Morgan, who has not legally been Melinda's daughter since she was adopted by Melinda's parents when Morgan, then Carolyn Anne Barteaux Foster, has apparently continued to tell the same unsupportable lies about Melinda. Having better things to do, Melinda failed to notice the Google Plus site, which libels her until today.

Note that no one in the Pillsbury Family is speaking to Morgan or acknowledges her existence. This is due to Morgan's long history of lying, stealing, and abusing those who trust her.

Copies of the libels have now been made. Melinda went looking for them because she heard of their existence from an associate for one of the projects in which she is involved. The material has no credibility because of the body of work online, written by Melinda, which shows her to be intelligent, committed to social justice, cleaning up pollution and enforcing accountability for polluters to their victims, election reform, peace, ending the abuse and enslavement of women and children, and more.

Additionally, Melinda has been the caretaker for her disabled son, Arthur, for twenty years, since, in fact, Morgan cooperated with Arthur's father Craig Franklin, in an attempt to her brother's life. Morgan was paid $10,000 for her efforts in that plot. Note this is a felony, done in conspiracy and so no statute of limitation can run.

Only a psychopathically oriented individual would have done this.

After discussing this outrage with her associates Melinda has decided to name the members of the conspiracy and is gathering statements from those who read these libels for later use.

Morgan should note, as Melinda predicted, the statements revealed only Morgan's own ugliness. To quote one associate, "Who would believe her? She is clearly deranged."

Sex, Lies and the Tape

John Connolly wrote the article, but John Fund dug his own grave. Gene got the full tape back up you can hear the entire conversation. Listening to it the first time was a shock to me. I had not listened to it again in full until today and now realize how many lies Morgan and John told each other. I'm going to notate the transcript because this provides useful insights into how psychopaths manipulate us, and each other.

Some background here: Morgan's relationship with John began during an Objectivist Conference in NYC during the late summer 1998. They woke up in bed together. Morgan's adopted father, Craig Franklin, who had taken Morgan to the conference, called Morgan's room. John reached over and answered the phone. From that point the relationship was not secret although according to Morgan John pressured her to keep it quiet for "a while."

Craig, whose fantasies focus on incest, was escorting Morgan to NY, London and Paris. His intentions were similar to Fund's.

Morgan was estranged from her mother at the time. Her mother heard a rumor of the affair from another daughter and subsequently called John directly to ask if it was true. This was in early spring of 1999. The conversation was short and amicable. He denied it. Destitute, Morgan called her mother in September of 1999. The stories Morgan told her were not believed.

Hence, the tape made to prove to her mother that she was telling the truth on this occasion.

The poetry referred to is the share list Morgan's mother sent occasionally to a short list of friends which includes both jokes and poetry. Somehow John was added to the list and became paranoid that Morgan had told her something. His mistake. But she soon found out.

MORGAN: (AT A HIGH PITCHED VOICE ALMOST ANGRY) You're not lashed back at!!!

JOHN FUND: Morgan ...(SHORT PAUSE) Within days of Colorado you told her.

MORGAN: Yeah, I was pretty hurt by your behavior there.

JOHN FUND: Well coming from someone who asks what they can do to make it up to me that's seems to be a little incongruous. Making it up to me did not include going out and lashing out and telling her...

MORGAN: Lashing out at you is not telling my mother, is not lying to my mother when she confronts me on something.

JOHN FUND: She was bluffing.

MORGAN: She was not bluffing. She had it from Craig. (THERE IS A PAUSE) I knew she had it from Craig.

JOHN FUND: She had a one-night stand from Craig, she had nothing else.

MORGAN: WHAT!!!!

JOHN FUND: You told Craig.

MORGAN: What do you mean, I mean.

MORGAN: That Craig would confirm that I had a relationship with you. Is that odd? (SHORT PAUSE) I'm not the one who picked up the phone in the hotel

room John, that was you.

JOHN FUND: I accept responsibility for that. (SHORT PAUSE) Look Morgan you've done your damage and (PAUSE) and go ahead and do what you want to me. I've got a long list of things to anticipate and I am fully expecting that some of it may happen but I think it is very short sighted and very spiteful of you if you do it.

MORGAN: Look, I just told you I wasn't going to do anything. How many times do I have to..

JOHN FUND: You also told me you would never tell on .. (THERE'S A BEEP IN TAPE) and you managed to.

MORGAN: (SHE SIGHS) Yeah after you treated me really badly, John.<

JOHN FUND: No. You come up with an explanation of New Orleans and how that

came out. You come up with an explanation of New Orleans that is credible

MORGAN: Are you seriously telling me that she knew the hotel room?

