Hopkinton Public Schools in Massachusetts has a policy that carves out a specific religious exception to its strict no-weapons rule, allowing initiated Sikh students to carry a ceremonial knife known as a kirpan on school grounds, while prohibiting knives, guns, replicas, and other weapons for every other student.

As Nowak could tell you if he were still alive, safety takes a back seat to diversity and inclusion.

The policy, formally created in 2024, makes Hopkinton the first school district in the state to explicitly accommodate the kirpan for Sikh students.

The first but probably not the last. Liberals will bend over backward to make religious accommodations for any faith other than Christianity, which they do their best to suppress.

For now, Muslim students are not allowed to bring bombs to school, despite terrorism being an integral part of their religion from its beginning.

The scenes at Delaney Hall represent more than one night of damaged cars. They test whether the United States will defend those who defend its borders or surrender ground to whichever group organizes the most aggressive response.

Swift arrests, consistent prosecution, and clear federal backing for personnel on the ground remain the minimum requirements. Anything less invites repetition and expansion of the same tactics at other locations.

That would mean the country coming apart. Democrats are attempting another Fort Sumter.

Here’s why:

An assessment by SAC Consulting for Sainsbury’s found that brown eggs have a 12.7% higher carbon footprint than white eggs, as the hens that produce brown eggs are larger and eat more food.

Next comes the government ban on brown eggs. Next after than come restrictions on how large a hen can grow. If this fails to perfect the weather, tighter regulation will be required.

Chicken manure emits greenhouse gases, methane and nitrous oxide as well as ammonia, which can have “detrimental impacts on the environment and… animal and human health”, per Aberystwyth University’s Farming Connect.

Clearly Big Government must take a leading role in confronting the menace posed by chicken droppings.

[T]he British Egg Industry Council said white-egg-laying hens make up about 15% of our flocks, compared to the US, whereas white eggs account for 75% of all eggs consumed in the US.

This could be curtains for the many British chickens that lay politically incorrectly colored eggs. But as the communists say, you can’t make an omelet…

Replacing them with climate-compliant chickens will cost money. No one ever said that achieving zero emissions utopia would come cheap.

The rockstar status acquired through senseless crime has made jury selection challenging. The New York Post reports:

Potential jurors in the Karmelo Anthony trial said they couldn’t imagine giving him life in prison or “putting a brother in jail” — despite the heinous murder he is charged with.

Prosecutors in Collin County, Texas, grilled candidates Monday on whether they would use Anthony’s age, race, or likeness to their own children when deciding whether he killed fellow teen Austin Metcalf in cold blood.

Several have suggested the vicious young maniac should be spared life in prison on the grounds that he “looks like a child.”

To quote a prospective juror:

“I don’t think I can make a decision about somebody so young. One mistake, one argument, one conflict, you can’t say he’s a bad person.”

You can see why they had to settle on an all-white jury. This will be seized upon by the media to egg on riots if Anthony is convicted — although it does not guarantee he won’t skate thanks to jury nullification, given the racial politics. The Anthony family has proclaimed that wanting justice for Metcalf’s killer is “white supremacy.”

No one seriously questions Anthony’s guilt. The issue is whether it is legal for blacks to kill Caucasians even when they aren’t rich and famous like O.J.

The hatred previously directed at the supposedly racist police is now focused on the actual target: Caucasians. Here a Karmelo Anthony supporter explains why the murder was justified:

In the Chiles v. Salazar case, the Supreme Court ruled against Colorado’s prohibition on counselors helping minors with their same-sex attractions or gender confusion.

By an 8-1 vote, the Supreme Court ruled that the ban amounted to viewpoint discrimination, as Legal Insurrection previously reported.

The absurd Ketanji Brown Jackson was the only justice ideologically compliant enough to rule in favor of the ban. You can see why Democrats intend to pack the Supreme Court the moment they have the political leverage.

In the meantime, they will just blow off rulings that don’t go their way. Rule of law is unimportant; only degrading and destroying American civilization is important.

A woke new bill erases the terms “mother” and “father” from state child custody and parental laws — a gender-neutral rewriting that’s expected to spark a flood of similarly clunky legislation.

“Mother” would be replaced with “gestating parent” while “father” becomes “non-gestating parent” or “parent” in family court along with in domestic and education law, under the legislation, passed this week by state Democrats.

The legislation was sponsored by State Senator Luis Sepulveda (D-Bronx) and Assemblywoman Amy Paulin (D-Westchester). Their fellow moonbat Kathy Hochul can be expected to sign it into law.

Note that woke social engineers intend to obliterate not only motherhood but also fatherhood. The word “paternity” has been struck from the Newspeak Dictionary and replaced by “parentage.” Even deadbeat dads face degendering; rather than “putative fathers,” they must now be called “alleged parents.”

LGBT militants can rejoice in yet another victory handed to them by their liberal champions.

Vincent Munster and Claude Kwe were working for the [National Institutes of Health] at the Rocky Mountain Laboratory and are accused of smuggling the viral pathogens into the US from The Congo at Detroit Metropolitan Airport in Romulus.

At least they work for the NIH and not the IRGC.

Munster, a citizen of the Netherlands, 53, is the Chief of the Virus Ecology Section, Laboratory of Virology at the Rocky Mountain Laboratory in Hamilton, Montana. Claude Kwe, a citizen of Cameroon, 38, is a research fellow in Munster’s section.

They have been researching how emerging viral pathogens cross between species.

On January 25, 2026, Munster and Kwe arrived at the McNamara Terminal at DTW from Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, where an outbreak of monkeypox was occurring.

They attempted to get their contraband into the country by telling border security that a large case they were carrying held diagnostics and testing equipment.

But subsequent investigation by CBP and FBI agents revealed that the case actually contained 113 vials in Styrofoam coolers.

Most of the vials that have been tested contained monkeypox.

At least Boston will be ready for future monkeypox outbreaks — which may be expected during Pride Month.

Republicans and law enforcement are now regularly called “Nazis” and “fascists” by Democratic leaders. Some are promising arrests from the President to individual police officers. Last week, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner promised to “hunt down” ICE officers like “Nazis.” Democratic strategist James Carville previously threatened that “collaborators” may be treated in the same way as they were after World War II.

Gov. Tim Walz, who has called ICE officers “Gestapo,” said that this may be our “Fort Sumter” moment, a triggering event for a civil war that killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.

The dehumanization of political opponents gives people license for extreme or even violent responses. In cities like Minnesota, protesters carried signs reading “Kill Nazis” and we have seen assassination attempts on President Donald Trump and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Assassination won’t be necessary after they take control of the government. Then different words will be used for it.
