Cupcake casings. Each is 0.4mm in diameter? They are so addictive to make omg.

Packaging I made long ago. It kind of worked out but the dimensions are pretty off -.- I was rather lazy and assumed everything haha. I guess I'll go re-install photoshop then do it. Or something.

It's the holidays so I have tons of time to make all these. Basically I'm planning for a 1:12 bakery! I have no idea how to make all the furniture so let's see! So far I've made quite a fair bit of pastries and bread to put it in though.

Exams are over! Its the marking days holidays so I got around to making some stuff :D

I LIED! i got to doing some clay.... and here's some photos!

Haha! No time to caption but basically the starbucks brown part is made from the artista! which i found to be kinda annoying and too gooey to be whipped cream :( IT was so ex some more!

Will take proper photos when I do something to the blank portions of the wooden stuff! probably making them into magnets :D

I like the way the blue cream was piped!

I don't know if you can see it but its supposed to be piped shells! Took me a couple of tries to get the whole cake nicely piped with the blue stuff :D

Silicon Molds!

Contact lens cases that were created containers~!

E.g of some masters. A cupcake base, a pineapple slice and waffle!

Squeeze in some silicon~

Place the Master

Let them dry for some time.

Pick them out and trim! This one is a cookie one :D

This is a strawberry slice (You can't see the details but they're beautiful stuff!

Anyways, some stuff I learnt:

1) Polymer CLay will make better masters. I used ADC for the masters and most of them stuck to the mold and I couldn't separate the two :/

2) Be patient! Wait for the silicon to actually dry. Some of mine ripped apart because they weren't dry yet!

I haven't finished making all of them yet, so I will post more updates on this!

These are some prototypes for my next project which will center around breads and puffs! Pretty excited cause they're going to be really tiny and cute :D

Iphone 4 Cover Decoden +Other Decoden! + Bling!

Hope you're happy I made new stuff! Been on a mass cabochon frenzy! Not that i made tons but much more productive than my usual 5-10 for just one project. So I just whipped out my whipped cream (pun intended) and started deco-ing everything! HAHA. So I now have zero whipped cream :/ (and I have no daiso clay /pulls hair/)

HAHA i made around two sheets of these? NOT BAD! Cause my mold is not flexible so I have to wait for my ADC to dry slightly before using a toothpick to pick them out :/

Made a video originally but it had my voice in it -.- I think i will make it when I make another one, without my voice (hate my voice to the max).

Quite happy with the effect! Looks quite japanese-ish? But still me-ish! Plus its pink themed, better than my previous effort definitely heh.

kay! lastly this is not very clay/decoden-ish BUT. it is very crafty so heh.

blingi-fied thumbdrive! LOVE this to the max!! I put on one rhinestone by one rhinestone! The teddy is just a cabochon I made :) love how its not japan pink! not too girly, yet BLING! plus the teddy makes it cute and classmates won't think you're those super vain and girly girl (not that I'm not). I glazed this with nail polish and it made it BLING-ER!

HAHA i blinged this with pearls. super worried epoxy with go into the lens and the lens can never work again :O but nothing happened and it looks not bad! Still thinking if I should continue blinging cause most people's cam looks too girly after blinging (i don't like blinging super large objects) so yep. Still considering! Dad's a bit weirded out i did this to my cam cause its not cheap HAHA but I don't care muahaha cause I doubt I'll sell it :P

Thats all from me this year? I have to go re-list zibbet and change the pics for the shops tabs now :/ plus its late :/ will try to start on miniatures / polymer clay jewelry next! Erm, I think next year's post will be a spree? Cause I need to buy sanding paper, styrofoam boards etc :O