JOHN FUND: Come up with an explanation from New Orleans. Come up with one.

You can't.

(THERE IS A SHORT PAUSE)

MORGAN: Yeah, I probably could.

JOHN FUND: No you can't. Not one that is credible (THERE IS A PAUSE) You can't.. So we are back to square one.

MORGAN: No, No we are not because now I know that you basically were just using me Because you just told me there was obviously there was no way the relationship could come out so it was obviously it was going to be a quiet relationship (PAUSE) and you would deny me completely.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: You think I was .. You think I wanted. You think I wanted your mother to know?

MORGAN: (SIGHED)

(THERE IS SHORT PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: Morgan, what are we talking about, we had this conversation in New York City. (THERE IS ANOTHER PAUSE) What are you talking about?

MORGAN: What that, that, I mean for honestly what you are telling me here..

JOHN FUND: Morgan, did the relationship change after February/March, the answer is yes. It changed for two reasons. One that it was extremely unset about what had happened, our joint responsibility and and was extremely upset because it became clear to me that things were known to her. (LONG PAUSE) I thought I could deal with it and I didn't and if you want to call that being using you no, the answer is no.

MORGAN: But John you didn't...

JOHN FUND: I took, I took you to a play, I took you to a movie, I tried, I tried get, I tried to make things better and it didn't get any better. I was still seething. So finally I decided to tell you why I was angry with you. If you want to believe I was using you go ahead and believe it. I don't think so and I don't know so. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) If you choose to believe that, that is your business.

MORGAN: John, if the relationship could never come out what is the point of it. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) I have never in my life been treated like a dirty secret.

JOHN FUND: You know the reason. We had this discussion at the beginning, if you don't remember the discussion we had at the beginning then were dealing with two separate stages of reality.

MORGAN: I know you told me you wanted to keep it quiet and I thought that was for a while, I didn't know that was permanently.

JOHN FUND: Well guess what?

MORGAN: It was permanent?

JOHN FUND: No! No! By February or March I already knew that it hadn't been kept quiet.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

MORGAN: How?

JOHN FUND: That one e-mail I will be willing to share with you. That one e-mail I will be willing to share with you.

MORGAN: Then what does it say?

JOHN FUND: It has enough of the details that I knew that someone had talked.

MORGAN: Was it from her?

JOHN FUND: No, it was from the man on the moon.<

MORGAN: Very funny. (THERE IS A PAUSE) That's impossible.

JOHN FUND: Well it happened. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

MORGAN: Alright. I want you to show it to me.

JOHN FUND: Fine, But things changed after that. Do you understand why?

MORGAN: I can understand why and I really wished you had discussed it with me.

JOHN FUND: I should've and I told you that in Colorado.

MORGAN: So when do you want to show it to me.

JOHN FUND: Well I just that depends on whether or not I get threatened again

immediately which Robert should put me into a defensive crouch. If I don't get threatened immediately I won't try to do it sooner rather than later. If I get threatened..

MORGAN: Why would you think she is threatening you? This is what I don't get.

JOHN FUND: She is threatening me.

MORGAN: What did she say?

JOHN FUND: She is threatening me!

MORGAN: Well obviously you are worried about her threats.

JOHN FUND: No, I am not worried about her because no one have ever done that successfully.

MORGAN: What?

JOHN FUND: Threaten me.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

MORGAN: What! This has come up before?

JOHN FUND: I have spent the last six years being threaten by the Clinton administration.

MORGAN: Sighs.

JOHN FUND: I know all about threats. They've come after me, they've audited my taxes, they've tried to besmirch my reputation, they've have tried to attack my character.

MORGAN: Why did they do that?<

JOHN FUND: Guess.<

MORGAN: Well, it's not over that Sid Vicious stuff, is it?

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: Look Morgan, (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) Am I worried about threats? No. Am I upset that I am threatened? Yes. I'm always threatened, I've been threatened for the last six years from these turkeys in the Clinton administration. I can deal with other people who want to threaten.

MORGAN: Well then...

JOHN FUND: But that doesn't make me happy.

MORGAN: Well let me ask you something. If you're worried about these threats and you're worried about things happening.

JOHN FUND: There is a difference between being worried and being upset.

MORGAN: Okay. If you're upset about these threats and you certainly don't want to be threaten anymore which I take it is the case. Why in the world did you set yourself up for something like this? If I was just to be this dirty secret. I mean . Please.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: I didn't think you would go to this level. I really didn't expect that of you. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) And with the days of Colorado you didn't wait very long, you waited, you waited barely three or four days, barely three or four days.

