Liburan tlah usai, maaf buat temen-temen blogger yang tidak pernah saya kunjungi selama hampir sebulan, mulai hari ini Insyallah saya mulai berkunjung lagi. Sebelum memulai aktifitas saya mau cerita mengenai (lagi-lagi easyhit4u) hari ini langsung login ke easyhits4u ternyata sudah banyak yang menjadi downline sekitar 40 user.

selain itu saya ngerjain 2 blog tapi masih proses http://dheesign.blogspot.com dan http://artnorma.blogspot.com , semoga bisa menjalankan amanah dan hasilnya memuaskan.

MK Perbolehkan Penggunaan E-Voting

JAKARTA(SI) – Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) akhirnya mengabulkan sebagian permohonan Bupati Jembrana I Gede Winasa dalam uji materi Undang- Undang (UU) Pemerintahan Daerah.

Putusan MK ini secara otomatis memperbolehkan penggunaan metode e-voting dalam pemungutan suara dalam pemilihan kepala daerah (pilkada). ”Mengabulkan permohonan para pemohon untuk sebagian,” tegas Ketua Majelis Hakim Mahfud MD saat membacakan putusan uji materi UU Pemerintahan Daerah di Gedung MK, Jakarta, kemarin.
Menurut Mahfud,kata-kata mencoblos yang tercantum dalam Pasal 88 UU Pemerintahan Daerah dapat diartikan pula menggunakan metode e-voting. Namun, ungkap Mahfud, metode e-voting hanya dapat digunakan dengan melihat kondisi nyata di daerah yang akan menggelar pilkada. Pelaksanaan e-voting harus mengedepankan dua syarat akumulatif. Pertama, tidak melanggar asas langsung,umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil.
Kedua, daerah yang menerapkan metode e-voting sudah siap dari sisi teknologi,pembiayaan, sumber daya manusia maupun perangkat lunaknya, kesiapan masyarakat di daerah yang bersangkutan, serta persyaratan lain yang diperlukan. Hakim konstitusi Achmad Sodiki mengungkapkan, jika pemungutan suara hanya didasarkan pada Pasal 88,yakni mencoblos,hal itu justru akan melanggar Undang- Undang Dasar (UUD) 1945.
Terutama melanggar hak seseorang untuk memperoleh manfaat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. ”Karena itu, e-voting secara konstitusional sepanjang tidak melanggar asas pemilu yang luber dan jurdil, bisa digunakan,”tegas Sodiki. Sodiki mengatakan, ada beberapa keuntungan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode evoting. Metode ini juga dinilai sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang akan meremajakan kartu tanda penduduk (KTP) dari kartu manual menjadi chip.
Dengan KTP baru ini dan metode e-voting, pemilih tidak perlu menunggu undangan untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya. Menurut Sodiki, alasan Bupati Jembrana I Gede Winasa yang menyatakan ada penghematan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) saat menggunakan e-voting sangat masuk akal sebab metode ini tidak memerlukan surat suara.
Pengadaan surat suara justru menghabiskan anggaran yang cukup besar. Seperti diberitakan, Bupati Jembrana Bali I Gede Winasa dan 20 kepala dusun yang berasal dari Bali mengajukan uji materi Pasal 88 UU 32/2004 seperti diubah dengan UU 12/2009 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah.Winasa berpendapat, Pasal 88 tersebut bertentangan dengan Pasal 28C ayat 1 dan 2 UUD 1945.
Karena itu, Pasal 88 UU 32/2004 seperti diubah dengan UU 12/2009 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah harus dibatalkan atau setidak- tidaknya memberikan ruang bagi adanya pemilu dengan evoting. Winasa juga menilai, pasal ini telah memasung keinginan Pemerintah Jembrana untuk menggunakan e-voting dalam Pilkada Jembrana 2010.Pasal itu menyatakan, pilkada digelar dengan sistem mencoblos.
Padahal di wilayah Jembrana hampir seluruh pemilihan, baik pilkada maupun pemilihan kepala desa, sudah menggunakan metode e-voting. Menurut Winasa, pemungutan suara dengan e-voting dinilai lebih hemat dan praktis.Secara teknis, evoting adalah pemilihan dengan hanya menyentuhkan jari pada perangkat elektronik. Menurut dia, dengan metode ini, hasil pemungutan bahkan lebih cepat diketahui.
Karena itu,Winasa meminta agar MK menafsirkan Pasal 88 UU Pemerintahan Daerah dapat mengakomodasi pilkada dengan e-voting. Kuasa hukum pemohon Andi M Asrun mengaku sangat puas dengan putusan MK tersebut. ”Dengan e-voting, dapat mencegah pelanggaran pemilu,”ungkapnya.Selama ini penggunaan surat suara memungkinkan banyaknya pelanggaran dalam pemilu.
Andi mengungkapkan, secara fakta,Jembrana sudah sangat siap melaksanakan pilkada dengan metode e-voting sebab semua penduduk di Jembrana sudah memiliki KTP ber-chip atau KTP yang mengacu pada sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan (SIAK). KTP ini akan memudahkan pemungutan dengan metode e-voting. ”Selain itu,semua desa sudah siap dengan peralatan untuk e-voting ini,”paparnya.
Menurut Andi, hampir seluruh desa di Jembrana pun sudah menggunakan e-voting dalam prosesi pemilihan kepala desanya.Karena itu,para kepala desa juga ikut menjadi pemohon dalam uji materi UU ini.Andi juga mengamini pendapat Winasa yang menyatakan e-voting dapat menghemat anggaran negara. ”Kalau pemungutan suara di Jembrana dengan menggunakan surat suara itu menghabiskan dana sekitar Rp12 miliar, nah kalau memakai e-voting, hanya mengeluarkan Rp3,5 miliar saja,”ujarnya.
Andi menambahkan, salah satu permasalahan teknis yang akan terjadi hanyalah masalah pasokan listrik. Menurutnya,proses e-voting hanya akan terganggu jika listrik padam. Sebelumnya beberapa kalangan mendukung penggunaan metode e-voting yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Jembrana.Mantan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Ramlan Surbakti mengatakan, e-votingadalah salah satu cara untuk menghemat dan mempercepat masyarakat untuk mengetahui hasil pemungutan suara. E-Voting Bawa Jembrana Jadi Terbaik

