Wages in the USA do not rise starting in 1978. Thirty years of no wage increase causes Middle Class borrowing binge. The system collapses in 2007. George "W" Bush's government throws trillions of dollars at the lenders, with no deliberations. Obama continues throwing money down the pit, as "incentives to private sectors to create jobs here." The fear of the lender, mostly banks, is not whether the politicians will pay them back -- "lenders own the politicians" -- but rather the fear that the people will not permit the government to pay back its debt.

That is the lender-borrower relationship that made the USA economy collapse in 2008, thirty years after wages were frozen. The gambit failed, what do we do now?

There is enough money now to pay for the Middle-class to get back a foot hold. The corporations have to pay the bulk of the money needed. One other restaurant, Vitale's Pizza, began selling alcohol outside the downtown area several years ago.

"We've had no trouble at all," says Ryan Synder, owner of Vitale's Pizza.

"We don't feel it will cause drastically change the framework in the community. It just gives folks another option," says Timothy Klunder, Zeeland's city manager.

For Grill, construction should come naturally. Afterall, he's used to breaking down walls that stand in his way.

Public is expected to officially open in late spring. Grill hopes other restaurants will soon follow in his footsteps.

What the other 8000 photo's [not all pirated] do we don't know.

MooPig Statistics are provided by Google Blogger Dudes. MooPig has about 800 views per day, and about 26,500 views per month average. For a blog that is sand bagged, has fake third parties, and possibly guilty of piracy on several layers... it remains one of life's mysteries how we get that many views per day!

But never mind the absurd disparity between first class hospital accommodations and what the rest of us are likely to experience back in steerage. Here’s the bit that’s likely to go viral in the wingnut zombie-lie media:

But even the rainmakers — doctors who bring in such patients — can sometimes resent the tilt toward luxury.

“The one misgiving is patients with Medicare, which pays physicians almost nothing,” said Dr. Brian Katz, 59, a laparoscopic surgeon in scrubs who took a break in the same library later. “Yet those patients will come up here and pay to enjoy five-star comfort.”

The doctor is complaining that rich patients on Medicare can pay for the accommodations while he himself makes no profit. But watch for that to be distorted by Sean Hannity et al. into a story about welfare patients receiving luxury treatment on your tax dollars.

The deal in which Bain Capital became one of the owners of Clear Channel was initiated just a short time before Mitt Romney's first run for president. The following comes from Wikipedia....

On November 16, 2006, Clear Channel announced plans to go private, being bought out by two private-equity firms, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Bain Capital Partners for $18.7 billion, which is just under a 10 percent premium above its closing price of $35.36 a share on November 16 (the deal values Clear Channel at $37.60 per share).

The deal was finalized in 2008. Today, Bain Capital is still one of the primary owners of Clear Channel.

One of the subsidiaries of Clear Channel is Premiere Radio Networks.

And yes, Mitt Romney is still bringing in lots of money from Bain Capital. The following comes from a Wikipedia article about Mitt Romney....

Layoffs 2012 are apparently catching workers off Guard

While a being a dedicated P and G Rm (as we were not supposed to work for other companies-or our competition) I know many P and G Rm's that also worked for other companies. Some received same pay, some would be in the stores doing P and G workorders and also 3rd party work-for P and G- and getting paid $2.00 more than what P and G Rm's got paid. And don't be surprised if you go to one of the companies suggested and you have an ex-P and G Rm for you supervisior.
P and G did not want to pay any benefits, that's why they kept us down to a certain yearly hours we could work. They had alot of work all these years, 3rd partied out P and G work because we had to stay under the yearly hours so they didn't have to pay benefits.
I am also a stockholder. The stockholder's they are concerned with are corporate not the little working people like the aveage Joe or their peon's, grunt workers, P and G little Rm's. The Rm's that have store and customer contact.
Corporate can sell to the stores, but it's the Rm's that get the product sold to the customer so the stores will order more P and G product. Otherwise as corporate sells product to stores and it sits on shelf and does not sell, stores will not order more of a product that does not sell.
How funny it is that we the grunt workers held P and G higher in standards than they show for their employees.

In all, I have met many good, hard working people and made many friendships.

I do not know what I will decided to do after all this is over with, as I have become acustom
to eating and paying bills. I will have to work at some point.

A House (including P and G Corporate House) is only as good as it's foundation (Rm's)
Once you start chipping away at the foundation, the house will start to fall.

Vietnamese seamen can't get help from Philippines

Tuguegarao City (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN) - The lack of a search and rescue ship has stopped Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) personnel stationed at the northern tip of Luzon from coming to the aid of 22 crew members of a Vietnamese ship, which sank in the Pacific Ocean on Christmas Day.

Though coast guard officials immediately deployed three ships and a helicopter for a search and rescue, it was a Philippine cargo ship and a fishing boat that saved the crew of 12 Indonesians and two Koreans, who had abandoned the ship, coast guard Admiral Ramon Liwag said.

"The explosion took place far below the sea border with North Korea. We see very little possibility (of attacks by the North)," a coastguard spokesman told the AFP news agency.

The ship's owners said that the explosion could have been caused by gases leaking from the ship's oil tanks.

The 167-foot fishing vessel Jeong Woo 2 caught fire about 370 miles north-northeast of the U.S. Antarctic McMurdo Research Base and 2,000 miles south of Christchurch, New Zealand. Maritime New Zealand, similar to the U.S. Coast Guard, reports that the fire killed 3 crewmen. Thirty uninjured survivors were transferred to the stricken vessel’s sister ship, the Jeong Woo 3, which will bring them to the Korean icebreaker Araon for transport to Lyttleton, New Zealand.

