Runescape is one of the oldest MMORPG around. With 12 years of lifespan you would think that it would be dead soon. But it’s quiet the opposite, Runescape seem to grow stronger for every new day. The developer Jagex are constantly adding new features and updating the engine, and the next big up update will be called Runescape 3.

Runescape 3 will utilize HTML5 wich will make much better use of your computers hardware. The game will have a totally new engine. This means better graphic quality, longer draw distance, world evolution updates and new design features.

Old players don’t worry, Runescape 3 will use the existing user database. No accounts or progress will be lost. This is just and engine change the same as we experienced 2004. When Runescape (Runescape Classic) became Runescape 2.

Phil Mansell RunesScape’s Executive Producer and Mark Ogilvie, Creative Director presents the details about the new release in the video above. According to Phil, “RuneScape 3 is going to run faster, look better and feel so much more immersive”. This is something we all can look forward to!

The League of Legends Mac Open Beta client is now available. And yes, we really mean it this time.
Thank you for your patience – native Mac support was a huge goal for us, and we’re really excited to make the move to cross-platform gaming. Going forward, you’ll get all features, bug fixes and new content on the same schedule as your PC comrades.

Diablo III patch 1.0.3a is now live in Europe! Check out the full patch notes below to learn about all the latest changes.

Important: Please note that you will not be prompted to download patch 1.0.3a until the patch is live in your home region. If you are logging in from an American or Asian client, you will need to wait for this patch to release in that region before it can be installed. Additionally, if your home region is Europe, you will be unable to log into the Americas or Asia using Global Play after patch 1.0.3a is live until those regions have also patched.

Today CCP games released their new expansion for EVE Online, Incarna.

EVE Online Incarna will be available for mac today June 21st 2011 and will feature new updates such as: New cruiser-class ships, new gun/turret models and animation, EMC changes for better battle, faction vs faction standings and other performance improvements. On top of this you will also get the ability to acces your own captain’s quarters where you can look at news and strategic data feeds. Along with other goodies to check out in your captain’s quarters you also get your own walkway/balcony which has a majestic view. Oh almost forgot, you will also be able to browse thru your wardrobe and customize your character in many different ways infront of the mirror in your own captain’s quarters.

Today InnoGames released the second version of their very popular browser MMORTS game, Grepolis. In version 2.0 we will find improved graphics and new game mechanics. The most noticeable change is the new city overview but there is also many other changes made within the gameplay. Here is a complete list of all the changes made:

Last month Jagex made it possible for Runescape players to decide the destiny and future of this Free to Play Browser MMORPG. They let the players vote if they wanted free trade and the wilderness return to Runescape.

With 91% of you in favour of its return, the Wilderness is coming back to Runescape!

There are only a few days to go before the Wilderness returns on the 1st of February, so come and join us in-game to prepare for the fight of your life. Today TQ Digital announced that Conquer Online will be released for mac. Conquer Online was released back in 2003 as a pay-to-play MMORPG. But got refurbished and re-released as a fresh new free-to-play MMORPG for PC in 2008. But by the start of April this year also mac users will be able to enjoy this epic world of quests and Kung-Fu.

Attention, Mac addicts!

We have some great news! The TQ team is proud to announce that Conquer Online is now coming to the Mac! This new Mac Beta version is scheduled for release around April, 2011. Soon, players on Mac will be able to do battle and quest in this epic world of Kung-Fu! Everyone will be able to join in the most exciting PvP battles, slay dangerous monsters, complete perilous tasks, and just have the most fun of your gaming life!

The exact date for the release is not yet fixed, but the one thing we can be sure of is that the new Mac Conquer will still be free to play, and will include all of the previous updates available for the Windows version!

The development of the Mac client is about to reach its final phase, and will be available sooner than you know! More details will be coming soon! Stay tuned to the Conquer Online Official Site!