KENDATI menuai kontroversi, teknologi e-voting dengan memanfaatkan KTP SIAK ternyata mengantarkan Kabupaten Jembrana sebagai Best of The Best dalam ajang Warta Ekonomi E-Government Award 2009. Ini berarti untuk kedua kalinya Jembrana meraih predikat bergengsi setelah mengalahkan 153 peserta lainnya.
Oleh sembilan tim juri yang terdiri atas pakar IT dan pakar pemerintahan, termasuk Menpora Andi Mallarangeng, teknologi e-voting dinilai sebagai sebuah keberhasilan pemerintah dalam mengatasi kesemrawutan dan kesenjangan informasi yang terjadi selama ini. Mereka menilai penggunaan KTP SIAK bagi masyarakat untuk menyalurkan hak politiknya merupakan sebuah langkah terobosan yang patut menerima apresiasi positif karena mampu menghemat biaya, waktu dan tenaga serta menekan angka golput.
Selain itu, juri juga memberikan nilai plus kepada aplikasi kantor maya (kantaya), mapping Millennium Development Goals (MDG's), J-Net, CyberSchool dan telecenter. Dengan mengedepankan konsep tunggal e-development dengan tiga aspek utamanya yaitu e-goverment, e-society dan e-bussines membawa masyarakat Jembrana melintasi era transformasi teknologi baru saat ini.
Keberhasilan Jembrana menjadi yang terbaik boleh dibilang sedikit mengejutkan. Pasalnya, dari seluruh kontestan yang meraih penghargaan, Jembrana merupakan kontestan yang paling sedikit merogoh kocek untuk membangun IT. Dalam tahun 2009 ini, Jembrana cukup merogoh Rp 500 juta untuk meraih yang terbaik. Penyerahan penghargaan best of the best dilakukan oleh CEO Majalah Warta Ekonomi Mario Alisyahbana yang didampingi mantan Menpora Hayono Isman kepada Bupati Jembrana I Gede Winasa di Jakarta Convention Center, Selasa (15/12) malam.
Sebelum didaulat menjadi best of the best, Jembrana terlebih dahulu meraih peringkat terbaik pertama kategori kabupaten/kota yang mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan pemerintahan. "Tahun 2009 ini sengaja kami angkat isu konektivitas karena sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan masyarakat. Diharapkan penghargaan ini mampu mendorong dan memberi semangat kepada lembaga-lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan masyarakat dengan dukungan teknologi informasi," ujar Ami Effendi Siregar, panitia penyelenggara.
Sementara itu, Menkominfo Tifatul Sembiring mengatakan percepatan pembangunan e-government di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kemajuan teknologi, peningkatan ekonomi rakyat, kecepatan adopsi masyarakat termasuk di dalamnya adalah perangkat birokrasi pemerintah. ''Maka perlu kerja sama yang baik antara pemerintah, dunia swasta, perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat dalam rangka membangun teknologi,'' kata Tifatul saat membuka acara penganugerahan secara resmi. There is a publication called JANAP 146E that had a section that says you will not reveal any information regarding the UFO phenomenon under penalty of $10,000 fine and ten years in jail. I never reported anything to FAA or the military. A lot of pilots just did not want to get involved in this because of peer pressure and ridicule. So the secret has been kept. pp. 45, 146. At Edwards Air Force Base I was having some of the cameramen film precision landings. A saucer flew right over them, put down three landing gears, and landed out on the dry lakebed. They went out there with their cameras towards the UFO. It lifted off and flew off at a very high rate of speed….I had a chance to hold it [the film] up to the window to look at it. Good close-up shots. There was no doubt in my mind that it was made someplace other than on this earth….In my opinion they were worried it would panic the public if they knew that someone had vehicles that had this kind of performance. He was very, very interested in the shapes and sizes of the UFOs and what made them go….But what happened was that Eisenhower got sold out. He realized that he was losing control of the UFO subject. That was a real concern….It had been discussed with me on numerous occasions what could happen to me militarily if I discussed this. Threats have been made and carried out. This [UFOs] being the biggest security situation that this country has ever dealt with, there have been some erasures….He said, “You will be erased – disappear.” Those threats have been made and carried out. The UFO incident occurred on the USS John F. Kennedy in the summer of 1971. We observed a large, glowing sphere over the ship. It looked huge. I would say it was anywhere from three or four hundred feet to a quarter of a mile depending on how high it was. A few days later, the Commanding Officer looked at the camera – and I will never forget this – and he said, “I would like to remind the crew that certain events that take place on board a major combat vessel are considered classified and should not be discussed with anyone without a need to know.” p. 203.

