It has been tough going finding candidates who desire to be advocates. Some of it may be the MoneyWorks concept since it is unique. Alterna Savings, a Canadian credit union, has a community mortgage program that has similar traits to the MoneyWorks concept. The name of the program is Community Mortgage Builder Program. The tag line for the program is that it helps non-profit groups who rely on fund-raising as part of their income stream.