I don't want to share this on my individual blog so its one of those annoying ME-depressed talk. again you can just skip it lah. Okay I've been feeling a bit looked down upon in terms of school? aish i don't know if you know what i mean but its like no one gives me responsibilities? they tend to treat like some substitute which of course doesn't do much for my inferiority complex. I've never really fought for a chance to be some leader, and I really wanted to just do this project well since I volunteered to help out, but i ended up becoming "the girl who comes but have no proper role". It affected me a bit and I kind of came up with this conclusion that I'll never let it bother me again by trying not to participate too much because I don't want to think of myself as pretty important only to be let down. this sounds like some typical teenage whiny problem but this has been bothering me for some time? more than a year in fact. i try my best to help out whenever i can, but I get treated like some back up plan because they know i'll still do it. all in all i still have a happy life, good grades, nice friends (though i just had a good fight with them lmao not that I'm superbly bothered), good relationship with parents, nice craft blog (shameless) and good skin (haha that bothers me quite a bit so yeap good skin is good). it's just that i got sick of being treated like that and i think i can spend the time trying to prove myself at a place where I'm never get recognition doing something more meaningful like studying and crafting. (still climbing on to the hope one day i'll be featured in the newspaper MUAHAHA for this blog ? :D) Anyways, Im not emo kid okay! It's just one of those problems i want to let out but I'm afraid to say these on my personal blog as people involved may read it and blablablabla.

New Photography and Tissue Case and iPhone Cover and Sundaes

It's just a repost of old photos taken with my iPhone 4~ i found out that using PuddingCam I have better control over the picture qualities :o so I retook most of the photos and will be re-listing my zibbet :)

Here are some! (oh and i found this app with brilliant watermark! i may be buying the full version cause the lite one has this watermark -.- (oh the ironies). I had to crop all the photos :P (technically i cropped them twice , once on iPhone and once on my mac cause they reverted back :O) So this is just pictures I think are very nice :D You Can skip this post la haha!

As for what to do with my olympus. I DON'T KNOW! it took me at most 2 hours to get this set of photos which has FAR better quality than the olympus :/ PLUS watermark! And if you're wondering why i bothered with the watermark, it simply looks more pro yo! Sigh. Maybe when I get better at using the cam? Or when I have more time? Such a waste! I'll keep thinking wahhaha.

LOL i didn't make anything new~ but heres a WIP picture :)

Cabochon Making haha to make some christmas presents for my friends~ need rush them out cause I have to send them out by thursday? OH MY GOODNESS it just hit me its in 2 days and I still have to go buy acrylic and rhinestones and blablabla.

just bought this at popular for $5.90!!! saw it at $12.90 the previous day and told myself I would buy it when I'm richer then i saw it on sale so I had to buy it!

comes with some gay stuff like a rolling pin and two cups and a plate.

anyways i bought it for the four molds and I threw the clay away~

$5.90 for 4 molds is super worth it! There's super a lot of sets but I chose this :x anyways you can go popular to choose heh. have sushi, cakes, bakery etc. the molds are around the same but not exactly. this is the ice cream set :D

some rhine stones i bought at the dollar store! i had to peel them out one by one cause it came glued together (these are cheaper I think). planning to go arab street to buy more!

YAY! Miniature prep boards and a few pendants.

Picture heavy!!!

Rather large donuts~ LOVE the feathered donut to max plus I did it in one shot :)

Both look quite realistic so Im more than happy. The last time i did feathering for a 1cm donut it too me 5-6 times. This donut is around 3-4cm in diameter? MUCH EASIER!

Cookies! Got lazy with the donuts cause I had to detail the rim of the donut so I did what i know best!

PREP BOARDS! Donuts are 7-8 mm in diameter, very very tiny :)

I also made an effort to detail the rims cause I thought since its a miniature might as well try my best :3

Pink one has chocolate drizzle, green one is mint chocolate chip, blue one is frosted with coconut sprinkles and yellow one is also drizzled with chocolate. YUMM!

One has nuts, one has hundreds and thousands and one is plain choc. its supposed to have coconut sprinkles but it disappeared (sank into the sauce) :/ in fact the hundreds and thousands also sank a little :(

ARGGHH i can't capture the rims of the donuts :/

miniatures are hard to capture :/

i didn't know what to put at the side to complete the board so i put a small plate of the sprinkles used to decorate the donuts :')

I think its pretty obvious~ Its a aluminum foil piping tip!

