It is New Year. It is exciting, yet scary at the same time. So many possibilities and more than 300 chances to get it right, wit the rolling in of each new day.
I was reminded by someone, who inspires me to a great deal, at all levels, to focus on being 1% better each day.  So that, in 365 days, I will be 365% better.  This was not the first time I heard the
