My mom was a diabetic and a nurse so I grew up learning about diabetes. It can cause poor circulation in the your extremities like hands and feet. That's why it is very important to wear socks that give good support without cutting off the circulation. Wearever Knee High Diabetic Socks for Women are made especially for diabetics. They are made with cotton and a touch of Lycra to give gentle support. They are really soft. They come in black, white, and ivory. They are comfortable enough to wear everyday.

My Thoughts

Wearever was kind enough to give me two pair to try and give my opinion. I really liked these socks. They were just as soft as the description made them sound. I was able to wear them all day without them squeezing my leg or falling down. They also looked good too. I would describe them as classic and feminine. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to all women including diabetics.

My thoughts

I really liked this shirt. It feels so soft against my skin. It's a very high quality shirt. I wore it several times a week as a base layer and it kept me really warm. I am a pest control technician so it is hard for me to dress appropriately. If I am warm enough while I'm outside then I'm hot while inside. This shirt helped with that. But there were times when I would sweat. But since this shirt is so lightweight it would dry quickly. This shirt still looks great even after wagering it several times a week plus washing it. The seams look great and it has held its shape. I plan on wearing it when it gets hotter to protect against the sun. I am extremely happy with it.

I have always been curious about all types of supplements and other health food products. I like to find out what new products are out there and try them. I was very excited when I was offered the chance to review Klamath Blue Green Algae. There are so many health benefits.

The suggested avult dosage is to begin taking one capsule per day for the first week; two capsules per day the second week: three capsules per day the third week; and finally four capsules per day the fourth week. So this is what I did. The first week I didn't notice much of a change but after the second week I started noticing that I had less stomach issues. I suffer from anxiety and depression. Sometimes I can go for weeks at the time without going anywhere except the store near my house. My family said that they could tell a difference. I starting going places with them and was much happier. I still have panic attacks when I'm really stressed out but they aren't as bad or as often. So I'm not saying this is a cure and if you are taking medications prescribed by your doctor to stop. They may not help everyone but they did me. I am extremely happy with Klamath Blue Green Algae.

My most recent products that I received from them were two boxes of Kleenex Brand Tissues. They couldn't have arrived at a better time. My youngest son and I both had runny noses and weren't feeling well. I didn't want to drive to the store to get tissues. As we were about to leave the mail lady arrives with several packages. Since I review products that is normal for us. So we went back inside to open the packages. One of them contained my samples of Kleenex Brand Tissues from Crowdtap. Unless was so glad that I didn't have to go to the store.
The Kleenex Brand Tissues were so soft on our site noses. I also really liked that I only had to use one tissue instead of several. They didn't rip when we blew our noses. I would definitely recommend Kleenex Brand Tissues to my friends and family.

Recently I had the opportunity to try Dr. Song's Teeth Whitening Kit in return for my honest opinion. This kit comes with 8 syringes prefilled with 44% Carbamide Peroxide, gel applicator, white LED light, and thermoform tray. It is good for 50 uses.

Instructions for Dr. Songs Teeth Whitening Kit

Use the remineralization gel after each teeth whitening treatment to eliminate any sensitivity or use as often as needed/desired.

Step 1: Brush your teeth each time before using the remineralization gel. The gel is most effective on clean teeth.
Step 2: Make sure that dental trays are clean and dry before applying remineralization gel into them. Moisture reduces the efficacy of the remineralization gel.
Step 3: Apply a small amount of remineralization gel around the bottom interior of the dental tray.
Step 4: Position the dental tray over your teeth and press gently so that the remineralization gel covers the entire surface of your teeth. Wipe off any overflow gel. Wear dental trays as needed from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Overnight applications are acceptable.
Step 5: After your remineralization session, clean the dental trays with warm water and toothbrush.

Ingredients: Water, Alcohol, Polysorbate 20, Carbomer, Potassium Sorbate, Potassium Nitrate, Mentha Piperita Oil, Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Flouride

Tray Instructions:

Step 1: Place the tray over the upper teeth without placing the tray in boiling water. Practice with your tongue on the roof of your mouth and touching the inside of the tray. Suck the air from the tray. This contours the guard to the inside surface of the teeth. Repeat with lower tray.
Step 2: Bring water to a boil. Pour the water into a cup and let sit for 1 minute. Dip the tray into the water for 5 seconds. Make sure the edges do not fold onto each other (occurs when dipped for too long, if this happens, reshape tray back to original form, allow to cool and try again).
Step 3: Lift the tray vertically from the water using the tab. Carefully and quickly place the tray around the teeth and then immediately perform the procedure outlined in step 1.
Step 4: The tray can be reformed multiple times by dipping them again into hot water, repeat until satisfied.
Step 5: Once you are satisfied with the fit, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors.

Please do not rush the whitening process.Going slowly and achieving results in the long run is the best way. Keep the use of gel to a minimum, less is more. Keep the gel away from your gums as they may irritate them/cause temporary bleaching of gums.

Step 1: Brush and floss just prior to bleaching your teeth. Dispense .5 ml of gel into a small bowl and using the applicator brush, apply a thin layer of gel to the front teeth only, keep the gel away from the gums. Do not whiten the back teeth, since no one can see them.
Step 2: Insert whitening trays in the mouth over the teeth. Immediately wipe any excess gel off of the gums. Wear the trays for 15 minutes and up to 4 hours if a stronger treatment is desired. If sensitivity or irritation occurs, wait 24 hours between treatments and use less gel. Repeat process daily as needed.
Optional: If you have a LED tray light, you can place it over the trays and use it for 15 minutes at the start of each session. Make sure to take out the clear plastic safety disk in the battery compartment before attempting to turn on.
Final Step: Gently remove any excess gel that remains on the teeth.

If you need faster results, mix the gel with a small amount of water before applying as water/saliva can activate the whitener. Shelf life of whitener is approximately 12 months upon receiving when stored properly in a cool, dark place.
