Is "the Man in the Mirror" working
good for Dr. Murray? It appears so
after news was delivered today ...

"YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY UP!!!"

Murray got a hugh break when a decision to
withdraw the request that Murray should pay up
(100 million to be exact)came down.

Murray should be jumping up and down for joy,
as this decision comes as a hugh sign of relief
in what could have been.

The request for payments from Conrad Murray
was withdrawn Wednesday during a brief court
hearing, just days before a judge was scheduled
to consider how much the former cardiologist
should pay to members of Jackson's family
or his estate.

Deputy District Attorney David Walgren
told the judge handling the case that he was
withdrawing the restitution request after speaking
with Jackson's mother, Katherine, and attorney for
his father, Joseph.

Walgren also consulted with an attorney for the
singer's estate and a court-appointed attorney
representing the interests of Jackson's three
children, a transcript of the proceedings shows.

Jackson's estate estimated the singer would
have earned at least $100 million if he had
performed his "This Is It" concerts planned
for London's O2 arena.

Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor ruled
that the family was waiving its right to
restitution permanently, although two separate
cases pending in a Los Angeles civil court
seek damages for the King of Pop's June
2009 death.

Murray might have also been found liable for
Jackson's funeral expenses, which totaled more
than $1.8 million. Murray's attorneys said he
had nowhere near the money to pay either amount,
and he filed paperwork last month indicating
he is indigent.

Katherine Jackson is suing concert giant AEG Live,
which was promoting Jackson's planned series of
comeback concerts, claiming they failed to
properly supervise Murray.

The fate of Joseph Jackson's civil case remains
unclear. A California bar court in Los Angeles
recommended Friday that the Jackson family
patriarch's attorney, Brian Oxman, be barred
from practicing law because of conduct on other,
unrelated cases.

Oxman filed Joseph Jackson's lawsuit in federal
court on the one-year anniversary of the singer's
death, but a judge later ruled it should be heard
in state court.

Oxman is the only attorney who has been listed
on the case so far and has been a vocal antagonist
against Murray and AEG Live.

"Maybe after all, that man in the Mirror is

Almost a year upon shooting a video in Hollywood
with Tristan when we ran into a someone special on Hollywood
Blvd. The picture of him with the green shirt is seen below
and the original footage we shot as we got video.

These 2 videos below recently surfaced on youtube
just a day after Christmas.

They look like the same guy to me.
Ironic the guy would be wearing the same shirt
glasses and hat that he was wearing that day.

This picture was taken Dec 14, 2010 when Tristan Yatta
and I were walking on Hollywood Blvd at the Chinese Mann
Theatre we came across which seems to be the same gentleman in the video(s) above. (I originally stated this picture was from this year my mistake it was last year when Tristan was here in LA)

He appears to have the same shirt hat and glasses on.
Funny when we walked by him we turned and glanced took
at second look and as we went to take the picture he
put his finger up to his mouth, as if to say
"do not utter a word". don't say a word.

The X FACTOR did a tribute to the King Of Pop
"Michael Jackson" being that it was the 29 year anniversary
of the release of "Thriller".

Michael's Children Paris, Prince and Blanket along with his
mother Katherine, Jackie, Tito and Marlin were all in attendance.

So... the Hatman, sitting directly next to John Branca
who was sitting behind Katherine Jackson.

The End of the evening, the last song performed was
Earth song and it was then they showed a clear shot
of Hatman, Blanket turned and looked.

'MJ Death Trial: This Is It for Conrad Murray',

A very close friend toured Michael Jackson's
rented mansion with the intention to make a offer
on the $38 million dollar home".
I asked him to take pictures for me so I could
get a better sense of the home in which Michael
Jackson would breathe his last breath. I was
surprised to see that vestiges of Michael Jackson
and his children remain in the house, untouched.

Upon seeing Michael Jackson's handwritten
affirmations on his bedroom mirror and reading his
children's message to him on a chalkboard in the kitchen,
I was moved beyond words. I could no longer just write
these articles as one who is not emotionally affected
by this trial.

This is it for the Michael Jackson trial.
The evidence is no longer being seen by the public
on national television or watched live on countless
websites, it is locked in the jury room, with the
jurors who will decide the fate of Dr. Conrad Murray.

It's been a six week trial, wherein the prosecution
laid out their case over a five week period.
The defense used only one week to present evidence
in an attempt to prove the innocence of Dr. Conrad
Murray.

In total, 49 witnesses took the stand.

To my surprise, the defense's strongest evidence
presented was in the form of character witnesses.

CHARACTER WITNESSES

The tour had the potential to erase Michael's
estimated $400 million debt and make him very
rich again. At the time of his death, AEG was
paying for everything in his life including his
rented Los Angeles mansion, his personal chef,
his entire staff, as well as, the huge production
expenses of This Is It.

Phillips testified that Michael would have to
reimburse AEG $30 millions dollars for personal
living expenses, but this was not a real concern
for the contracted parties due to the sold-out status
of the tour.

In fact, Mr. Phillips had a very intimate
conversation with Michael wherein Michael
cried. Phillips said, "The primary reason was
that he wanted to finally settle down and get
a really, really good home for the kids and
his family so they weren't in his words living
like vagabonds."

To my surprise, the defense's strongest evidence
presented was in the form of character witnesses.

Judge Pastor: There was a typo in the date
of the "ALLEGED" incident..it was written:
June 9th instead of June 25th!!!

( I believe that is why the verdict got moved
from being read Friday to Today Nov. 7th. )

I would say this is a pretty big deal.

The alleged incident that
involved the alleged victim.

Juror #3 you have corrected that to June 25th
so they get the date of the murder wrong on
the man they are convicting and on a victim
