The Trump administration’s Domestic Policy Council released a 162-page report concluding that the Smithsonian “fails in the basic task of illuminating our heritage” and instead promotes woke political causes. …

“Our central finding is not that the Museum has simply added overlooked stories, corrected perceived errors, or broadened its historical scope,” the report found. “Rather, it is that Museum leadership has explicitly adopted an ideological framework that no longer treats the American story as a shared national inheritance to be taught or celebrated, but as a political instrument to divide, dispirit, and discourage our citizens.”

This is the explicit strategy of the liberal elite types who run the Smithsonian Institution.

Anthea Hartig, the director of the National Museum of American History [which is part of the Smithsonian], has previously said that she wants to use the museum to “advance social justice” and wanted to “work to reframe the traditional, celebratory narrative of U.S. history for visitors.”

The Smithsonian offers not only hatred of America but also sexual perversion and the corruption of children:

The report highlighted past displays that included a crotch harness accompanied by a description of clothing being used as “acts of resistance as well as self-identity” for the LGBTQ movement, a chest binder that belonged to a transgender-identifying skateboarder, and a diary page from a [6-year-old] girl who wrote that she prayed “every night for my penis to grow.”

Videos of drag queens, images of naked women, and a magazine promoting “female masturbation” have also been displayed.

Critical Race Theory is served up alongside the depravity and degeneracy:

According to the report, museum staff also pushed an “anti-racist” toolkit encouraging employees to “confront whiteness”…

As for the American heritage moonbats like Hartig have been entrusted to preserve,

The report criticizes the museum’s treatment of the nation’s founders, arguing that visitors “will find no major exhibits dedicated to America’s Founding era,” George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, other Founding Fathers, the Continental Congress, the Pilgrims, the Puritans, or major moments of the American Revolution.

They did make an exhibit for the great Benjamin Franklin — so as to accuse him without basis of conducting electric shock experiments on sacred black people.

All manner of Americana is denounced from the woke viewpoint. Mickey Mouse is accused of “vestiges of longstanding traditions of blackface minstrelsy.” Wild West shows turn the “subjugation of Indigenous people into theater.”

Insults are heaped upon Christopher Columbus for extending civilization to the New World, including “murderer” and “thief.” Pilgrims are framed as “colonizers” — that is, villains. Thanksgiving is called a “National Day of Mourning.”

There is one American the Smithsonian likes: Angela Davis, who ran for office as a Communist and who made the FBI Most Wanted List for her role in a courtroom takeover that left a judge dead.

A viral video from Trinity Pride Fest on June 27, 2026, has ignited controversy over free speech rights after a Fort Worth police officer warned Christian street preachers that they could face citations for speech deemed offensive by attendees.

“Trinity” Pride Fest. The blasphemy is characteristic of a movement named after one of the Seven Deadly Sins.

In the footage, Officer [Sarah] Stogner (badge #3531) interacts with evangelists Rich Penkoski and David Grisham as they attempt to preach on public sidewalks near the event. When questioned about potential enforcement, the officer states that if someone is offended by their speech, it could constitute disorderly conduct, leading to a ticket.

No wonder privileged I mean “oppressed” identity groups are offended by most everything. It gives them the power to shut down any speech they don’t want to hear.

The Fort Worth Police Department (FWPD) later reviewed the incident and clarified that Officer Stogner’s statements regarding citations for offensive speech content were “not accurate.” Officials emphasized that the citation issued to Grisham stemmed from noise volume—specifically the use of amplification near the event—not the religious or critical nature of the preaching.

That’s not what we just heard Officer Stogner say.

FWPD announced mandatory First Amendment refresher training for officers following the review.

In the meantime,

Both preachers plan to pursue legal action against the city, asserting viewpoint discrimination and improper application of disorderly conduct rules.

Users noticed that the like–dislike ratio of its latest official trailer on YouTube is the second worst for any Hollywood movie, only behind the ill-fated Snow White by Disney released in 2025.

The farcical live action desecration that featured a Latina Snow White and six nondwarves lost as much as $200 million.

All the top-rated comments under the trailer are negative as well. Most of them make fun of the controversial casting of Kenyan Mexican actress Lupita Nyong’o in the role of Helen of Troy.

The outrageously inappropriate casting was deliberate. Western heritage going back thousands of years is to be politically corrected.

The production budget for The Odyssey was a staggering $250 million. That doesn’t count marketing. Looks like they are bracing for another financial disaster. Christopher Nolan has reportedly cancelled screenings so that only approved critics can see it in advance.

Presenting a pitch black Helen of Troy — whose face launched a thousand ships and whose white skin was explicitly noted by Homer — isn’t the only belligerently woke casting decision. Fox News has more:

Also causing controversy, is his decision to cast transgender actor Elliot Page as Sinus, a great warrior who fought alongside Odysseus during the Trojan War, as well as rapper Travis Scott as an unknown male character in the epic tale.

Ellen Page or “Elliot” as she now calls herself is a 90-lb. transman who resembles a Greek warrior as much as Lupita Nyong’o resembles a Greek beauty.

Here’s why Nolan shoehorned a rapper into the mess:

Nolan responded to the criticism surrounding his decision to cast Scott, telling Time magazine in May he cast him because he wanted to pay tribute to “the idea that this story has been handed down as oral poetry, which is analogous to rap.”

Evidently the Odyssey, second only to the Bible in the canon of great works that define Western Civilization, is equivalent to the cretinous obscenities grunted by rap performers.

