The new scam is the Thailand Qualification. Monavie allows people to pay money and take them to cheap countries like Thailand for Rs 50,000 !! . Those who are qualified for the Asia Pacific Ruby Fly-In and the Asia Pacific Promotion from India, Congrats!!

Its also came to everyone's knowledge that Monavie trip to Thailand was not sponsored by the company. The expense of Thailand International trip was taken by each and every distributor. Monavie RVI scam India once disaster in USA

2012-04-13T10:31:00.000-07:00

For all those who do Network Marketing would have surely heard, Direct Selling Industry is rocking in USA, Canada, Australia, this is a myth and No university in USA or any of these countries teaches Direct selling/marketing in their curriculum. Global Network Marketing companies started from USA are doing bad in their home country - United States of America. But USA still has got an advantage - they have qualified leaders who are ready to move to any part of the word to spread their business.. Exactly as Amway did 20 years back. Now the same cycle is happening for Monavie. Monavie leaders who lost faith in their country are travelling to India, China, Thailand, Malaysia to spread their juice business.

Why do you think Monavie is started in Asian Countries ?

Revenues of Monavie is steadily decreasing in their parent county - USA. Check the status of the last three years. Monavie turn over has been reducing continuously for the distributors and leaders in USA - So what will happen ?. They either quit or move of new territories for hunting.

Why Monavie Choose India ?

India has the biggest pool Direct Selling whores. Companies has made it big and busted. Examples of companies who made above 10 million turnover are Amway, Herbalife, Quantum, Quest Net, Speak Asia, RMP Infotec, Avon, Tupperware etc. Some of these companies left their business leaving thousands of distributors and leaders homeless.

Why Monavie launched in 2011 in India ?

Monavie company officials were looking for the right time launch and they got it when Internal tensions arised in RMP Infotec and Amway company in kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and other states in India. RMP Infotec has been very successful and got very powerful leaders like Shamsudeen ( who recently got beaten up in public ), Abhilash Thomas etc. From the sources, some of these leaders are been paid huge Money for shifting their faith to Monavie and Jumping with the leaders. It was not different for another diamond of Amway Sajeev Nair, who was going through his downside in Amway ( amway warned him many times about selling his own training to his team ).

Why Monavie is a scam ??

2012-03-06T13:28:00.000-08:00

There are thousands of Ponzi schemes out there!! A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation. Is Monavie another PONZI Scheme ?

Allegation No. 1: Mona vie is just like any other juice and there are no special benefits from drinking it!.

I have personally met people who take the Monavie Acai berry juice from many days. They couldnt find any special benefit of the Monavie Juice. They couldn't find any change in health issues or blood pressure. No change in chloesterol levels, no change in my joint issues, no change in pain levels, no change in energy levels or anything else.

Allegation No. 2 : Monavie juice is very expensive berry juice and basically empty calories and a sugar rush. All the positive comments which Monavie and the leaders propagates are based on anecdotal evidence and their claims are not supported by independent researchers and independent empirical data. It better to save your money and buy grape juice and you will get the same benefits that you would get from mona vie (lots of calories, natural sugars, carbohydrates, etc.).

Truth No. 1: An analysis conducted by contract laboratory Chromadex indicated that MonaVie contained low levels of the antioxidant vitamin, vitamin C, and phytochemicals such as anthocyanins and phenolics associated with antioxidant activity in vitro.

In 2008, Forbes magazine reporters Emily Lambert and Klaus Kneale noted:

“TEAM is one step ahead of all these juice selling schemes. It is a pyramid atop a pyramid. It is selling motivational aids to help MonaVie vendors move the juice. But wait. If you can't earn back the $258 you've spent on the motivational lectures by selling $39 juice bottles, you could earn it back in another way—getting people to buy $258 motivational lectures. If you're good, you flog the lectures to other people, who sell them to yet others. Everybody gets rich. Everybody, that is, except the last round of buyers. That's the theory, anyway. The reality is that a mere 1% of Team members make any money from involvement with the firm

Monavie Abhilash Thomas speech in Thailand

2012-03-03T15:36:00.000-08:00

Monavie has just conducted their Asia conference at Thailand with more than 400 distributors.

Here is the speech by Mr. Abhilash Thomas about the different kinds of Network Marketing companies in the world. He point out the direct selling companies in the world can be categorized in to three category

a. Mafia Company- These companies would be having the useless worst products, compensation plan would be very low and expects their distributors to work day and night for the business.

b. Medium companies - they would have some product and the companies promoters would be keeping most of the profit with them. ( He meant to say RMP Infotec is in to this category !! A very late realization after 10 years working in RMP wow!!! )

c. Third level direct selling companies have good products and best income plan. Promoters of the company would be distributing most of the money to people back.. I guess he meant Monavie to be in this category..

Sorry Mr. Thomas, being seen and learnt about the truth behind Monavie how most of the cheating people, I dont thing any one would belive this. Its is came to the knowledge of the people that most of the leaders who shifted from RMP Infotec or Amway to Monavie has taken huge amount of Bribe from Monavie authorities initially for shifting.