Another shot to show you how minuscule it is :)

So I was browsing through the web again, and finally found enlightenment *ting* on what is meant by aluminum nozzle LOL.

You know aluminum foil? There's this thin strip of foil which is used to tear the aluminum foil :)

I've been googling "aluminum foil nozzle" for like FOREVER and nothing was much help. Maybe its my bad googling skill. GAHH. So I'm naming this post Aluminium Foil Nozzle for Miniature Piping! Im so nice :DD

With a new found tip comes more piping practice!

The pipe was made in like 5 minutes with much cringing and tweezers so Im super happy to see the details :)

Piped them onto the ziplock which i cut to make the bag~ It was super unplanned so I just grabbed everything LOL!

Tried other pattern other then dollops of cream.

Ran out of space on the ziplockies so ~

More pictures! They look nicer in pictures cause my homemade cream was dried up so I added water so they became super watery (spontaneity is a badass habit of mine).

Gahh I can't imagine how small these cream are. Looking back (did this one week ago) they were so tiny!!

I couldn't bear to delete any photos cause I got the macro thingy right this time.

Hope this helped because using those baking tips are crazy because the tips are massive hence tons of wastage and overall its weird because the tip is big and the bag is small and your work is small. (do you get it?)

Mini Rant and TInkleart Haul!

Got quite a lot of posts coming up haha, but Im saving them as drafts so as to maintain constant posting! Might consider combining posts too cause some posts are quite minor, like this one.'

It's actually just a haul (as promised) but its such a teensie weensie one! So I'm adding in a rant. All for free! Nah, just kidding. No one wants to hear an angry cow here. But I don't have a personal blog and I don't want to spam twitter (find me at @_greendream) so yeaps ignore it if you don't want to read it!

Pastel Sprinkles! It was going for $1.50 so I just bought it :D PLanning to make cupcakes anyway so I insist this is NOT an impulse buy ;)

Anyways the powdery thingy has a terrible cap so it flew around my living leaving me super frustrated I had to tape it up. >:(

You know when someone invites you out to an event you're not really interested in but you don't want to turn down that friend because she is .. A FRIEND? But then she turns on you and says she already found somebody else? Worse still in a way you just know she mass texted everyone and see who replied first! I'm trying to keep my cool now, but this is unacceptable. if that is how someone makes friend, i'm sorry but I won't be friends with you. Personally this is not something you can just brush off. When you invite someone, you have a responsibility and to just treat it like nobody's business is sick. I repeat...SICK! I know that not everyone thinks this is very important but I was honestly offended + tinge of sadness when i saw that SMS. And I know that the person in question is not really going to feel sorry anyways so I try to not let it get to me, but I just need to let it out.

Caning Experiment~

I have never successfully caned before :( Had resigned my fate to buying them, but realized that they don't work for 1:12 .__.

So I used those random colored clay (I had no more white) to make these as an experiment!

I won't consider it a success, because ... JUST LOOK AT THE PICS.

LOL Wastage :X

End product~ I used mainly yellow and black clay.

I wanted to try different techniques. This is the roll technique. Most successful of the three techniques. Plus I have never really succeeded before hah.

The other two techniques, cutting and piecing and combining canes.

As you can see, the cut and piece technique went mad, like my past tries :( It looks like some spider sweet omg.

As for the combining cane thing, it turned out alright. As a side comment, don't you think it looks like a rotten guava? #justsaying

I made both big and small ones, and I have to say reducing wise, the detail stayed :D

Overall, i learnt good caning habits such as Squeeze and Pull and not roll, Roll and Slice, being careful and so on.

I am not exactly ready to make "real" canes, and probably going to start another caning experiment to see if I can pull off the cut and piece cane (like oranges and lemons).

Sigh, I'm just bad at caning. /dies/

Any good caning tips? :)

BACK! Cupcake Casings and More

I'm quite happy right now :D

Remember I mentioned I stopped crafting for a bit because of exams? The good news is that I achieved rather surprising (in a good way) results! No specifics but I'm very very happy :D

And another good news is that I am quite surprised (again in a good way) that I managed some cupcake casings!