It was buried in the side of a cliff. When I first saw it, I was scared. It [was] real strange. I think the creatures calmed me. It was weird. I think they were trying to communicate with me, like, I guess, telepathically. It is really weird, and I don’t believe in any of that stuff. [Immediately after this] I was arrested. I thought they were going to kill me. He was saying, “Are you a patriot? Do you like the Constitution?” I’m like, “Yeah.” He said, “We are on our own program. We don’t obey. I was met by the head of the command post. He was very specific about the fact that an alien from outer space had been shot at Fort Dix, and that he had run away after being wounded, and headed for McGuire….One interesting thing is that many of the key personnel on the base at that time who had a connection with the event were quickly transferred – from the wing commander on down – indicating that if you knew something, they tended to split you up, so you couldn’t talk about it….At times I used to carry nuclear weapons. In other words, I was mentally fit to carry nuclear weapons, but I’m not mentally fit if I see a UFO. I was posted to a division called Secretariat Air Staff. My duties there were to research and investigate the UFO phenomenon for the UK government. There have been a steady stream of good-quality cases which I think would convince any open-minded observer who actually looked at the data, that there was something here which went significantly farther than just lights in the sky. I have frequently been asked why a person of my background – a former Chief of the Defense Staff, a former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee – why I think there is a cover-up of the facts about UFOs. Governments fear that if they did disclose those facts, people would panic. I don’t believe that at all. There is a serious possibility that we are being visited – and have been visited for many years – by people from outer space, from other civilizations. It behooves us to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want. They said, “We are going to show you a film that might help you put into perspective what you gentlemen have witnessed.” They ran the film….The best clip on it showed the berets of the Fifth Special Forces in Vietnam with low scrub brush and a guy with a camera. He turns the camera and this giant, green, delta-shaped thing rises out of the brush very slowly and deliberately, below where they are, up to face level. Shrubbery and brush is falling off this massive thing. I’ll never forget that in my life!…The only reason I have my records is because I was advised to steal some of them by an Air Force Colonel, because he said they would vaporize you. pp. 316 – 320. Can any government keep secrets, let alone the US Government? The answer is unequivocally yes. The National Reconnaissance Office remained secret for many, many years. The mere existence of the NSA remained secret. The development of the atomic weapon remained secret until once you exploded one. I had classified documents the Air Force acknowledged. When I got members of Congress to help me open up more files, they were immediately destroyed, and I can prove this. I am prepared to state that I have been at locations where there were craft that did not originate on the face of this planet. While I was there, we saw living and dead bodies of entities that were not born on this planet….They are not hostile toward us. We are the enemy in this instance. It is not a scary story. The ETs have a perception of God. They are living, breathing creatures as mortal as you and me. They have families. They think, they have loves, they haves likes, they have dislikes, they have social culture. If we do not grow spiritually, we are forcing the situation where the entities will eventually make themselves known….Not more than two dozen UFOs had been retrieved by 1969 when I was briefed first….The entity was a little bigger than the 3, 3 ½ foot tall entities that are a lot of times reported. I looked right into the eyes of this little creature. And you know, it’s like you are seeing it but everything is being pulled from your mind. He was reading my whole life. We walked over to one side of the lab and he said, “By the way, we’ve discovered a base on the backside of the moon.” I was a little terrified, thinking to myself that if anybody walks in the room right now, I know we’re in jeopardy because he shouldn’t be giving me this information. Then he pulled out one of these mosaics and showed this base on the moon which had geometric shapes – there were towers, there were spherical buildings, and things that looked somewhat like radar dishes, but they were very large structures. I said, “Now this is supposed to be a system that tracks radar anomalies on Earth, right?” He says, “Yep, that’s what it does.” So I ask, “Then why are half of them pointed toward outer space, towards the moon, towards areas that are just blank space? I had access to special libraries, so we could go up to the library that the Air Force ran and sort of paw through top-secret material. Since I was interested in UFOs, I’d look to see what they had. I worked on the 1977 Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Project. It called for creation of central and regional databases under independent control on UFOs and EBEs – that is Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. The full management staff and the research institute had signed off knowingly on the proposal….I flew back from my meeting with the White House, at which this final approval had been given. And when I arrived back at my offices at SRI (Stanford Research Institue), I was called back into the office of the senior SRI official. The project was to be terminated. Sophia Hoffer asked me to come work at SAIC. I came in and there wasn’t any paperwork to fill out. She just said, “You have the job.” I didn’t even know what department it was at the time….These supervisors were playing games on their computer. There was nothing on their desks. A supervisor gave me letters to respond to. He said, “Oh, you know, just put a letter together and send it off.” I opened up the files and even the letters that were in there were backdated several years saying the same exact form letter. It was talking about sometimes millions of dollars in contracts. It looked like there had never been any activity on it. That struck me as very odd. Sophia was in the position of one of the head scientists, which I thought was interesting, because I had met her working at a fabric store. They were getting a lot of money for doing nothing, and I didn’t know where the money was going. Later, I put her last name in a computer to do a search. It took me to this DEA site. There was a picture of her with a different first name, same last name. But this was the deceased site for DEA or CIA agents. I was shocked. The simulator wasn’t actually functional until around 1958. The simulator that they used was for the extraterrestrial craft they had, which is a 30-meter one that crashed in Kingman, Arizona, back in 1953 or 1952. This craft was what they called the Alien Reproduction Vehicle. It was also nicknamed the Flux Liner. This antigravity propulsion system – this flying saucer – was one of three that were in this hangar at Norton Air Force Base. We have found a patent filed by James King Jr., and this patent looks just like this system, except that instead of having a dome for a crew compartment, it has a cylinder in the center. It has the same flat bottom and sloping sides. The patent was filed initially in 1960 and was secured in 1967….There is a scientist in Utah by the name of Moray B. King – he wrote a book calledTapping the Zero Point Energy. Zero-point energy is actually what keeps the electrons energized around the atomic structure of everything in the universe. Probably 50 inventors have invented free energy systems….What we have is a situation where the entire structure of science, industry, and the organizations of science and the patent office are against you. I’ve been a victim of quite a bit of suppression. So has any other legitimate researcher in the area. And behind this, we have a few people who are quite wealthy and who own these things. The more powerful the agency, the more they will resort not only to legal, but to extra-legal means to suppress their competition. Lethal force is used. And it is not one cartel. It is many, many groups in energy. And each one does not wish to see simple little electrical taps pulling out enormous energy from the vacuum. They would much rather see you burning a lot more oil. I was the Chief Science Writer at the MIT news office when the cold fusion story out of Utah broke on March 23, 1989. It turns out the cold fusion effect was real. One day while at MIT, I inadvertently was looking through some piles of paper by physicists doing their repeat of the Pons-Fleischmann experiment. To my utter astonishment, I can remember sitting at my desk and actually seeing two sheets of paper, one dated July 10 and another July 13. The July 10 control experiment showed in the raw data excess heat. But then, on July 13, it was shifted completely. It was altered. Clear fraud – no question. I asked for a review at MIT. I got nowhere. Yet today, MIT data is held up. In fact, what Pons and Fleischmann found was only the tip of an iceberg. There are huge quantities of technical literature published by proponents, and a much smaller amount by the people who found so-called negative results. There has been an extraordinary abrogation of legal responsibility at the Patent Office and the Department of Energy on the matter of cold fusion. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens, and all of it is a lie.” He would not tell me the details. I am not sure I would have absorbed them if he had told me the details, or even believed him in 1974….In 1977, I was at a meeting in Fairchild Industries in a conference room called the War Room….They continued the conversation about how they were going to antagonize these enemies and at some point, there was going to be a war in the Gulf, a Gulf War. Cara ini saya baca ketika berkunjung di blog sahabat, kemudian saya lihat widget alexa yang terpampang di sidebar blognya. Woowww…. backlinknya banyak sekali, hingga puluhan ribu. Sudah lama sebenarnya saya menemukan posting seperti ini, namun dulu saya sanksi apakah benar cara ini bisa berhasil menaikkan PR dan backlink. Setelah saya membacanya kembali dan masih kurang yakin atas backlink yang saya lihat di alexa-nya sayapun kembali agi mengunjungi blog-blog yang telah mengikuti cara ini. Tangan dan Kaki Bayi Bengkok, Keluarga Tak Sanggup Bayar, RS Tolak Rongent

