WIFI HOTSPOT PROBLEM!!

Hi everyone hope you can help as I cannot work this out............Here goes

I have 2 blades both running blademix 360, one is a lcd which i have running as a barebones install which I am using as a tether for my pc the other im using as my main device. I have tried to activate the wifi hotspot function on the lcd which works fine but i cannot get any internet when connecting to it with the oled blade or vice versa! I have tried flb roms on both and the ics 4 rom, the blade will connect to each other but all i get is cannot display page on both phones, also when enabling wpa the hotspot will activate but the phone im trying to connect with just keeps connecting and disconnecting in a continuous cycle, so there are 2 separate issues but just being able to get a webpage to work would be great, also i have tried every other wifi hotspot app known to man with the same results! any ideas? thanks in advance for your help.

Wheelie: Nvflash for ASUS Transformer B70+

AndroidRoot.Mobi is proud to present Nvflash for B70+ devices!
After far too much cola and far too many long nights hacking away and bit twiddling, we finally have the solution.

Wheelie is an nvflash pre-loader that boots the tablet into an nvflash ready mode that lets you use regular nvflash commands (with -r prepended!). In the long run it will be an open-source nvflash reimplementation similar to heimdal for samsung devices.

Details and download are available here: http://androidroot.mobi/?p=331

On Wednesday I pulled my OMC out of my pocket and found that I couldn't unlock it (on cfx). it turns out that there now is an area of 'unresponsiveness' where the letters J and N on the keyboard are. at first i thought it may be something to do with my screen protector but it's not. I'm hoping this isn't a hardware issue but if it is, it may have to be bye bye android for me. to make sure I have used the pointer location app in dev tools. I'm quite sure there's no damage, just seems a bit random to me. any ideas?

[ROM / 4.0.4] AndyStrip ICS 1.0

After a long night of work I finally got things together & completed my first release for the AndyPad Pro ICS. I couldn't work on the AndyPad Standard since I don't have any.
My goal with this ROM was not to remove as many as I could (which I did on the GB releases). I wanted to create a standard Google tablet instead, without all the bloatware that comes with some firmware.

This first release includes:

Android 4.0.4 (running on 3.0.8 kernel released with stock rom)

All Google apps (Play Store, Talk, Face-unlock, Gmail, Youtube HD)

Face-unlock (Settings -> Security)

Apex Launcher as the default launcher

Latest Superuser (if you don't want this, you can remove the su binary from /bin using the Android SDK)

Ad-hoc support (Tethering from phone / Windows 7)

Zipaligned apk

Bootloader v2.14, which allows custom recoveries. Expect CWM soon.

Busybox (without the symlinks)

Download:

Version 1

Installation:

Drivers:

Make sure the tablet's shut down.

Plug in the USB device while keeping the Volume-up button pressed.

Windows will ask you for drivers, point it to either x86 or amd64 (which is for all x64 computers) and the correct operating system. The drivers are included in the download.

Wait until drivers are installed before continuing the ROM installation.

ROM Installation:

When you just installed the drivers, please proceed to step 3.

Make sure the tablet's shut down.

Plug in the USB device while keeping the Volume-up button pressed.

Open RKAndroidTool.exe as Administrator.

Optionally, press Erase IDB and wait for completion.

Make sure all checkboxes are checked except for the last one (Backup)

Click 'Run' and wait for completion, the tablet will reboot twice.

As soon as you see the Charging icon reappear, unplug the device.

Power on the tablet as usual and wait for it to restart. This might take a while (~ 5 minutes)

Either skip or complete the setup and reboot it for the last time (this is because first boot is mostly laggy)

Enjoy!

Best 5 min. game for Android?

Hello guys! I've been looking for a great 5 minute game for Android for a long time. Now I've given up and have instead decided to rely on your expertise

I have a bunch of criterias.
* It should be skill based. I'm not looking for a casual game like Angry Birds. I'm looking for something that can be tough and where I can improve over time and compete against myself. The easy to learn hard to master kind of thing.
* Stay inside the 5 minute frame even as I get better. For instance I ended up being so good at Doodle Jump that I could play for about twenty minutes. That is not cool!
* I don't care if it's free. But it should be add free!
* I'd like it to be never ending or have a never ending mode. If the gameplay doesn't fit into a never ending model then it's not what I'm looking for.

The best one I've found so far is Temple Runner but I find that the controls gets in the way once you go really fast.

Give me your best shot and I'll be grateful!
