&lt;br /&gt;
As for my diet, things went south starting Friday.&amp;nbsp; I have no more week points and probably in reality couldn't eat for the rest of the week.&amp;nbsp; I haven't gained weight but I doubt I'll lose tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; My husband was off for 4 days and he isn't the best with following a plan.&amp;nbsp; And I'm weak.&amp;nbsp; Mexican? Chinese? Original House of Pancakes?&amp;nbsp; Of course fill me up!&amp;nbsp; I need to work on it better.&amp;nbsp; At least this time I didn't just give up, I find that a plus.&amp;nbsp; I'm back on the plan.&lt;br /&gt;

But here it is....I lost 3 lbs.&amp;nbsp; A total of 12 lbs gone.&amp;nbsp; I weighed in this morning at 250.5.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I'm not only embarrassed for myself, but I'm embarrassed for my husband and my children.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to be the fat wife or fat mom.&amp;nbsp; My husband's company has an annual Christmas party each year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It's a big to do.&amp;nbsp; He has worked for this company for 3 years now and we have not once attended.&amp;nbsp; Once I was too pregnant but other than that I've had no other excuses other than I'm fat.&amp;nbsp; I told him this year we could go.&amp;nbsp; He has a pretty big position in the company and really needs to attend these things.&amp;nbsp; I don't think they make cute fancy dresses that will look okay on my body.&amp;nbsp; I feel like the only place I'll be able to find a cocktail dress is at a tent store.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

The one thing I haven't been able to do is exercise this week.&amp;nbsp; Our kids sleep is all messed up so nap times have been sporadic and weird to say the least.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully next week I can step it up a bit.&amp;nbsp; Today I'm cleaning out closets and carrying things down to our basement for storage so that is something.&amp;nbsp; I know I didn't put all this weight on in a week or a month so I will keep on keeping on ;)&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I have decided when I hit 20 lbs lost I'm buying a new pair of jeans.&amp;nbsp; I'm currently wearing maternity jeans.&amp;nbsp; Why would anybody do that?&amp;nbsp; Well, I have bought 1 pair of regular pair of jeans since gaining all my weight.&amp;nbsp; Size 20.&amp;nbsp; It made me sad and embarrassed.&amp;nbsp; So I'm hoping to at least buy a pair of 18.&amp;nbsp; Plus...I've spent my last 4 years pregnant in some way shape or form.&amp;nbsp; They may not stick but I end up with a belly pretty quickly these days.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I did not use all 40 points everyday.&amp;nbsp; Some days I would go over 40 points and use some of my weekly points.&amp;nbsp; At the end of the week I had 13 weekly points left and 6 Activity points left.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I didn't document ALL my activity.&amp;nbsp; When I was scrolling through the activity points I noticed carrying 25 lbs up a flight of stairs.&amp;nbsp; I can't count how many times a day I do this.&amp;nbsp; We have a 2 story house and I have a 36 lb 3 year old and a 24 lb almost 2 year old.&amp;nbsp; I'm constantly carrying them or laundry or who knows what toy up the stairs that weighs 25lbs.&amp;nbsp; I didn't count the activity that I do normally before I started the diet.&amp;nbsp; I felt like I was already doing it...it apparently isn't enough.&amp;nbsp; That said...I did walk on our treadmill 3 times that week.&amp;nbsp; 22 minutes, 24 minutes, and 18 minutes...the last one my sweet princess decided nap wasn't for her that day so I had to call it quits early.&amp;nbsp; I think I cursed God because of that by the way.&amp;nbsp; I feel a little guilty about that now :)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anyway, I did try 2 Weight Watcher recipes.&amp;nbsp; Dijon Mustard Potatoes and a Rosemary Chicken recipe.&amp;nbsp; Both were extremely good.&amp;nbsp; And I'm a picky eater.&amp;nbsp; I only like fatty, sugary, and greasy food :) The rest of the week I tried my best to control portions and NOT snack off of my kiddos plate.&amp;nbsp; I tend to make their snacks and do the one for you, twelve for me routine.&amp;nbsp; None of that this week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/3071222173748226885-7427510186758148233?l=mommyrella.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
I have struggled with weight issues my entire life.&amp;nbsp; I was always in my mind the chubby girl in elementary, middle, and high school.&amp;nbsp; The chubby girl quickly turned into the fat girl in college.&amp;nbsp; I've lost weight 3 times in my entire life.&amp;nbsp; The summer before I started as a freshmen in high school.&amp;nbsp; I think because I grew taller and my mom started cooking differently I lost about 25 lbs which made me 145lbs.&amp;nbsp; I am 5'6 by the way.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The second time I lost weight I went to a Dr. who specialized in dieting.&amp;nbsp; She gave me the drug Phentermine and I believe what is now Alli.&amp;nbsp; I went from 264 lbs down to around 200 lbs.&amp;nbsp; She decreased my carb intake but that was about it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The third time I lost weight I lost a lot of weight.&amp;nbsp; I was 26 years old.&amp;nbsp; Divorced.&amp;nbsp; (No children) And sadly, I was not having luck with any men.&amp;nbsp; I was the "friend."&amp;nbsp; I was tired of being the friend.&amp;nbsp; So I started Atkins.&amp;nbsp; It worked for me.&amp;nbsp; And fortunately before I was too far into my diet I met my current husband who loved me for me.&amp;nbsp; (Thank God!!)&amp;nbsp; I started out around 240 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I met him when I hit 215 lbs.&amp;nbsp; He was very encouraging about the whole process.&amp;nbsp; I promised he would love me at 300lbs or 100lbs as long as I was happy with myself.&amp;nbsp; In about a year I weighed 157lbs.&amp;nbsp; I had started running between 3-5 miles a day.&amp;nbsp; But I starved myself.&amp;nbsp; Realistically, I was maybe eating about 900 calories a day.&amp;nbsp; I didn't want to give up the bad food so I would eat 100 calories for breakfast, 100 calories for lunch and McDonald's for dinner.&amp;nbsp; My Atkins turned into a modified diet I had made up.&amp;nbsp; I was able to keep up with that craziness until I got pregnant.&amp;nbsp; I was thin for about 2 years.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Here I am.&amp;nbsp; 3 years, 2 children, and 4 miscarriages later weighing in at 262.5 lbs.&amp;nbsp; Yep...I'm back to being the fat girl.&amp;nbsp; But now it's more of the fat stay at home mom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I researched diets about 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Finally I landed on Weight Watchers.&amp;nbsp; It seems to be the most logical and healthy diets out there.&amp;nbsp; It will hopefully help me change my food choices.&amp;nbsp; Just because I can have McDonald's chicken nuggets and large fries with my points doesn't mean it is the right way to do it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So here I am.&amp;nbsp; Blogging about it.&amp;nbsp; And I will remain faceless and nameless by the way.&amp;nbsp; I will not reveal myself until I hit my goal weight.&lt;br /&gt;