The bigger ones ~

They look so pretty sitting on my bed sheet :D

I started out with aluminum (Because i was making some other thing for work purpose, then decided to try out Yoyostudio's tutorial). Then I moved to paper. Then I saw these paper which is transparent and rather sturdy (i don't know what it's called) and they worked beautifully!

I made them while watching TV late at night :) Took me two nights to find my way of making them so I'm glad something came out of it!

Not as many folds as snow fern's ones (hers have 16 :O) for the 1:12 scaled ones, but around 8-10. Good enough for me I'd say!

However it takes like 20 minutes for me to do one, and my index finger ached like crazy after doing these 6 big and small casings so ...

I'll make them when I actually get down to making cupcakes!

I need some help in making 1:12 cupcakes /face palms/.

And reason why I didn't make clayish thing is cause I didn't have clay. Ordered from tinkle art, but they missed my payment so shipping was delayed until I asked them ;'(

In fact, this blog has reached around 1600 views, which I know isn't a lot but hey its making progress! I like it when people comment too *hint hint*

As for the "changes" in the title, its not exactly drastic changes...

1) Selling of my works!
i don't know if anyone will buy, but well I'll be either setting up an etsy account, or set it up on this blog itself :X Will deal with this after my end of year examinations :) U can expect me to be selling my "whipped cream" and some other stuff!

2) Good Adsense
I just added this to earn some revenue :) I still have no money to buy new clay :( Do click, it won't hurt!

As I've mentioned, EOYs is coming up.. so here's a good post :)

What I did over 4 hours while watching the Hangover 2 :P

Each cookies measure around 6-7 mm Mad cute!

This photo makes the cookie more realistic.. HEY I rarely get nice pictures like this, PLUS I did not edit or photoshop this image. And everyone knows how hard it is to photo miniatures :X

Made bigger ones, around 1 mm to be made into studs.

The pies were made into rings. Gave this to my friend.

I gave this out to my friends and kept one pie and one cookie for myself :)

Initially I wanted to list these to be sold, but I wanted to try out the durability and quality of these.

So far, all of them are fine :) And I didn't want to sell the cookies rings cause it looked quite bad :( I loved the miniatures cookie best!

I think its the easiest to make miniatures, cause you don't have to worry about the charm dropping off your studs or off your ring base :X

Which is why haha I better test them out! I'll be remaking them as soon as EOYS are over and I buy some clay (gonna try out Sophie's and toffee's polymer clay haha) :)

Hey there :)

I've been spending more time packing up than really getting to work.

I'm such a hoarder >.< I bought like so many things, but I'm totally not getting down to creating.

So instead of keeping people waiting, I decided to write a post of how I keep my stuff, and I'll kind of turn it into a mini guide to what you need (And don't need :P) for polymer clay/air dry clay crafts etc.

I'm actually planning a further organisation, by replacing all the plastic bags to proper containers. But I need $$ (you'll see why later).

My Table, the main area for my clay creations :) I also have an oven beside this table, and I used 2 drawers of my closet for clay materials.

My polymer clay, wrapped in clingwrap. My ADC too :) Not enough clay... Need to either find garies/tinkleart/nex :( Sigh. ANyways, I left my clay for so long, that it became hard so I had to hammer and use baby oil to soften it. Took me at least half an hour :/

Haha, my miniatures book. Uses adc, but I use it for polymer clay haha. So far all I tried out was the pencils LOL!

This compartment thingy was bought at Giant for around $10? Used to be for keeping at the small stuff, but i've decided to use it as a place to place cabochons!

But as you can see it's empty. Used them up to make gifts lol (I've been working, but I did'nt post the photos as they included names).

WILL TRY TO FILL THEM UP :)

The two thingy is my epoxy. They drove me crazy, and leaked like shit.. even making the whole compartments thingy sticky -.- so this is my solution :)

This case includes canes which i've yet to cut. Can you spot LOL. Have peanut blocks, charsiew cane and the chocolate flakes piece :)

The last container contains toppings. It has all the ready sliced canes in individual ziplocks, containers containing choco rice, choco flakes and one full of mini mini beads.

