TMZ has obtained exclusive video showing singer D4vd being arrested for the murder of Celeste Rivas and the scene is intense.
In the footage, obtained by TMZ, law enforcement is seen taking D4vd into custody shortly after 5 PM Thursday in the Hollywood Hills, not far off the Sunset Strip.
The footage shows officers heavily armed, carrying guns, and some wearing tactical helmets and protective gear, underscoring just how seriously authorities were treating the arrest of the singer.
D4vd's attorneys are firing back at L.A. authorities for arresting the singer, highlighting that a grand jury never even indicted him for the alleged murder of Celeste Rivas.
In a statement, D4vd's attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter tell TMZ ... "Let us be clear - the actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death."
Christina Applegate is currently hospitalized in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... she was admitted in late March, though the exact reason for her stay remains unclear.
The actress has battled multiple sclerosis since first being diagnosed in June 2021, but it's unclear if her hospitalization is related to the disease.
