So how about this weather? It's either freezing cold with no snow OR it's barely even sweater weather but it's rainy and awful! And what makes minis - and parents - more frustrated than an unpredictable climate? Nothing to do, that's what!

One of our msot favorite activities comes from modern-twist, where what you eat on is just as important as what you're eating! Their food-grade silicone placemats come with dry-erase markers so mini can eat, then color, then erase, then color again, etc. We love the Day at the Pond set!

How about some theatrical play? The Deep Into The Forest play theater is perfect for minis who like to create stories while playing.

Winter-Themed Minis

Minis love playing in the snow... and if your hometown is anything like ours, there's not much snow to play in so far this winter (knock wood)! While we may consider ourselves blessed to not deal with the white precipitation (no shoveling, no salting, and best of all no getting stuck behind the plow truck), mini is likely to be sorely disappointed. Perhaps these white-as-snow gifts would cheeer her up?

Get everything mini needs for a successful lunch date here at modernseed.com! First things first, the high chair. We like the Sprout from OxoTot. Available in three different color combinations, this high chair is also easy to use and can adjust to seat mini from six months to five years of age!

To celebrate Friday the 13th (the first of THREE this year!) we're going to highlight some of our favorite grown-up items! After all, why should mini get to have all the fun? ;-)
