A prostitute is not just someone who sells their body, it is anyone that will do anything for the sake of money. You can feel bad for someone that has such a low self esteem that they have to resort to selling their body for income. However, it is the worst when a person was worth nothing before they did the Amway business, then they made a lot of money (more than they ever imagined and then proceeded to prostitute themselves for easy money because all these people are not qualifying at the pin level they wear on their lapel. 1% were Bronze Executive who made $18,790
1% were Silver Executive who made $29,735
Less than 1% were Gold Executive who made $52,902
Less than 1% were Ruby Executive who made $107,330
Less than 1% were Emerald Executive who made $155,889
Less than 1% were Diamond Executive who made $230,882
and it keeps on going till the top level Royal Black Diamond Executive.

If u take the Income Disclosure Statement of 2007, more worst figures are there..

In 2007, approximately 91% of individuals were not eligible for commissions..Only 9% people in the enitre MonaVie group qualified for commissions.

Total 13451 Distributors were paid annual average income of $1,912
14,236 distributors were Star with annual income of $2,179
4.388 distributors were Star 500 with annual income of $4,293
1,888 distributors were Star 1000 with annual income of $9,372
41 distributors were Emerald Executive with annual income of $151,630
23 distributors were Diamond Executive with annual income of $194,324
3 distributors were Royal Black Diamond with annual income of $2,432,223

Doesn't all these figures indicate that money is at the top level, not for the people at bottom level ?
Why ? Simply because of one simple reason...The business plan is similar to a pyramid scheme, and very few distributors actually make a profit.

If people at ground level doesn't make any profit and only solely for your profit, if you are moving your & crossline's group in this MLM than ask one question to your self "Are u doing justice ?"

This company has even faced Pyramid scheme allegations and the company, its executives, and various senior distributors were involved in five lawsuits between 2007 and 2009.

As far as the top earner of MonaVie Brig & Lita Hart are concerned, they were just one time Double Diamond Distributors in Bill Childer's group...But point to be noted here is that due to their non-focus on amway business, they were not a re-qualified Platinum distributor. They simply wanted to make money through System income by selling CD’s, Books etc. They were in dispute with InterNet and later on they formed their own system in the name of TIF (Team in Focus)...They were terminated by Amway & The Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI)...Than they joined Monarch Health Sciences, which later became MonaVie..Due to this, he was in a law suite with Amway & InterNet for a sum of 55 million dollar and he settled this case with amway out of the court by paying amway a hefty amount of money.

This company has been continuously facing law suits in different parts of world.
On March 18, 2008, Quixtar North America filed a multi-count federal court complaint against the MonaVie company and 16 of its distributors (John Brigham Hart, Lita Hart, Jason Lyons, Carrie Lyons, Lou Niles, Farid Zarif, and 10 anonymous defendants) for unfair competition…

Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against MonaVie in Arkansas – USA, A class action is a form of lawsuit in which a large group of people collectively bring a claim to court and/or in which a class of defendants is being sued.

My question to you & all the people who are reading this letter is that “IS YOUR & YOUR GROUP'S FUTURE SAFE WITH A COMPANY WHICH IS ON THE VERGE OF SO MANY LAW CASES AND NO BODY KNOWS THAT WHEN IT CAN GET WINDED UP”…

Last but not the least, my only question is about integrity & character of the company ?
Is this company creating leaders by entering into fresh international markets or it is just taking/breaking/purchasing leaders by giving them the greed of hefty amount of money ?

If u can answer & clarify all these questions to first yourself and than me than I suppose u will be the real man of Character, Honesty & Integrity... I really beg your pardon if directly or indirectly, my any word or language has hurted you.

SP Bharill, one of the top most leader of Amway is already out!. He is there out in the market with Huge promises about Monavie. He has released 2 videos to public about the Positives about MONAVIE. Friends, let me ask a simple question ?.

Is this the same person who was telling the best about Amway Global business 1 year back ?
Is this the same person who use to motivate everyone for the Amway business ?

After doing the amway business almost a decade, how come he realised about the Negatives/Scams about Amway business now. SP Bharill is indirectly explaining the flows of Amway business plan. As most of us know, Amway follows a Sun flower based plan where a person earns from different legs, to a fixed level. SP Bharill also explains about the limitation in income after one particular level and difficulty
in keeping the target.

SP Bharill is talking just about Compensation plan... Nothing about Monavie credibility, plan, company background or the juice which is very expensive.

Rajaneesh Chopra might leave Amway

This might just be a rumor or truth, but this news is going rounds in social media and search engines that Mr. Rajneesh Chopra, Amway India's Senior vice-president might leave Amway. If this happens, it would be a big blow to Amway, which is struggling in India already due to various reasons. Already the news of lot of leaders like Mr. Sajeev Nair, Mr S P Bharill leaving Amway itself has created a big impact all over India.

Amway had previously sent warning letters to most of the leaders about the new juice company. This has been created ripples among the network marketing circles. Tradition unions support mlm in India

One of the biggest trade unions in India, INTUC, Indian National Trade Union Congress might lend its support to Network Marketing business. This comes as a surprise when another trade union AITUC marched against the foreign juice company, Monavie.

Now there are some facts to be analysed here,

Now coming to Network Marketing, it is doubtful that the INTUC leaders who might support MLM business But did they understood what is the core of mlm industry ?. Similar to FDI, now foreign companies seeing India as a big mass market is investing few crores to earn billions.

One of Pioneers for starting business in India is Amway. Amway has diversified from just a direct selling company to direct marketing company. Amway does not disclose their income statements from India. Why ?

