Hi Anna: You are absolutely right…and even THAT must change. What other “organization” or business allows the “employees” to dictate whether they got a raise or not, set the limit to whatever they desire, and decide what THEIR health care plan, retirement, and business expenses will be? It’s obscene…especially since it’s OUR money they’re spending!

Hi Jude! Nice to see you again. Unfortunately, I haven’t been on much the past several months. Hope to get back to “normal” soon. It’s been so long since I was “normal”, I’m not really sure I remember what “normal” is! As Anna said…it’s a crime that we, the tax payer’s, who are paying their salary, will not have the opportunity to have a say in this! This is wrong on SO many levels.

Very interesting experiment! It is sad to know that a top notch musician was playing and yet not many had stopped to listen. A good reminder for us to stop and smell the roses even when we are busy with our daily life.

Hi Anna: Thank you for your comment. It doesn’t have to be Metro DC…all metro areas are the same…It just seems that NO ONE cares anymore…They can’t seem to find the time to enjoy the finer things in life. It is SO sad. I am from a musical family that gave concerts and recitals…quite often, I played solo recitals, many times in public places…this, of course, was in the late 40’s and thru the 50’s when people cared about each other. Sadly, that era has long passed, and seems it though it will never return.

Hi Judi..Thanks for commenting. .I’m glad I started delving into his background…but, the more I learn, the more afraid I become…I firmly believe that he wants OUR America to become a Communist country. And the people he is appointing as Czars??? OMG, they are a bunch of thugs…most of whom are out of Chicago!

Thanks for your comment Beth. I think you feel like so MANY of Obama’s voters. However, with one big difference…YOU are NOT afraid to admit that maybe you were hasty in casting your vote. As to our “critical” press, they guided their listeners toward “hope and change”. Now, I only HOPE we can CHANGE it back! If you keep checking Obama’s background, you will be astounded by what you’ll uncover…it’s SCARY!
