Current GOLD Executives or below: Must achieve the rank of Ruby Executive and continue to be “paid-as” your achieved rank for an additional (1) consecutive week.

OPTION 3
Current RUBY Executives: Must achieve the rank of Emerald Executive.

OPTION 4
Current EMERALD Executives: Must achieve the rank of Diamond Executives or above.

OPTION 5
Current DIAMOND Executives and above: Must be “paid-as” the rank of Diamond or above for three (3) consecutive weeks.

Two comments that were made at the Anniversary Event have stuck in my mind. The first by Shah Khan when he said that by blowing out another’s candle does not make your candle burn brighter. I appreciate his wisdom and it goes hand-in-hand with the MonaVie culture that has been developed, which is to avoid talking negatively about other companies as well as your upline, crossline, and downline.

The other comment came from White Diamond Executives Le-Roy and Della who said, “negativity kills any organisation, no matter how many positive actions are happening.” I recently had the opportunity to meet with Le-Roy and his team at his recently opened MDC and I can tell you that he and his team are very positive. I appreciate the distributors that are carrying out this positive influence in their organisations. These are the organisations that are thriving in MonaVie.