Now another company which has started the operations in India with the story of a Health Juice is Monavie.

Current MLM scenario in India

a. An industry which is not regulated or controlled by any government body running from almost 20 years in India

b. Previously other companies like rmp, gold quest, Amway was also accused of paying bribes in to some of the political leaders

Leaders Ousted from RMP Infotec - Mr Shamsudeen - Part 1

This is an old news. But relevant till today. Who all are ousted from RMP with the monavie incident. RMP Infotec management came to know about the other activities of these leaders and ousted from the business. But why ?. Will RMP dig the hole for themselves. This can be said only by time. Surely all these leaders have put their heart and soul for a long time in the rmp business and made huge amount also.

a. Mr. Shamsudeen, Crown Diamond

Mr Shamsudeen was the one the first crown diamond executives of RMP Infotec. He was having a team of around 30,00,000 distributors in RMP Infotec. Before joining rmpinfotech Mr. Shamsudeen was part of Quantum as a Diamond. It was Praveen J Chandan, managing director who invited him to RMP infotec. Mr Shamsudeen started RMP Infotec from Trivandrum, along with him close associated in Quantum like Chellam, P V Ashokan, leaders from Madhurai, Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, he developed the rmp business with full pace. From Trivandrum, he expanded to Kanyakumari and entire Chennai. Initially RMP Infotech had just 2-3 products like TV set, Holiday resort package etc. But the energy and dedication shown by the leaders made them develop the business to most of south Indian states and then to North India.

Mr. Shamsudeen was part of the first foreign trip to Malaysia, where he was recognized by the company officials. Later the differences with the company officials made him start a separate team name HIGH OCTANE, where he was the main mentor in addition to 100 diamonds including Mr. Abhilash Thomas, Prem Kumar, Mr. P V Ashokan, Mr. Harish Shettigar, Mr. Prithviraj, Mr. Sunil Babu, Mr. Renny Varghese etc. At the same time RMP company also started a rival group called RMPian foundation under the captaincy of Mr. Dhayalan.

Mr. Shamsudeen's friction with rmp management started around 2009, where company did not recognize the diamonds properly in the company annual meeting. From that point onwards, he was not in good relationship. Mr. Shamsudeen also was trying from his part to make RMP company to follow the rules set by Kerala government from mlm companies. He appeared in TV and expressed his views on MLM and future. Finally the news came on November 2011, that he is leaving and associating with Monavie, a Fruit Juice company from USA. This is the third stint for him in MLM. We wish all the very best.

Monavie Calicut Abhilash Thomas Reaction

Despite of the ideological difference, we part of Monavie Investigation team from India, also condemning the attack happening of various Monavie distributors across India. Violence is not solution for any differences. Mr. Shamudeen or Mr. Abhilash Thomas and RMP Infotec has contributed and benefited mutually from the business deal. Now this issue of Mr. Shamsudeen leaving RMP, and joining Monavie need not be taken personal and henceforth should be aloof from the similar violence.

This is the first reaction that came from one of the most respected personalities in MLM industry in India, Mr. Abhilash Thomas. Mr. Abhilash Thomas, condemning the attack on Mr. Shamsudeen says whatever happened in Calicut Kozhikode on Monavie Meeting is of Barbarian style with people reacting in a very uncivilized manner. But we would like to analyse what would have prompted the people of Calicut react in such manner to Mr. Shamsudeen ?

a. Mr. Shamsudeen is coming to Calicut with a new opportunity for the third time now, first with Quantum, then RMP, now Monavie. What would he be thinking when he organised the monavie program in Calicut ?. What would be the reaction of someone who attended his previous opportunities think when he now present Monavie business plan ?

b. Several attacks are reported on MLM distributors of all companies across kerala. Recently one of the previous RMP distributor, and who is now part of Monavie is attacked publically and humiliated in the marriage function in sultan battery, Wayanad district.

c. Normal people's impression about MLM, direct selling industry is very bad now. Kerala government has to take initiatives for making people aware about what is right and what is wrong .,.

Shamsudeen Monavie beaten up like a Dog in Calicut Kozhikode

For everybody's knowledge, Its not the first time Mr. Shamsudeen is getting beaten up in public, he was attacked while he was doing Quantum in the year 2000. An old person accused him of destroying his family, by convincing them to invest huge money for Quantum business. So Mr Shamsudeen always rise from the ashes!!

Shamsudeen was a King in RMP.. But will he ever be again ?.. Only time will say that.. The recent incidents happened in kerala is very threatening. Mr. Shamsudeen was continuously warned by other monavie leaders for not promoting or conducting any Monavie Meetings in Kerala. But without hearing to anyone he called for a meeting in Calicut, Kozhikode in Kerala, for the meeting, there was a gathering of around 40-50 people who came as prospects. Suddenly the Multi level marketing federation leaders came and spoiled the monavie party. This mlm union is backed up by the AITUC members.

Shamsudeen was beaten up brutally and he lost 2 teeth in the front. AITUC union backed Multi Level Marketing Federation unit in Kerala has told, they will never allow cheating mlm companies like MLM in Kerala at any cost. Previously Sajeev Nair who has shifted from Monavie, has got some bad experiences in the Bangalore meeting. In the video, you can also see that People are accusing Mr. Shamsudeen of shifting the companies without any logic or ethics.

Update: Lot of people are expressing their comments here selflessly. Monavie Leaders are accusing AITUC union which conducted the protest is backed up by Mr. P V Ashokan Crown Diamond of RMP Infotec behind the scenes. Its is also known that Kerala Police has taken murder attempt against all those participated against the protest.