The last blue-ish container containers my whipped cream! I'm thinking of selling them so haha pls comment if you're interested XD

Lastly, tons of baby wipes. Later you'll see another pack haha. They're the best, because water does'nt clean polymer clay :) I buy mine for 3.75 for 3 packs. VERY WORTH IT :P Valudollar shop.. See thats why I went crazy buying it heh.

First row of the green drawers.

My molds! Oyumaru Molds I made myself, molds from daiso, molds from hardwares stores and some other ones I buy from craft stores. I also put my cutters here :) the purple one is a playdoh mold :P

Another row specially for satay sticks and toothpicks. I just love these <3

Last row for Tools. Like tweezers, scissors, circle ruler, toothbrush, penknifes and blablablah.

Below the table - I just keep ziplocks which may be used for piping, and some bowls (for mixing?) and a container that's yet unused :)

Below, below the table is a hammer! Hammer old clay muahahah! the box's just my epilator LOL and you may see my wood at the left of the photo. I love wood, but they're really expensive :/

First Drawer. NIGHTMARE! I call this the "rarely use" drawer.

Other than stuff I rarely use for clay crafts, i also keep stuff for other crafts.

I'll try to explain zomg. I keep glues, acrylics which I only take out when making the whipped cream. I also have the bi carbonate soda for cakes making. I have a "bowl" of paper clips cause I did'nt know where else to stuff it. The bottle you see is johnson baby oil which container pissed me off so I transferred to this squirt bottle :)

My spray glaze can and my daiso glaze can also be seen :)

the random plastic bags include glitters, stamps, paper cutters, ice cream sticks (I bought like so many packs and never used them. Told ya I'm a hoarder).

So sorry it's super messy. Just know that I've a lot of stuff bahs :D

The "more used" drawer.

The squarish box contains my sauces, deco sauce or my liquid clay. Deco sauce mainly for decoden, while the tiny ziplock ones are made from liquid clay.

Clay extruder thingy. Best thing is that its very non-messy :) $2 from daiso must buy lol! Somemore have alot of tips :D

one of the boxes is my oyumaru/moldmaking area. it has molding material (the oyumarus) and the "originals". these are cabochons which I buy and makes molds out of them hehehe :)

My attachments box. Includes magnets, hp straps, strip magnets, bracelet chains, eyepins, ring bases, earring bases and posts :) I buy them from the wholesalers...super cheap hehe.

These are just miniatures I get from madam ang and tinkle art :) dollies, bowls, plates parfait cups. I actually bought them with a plan in mind. Haha! Never got around carrying them out -.-

OKAY! Like I said, I've been working, but I did not post photos cause those were for friends :)

So, as a conclusion, that's possibly what you can considering buying for your clay craft. I generally don't limit myself to buying from craft stores, its more fun to look out for cutters and all that while doing everyday shopping (they are usually cheaper too!). I get stuff from popular, daiso, tinkle art, garies, mdm angs, random hardware stores, nail art stores. SO MANY!

But do not hoard, like ME :D

Anyways. Like I said I'm in quite some need of cash to buy stuff from tinkleart, so I thought I could start selling some creations, which kills 2 birds with 1 stone. Firstly I get to earn money, secondly, people get my creations! So I'll be creating another page for my "shop" and slowly updating it, so look out!

Here's how I do my Sweets Deco Whipped Cream

Have you found the perfect formula to whipped cream?

No fuss, No expensive stuff, But yes to texture and quality?

Here's a sharing on how I do mine :)

Not the best, but I think it works fairly well for me :D

First up: Ingredients:

$2 Daiso Clay : I'm LOVING IT REALLY. Gives your final whipped cream the whipped cream look ^_^

The $7 shit I bought. I need to give it a new name. How about Gesso?

