I am a sucker for very few things outside of FOOD and SEX and the City, but when it comes to nail polish I swear I have at least a hundred and some change. Collecting nail polish and anything "cutesy" is my calling in life lol. I am always looking for the newest colors and brands that people tend to pay no attention too. While I don't discriminate I tend to be a fan of mostly O.P.I, Essie and this other brand I just discovered we carry at my job Bloomies. (I'll be posting pics of those later on in the week. They even have one called MARY J.BLIGE!!!) But anyway this weekend I found myself in the pharmacy racking up on a few necessities and this month's magazines, I was so close to the register and then these L'Oreal polishes caught my eye. This was the first time I had seen this brands polish and they were so beautiful. I had never tried them before so I said why not and apparently I wasn't the only one because they seemed to be completely SOLD OUT! They were also reasonably priced at $6.49 per bottle which was not bad compared to what I'm use to spending for some polish. Yes the colors I chose are bright but that's because I'm always thinking ahead, the way this weather is acting spring is literally right around the corner so those will be in my stash (I'm secretly a hoarder as well). But I did go home and try "Greyt Expectations," and I absolutely LOVEEEE it. Its so vibrant and rich. I even tried it without a clear coat on top and it still had that shine and freshly polished look. With that said I think I will be trying a few more colors from this line and I think you should too. So run out to your local Duane Reade or CVS and tell us what you think...(get the Jet Set to Paris...its HAWTTTT!)

I pick up this month's Teen Vogue on Friday and what do I see, JASON WU IS
DESIGNING FOR TARGET!!!! YESSSSS. I know, I know you can hardly contain
yourself. From the White House to the white and red aisles of Target, designer
Jason Wu brings us fashionistas a line that is both affordable yet stylish and
reminiscent of the pieces that has graced our First Lady Miss Michelle Obama.
With an ode to "an American girl in Paris," Wu is scheduled to debut
his Target Collection on February 5th. So while men everywhere are watching the
Superbowl , throwing back beers, their wives and girlfriends will be running
head first to bust open the doors of Target to get their hands on some Jason
Wu. This limited edition line will carry everything from dresses to scarves and
handbags, with everything being less than 60 BUCKSSSSS! This is a total steal
and these pieces are absolutely amazing. Everything just looks so chic and
timeless and like previous designer/Target collaborations such as Alexander
McQueen and Missoni to name a few, Jason Wu is sure to be a hit. But as quickly
as my excitement built up I was instantly upset because the line will be pulled
from stores on March 6 giving us ladies only ONE MONTH to scoop up all our
goodies. I have my eye on a few pieces that must be apart of my wardrobe for
the spring. I know where I'll be February 5th....do you???

Im one of those girls who has 12 hour days leaving from my real job to a gig, from my day job to the radio show or to an interview I don't always have time to do a fresh face of make-up & hair i just need to move along to the Next location.

I'll rundown what's in my emergency this is not my make-up bag this is a few essential of things I may need to prep for a next location on the go.

I love this look! In the photo above the crease contour can be created with a matte

brown eyeshadow mixed with a little taupe and a tapered crease brush.

Lala's brows and contouring 2 thumbs up!!!

The bright fuchsia lip can be created with pinks from various brands but must be matte.

example: schiap Nars, obsessed Stila and pink nuevo Mac,.

Dont forget the gold liquid liner on the lower lid. :)

The lashes can be done with lashes that flare out like a wing at the end like these:

Imagine the whole experience as you walk through the doors and are greeted warmly. You pick out a polish color and are then directed to the station where you will have your manicure done. Think about the simple pleasures of the room you are in. At every station, ladies are chattering happily with their manicurist, speaking of their children and their lives, smiling and laughing. Hands and and arms are being massaged and lovely polish colors are being applied. Women are serving one another and it is a good place to be!

Consider the polish colors you have tried in the past and plan on trying something new on your next visit--maybe a deep crimson or a mango shade? Any color that will help you to feel powerful while you are going through your healing process is a great choice. You could even make it an event or a party! New an IMPROVED 24/7 Concealer Urban Decay

I'M EXCITED!!!!!

I am thrilled about this because this is a concealer i use all the time

before i used NSA and i buffed it as a highlighter underneath my eyes and under my brow bone.

i am glad to share to that they have extended the color range so everyone can wear it.

it is very easy to blend very creamy but its CREASE FREE!!!

it has a powder finish so it doesn't need to be set with powder and most importantly

it doesn't give you that cakey cream look under the eye.

There only 18.00 us pretty economical and in the past they last me bout 6 months with everyday use.

Some of the shades in random order :)

I decided to pick up a few shades from the Nicki Minaj line for Opi.

These are the shades individually.

6. Metallic 4 Life- (Chucky black glitter)

These are the shades topped with shattered Super bass

I like this line because its fun. I think it wouldve been amazing for summer.

I polished my toes with the Pink Friday its such an adorable poppy pink that has to be my favorite beside Metallic 4 life which can be worn any season.

Naked Palette 1 Vs Naked Palette 2

Honestly i love Naked Palette 1 but i love the matte shadows in the naked palette 2

Blackout is my favorite color from the black palette so to see it again the naked 2 excited me!

I am happy with both because the Original consist of more bronzy colors

and the Naked Palette 2 consist of more cool taupe's and greys

The brush in the naked 2 is better. I use the good karma crease brush and larger shadow brush on a daily basis so to have them together connected saves me tons of time.

However naked palette 1 comes with a primer. naked 2 comes with a lip gloss.

So both palettes have a lot to offer. The mirror on the naked 2 is bigger which i love.

They appear similar in photo but are different.

i think make-up artist should own both palettes there are easy to

work with and you can put together and extensive amout looks

I have stiletto nails yay, the best part these are my real nails :)

How exciting. I have a gel manicure from gelish which is the gel ive been using for the past 3 months.

This gel hasn't broken my nails down which I'm happy about and I love them. This gel normally last me a little over two weeks & I get them done for only 26 bucks not including my design choice which are pretty reasonable in a salon in Brooklyn called Meet 2 which I will be reviewing by video for you guys :).