Once again officials in Italian coast guard have suspended the search for the missing people in the huge cruise ship Costa Concordia that sank in the sea on 13th of this month. So far 12 people have been confirmed dead with 20 people still missing.

Then he would seek out a crowdsurfing group or crowdturfing He then taps into a 1,348,950,000 person Chinese market. That would become a good base for anymore of his future albums.

UPDATE
Just today, Jan 21st, I have noticed that my favorite News Clearing House Site, INFOPIG.com is offline. I don't know if it is permanently gone, but I certainly hope not. You see, many sites that provide large amounts of LINKS as the function of their existence, whether they advertise or not, have been told cease and desist... Other examples of site shut-downs are sites such as those that provide LINKS to copyrighted properties, like movies and music.

We have to draw our each own conclusions about this control method by government agency. It is the basic principle of the Internet to share files of information alongside the spam generators, and viral piracy's of our day. It is the state of the art for now. But is targeting web sites part of controlling our Internet, if we in fact can claim it as ours?

The line of Saturn's rings disrupts the Cassini spacecraft's view of the moons Tethys and Titan.

Larger Titan (3,200 miles, or 5,150 kilometers across) is on the left. Tethys (660 miles, or 1,062 kilometers across) is near the center of the image. This view looks toward the Saturn-facing sides of Tethys and Titan. The angle also shows the northern, sunlit side of the rings from less than one degree above the ring plane. The image was taken in visible red light with the Cassini spacecraft narrow-angle camera on Dec. 7, 2011. The view was acquired at a distance of approximately 1.4 million miles (2.2 million kilometers) from Tethys and 1.9 million miles (3.1 million kilometers) from Titan. Image scale is 8 miles (13 kilometers) per pixel on Tethys and 12 miles (19 kilometers) on Titan.

The Cassini-Huygens mission is a cooperative project of NASA, the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency. The Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a division of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, manages the mission for NASA's Science Mission Directorate, Washington, D.C. The Cassini orbiter and its two on-board cameras were designed, developed and assembled at JPL. The imaging operations center is based at the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colo.

Will we destroy ourselves in a few years like some predict or will we overcome our problems and survive for millennia? If we were destroyed tomorrow the answer to this question would be 1/100,000,000th. If we survive for 10,000 years the answer will be 1/1,000,000th.

When all of these variables are multiplied together when come up with: N, the number of communicating civilizations in the galaxy.

The real value of the Drake Equation is not in the answer itself, but the questions that are prompted when attempting to come up with an answer. Obviously there is a tremendous amount of guess work involved when filling in the variables. As we learn more from astronomy, biology, and other sciences, we'll be able to better estimate the answers to the above questions. Many of these questions will be addressed in depth in future issues of Enigma.

Today while the TEXANS cogitate in the locker room during half time of their playoff game at Baltimore... I am decidedly anxious to find the root of a certain terminology that has been vastly abused: Derivatives.

Last week I re-watched a 2009 documentary -- "Capitalism: A Love Story" -- produced by Michael Moore. At one point Moore asks people going in a out of the CHASE bank building if they knew what a Derivative is. It perked me up, and soon I wanted to know what a Derivative is.

" ... His [Moore's] study of the meltdown leads him to the puzzling matter of "derivatives," the mysterious financial instruments involved in the bank collapses. In the film, Moore asks three "experts" to explain a derivative to him. They can't. (Ebert, Roger. Sep 27, 2009. LINK) ... "

A Google search of Moore, Michael, derivatives, movie ... produced a few interesting explanatory bits; but nothing to placate my uneasiness about this subject.

One blogger (Powell, Tom. Oct 7, 2009. LINK) said about the derivatives gamblers "... Eventually, the government stepped in to save them by creating a bailout package that was funded by tax payers from states where gambling is prohibited. ... "

Searching "Clinton, derivatives," ... (Zumbrun, Joshua. April 18, 2010. LINK) " ... Former President Bill Clinton said his Treasury Secretaries Robert Rubin and Lawrence Summers were wrong in the advice they gave him about regulating derivatives when he was in office. ... "

Their argument was that derivatives didn’t need transparency because they were “expensive and sophisticated and only a handful of people will buy them and they don’t need any extra protection,” Clinton said. “The flaw in that argument was that first of all, sometimes people with a lot of money make stupid decisions and make it without transparency.”
“Even if less than 1 percent of the total investment community is involved in derivative exchanges, so much money was involved that if they went bad, they could affect 100 percent of the investments,” Clinton said. (Ibid. LINK) ... "

At the Article " ... Summers, director of Obama’s National Economic Council, said in a Bloomberg Television interview last week that the Obama administration supports “the principles that derivatives need to be traded in the sunshine, that there needs to be centralized clearing.” (ibid.)... "

But then a small bit of enlightening information shines: there are 'standardized derivatives' and 'customized derivatives' out there, Rubin said in his "April 8 testimony before the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission." But remember Rubin is the guy Clinton said led financial trustworthiness astray.

I remember the first derivatives I ever saw were in the appendix of a Calculus book. Is that the origin of this worldwide derision about derivatives? It depends on how well you understand, and have kept up with Calculus... ? YIKES!!!!!! No wonder nobody has a clue what they are.

Conclusion
Where do we go from here? Every large and established business has a customized derivative of its financial system. Every Institution, Government branch, and Holding Company it is the same. Some groups have standardized derivatives, that any mathematics graduate can maybe decipher.

But for the general population, you have to suck it up. Like in this drawing below: the apple is falling and can be measured in its progress using a standard velocity derivative, right?

But the ground is falling, while spinning too -- and the tree is falling and spinning with that model as well ... and while it is measureable ... your standard derivative has just become customized and infinitely complicated.
