The Missouri Lottery Commission hired a new executive director in December.  She took over immediately and is already tackling big issues, such as the budget, working with the legislature which began new in January, and overseeing the addition of Mega Millions in Missouri.  Here is a welcome video from the new director, May Scheve Reardon. 

It was a super weekend for Missouri Lottery players.  Players enjoying sporting events in gathering places also played a little Club Keno and won.  A ticket worth more than $58,000 was sold at Shot Heaven on Gravois Road in St. Louis.  Another ticket worth more than $8,000 was sold at The Bean House on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis.  

The Powerball run came to an end, with a winning jackpot ticket sold in North Carolina.  But several players in Missouri cashed in big wins.  We had two players match all five white-ball numbers to win $200,000.  Those tickets were sold at the following locations: 

• Bloomsdale 66 in Bloomsdale
• Murphy Express on Highway 54 in Osage Beach

Another player matched all five white-ball numbers and added Power Play.  That turned the prize into an automatic $1 million!  If you buy tickets at QuikTrip, 2600 Old Highway 141 in Fenton, make sure to check them closely.  You could be a millionaire! 

Congratulations to the Saints and all of our winners on big wins this weekend. 

In exchange for wearing jeans on Fridays in November and December, Lottery employees donated food items for a local charity.  In total, 480 pounds of non-perishable food was donated to the Samaritan Center in Jefferson City.  Even though we got the benefit of dressing down on Fridays, it made us happy to be able to help the less fortunate in these difficult times.

No one hit the Powerball jackpot last night, but two players in other states used Power Play to win $1 million.  It was a big night for players in Missouri.  Two players matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000.  Those tickets were sold at the following locations: 

• Ice House, 1702 Missouri St., in Macon
• Break Time, 1200 Missouri Blvd., in Jefferson City

Another player matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball, and by adding Power Play, multiplied the prize to $20,000.  That winning ticket was sold at Calia's Sunfresh on Prairie View Drive in Kansas City. 

There was also a big Club Keno winner last night.  A player who buys tickets at the VFW in Lee's Summit won $5,900! 

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday is an estimated $140 million! 

No one hit the Powerball jackpot this weekend, but a player in another state did win $1 million with Power Play.  In Missouri, two players matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000.  Those tickets were sold at the following locations: 

• Earth City Motomart in Earth City
• Kum & Go in Waynesville

We had another Show Me Cash winner on Friday night.  A player who buys tickets at Don's Stateline Store in Pineville won $50,000. 

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night is an estimated $107 million, and don't forget, you can now play Mega Millions in Missouri.  Tuesday night's estimated jackpot is $12 million.

There are a few big winners to talk about this week.  Although no one hit the Powerball jackpot, two winners in other states used Power Play to win $1 million.  In Missouri, one player matched four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000.  That ticket was sold at Shop 'n Save on Lindbergh in St. Louis.

There was also another Show Me Cash winner last night.  The 72nd jackpot awarded in this game goes to a player who buys tickets at QuikTrip, 1128 NW Woods Chapel Road, in Blue Springs.  The jackpot ended up at more than $208,000. 

The Show Me Cash jackpot for tonight resets to $50,000.  The Powerball jackpot for this Saturday is an estimated $90 million! 

There's a new game available now at thousands of Missouri Lottery retail locations.  "$5,000,000 Cash Extravaganza" features the largest prize ever offered in a Missouri Lottery Scratchers game.  For the purchase price of $20, you could win one of 13 prizes from $1 million to $5 million! 

Players who win one of three $5 million top prizes can choose to receive their winnings as a lump sum of $3.1 million, or as an annuity paying $250,000 a year for 20 years!

Players who win one of 10 $1 million prizes can choose annuity payments of $50,000 over 20 years, or a lump sum of $620,000! 

The game has more than $120 million in total prizes, including more than 200,000 prizes of $100.

The first drawing in the "Wheel of Fortune®" second-chance promotion is complete.  The unofficial winners list is posted here.  In each drawing, one player will be selected to win a trip to Hollywood for a chance to audition for the TV game show, while three other players will receive cash prizes. 

In this first drawing, we had more than 60,000 entries, of which, nearly 90 percent were entered online.  The second entry deadline is 5 p.m. on Feb. 16.

What a weekend for Missouri Lottery players.  We had a player match four white-ball numbers and the Powerball to win $10,000.  That ticket was sold at The Store, 1906 Truman Blvd., in Caruthersville. 

There were three big winners in Show Me Cash.  Two winning tickets were sold for the $95,700 jackpot Sunday night.  Both tickets were sold at Casey's General Store on Highway 54 in Hermitage.  It will be interesting to see who's holding the tickets. 

On the heels of that big win was another jackpot winner last night.  The 71st jackpot awarded in this game is $50,000 to a player who buys tickets at Evans Kwik Stop in Bakersfield.  Congratulations to all the winners. 

Tonight's Show Me Cash jackpot resets to $50,000. 

Club Keno players have been on a hot streak.  Another large Club Keno prize was won by a player in Kansas City.  A 10-spot ticket with the Bullseye sold at Champs Lounge & Grill won $25,000.
