Hell, I can start smoking again....NOT!

But seriously, according to the report, cigarette smoking cuts the average lifespan by ten years, while being seriously overweight can trim life expectancy by 13 years. The report says the obesity crises is so bad in the UK that if will take at least 30 years – nearly two generations – to reverse.

So, what are you going to do TODAY about YOUR weight issues?

Obesity Is Now A Political Issue

It is just amazing to hear in this clip that over 50,000,000 that's 50 million Americans are obese!

Childhood Obesity

Facts On Obesity

1 BILLION OVERWEIGHT ADULTS AND 300 MILLION OF THOSE OBESE!

Isn't that just a frightening statistic! Not a day passes by now that I'm not hearing, reading and seeing an article about Obesity.

It's the eating habits of people living on fast food. People just don't seem to have the time or the inclination to eat a fresh healthy meal.

The associated health issues are going to spiral in years to come so people need to heed the warning and start working on their personal weight issues now!

I for one am!

Weight Watchers Points Calculator

If you haven't seen or heard about the Weight Watchers Points Calculator Picking up a can of this, a bag of that and a jar of stuff.

STOP! You should be shopping around the outside isles of the supermarket! That is where you will find your fresh fruit and vegetables, your fresh cuts of meat, chicken & fish.

You really only need to shop for staples, like flour, rice, butter (olive oil) and wholegrain cereals.

These are the foundation of a healthy, nutritious diet. Not all that processed crap that they shove heaps of preservatives, colors and flavorings into. Have you ever noticed the correlation between all those ingredients and the rise of ADD and ADHD syndrome??? An investigation first published about four years ago followed a group of 226 Swedish women and 166 men for 18 years. None of the study subjects had dementia at the start of the study. Those women who were obese or overweight, however, had a significantly increased risk of developing Alzheimer's disease as they grew older. There were too few men in the study to draw any conclusions, either way, about excess weight and Alzheimer's risk.

However, I have two family members who suffer from Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease and neither have ever had a weight problem in their lives!

Isagenix Diet - Have You Tried This?

Was just watching this video on YouTube and was wondering if this would really work. This may be the principal factor for many individuals, but there is evidence of strong genetic, metabolic, and environmental influences in the development of obesity. Certain illnesses, such as Cushing’s syndrome or hypothyroidism, and medications, such as glucocorticoids, can also cause obesity. However, less than one percent of all obese patients have an identifiable secondary cause of obesity.

If you want to read more about diagnosis and treatment then please click here.

Think & Grow Thin

Well that's not really the title of one of the best books ever written.

It's actually Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill AND I've found a place where you can grab your own copy for absolutely FREE!!

So hop on over to here and grab your copy.

Obesity - Fight With Fibre

Fibre is extremely important when it comes to fighting the effects of obesity.

It can speed up the effect of food passing through your system instead of the rubbish that is consumed which just sits and decays and festers in your system.

Really, try adding some fibre to your diet today.