Nasib kurang beruntung dialami putri pertama Putu Indah Permata Sari (19) warga Banjar Tegalasih, Batuagung, Jembrana. Bayi yang baru lahir delapan hari dan diberi nama Putu Putri Valentina (8 hari) lahir dalam kondisi cacat.

Pergelangan kedua tangan bayi tersebut tidak normal dengan tulang yang membengkok ke depan. Begitu halnya dengan kedua kakinya yang nampak rata menyempit ke bawah dan tidak ada lutut. Meski dalam kondisi tidak wajar itu, Putri masih tumbuh sehat hingga sekarang.

Menurut Permata Sari, Minggu (21/2) kemarin, bayinya itu sudah dalam keadaan begitu ketika lahir. Bahkan saat itu tangan dan kakinya posisinya seperti orang duduk, dan kakinya silang. Namun lambat laun setelah dipijat pelan-pelan dan dililit kain (dibedong) sudah mulai lurus.

Menurut petugas medis di tempat dirinya melahirkan secara caesar, anaknya itu perlu dirontgen dan diterapi agar bisa normal. Karena tidak mampu akhirnya mereka memilih pulang ke Negara. Indah melahirkan di salah satu RS swasta di Denpasar setelah dirinya mendapat rujukan dari bidan di sana. ''Saat di RS setempat, perut saya tiba-tiba mules dan ketuban saya pecah. Akhirnya saya melahirkan di RS itu,'' paparnya.

Permata Sari sejatinya mengaku khawatir lantaran bersalin di RS dengan biaya lumayan mahal. Akhirnya dikenai biaya Rp 6,5 juta, karena terlambat membayar biaya bertambah menjadi Rp 7,1 juta. ''Sebenarnya saya sudah takut tidak bisa membayar biaya perawatan di RS setempat, tapi akhirnya bisa membayar. Sementara untuk rontgen anak saya RS setempat menolak karena tidak ada biaya,'' jelas perempuan berkulit putih itu.

Bayinya lahir dengan berat 2,8 kg dan panjang 50 cm. Pihaknya berharap agar putrinya bisa tumbuh normal seperti anak-anak lainnya. Lantaran terbentur biaya, pihaknya tidak berani berobat. (sur)

LONDON - Sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh The Sun menunjukan penemuan yang amat mengejutkan. Dalam delapan tahun terakhir 15 dari 10 remaja di Inggris dan 39 gadis remaja yang masih berusia 11 tahun, diketahui hamil.

Penelitian tersebut juga membuktikan jika 300 gadis yang berusia 13 tahun di Inggris dan Wales, tercatat hamil setiap tahunnya. Sementara sejak 2002 tercatat 63.487 kehamilan dialami oleh gadis berusia 15 tahun, hampir 23 kehamilan dalam waktu sehari.

Angka mengejutkan kini dikeluarkan oleh The Sun setelah melakukan penelitian bersama komunitas Freedom of Information. Hasil yang mengejutkan tersebut juga menyimpulkan jika sejak 2002 sebanyak 268 kehamilan dialami oleh gadis berusia 12 tahun, sementara 2.527 kehamilan dialami oleh remaja 13 tahun serta 14.777 kehamilan juga dialami oleh remaja 14 tahun.

Angka terbanyak justru dialami oleh remaja berusia 15 tahun, pada umur yang masih rentan tersebut tercatat angka kehamilan sejumlah 45,861.

Sementara hingga kini remaja perempuan termuda yang dilaporkan hamil berusia 11 tahun, sedangkan remaja termuda yang telah melahirkan anak berusia pada 12 tahun.

Sementara Pemerintah Inggris sendiri mengetahui jika 60 persen remaja yang hamil muda telah melakukan aborsi. Di antara umur termuda, remaja perempuan berusia 11-12 tahun itu, ternyata paling banyak mengalami kehamilan.

Di balik maraknya jumlah gadis remaja yang hamil di usia dini, ternyata tidak disertai dengan angka remaja laki-laki yang menjadi ayah di usia muda. Hal ini disebabkan sulitnya membuktikan siapa yang menghamili gadis remaja yang hamil di usia muda tersebut.

Berdasarkan angka-angka mencengangkan tersebut, Inggris kini dianggap sebagai negara tertinggi dengan angka kehamilan di bawah usia 16 tahun. Padahal Pemerintah Inggris sendiri telah mengeluarkan dana miliaran poundsterling untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut.

Sementara Sosiolog dari Universitas Kent, Profesor Frank Furedi menyatakan, jika kondisi ini amat tragis dialami masyarakat negeri Ratu Elizabeth tersebut saat ini. "Kondisi ini menunjukan konsekuensi seksualisasi pada anak-anak," komentar Profersor Furedi seperti dikutip The Sun, Senin (8/2/2010).

Komentar Prof Furedi juga diakui oleh Badan Pendidikan Keluarga yang menilai banyaknya sekolah di Inggris yang mengatakan pada muridnya, jika mereka boleh aktif secara seksual jika waktu dianggap tepat untuk mereka.