MORGAN: Who am I suppose to talk to about how I feel? I can't talk to you.<

JOHN FUND: Well guess what. From all of your previous conversations I sure didn't expect it to be your mother. From all of which you said about her. I sure didn't expect it to be her.

MORGAN: You really didn't think that I would start talking to my mother again.

JOHN FUND: About this.

MORGAN: Sighs. (PAUSE) You didn't

JOHN FUND: About this.

MORGAN: No. About anything. I mean people have fallings out with their parents all the time.

JOHN FUND: What you described was not a falling out...

MORGAN: My mother discussed you with me and not just with me with everybody

in my family. With Janice Vargo. (THERE IS A PAUSE) That's a blast from the past isn't it.

JOHN FUND: Look Morgan (THERE IS A PAUSE) I now have a better sense of why you were upset with me and why you were angry with me. Some of it I accept and some of it I don't. And ..

MORGAN: No you don't accept it you just, you just think that that nothing can happen.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: What does that mean?

MORGAN: It's just that I'm a good little girl and I'll just go away

JOHN FUND: No! You're .. If you want, if you want, if you want to get mad at me and you want to threaten me and you want to go off and do stuff to me more than you have already done you are allowed to do that.

MORGAN: More than I've already done! I haven't done anything!

JOHN FUND: You've got a woman threatening me.

MORGAN: It's my mother!

JOHN FUND: And I'm not supposed to take that seriously.

MORGAN: No!

JOHN FUND: I'm not suppose to take it seriously.

MORGAN: Look. You know what my mother wanted. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) She just wanted the truth from you. She didn't care.

JOHN FUND: I'm getting a series of threats from her. She does not want the truth.

MORGAN: Sighs. What do you thinks she wants?

JOHN FUND: Well I should've opened her e-mails earlier that probably why she is escalating.

MORGAN: Yeah.

JOHN FUND: I should've opened them earlier.

MORGAN: She, she was when I talked to her first she was extremely upset with me. (THERE IS A PAUSE) And she wanted to know what happened.

JOHN FUND: Well Morgan look. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) I thought my friendship was worth something you obviously chose it for it to be worth very little to you because you've now got a woman threatening me.

MORGAN: No, it meant a lot to me.

JOHN FUND: Well guess what you sure haven't showed it.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

MORGAN: And not and and not discussing it with me letting me be alone consistently and not helping me out is a real good show of friendship John.

JOHN FUND: Morgan we've already gone over (THERE IS A PAUSE) our disagreement over what happened when you went through your emotional trauma. We've already gone over it..

MORGAN: When I went through it. Do you think I'm not still in it? Do you know what I am dealing with, John? Do you have any idea what I have gone through?

JOHN FUND: You have told me.

MORGAN: No, I don't think I have! (PAUSE) AT THE SPECIFIC REQUEST OF MORGAN

JOHN FUND: You have decided, you have decided to make it worse by annihilating someone who did like you.

MORGAN: You never cared about me, if you had you would've have maybe..what.

JOHN FUND: You choose to believe that go ahead

MORGAN: I don't want to believe it. I tried to..

JOHN FUND: ------believe it, that's what you choose to believe.<

MORGAN: No that's not what I choose to believe I just looked at the facts.

JOHN FUND: Did the relationship change in February and March?

MORGAN: Sighs. Yeah, I was pregnant!

JOHN FUND: No, did change, did it change, did it change after that?

MORGAN: Oh, it did change after that. Yeah.

JOHN FUND: Well guess what you now know the god damn reason. (THERE IS A PAUSE) and it wasn't your pregnancy. It was, it was, it was you somehow indirectly or directly managed to violate a confidence. (THERE IS A PAUSE) It was direct specific nature. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) You somehow directly or indirectly caused that to happen. Cause it didn't come from me.

(THERE IS A PAUSE)

MORGAN: Alright the only thing I can think of when I was searching my brain,racking my brain as to how she could have gotten the hotel room. The number and stuff? Is that I left notes when I was Uh writing things down. I only way I think she could have gotten is if I'm which she did have a key to my house. .came in and looked through my stuff.

(THERE IS A PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: Well that was a mistake.

MORGAN: It was a mistake to write down where I am supposed to go.

JOHN FUND: Yes. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) Everything changed after that.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) Look your experience hurt me not as much you but it hurt me too. It hurt me deeply. And I was upset.

MORGAN: How come you didn't express it to me?

JOHN FUND: Because I did and you're not remembering it!

