraved inside the
statue's pedestal, refers to the beacon
in its final line:

"I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