Bunuh Diri dengan Menabrakkan Pesawat untuk Menumpahkan Dendam

AUSTIN, KOMPAS.com — Terbakar amarah akibat dendam terhadap kantor pelayanan pajak AS (IRS), seorang insinyur perangkat lunak AS melancarkan aksi bunuh diri dengan menabrakkan pesawat ringan yang dipilotinya ke gedung kantor pajak yang berisi hampir 200 karyawan di Austin, Texas. Aksi bunuh diri sempat menimbulkan kobaran api besar di kantor pajak itu sehingga menimbulkan kepanikan di antara para karyawan yang berlarian keluar gedung untuk menyelamatkan diri.
Petugas SAR menemukan 2 jenazah dari reruntuhan pesawat. Pilot pesawat dilaporkan tewas dan satu pekerja di gedung tersebut dilaporkan tidak diketahui nasibnya. Kepala Satuan Pemadam Kebakaran Austin Palmer Buck menolak membahas identitas dari korban tewas.
Biro Investigasi Federal AS, FBI, mengeluarkan identifikasi pilot sebagai A Joseph Stack III. Sebelum bertolak untuk melancarkan aksi bunuh diri, Stack membakar rumahnya dan menuliskanteks panjang berisi umpatan terhadap pemerintah di internet pada Kamis (18/2/2010) yang dibubuhi dengan "Joe Stack (1956-2010)."
Pilot pesawat ini melakukan aksi bunuh diri dengan mengemudikan pesawat Piper PA-28 empat kursi dan mesin tunggal dari sebuah bandara di Georgetown, sekitar 30 mil dari Austin, tanpa mencantumkan rencana penerbangan. Stack terbang di atas wilayah udara Austin sebelum menabrakkan pesawat yang dikemudikannya ke gedung berlantai 7 dan berkaca hitam itu sebelum pukul 10 pagi waktu setempat.
Ledakan yang mencederai 13 orang, dengan 2 di antaranya kritis, kembali memancing ingatan pada serangan teroris 11 September. Kobaran api menjulur keluar gedung. Sejumlah jendela hancur akibat dahsyatnya daya ledakan. Kepulan asap hitam yang besar membubung ke angkasa.
Pentagon mengerahkan dua jet tempur F-16 dari Houston untuk berpatroli di wilayah udara lokasi serangan bunuh diri sampai dipastikan bahwa aksi bunuh diri ini dilakukan oleh seorang pilot tunggal. Presiden AS Barack Obama telah mendapatkan informasi mengenai aksi tersebut. Dalamposting pesannya di internet, Stack menumpahkan emosinya karena kesulitan mendapatkan pekerjaan di Austin. Stack juga menguraikan dua pertikaiannya dengan IRS, salah satunya adalah penolakannya untuk menyelesaikan urusan pajak dengan alasan bahwa ia tidak mempunyai pendapatan. Masalah lain Stack terhadap IRS adalah saat ia tidak melaporkan pendapatan istrinya, Sheryl.
Menurut data dari negara bagian California, Stack terlilit masalah dalam menjalankan usaha. Stack pernah dua kali memulai usaha perangkat lunak di California yang akhirnya ditangguhkan oleh badan pajak di negara tersebut pada tahun 2000 dan 2004. Istri pertamanya juga pernah menyatakan bangkrut pada 1999 dengan tunggakan pajak di IRS hampir 126.000 dollar AS.

Parpol di Jembrana Gerah, Tolak Penundaan Pilbup

Hingga saat ini belum ada kejelasan terkait dengan anggaran pilkada Jembrana. Bahkan KPUD Provinsi dan KPUD Jembrana serta DPRD Jembrana juga memberikan deadline waktu 18 Februari kepada Pemkab terkait masalah anggaran yang masih tarik ulur tersebut. Terjadinya “perseteruan” antara KPUD Jembrana vs Pemkab Jembrana ini membuat gerah parpol-parpol di Jembrana. Apalagi ada ancaman dari KPU untuk menunda Pilkada hingga 2011 jika deadline waktu tidak dipenuhi. Ketua PPP Jembrana Erfan Effendi saat pertemuan antara parpol dengan KPUD Jembrana Rabu (17/2) malam lalu mengatakan pihak eksekutif semestinya tidak ada alasan untuk tidak penyediakan anggaran untuk Pilkada tahun ini. Sudah menjadi tugas KPUD menjadi pelaksana, Pemkab pendanaan dan DPRD menganggarkan. Mantan anggota Dewan itu menyindir dengan melontarkan pertanyaan Pemerintah Jembrana ini kerajaan ataukah demokrasi? Semestinya jika demokrasi proses tidak diundur-undur. Pihaknya juga meminta agar DPRD dan KPUD untuk bisa meyakinkan parpol bahwa Pilkada Jembrana bisa berlangsung sesuai jadwal. Sukirman Sekretaris PKB Jembrana, Ketua PIB Jembrana Ketut Aswabawa Raharja juga mengaku tidak setuju apabila Pilkada Jembrana ditunda dengan alasan kurang anggaran dan meminta ketegasan KPUD selaku penyelenggara untuk mendesak eksekutif mencairkan anggaran. Di sisi lain, Ketua DPRD Jembrana Made Kembang Hartawan mengatakan DPRD telah melakukan rapat-rapat membahas masalah ini, termasuk bersama KPUD Provinsi Bali. DPRD juga telah melakukan tugasnya untuk menganggarkan dan saat itu sudah disepakati nilainya.

