I’d like to present to you DJ Jusbiz.  A very young, talented scratch deejay.  Scratch deejays are almost obsolete in this day and age.  Jusbiz loves to celebrate his birthday every year.  A laidback kid with a cool smile.

        Jusbiz has been involved in music since he was 6 years old.  He started with the keyboard and saxophone and began his deejay career in 2007.  He’s been producing exclusively since 2013.    DJ Jusbiz has previous work experience in food service, healthcare, and of course music.  When it comes to relaxing, DJ Jusbiz responded, “a fat ass blunt, a brew, my girlfriend, and I’m good.”

        His favorite foods include Italian, Mexican, and he loves his granny’s cooking.  DJ Jusbiz said he enjoys staying in with someone he loves.  He said, “The streets are always gonna be there.  You never know when that one person might disappear.”

        Jusbiz got his name from his brother Fetti because “I always focused on the cash flow and the business.”

Anytime he creates a mix, his main goal is to provide the listeners a painted picture through his scratches.  “I use my skills to help paint someone else’s vision.”

For motivation, Jusbiz turns to DJ Screw, DJ Michael 5000 Watts, Tupac and even Young Jeezy.  His biggest inspiration however is his friends and family.

When asked about the music industry, Jusbiz said, “Right now, I feel the industry is lacking the raw talent it had with traditional hip-hop because people forget what real music is.  It’s all a corporate entity now.”

When asked what the most unbelievable rumor he heard about himself, Jusbiz responded, “Hard to say, but I usually stay away from the gossip.  Everybody has their own opinion, and I respect that, but not every opinion matters.  I let the music speak for itself.”

Jusbiz’s was asked if Americans put too much emphasis on music, responding, “Never.  Some people try to portray a life they’ve never lived and that should never pass with the public.”

Jusbiz says women are coming up in the music business but he also thinks that it will always be a male dominated profession.  “The ladies are making noise though through creative sounds and dope lyrics.”

Jusbiz fans are any and everybody who loves music.  “My fans push my music daily, and is the soul reason I strive to create unique sounds. I hope the music continues to motivate them!”

I’d like to introduce you to Ari Love.  A model and former radio host who loves music because it alters her mood in a positive way.  She worked as a receptionist at Dab City Radio where it was easy to be herself without any restrictions.  Ari told me her former bosses were laidback.  Ari Love was a name given to her by a friend she worked with named “Tuxx.”  He gave her the name Ari Love because she loves hearts.

Ari loves chicken enchiladas and is a big fan of the Denver Broncos and Nuggets.  She reads books to stimulate her mind, listens to music, and watches movies to relax.  When asked whether she would rather stay in with someone special or a night on the town, Ari said she’d rather stay in with someone she loves, cook dinner, watch movies, and play board games like Jenga.  Sexy and simple.  To her that special someone is one that makes her feel complete, secure, and happy; the one that makes her feel like she can do anything.

Ari has been modeling on and off since she was 3 years old.   She’s accomplished most of her dreams such as local music videos, fashion shows, print publications, and commercial ads.  Ari has been published in local magazines as a model which was a significant turning point in her career.  It took her years to do, but it wasn’t impossible.

When asked about the most money she ever spent, she said it was around $14,000 on a Dodge Charger and a shopping spree.

The worst rumor Ari ever heard about herself was that she’s a gold digger who uses everyone, which she responded, “I’m not worried about what people think about me.  I don’t care because I’m the same 24/7.  I have confidence and an amazing personality.”  Ari was asked who inspires her and she said Tyra Banks is her inspiration because of her confidence and drive.

Ari responded to the question if there is a battle between men and women in the modeling industry stating, “I don’t believe so at the moment.”  Ari mentions Americans put too much emphasis on body types.  “They want them to be so skinny and people are sacrificing their body to gain socially acceptable figures.  I don’t think that’s fair.”

Ari’s fans range between the ages of 20 and 30 years old.  “My fans make a difference in my life.”