Haha you don't need a lot per batch, so it can last me some time :)

This is the special ingredient which will give your whipped cream the steadiness which will help it in sticking to your deco piece super hard-ly :D

It's basically canvas base, so its super hard. It's something like high quality acrylic so I think if you don't have this you can get acrylic, but of course if you go art friend u can always get this. Its $7 for a huge tub so I think its worth it! (Probably the most ex part of this recipe!)

It's slightly different from acrylic, yet around the same :)

The inside~

Glue! Acrylic is really strong and once I mixed it with flour and the two just mixed their strongness and it cracked. This time I replace flour with daiso clay and added in some glue to hold them together.

Haha, basically desperado to use acrylic and refusal to give up on it so I devised this recipe and surprisingly it worked out :D

So you mix mix mix.

I don't know if you can see it, but I HEART THE TEXTURE >< If you see it in the starbucks photo, it has this imperfect look about this which really gives me the whipped cream feeling ^_^

Okay so if you ask me what amounts? Again I can't tell you. I don't go use cups and measure.

I first throw in whichever amount of daiso clay I want.

Add a bit of acrylic, add a bit of glue.

What you want to know is:

Too Much Acrylic: MIght Crack! Haven't happened to me but the flour+acrylic thingy just serves as warning lol.

Too much glue: The details won't hold. Happened to me the last time I did this >< But if you don't put this, the clay won't hold and it will just be a musy mess.

So yeap, go easy on the amounts and once u reach a pipable but holdable texture, you've got it ;)

Last but not least, to clarify:

3) The glue I use is white glue so don't freak out if u don't look like you have the same bottle.

2) The Acrylic I use is called Gesso, or canvas base but you might want to try other forms of acrylic.

3) I use daiso clay, but you can probably substitute with any soft clay (not resin clay cause it won't be whipped creamy!)

Tell me if you tried this recipe! I hope it works out for you :)

Will be using this for future deco because it can be glazed and might try out arista soft (it is quite affordable and it has been stocked in tinkleart) but meanwhile I am gonna snatch a few more boxes of daiso clay :)

Polymer Clay Whipped and Pipable Cream tips and tutorial

Okay, i know this is not some big secret in polymer clay, but I found myself struggling big time with this because all they tell me (on websites and youtube) is make it and pipe it.

Nothing else. So I had to like keep experimenting and wasting clay ><

And as you can see in the title, its PIPABLE cream.

Most tutorials tell me to use a tooth pick and put on a puff or pipe onto a puff A.K.A those ugly, no shape, meant to put fruits to cover ones.

The ones I'm talking about in this post is this:

Its those kind u pipe through a small teensie weensie cupcake that is less than 1cm in diameter :)

Super duper useful to pipe on cupcakes, frosted cookies and so on.

Not so sure about piping the shells and all those, but I'll try that out (again no help given from internet) and update XD

First up - Mixing the cream

this one should be known by now. Don't be lazy or cheap, use liquid fimo and mix with clay!

For me I use liquid fimo + fimo soft so I can use water to make the clay soft before adding fimo (works faster!)

And don't expect me to tell you the ratio, work it out yourself!

For me I make one batch, try it out. The batch is white and I keep in a container and whenever I need to pipe stuff, I mix the colours with pastels like this before using :)

Don't expect your whipped cream to be like those orange orange cause the base of it is white. If you want orange orange, u got to make a batch of orange clay + liquid fimo or else no matter how much orange pastels you add, all you gon get is a whitish pastel orange :)

But for cookies you usually use pastel colours? So I don't bother since it involves liquid fimo which is not cheap btw.

Next on - Preparing the piping bag.

Might sound easy, but hey I struggled with this part too so maybe u might ^_^

Sandwich Bag, or which I call ziplocked bag. Cut out a as shown in photo.

HAHA. this is the part. I used to stupid use a scissor to cut the tip, resulting in big ass tip :( Use a needle for better effect, and if you are using a toothpick, dont poke throughout and just end at where I ended (or u end up with a big hole still -.-).

This can then ensure the hole you are piping through is neat and consistent!

Fill the bag~

Test this out. looks goooood.

