当我们看这个世界的时候，到底这个世界是长得什么样子，你我他看到的都不能代表看到这个世界的全貌，俗世的思想观，就离不开哲学的范畴，有多少人真的理解价值是什么，价格又是什么呢？开个价来，到底你该开个值给我，还是开个格给我呢？那又是谁来开个价呀？是卖家开个价来，还是我来买直接给你一个价好了？

我不是开班教哲学，也不是哲学的信徒，只是俗世比较能够接受这种的世界观来看世界。我是个独神信仰者，行公义，好怜悯，存谦卑的心，与我的神同行是我生活的准则。

哲学得难以理解？当你讲到减价时，他就涉及价格跟价值的问题，减价本身就是一个哲学的问题，对很多生意人，投资人来说，都未必能把价格价值给说个清楚。

对于买卖二手房产来说，人经常都担心自己有没有买贵了，而当了冤大头。另一个角度看，假如犹豫不决，会不会又错失机会呢？对一般人来说，买不到并不是什么大问题，钱包又不会有钱不见，那相对的周期买卖的人来说，就是大问题了，因为钱包少了可以放进的钱。到底那块起士是没去抢，还是被人抢 去？
