		<description><![CDATA[<p>At the risk of sounding like annoying morning people, mornings are our favorite time.  But if they&#8217;re not your favorite time of day, that&#8217;s cool too.  If you&#8217;re not into skipping through the house in the am, then hopefully you can just skip through the morning, unscathed, so you can arrive to a more favorite state of mind or time of day whenever it arrives.<br />
But the one thing you shouldn&#8217;t skip through is breakfast. Getting something in your body &#8211; even something small &#8211; is smart.<br />
We&#8217;re not necessarily convinced that the mantra &#8220;breakfast i&#8230;</p>

Because there isn&#8217;t one cell in your body that isn&#8217;t positively affected by a proper night&#8217;s rest. During the introductions, a participant stood up and began to introduce himself when he fell silent. He said 9/11 is always so difficult for him. He lived across the street from the World Trade Center when the Towers fell and his college roommate was killed in the attack. The whole room grew silent, listening intently to what he shared.<br />
He went on to talk about what New York City was like in the days and weeks after the attack.<br />
I remember those days well. I was living in Providence at the time and spent many weekends wit&#8230;</p>