So I hope you learnt more on how to pipe using liquid polymer clay. its simple but if i had found this on the internet I would be uber happy :D

the main tips I have is:

1) Poke the hole before putting in the cream (from the inside using a tooth pick), it won't hurt :)

2) Use small piping bags, this makes it easier to manipulate and lesser risk of popping piping bag and have all the cream gush out :(

3) Keep practising!

4) Make a white batch and mix colours of individual projects. Minimizes wastage :D

5) Use disposable piping bags. Helps in clean up!

Okay, thats all. Have fun piping, I'll be, cause now I'll addicted to piping stuff.

Sorry for leaving you guys nothing to read (which ever few followers I have teehee).

Exams are over, and I've reignited my love for Clay Art (I did'nt have much motivation last time :( )

ANYWAYS.

I'm now working on some presents for my friends (that explains the motivation) and here's something I made :)

HAPPY CUPCAKES!

Under no-flash.

Love the cream colours :)

Made after real life ones I made so it adds to the meaning :)

I also tried out a new way to make cupcakes so after modification I guess I'll make a tutorial ^_^

Other than these cupcakes I was ready for the next search for DECO DEN WHIPPED CREAM!

I've had numerous failures, spending $7 on worthless shit, using silicon which is great but gives me respiratory difficulties and of course refusal to buy whipped cream sold at $16 up per tube.

I first went on to youtube and found a tutoral which asked me to use acrylic (THE SHIT I BOUGHT THINKING IT WAS TEXTURE PASTE!!!) and flour. So I mixed the two in glee, happy that I could turn the shit into something useful :D

Verdict? Held the texture, very sturdy, very hard. HOWEVER, it cracked and made me uber sad. It was really good, and the only problem was that it cracked :(

Second try! I was like really despo, so I just took some daiso clay, mixed it with glue AND added some Acrylic (HAHA i just had to use the "shit")

Tested it out~

Did'nt hold textures that well, but passable. And maybe I added too much white glue :X

Overall I have to say it held in the watermelon slice, and stuck well to the iphone cover, so I think I'll just again modify it and use it as my deco den whipped cream! YAY!!!

YEAP, pretty much my largest achievement ><

Lastly, my second largest achievement would be to finally pipe sensibly!

Haha yes yes yes I piped those Happy Cupcakes with liquid polymer clay and I think I've finally found the texture and tricks lol.

Again I'll have to modify it and get back to you guys.

I surfed the net for crazily long and nothing came up with a good recipe for Whipped Cream, Polymer Clay PIPABLE Cream :(

So I shall post for you guys :D

Because of these 3 discoveries, I am a happy girl!

ANd I'll probably make more cupcakes, frosted cookies and deco den :)

Plants + Polymer Clay

My Bonsai! With a touch of polymer clay :)

Say Hi to Rabbit lol! I wanted to make two, (rabbit couple) but when I finished one rabbit it was like midnight so I gave up. ___ .

The Moss is Heart Shaped! And the pebbles are hand rolled haha :D

ROSES! I made mini roses and stuck them onto eye pins. The rest are pebbles which I really like, but my Bonsai Teacher said it looks like a pimple infested mountain :/

Whats a Bonsai? A bonsai/bonjing is a plant which kind of stimulates a mini forest/hill/park/greenery. Like a miniature version!

Okay, just in case you are wondering why I'm posting my Bonsai. I don't take Bonsai Classes, this is for a sabbatical in school.We were supposed to have a budget to buy ingredients to make our own Bonsai. But the stuff were so hard to find and I could not find pebbles (i only got rocks) so why not make my own? So I got down to designing my very own Bon Jing. I also made the little swing with wood :) Like I mentioned earlier, this is like a miniature, just au natural! The plant in the pot signifies a tree, and the whole pot will then look like a forest :)

I think it made my Bon Jing more vibrant and not so china-rishky. Well if you have a plant, why not use polymer clay to decorate it too? :D

Update: For the classes for children, I'm still working on it. It'll take some time and planning and I don't think anyone is really "anticipating" it anyways so I'll take my own sweet time :O Meanwhile just deal with my random posts :P
