Halloween is over and I’m sure most of the people will be waiting for the black Friday sale… yippee! and yes I'm not an exception, hahaha.... In fact when I tried to browse some online store, they’re already offering discounted prices with their items. Others offered nice deals on their product like for instance the Memory Foam mattresses, they have as low as $500 off on their warranty price. And as for me, I’m actually waiting for sale of toys that my son wished for Christmas, hihi… Since we’re planning to buy (not all) his wishes, we might considered the sale for a great savings.

So watch out guys for more sale coming this month… most especially the black Saturday towards the end…

.... and 2009 is almost over… whoa!
And during this month I can imagine lots of expenses for the holidays, hopefully out of town trips plus insurance premiums to pay, hahaha…. But this time it’ll be for the husband’s insurance. As for myself, I’m done paying however I’m thinking of getting another policy… and I’m glad there’s an online term life insurance where I can easily compare different companies offering affordable and cheap insurance policy. At least I won’t bother calling an agent then will ask to send me the quotes. Oh well, that’s how far the latest technology goes..

Anyway, need to save money this time. We’re listing down already the expenses for the coming holidays and hopefully everything will go as planned…

I’ve been trying to write a blog post for the past 3 hours already but then nothing comes out, LOL! My mind was pre occupied with so many things and that includes my sister’s rv towing car service that she wanted me to check. This has been for a week already and until now I haven’t gave her any feedback yet, hihi… Hence I couldn’t concentrate on what I’m going to write… not to mention I’m chatting with some friends, HA! …. Oh there you go, the reason I cannot finish my post, hihi… Anyway, I guess I have to stay late tonight or again wake up early tomorrow so I can do all my stuff. I’m going to pick up my son in a while so I just spent the rest of my time downloading music to my iPod… hihi…

2010 goal

2 months to go and 2009 is over. Wow, that fast! ... And like what I said to hubby we’re staying abroad for quite a while already and yet we haven’t done any addition with our existing investment. We just started with a small amount few years back and as of now it has a nice earning so far. But should we have made additional amount then it’s a great savings.

That’s why for next year, one of our goals is to make additional venture. It may be an addition to what we have already OR a new one. I told him about preserving coins like for instance the american eagle gold coins or maybe investment on precious metal would be such a good idea. It may be difficult to learn at first but reading information from leading companies like Monex would be a great help. So whatever the decision is one thing for sure: invest and save on 2010. That’s one big goal that we need to do.

What about you? Any plans for next year? :)

Holiday presents

Christmas is fast approaching and like everyone else I’m preparing gifts and other stuff for the coming holidays. Since we’re far from our family back home, I started buying gifts for them and will send a balikbayan box just in time for Christmas. Good thing there are few shops on sale so I was able to grab items at lower prices. Well it’s mostly for the kids since it’s not that hard to buy for them. But for my siblings, I still don’t know, hahaha… I’m thinking for my sister who has a car, I found cheap auto accessories that I’m sure she’ll like. I remember she’s looking for new stuff for her car. So I listed that one for her but for my other 2 siblings, not sure yet what to buy for them. I’ll try to search more next week and hopefully finish all the stuff by mid of Nov…. oh this really a busy one for me. :)

Workout badly needed

When I woke up this morning I felt weak and tired. I could hardly move my body, feeling sick, hahahaha…. but hey I have enough sleep and was able to get some rest yesterday, hihihi.... The husband said it's because I'm not exercising anymore that’s why I feel like this, tired and weak... Well, I believe him and yes that’s true. It’s really different if you have the regular workout. Right now we have our own elliptical bike at home but I think I should agree with my friend to go with her to the gym. I’ve seen this dip bar and push up ring and I guess I need to have this as part of my exercise.

Not only I need it for my body but I have to do this to lose weight as well. I’m not supposed to get fat as advise by my doctor, hahaha; hence this workout is badly needed. Have to include on my schedule. Goodluck to me. :)

Looks like I can experience traveling to Mexico soon, hahaha…. you know I’m kidding, huh! :D Well, I remember I mentioned last week that I’ve seen photos from riviera maya resorts and such a relaxing place. Now let me show you how beautiful it is:

I was actually browsing an online booking site trying to find a great vacation photo that I need for my son. And I saw that photo above and caught my attention. I didn’t know at first it’s from Mexico not until I read all the details on it. Well, I just hope my family can go to that place. It will be a dream come true, hehe…

2 weeks ago one of my former colleagues had a business trip and she asked me to accompany her to look for the Powershot D10 Canon camera. At first I didn’t know the style of it not until I checked it on the web and it looks like this:

I love the color. I had the chance to see it in person and truly a nice one. Very cute. My friend told me it's a waterproof digital camera with 12 megapixels. And even comes in different colors. I showed this to the husband and said "could be a beautiful gift for christmas, hahaha" Well, If you’re into diving, this could be a perfect camera for you. And for me, hmmm.... I’m looking forward for my big santa to give my camera wish, hehe… I hope it will be granted, LOL!

My sister's car

A week ago during the time the typhoon hits Manila, my sister was here in Hong Kong and she was a little bit worried because she left her car in the area of Manila where flush flood occurred. And because we’ve seen videos of cars being dragged by the flood, she was thinking that it might happen to her car too. Well, thankfully it was safe though the carpet was totally wet. And right now she’s using it again. As we’re talking about her car she informed me that after her car loan, she wanted to get a new one but hoping for a great deal on rv financing. I’m sure she can get best rates and terms and I told her try to scour around first before dealing. At least there’s a comparison and can get nice rates.

Isn’t fun and relaxing going out and have some break from the usual work? I have this thought in mind after looking photos on one of riviera maya family vacations... such a great way to unwind and do nothing but relax and breath fresh air… wow! Well I have fun looking at the different photos of the place and since it’s designed for family, I’m sure kids can really enjoy with their own way of activities and other amenities. And so mommy and daddy can spend time together and can truly relax. So that’s what I really , really like. And I am looking forward to experience it someday… :)

I remember somebody invited me to play Paintball a long time ago. But I think I’m not available that time so I wasn’t able to experience this game. Need to workout

The husband said I don’t have any exercise anymore that’s why I’m tired always. He said I need to do some workout at least one or twice a week so that I couldn’t feel weary at all. Plus he noticed I’m gaining weight lately. That led me to check different diet pills. I haven’t tried taking this even once so I’m carefully checking all the effects and other related feedbacks on the particular medicines. I’m sure there is one that fits to me. I hope I could try and reach my goal in that case. But of course doing exercise should also be in the process...

I'm not sure about this, hahaha but knowing me yes I'm not really a hyper person. :)
And I think I have to agree with the statement: "You live a busy, full and productive life." hahahaha.... Honestly, I've never been busy like this before. Being a Stay-At-Home-Mom is truly a tiring but definitely a rewarding job...

I’ve been staying late at night again for the past days and yes acne/pimples starting to show up… that’s one problem I always have. I don ‘t use any medicine or treatment for that and I just let it pass away but I noticed once it’s gone black spot leaves on my face. Any solution for that? I think I need to consult a dermatologist so I can ask for some medications. Because right now, I still have those black spots, which is the result of my previous pimples. I don’t want to do self-medication so I think it’s pretty safe to go to a doctor. What you think, eh?
