“Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has recommended — and President Donald J. Trump has approved — death by U.S. Army firing squad for convicted terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, the jihadist who opened fire on unarmed American soldiers at Fort Hood in 2009,” Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell announced.

The gun-free zone mentality has rendered even military facilities vulnerable to maniacs like Hasan:

Hasan, who was born in northern Virginia, walked into a Fort Hood readiness processing center on Nov. 5, 2009, and opened fire using a semi-automatic handgun.

Per Muslim tradition, he shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the attack.

Thirteen people were killed, including a pregnant soldier.

Too bad Hasan wasn’t executed before he could crow over Joe Biden’s abject surrender to the Taliban. Via the New York Post:

At trial, Hasan told a military judge that he was defending “the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Taliban.”

In 2021, amid the chaotic US withdrawal from Afghanistan, Hasan wrote a letter cheering on the Taliban.

“We Have Won!!!” Hasan wrote in the missive, according to Fox News.

A piece by professor of Christian ethics Andrew T. Walker inspired by the botched execution of Christa Pike clarifies why it was an excellent decision to give Hasan the firing squad rather than a needle:

[T]he overly clinical, medically sanitized nature of modern capital punishment is a mistake. It’s deceptively cruel because it attempts to mask what the state is justly doing: killing. Bring back what is efficient and works: hanging and firing squads. Make them public. Doubtlessly some will read that last sentence as an invitation to return to barbaric times. But former times drew on the wisdom of history that understood just how grave the crime of murder really is as a threat to the common good.

Murderers are not to be medicalized. They are to be executed in a manner that makes clear they will not be tolerated. The essential theatrical aspect of hanging and firing squads underscores the point of the execution.

Per Rodin and Li, such counseling is not usually provided to victims of MAiD.

With this realization, she decided not to end her life, “at least for now,” the doctors stated.

“That Christmas, her family gathered and she sat proudly at the table, while others did the cooking and serving.”

Good thing she still had the option of backing out. Others have been denied it.

Pushback against woke insanity is building. The reaction compelled social engineers to turn off the comments on the following Instagram announcement and then delete it altogether:

It isn’t just the business in Iran that inflates gas prices and thereby everything else. Kudlow pointed out that gas in Democrat-dominated California is $2 above the national average.

When prices went up far faster under Democrats, we got nothing in return. At least Trump has delayed the day a boat floats up to an American port with an Iranian nuclear bomb on board. The resulting economic chaos would launch prices into the stratosphere.

Who knows? Trump might stop goofing around and take out the threat altogether.

Howard Jones served as assistant principal at Stratford High School and was also the grading principal, responsible for auditing every grade given at the school.

Two principals he worked under had different approaches to grade manipulation:

Principal Michael Steele came up with a contract with students in which they would be graded on effort instead of mastery of the subject.

E for Effort would likely have been an appropriate grade in many cases.

Under Principal Michael Pratt, ingenuity was applied to the use of a credit recovery system called Edgenuity. Students were placed in classes that could not be found on the schedule.

Jones said as he audited, he found students were given failing grades in the alleged fake classes, which qualified them to take Edgenuity, an online content recovery system used to retake a class. Under state law, Edgenuity can only be given to student who has a failed a class. …

[B]efore taking Edgenuity, students can take what’s called a “test for credit,” which if passed, allowed them to test out of the class.

Here’s how students passed the test for a nonexistent class they had failed:

“With teacher assistance,” Jones said. “…Somebody guiding them, saying, ‘Here’s the answer. Well, that’s not the correct answer. Try again.’”

Testing out of the imaginary classes helped students to graduate and the district to raise its graduation rate. Jones reports that one student with a physics credit from Edgenuity on his transcript was “a special needs kid” who could not even read. Now that’s equity.

The illegal alien, Diego Rodriguez-Ordonez, has prior sex-offense convictions and was released into the United States during the Biden administration.

For his first arrest of the day, they caught him at 3 a.m. lurking in a swamp near a gas station.

Authorities said he allegedly robbed a Kent convenience store and assaulted a clerk who tried to stop him. Kent police charged him with robbery, assault, and felony criminal mischief tied to a separate incident at a nearby bank.

Naturally they let him go. No worries; they gave him an ankle monitor.

That same evening, Putnam County 911 sent sheriff’s deputies to the Southeast Metro-North station after a woman reported that a man had touched her aboard a train and later groped her on the platform.

He resisted arrest and had to be tased.

Rodriguez-Ordonez also has pending charges for sexual assault, possession of stolen property, assault, larceny, burglary, crimes against a person, dangerous drugs, fraud, and property crimes.

Border Patrol got ahold of him back in 2018. But the Biden Administration let him loose so as to contribute to our demographic transformation.

Per Putnam County Sheriff Brian Hess, Rodriguez-Ordonez has been arrested 17 times in the past 2 years. At 24, he can look forward to hundreds more arrests before he gets to be too old to be a problem.