The false allegations of Mr. Abhilash Thomas against RMP Infotec company ( Why Mr. Abhilash Thomas shifted to Monavie ?) is now known to all.

Abhilash Thomas Diamond Monavie

2012-02-05T04:27:00.000-08:00

Abhilash Thomas, another Crown diamond from RMP- Infotec has qualified for diamondship in Monavie.

As a Diamond Mr. Abhilash Thomas will receive $5,000 ( 5,000 * 43 = Rs 2,15,000 ) as cash and an all-expense-paid trip for two to the Grand Wailea Resort in Maui, Hawaii. To maintain the rank, a Diamond has to ensure Minimum 200 active people are there in the team, which means, people who buy juice product every week. A Diamond is also not qualified for Rank Bonus income also.

Whats a Diamond executive in Monavie ?

Sajeev Nair Monavie Truth

2012-02-05T03:50:00.000-08:00

Open Questions To Mr. Sajeev nair, We are sure that no one from the New juice company Monavie would respond to it. But still share it to all who would like to know the truth for MLM Industry.

Question 1. You Purchased 543 Juice Bottles Worth 9-10 Lakhs -- Why ?? Was this Much Personal Consumption you do in Just 5-6 Months .. You again started Manipulation in This Business -- Stacking of Products .. And then You People only will sell it Under Cutting the same Juice Bottles.

FACT 1: SAJEEV NAIR BOUGHT 543 JUICE BOTTLES JUST TO QUALIFY FOR BLUE DIAMOND

You Just Purchased these Juice in so Big Quantity just to Show this Commission .. Just to Go Blue Diamond.

Question 2 . You are saying you have received this Cheque in Just 9 Weeks , Sir Just for your Information I would Like to Correct you that You have Joined this Business in Month of October - Infact on 21 st October

FACT 2 : SAJEEV NAIR HAS BEEN IN MONAVIE JUICE COMPANY FROM OCTOBER

The Planning of Joining this Juice Business started 8 Months Back -

You Became Blue Diamond So Quickly just Because You have Shifted your Entire Group to Juice Company and Even After that your Group did Not Purchase so Expensive Juice at Same time otherwise you would have got this Money in First Week itself .

and May i Ask you - If you have got 21 Lakhs After working for 6-7 Months then whats the Big Deal about it -

As mentioned by You in Newspaper when you were Terminated by AMWAY - You Yourself Mentioned that you were Getting 1.5 Crores from Amway in a Year .. That Makes 12 Lakhs a Month and 26 Lakhs in 9 weeks -

Does that mean that you are Getting Less Commission than AMWAY .

But what you promised earlier that This Juice Company will pay commission more than Amway .. Sir you Told us that Only 2 Legs we have to make - ( Pyramid System ) .. every Week you will get 20 Lakhs and More once you become Diamond in Juice Company .

Sir we were never worried about you / What Amount or Money You will Receive .

We always asked you what Money will That Emeralds and Other Distributor Make who Trusted you and Shifted themselves in Juice Company.

FACT 3 : MOST OF THE EMERALDS AND DIAMONDS SHIFTED WITH SAJEEV NAIR STRUGGLING TO EVEN PAY EMIs OF THEIR CARS

Sir what Happened with Jaipur Diamond Ravi Sir -- What Commission he is Getting / What Commission Jaipur Emerald and Founder Emerald are getting - We want to See Cheque which They are getting not yours .

Why Ravi Sir from Jaipur has not Become Diamond till now in Juice Company - When He was a Founder Diamond (as per you people ) in AMWAY - Bharill was his Downline but he Became Diamond earlier than him..

Sir this Cheque has proved us that you always think for yourself and even bharill is on same Thinking Level - What about your Downlines ??

You did not gave JUSTICE to your Downlines . .. Sir the Money In the Cheque which you are Showing -- Sir to be Honest / Can you Swear once and be Honest to your Downlines that This Much money you were Earning from your System only in every 2 Months or not..

Sir you fought with AMWAY not Because of Your Downlines / or Your Group -- You fought with AMWAY because you want to be Allowed to Run your System your own WAY and Earn Money from Selling tools ..

You Yourself has Showed us that This JUICE company is Paying Less than AMWAY ..
You Yourself knows that your Downlines / Emeralds from Jaipur and Ahemdabad are not Earning what they used to in AMWAY ...

Then its clear to all that you fought with AMWAY just for your EGO / ANGER ..

What happend with Diamond Kamal from AHEMDABAD -- On which Level he is in this Juice Company -- You SHould be Ashamed of Yourself that just for your EGO Satisfaction you did this with So many people .

You Talk about Vision -- You can See Vision of Yourself only --

Its my Challenge to You Mr.Nair ... I can Bet on anything .. SHOW ME 100 Diamonds in this JUICE Company in 1 Year - Show Me Half ..