Outside the Hollyweird establishment, actors need not be paid $millions upon $millions. AI will potentially drive production costs down to nearly nothing. Extravagantly expensive hyperwoke rubbish excreted by the liberal establishment will not always have a corner on the market.

Every institution that is infiltrated, corrupted, and subverted by moonbattery is destroyed. There was no reason to think Hollywood would be an exception.

Florida was the quintessential purple swing state, where hanging chads could make a difference. Ron DeSantis beat Andrew Gillum 4,076,186 to 4,043,723.

DeSantis went on to become the best governor in America. He has transformed Florida into a deep red beacon of freedom for those escaping the consequences of Democrat rule in other states.

Less than 2 years after the election, Gillum turned up in a Miami hotel, unreachably inebriated, surrounded by illegal drugs, accompanied by a homosexual prostitute who had been rendered unconscious by crystal meth.

A couple of years after that, Gillum was charged with 21 felonies in federal court for fraudulent activities related to the 2018 campaign. He escaped prison compliments of a hung jury.

Former Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, once considered a “rising star” in Democratic Party politics, was arrested last week in Alabama on drug-related charges, according to police records cited in a new report.

He was once cast as the future of the party in Florida and a national progressive figure who could help reshape the state’s politics.

That he might have done. Florida would now be the opposite of what DeSantis has helped it become.

Increasing numbers of transgender people are reportedly leaving red states for Democrat-run Seattle, Washington, and a nonprofit in the area is struggling to keep up with the demand.

The group called Traction has assisted over 1,000 transgender people in moving to the area since 2024 but it and other nonprofits, according to a Washington Post article published on Tuesday, are running out of resources.

“Many of the newcomers need shelter, food aid, and subsidized health care,” pules the Post. The nonprofits have been stretched so thin by the influx that the Seattle LGBTQ Commission wants Wilson to declare a civil state of emergency so that general funds can be looted.

The report also cited a poll that suggested about 400,000 transgender adults left red states not long after President Donald Trump beat former Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.

Meanwhile,

A poll in 2023 found one-third of Seattle’s residents were considering leaving mainly due to home prices and crime, while homelessness has also been a major issue plaguing the area.

Populations have a way of sorting themselves out. This makes divorce more feasible when differences prove to be irreconcilable.

Plattner maintains an active account on the anonymous messaging app Kik, which he has used to send sexually explicit messages to multiple women while married. The app is popular among child predators. The National Center on Sexual Exploitation calls Kik a “predator’s paradise.”

[T]he legislation would have prohibited anyone required to register as a sex offender under California’s three-tier system from seeking or serving in state or local elected office.

But the deafeningly gay San Francisco liberal Wiener didn’t like it for some reason.

The measure was introduced after registered sex offender Rene Campos announced a campaign for Fresno City Council.

Readers may recall that Campos has a predilection for child pornography.

The constant drip of stories revealing Graham Platner to be Graham Platner are finally having an effect:

Maine’s Democratic Party chapter released a statement Monday afternoon, calling on Platner to “withdraw as the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate.” …

Senate Democratic leadership followed suit, urging Platner to immediately withdraw.

Platner is “taking time to reflect and decide a path forward.” But maybe he shouldn’t bail out just yet. Maybe Maine moonbats would support him even now. Let’s check in with the most famous of them — Stephen King:

Because colonists do not tend to bring valid ID, wrists are x-rayed to determine bone age.

Of the 378 individuals who underwent the test, only 112 were confirmed as minors, while 266 were determined to be adults — approximately 70 percent.

The colonists have incentive to cheat:

[C]laiming minor status grants significant advantages under Spanish and EU rules, including placement in specialized protection centers with housing, education, healthcare, and legal safeguards.

There is also significantly greater difficulty in deportation; and, in many cases, pathways to family reunification or residence permits unavailable to adults. Many claimants disappear from centers once age verification begins, avoiding confirmation of their true age.

In France, the fraud could be even worse:

French MP Charles de Courson highlighted the financial burden in a parliamentary speech, “Eighty percent of unaccompanied migrants in France’s northeast Marne department who declared themselves thus are not minors, with the cost of caring for these 160 false minors costing €5,000 per month, which equals for €60,000 per year for each one.”

Then there is Paris:

A separate 2019 experiment by the Paris prosecutor’s office examined 154 formally identified “minors” and found 91.6 percent (141) were adults via medical exams.

Similar results have been found in Sweden (84%) and Belgium (74%).

No doubt the fraud has been going on for some time, with authorities allowing it so as to present themselves as the noble defenders of children as they systematically displace Europe’s population.

“From early 2021 to early 2024, the U.S. experienced an unprecedented boom in unauthorized immigration, followed by a rapid slowdown beginning in mid-2024. We provide the first systematic empirical assessment of the labor- and housing-market effects of this episode,” the working paper said.

“The total weighted-mean increases in house prices and rents over this period were 22.4% and 22.6%, respectively. Putting these together, for the average MSA [metropolitan statistical area], UIWF [unauthorized immigrant worker flows] can explain approximately 30% of the total increase in house prices and 20% of the total increase in rents,” it added.

Homebuilding could not meet the sudden explosion in demand. This was likely to be especially true in jurisdictions ruled over by Democrats, who strangle home construction with hyperregulation.

Meanwhile, Democrats bark “Affordability!” as if the word were a magic incantation. The magic word worked for Zohran Mamdani.

Their war on immigration enforcement makes clear that if Democrats secure power, they will open the border as wide as ever, with extra incentives to attract welfare colonists in unsupportable numbers. The cost of housing will skyrocket.