Sementara itu Ketua KPUD Jembrana Putu Wahyu Dhiantara Kamis (18/2) menegaskan KPUD tetap akan memutuskan menunda waktu Pilkada hingga anggaran untuk hajatan ini cukup. Ditundanya Pilkada ini menurutnya karena anggaran tidak cukup dan menghindari pelaksanaan Pilkada yang tidak berkualitas. Pihaknya menetapkan deadline hingga Kamis (18/2) pukul 23.59 wita kemarin. Bila saja memang anggaran tidak cukup, maka KPUD bersikukuh untuk menundanya. Menurutnya anggaran awal yang disodorkan KPUD adalah Rp 11 Milyar, kemudian turun jadi Rp 9 M dan terakhir disepakati Rp. 6,3 M saat desk APBD 2010.Namun eksekutif malah kembali merevisi anggaran hingga hanya Rp. 5,3 M.

Jenjang pangkat bagi Eselon III adalah terendah Golongan III/d dan tertinggi Golongan IV/d. Ini berarti secara kepangkatan, personelnya juga berpangkat PEMBINA atau PENATA yang sudah mumpuni (Penata Tingkat I) sehingga tanggungjawabnya adalah MEMBINA DAN MENGEMBANGKAN. ROMA (SuaraMedia News) - Ibukota Italia, Roma akan membuka supermarket daging halal pertama pada hari Sabtu, di mana umat Islam akan mampu membeli daging yang disembelih sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam serta produk halal lainnya.

Imam dari mesjid di Roma, Florence dan Ravenna akan menghadiri pelantikan di supermarket Ipercoop di bagian selatan wilayah Casilina Roma, di mana hidangan tradisional Arab juga akan disajikan.

Imigran Muslim serta para mualaf dapat membeli daging di tukang daging halal, tapi belum bisa menemukannya di supermarket, dan counter daging halal dapat membantu mengintegrasikan Muslim di Italia, menurut beberapa.

"Ini adalah kesempatan untuk saling memahami lebih baik dan mencari peluang-peluang baru untuk dialog, saling pengertian dan koeksistensi - bahkan di dalam supermarket," penyelenggara acara pada hari Sabtu mengatakan dalam sebuah pernyataan yang diposting ke website ildialogo.org Italia.

Elegant Text Effect

In this tutorial I’ll show you how to create an elegant text effect in only 13 steps. We will use Illustrator to realize the outlined text. Then we will play with blending options to create the pressed effect. This style would be perfect for a site tagline or a poster design.

Creampuff font

STEP 1

If you observe the final result, you can notice that it’s composed by 2 elements: the text and the outline shape. The easiest way to create a text and its outline is with Illustrator. So create a 2000×1500 pixels document in Illustrator and write something using the Creampuff font. The font size is 280 pt.

STEP 2

We have to turn the text into a path. Then go to Type>Create Outlines. With the text still selected go to Object>Path>Offset Path and enter a value of 25 px.

STEP 3

Use the direct selection tool (A) to select only the outline letters. Merge them using the pathfinder (Window>Pathfinder).

Tip: if you want to select more then one element, hold down shift while clicking on each element

STEP 4

Hide the offset path (uncheck its layer visibility) and select the letters with the direct selection tool (A). Group them (ctrl+G) and change their color to distinguish them from the outline path. It’s not important the color you choose. Now you can replace outline shape visibility.

STEP 5

Open Photoshop and create a 2000×1500 pixels document. Fill the background with grey (#3f3f3f)

STEP 6

Copy and paste the text and the outline path in 2 different layers. Make sure to paste them as smart objects. In this way they can be resized without lose image quality.

STEP 7

Lets start working with the outline shape, then hide the text for the moment. Right-click on the outline layer and select Blending Options. Let’s start reducing the fill opacity to 0%.

STEP 8

Add a dark grey (#242424) color overlay.

STEP 9

How to create the pressed effect? Simply adding inner shadow.

STEP 10

At this point you can make the text visible. We will still work with blending options. Start reducing fill opacity to 0%. Then fill the text with the same background color (#3f3f3f).

STEP 11

Add a bevel and emboss effect:

Our text is complete. The last step consists in adding a noise effect. Create a new layer and fill it with grey (#3f3f3f). Now set the same grey as foreground color and white as background color. Go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise.

STEP 13

Set the layer blending mode to screen with opacity 10%. We’ve finished!