FACT 4 Remember its Already 3 Months and only 3 Diamonds till now that tooo who Shifted their whole Group

Monavie India facts

2012-01-17T20:13:00.000-08:00

For us to unearth the whole truth about the MonaVie scam, that is if it exists, we ought to start by closely scrutinizing the company. The first question that we must answer is whether this company is legit, and if it is, then what secrets could there be in its compensation plan?. Surely Monavie has made Some leaders like Mr. Sajeev Nair, Mr M Shamsudeen, Mr. Abhilash Thomas, Mr. Prem Kumar from Amway, RMP Infotec etc to shift and join Monavie India. This has been a shock for many people. All these leaders use to say that joining other companies are like Prostitution, but what they have done now ??

MonaVie is a company that was established in 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. It produces and markets a range of health drinks made from a mixture of extracts of more than 19 fruits. One of the fruits that the company claims to use is the Acai fruit, which has recently generated a lot of controversy about its benefits. This is actually seen as one reason why there are so many MonaVie scam stories. Monavie has nicely made a Good story to convince people and make them fall for Monavie.

Away from facts and myths about Acai fruit, the company indeed physically exists and manufactures its own products. It has survived in the last 6 years, and in fact, grown tremendously to cover virtually the entire world. This is a good sign of a legit company in which could be a real opportunity to earn money.
When it comes to the company’s compensation plan, things seem to be pretty simple. You only need to buy into the opportunity and get paid commissions for direct selling the company’s products and for recruiting others into the opportunity. If you are good at what you do, you also qualify for a range of bonuses. With that information, everything seems straight forward and one can easily overlook MonaVie scam allegations.

The problem starts when it comes to real marketing. To start with, a bottle of MonaVie Juice can cost as much as Rs 1600. That is surely costly and it would take an expert to convince a customer that the product is worth the price. Secondly, to make a success in any MLM, you need a great deal of training, which lacks when you join the company. The fact is, MonaVie is not a scam but one needs to do a lot to be successful in it.

Mark Macdonald joins Monavie

2012-01-17T19:51:00.001-08:00

Yes, you might be wondering why smart people fall for stupid business with no ethics, values and future.. Its true Mr. Mark Macdonald is the next celebrity to fall for the Monavie Scam. Mark MacDonald is the New York Times Bestselling Author of "Body Confidence". Mark MacDonald is known introduce the weight loss and weight management system on the market today in a completely revolutionary way. Mark tells you why you will most likely fail in your New Year's resolution to lose weight and keep it off - that is, unless you join the MonaVie, nutrient-dense weight loss, weight management system.

You might be wondering how can a smart gentleman can fall for a juice company Monavie ?. It is simple, $$$$. Most of the people like to earn a BIG extra through some business. Mark has earned a bit of name through his book Body confidence, but couldn't make it big like other Health experts and consultants. Now with the bit of name he earned as a Weight loss expert he like to signup and spread the Monavie Juice Product.

It is time for people to know how to lose weight the "right way"/ "healthy way" ?? Juice Scam

Monavie MVP CEO Sachin Adhikari

2012-01-16T20:01:00.000-08:00

Why do you think Monavie Poached and Handpicked one of the most proficient CEO from its Rival Business Organisation Britt World Wide BWW ???

It is not just coincidence that they found the suitable talent with Mr. Sachin Adhikari, but this is one of the long term plans for the juice company Monavie to remain in the business for a long time. Yes that right. Monavie Leaders most of them joined from Amway for Money, know very clearly that only with the support organisation Monavie Business can sustain. Otherwise people will easily realise the value of overpriced $40 juice product. Then it would be easy to sustain the product. This realisation would have led them to pick Mr. Sachin Adhikari of BWW to Monavie Values People ( MVP).

Now think Why Monavie would have paid so much to make Sachin Jump from BWW to MVP ?..

It is because they clearly know Sachin's strengths . Sachin Adhikari has been a loyal servant to BWW for a very long time of 13 years. Also he is one of few business strategist for Britt. BWW is famous of retaining tha distributors with NO INCOME for many years until they realise the fact and leave Amway Business. QUIT Amway is almost synonymous to SAVE Income.

Most of Diamonds and other top most leaders will get tired and would always think of earning extra income from their Trainings, CDs, Tapes, Books etc. It is always a well known fact that Britt World Wide pays a huge amount of income to its diamonds and above as commission. MVP will be the one which will make it centralise and avoid the option for the Diamonds and other top most leaders to earn personally. Now all those income will from the same basket.

Another most important reason would be to concentrate in Indian Market. It is India there are the maximum prostitutes of MLM industry. So called self claimed leaders would always looks for more money and will keep monkey jumping for more money. These leaders are ready to sell themselves for any higher cost. Recent dirty work of people who shifted from Amway, RMP are the real examples.

Sales of US and other countries of Monavie is falling, So only hope for them would be to concentrate Asian and African markets to stay in the mlm business for at least some more time.