Siapa yang tidak kenal dengan Pulau Bali yang gaungnya sudah sampai ke mancanegara, para pelancong yang datang kebanyakan dari negara-negara seperti Australia, China, Taiwan Malaysia, Prancis, Inggris, dan Belanda. Tetapi tidak semua Kabupaten di Bali yang memiliki objek wisata yang menarik, di Kabupaten Jembrana objek wisata yang ditawarkan masih tergolong sedikit diantaranya ada Pantai Rening, Pantai Delodberawah, Pantai Medewi, Air Terjun Gelar, Bunud Bolong, Bendungan Benel, Wisata Kuliner Pebuahan (maafin klo masih ada yang blom disebutkan), untuk fasilitas penginapan Jembrana sudah memiliki hotel berkelas yaitu Hotel Jimbarwana, dan banyak Hotel kelas melati. Selain objek wisata tersebut diatas masih ada objek yang perlu dilihat yaitu Pura Jagatnatha terletak di pusat kota Negara dengan taman kota yang indah. Bagi yang punya hobby surfing bisa mencoba Pantai Medewi di pantai ini kebanyakan para wisatawan asing.

Pada setiap tahunnya tepatnya bulan September Pemerintah Kabupaten Jembrana selalu mengadakan Parade Budaya Nusantara yang menampilkan kesenian-kesenian dari Jawa, Madura, Betawi, bahkan Jepang. Dan pada bulan Oktober terdapat event yang baru pertama kali diadakan yaitu Wisata Kuliner, event yang pertama diadakan ini menampilkan makanan khas Bali dan makanan dari peserta yang datang dari Pulau Jawa, semoga pada event berikutnya bisa mendatangkan peserta dari Kalimantan, dan Sulawesi (mo nyobain yang belum pernah :D). .. semoga bermanfaat ..

Nasib kurang beruntung dialami putri pertama Putu Indah Permata Sari (19) warga Banjar Tegalasih, Batuagung, Jembrana. Bayi yang baru lahir delapan hari dan diberi nama Putu Putri Valentina (8 hari) lahir dalam kondisi cacat.

Pergelangan kedua tangan bayi tersebut tidak normal dengan tulang yang membengkok ke depan. Begitu halnya dengan kedua kakinya yang nampak rata menyempit ke bawah dan tidak ada lutut. Meski dalam kondisi tidak wajar itu, Putri masih tumbuh sehat hingga sekarang.

Menurut Permata Sari, Minggu (21/2) kemarin, bayinya itu sudah dalam keadaan begitu ketika lahir. Bahkan saat itu tangan dan kakinya posisinya seperti orang duduk, dan kakinya silang. Namun lambat laun setelah dipijat pelan-pelan dan dililit kain (dibedong) sudah mulai lurus.

Bayinya lahir dengan berat 2,8 kg dan panjang 50 cm. Pihaknya berharap agar putrinya bisa tumbuh normal seperti anak-anak lainnya. Lantaran terbentur biaya, pihaknya tidak berani berobat. (sur)

Gila! Cewek 10 Tahun di Inggris banyak yang gak perawan lagi.

LONDON - Sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh The Sun menunjukan penemuan yang amat mengejutkan. Dalam delapan tahun terakhir 15 dari 10 remaja di Inggris dan 39 gadis remaja yang masih berusia 11 tahun, diketahui hamil.

Penelitian tersebut juga membuktikan jika 300 gadis yang berusia 13 tahun di Inggris dan Wales, tercatat hamil setiap tahunnya. Sementara sejak 2002 tercatat 63.487 kehamilan dialami oleh gadis berusia 15 tahun, hampir 23 kehamilan dalam waktu sehari.

Angka terbanyak justru dialami oleh remaja berusia 15 tahun, pada umur yang masih rentan tersebut tercatat angka kehamilan sejumlah 45,861.

Sementara hingga kini remaja perempuan termuda yang dilaporkan hamil berusia 11 tahun, sedangkan remaja termuda yang telah melahirkan anak berusia pada 12 tahun.

Sementara Pemerintah Inggris sendiri mengetahui jika 60 persen remaja yang hamil muda telah melakukan aborsi. Di antara umur termuda, remaja perempuan berusia 11-12 tahun itu, ternyata paling banyak mengalami kehamilan.

Di balik maraknya jumlah gadis remaja yang hamil di usia dini, ternyata tidak disertai dengan angka remaja laki-laki yang menjadi ayah di usia muda. Hal ini disebabkan sulitnya membuktikan siapa yang menghamili gadis remaja yang hamil di usia muda tersebut.

Berdasarkan angka-angka mencengangkan tersebut, Inggris kini dianggap sebagai negara tertinggi dengan angka kehamilan di bawah usia 16 tahun. Padahal Pemerintah Inggris sendiri telah mengeluarkan dana miliaran poundsterling untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut.

Sementara Sosiolog dari Universitas Kent, Profesor Frank Furedi menyatakan, jika kondisi ini amat tragis dialami masyarakat negeri Ratu Elizabeth tersebut saat ini. "Kondisi ini menunjukan konsekuensi seksualisasi pada anak-anak," komentar Profersor Furedi seperti dikutip The Sun, Senin (8/2/2010).

Komentar Prof Furedi juga diakui oleh Badan Pendidikan Keluarga yang menilai banyaknya sekolah di Inggris yang mengatakan pada muridnya, jika mereka boleh aktif secara seksual jika waktu dianggap tepat untuk mereka.