M,ORGAN: You told me you were upset. You didn't say...

JOHN FUND: Sighs.Morgan I can't have this conversation anymore. I know

(LOUD BEEP IN TAPE)..If you chose not to full remember it. (PAUSE) I told you how upset it made me, I told you why it made me upset.

MORGAN; Why did it make upset? Cause I'm not remembering it? You want tell me know.

JOHN FUND: Jesus Christ! (PAUSE) Sighs.I can't have a conversation with you.You choose to believe what you want to believe, you choose to remember what you want to remember. I cannot have a conversation with you.

(PAUSE)

MORGAN: Fine will have a conversation later.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: I told you, I told you about my responsibility, I told you about how much life meant to me. I told you all of that. You don't remember any of it.

(PAUSE)

MORGAN: I remember a bit of it. Yes.<

JOHN FUND: Then now you remember it, when you didn't remember it 5 minutes ago.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

MORGAN: Well I didn't think that you cared about the situation. I mean I know that you cared about what was going on but I didn't see (INTERRPUTION IN TAPE) any alternative.

JOHN FUND: You never gave me one.

MORGAN: I ...if you had called me back when I told you I was gonna have an abortion and you said think this over we have an alternative then things would have been different John but as far ...when I left that message on your voice mail you called me back and said is there anything I can do. Can I payfor it?

(PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: Jesus Christ.

MORGAN: You never once before I got that abortion suggested to me that there was any alternative.

JOHN FUND: I believe you'd already made your decision.

MORGAN: I didn't know what to do. I was hysterical.

JOHN FUND: You told me you already made your decision.

MORGAN: I never,..I said that I had made the decision to have an abortion if you had said there are alternatives. I would have listened to you. But as far as I knew you were just saying to me well that just fine. That's what I want. If you had said no Morgan I have a real problem with it. Let's discuss alternatives then things would have been different but what am I suppose to do. I told you the situation. (PAUSE) I was moving to a place I didn't know all alone. I'm suppose to have a baby.

(THERE IS A LONG PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: Sighs. Look (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) You choose to believe the worst in me and you choose to believe and you've got this very elaborate system where mother has shared some of my e-mails with me including some of the things in which I tried to deny something because I did not know at the time I was denying something she already knew. And if you choose to take Umbridge at that, that cover story and the other things that I came up with to try to protect myself and protect you I thought indirectly that's fine. I understand why you are upset and why you are mad. I know what I said, I know what the truth was and I know what lies I told and I know what I did. And I also know what I talked to you about and I also know what you choose not to

remember now and obviously were are not going to have any resolution of this. You're mad at me and I'm mad at you.

MORGAN: Oh, now you're mad at me I thought you were disappointed. (THERE IS

A PAUSE) We've moved up.

JOHN FUND: We've just moved up because of this ridiculous conversation that you have and in which it took me, it took me, it took me ..the ability to finally get mad for you to confess that I wasn't completely uncaring and unfeeling about it. It took you a long time to come up with them I had to get mad at you to get...

MORGAN: How come you didn't tell me at the time that you didn't want me to have an abortion?

JOHN FUND: I didn't say I didn't want you to. I said I was willing to discuss it with you. You told me what your decision was. And you were crying and all of that. The last thing I was going to try to do was to talk to you about it.

MORGAN: Well you know ...I was crying in February. You could have called me back before I had the abortion. Actually I was crying in March. You could have called me back and we could have discussed it but you never wanted to sit down and discuss it. I thought if you're so right to life and all this good stuff which you did tell me you were..

JOHN FUND: No, no, no.Morgan, Morgan (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) We agreed earlier that we should have had a conversation. I never told you I was a strict right to lifer. I have respect for life and I also make judgment calls and I also have variations on that theme.

MORGAN: No, I'm sorry I misspoke. You did not tell me you were a right to lifer. Okay. You told me that you didn't..you had respect for life. I remember that part of the conversation. We had a discussion about it. But never once in that discussion did you offer me an alternative. Did you say you know you don't have to do this Morgan? You never said that. Do you agree?

JOHN FUND: I never said that. (THERE IS A PAUSE) you also told me what your decision was unilaterally.

MORGAN: No, I told you I decided to have an abortion cause I could not …

JOHN FUND: ...which your decision...decision (both talking at once)

MORGAN: And you know what it was partially your decision too because this was your kid. If you felt that and you know ...if you took responsibility for it you could have said think about, lets think about it. Why didn't you say that? (PAUSE) Why didn't you offer me an alternative? Do I have to do all the talking? (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) You're taking someone who is emotionally distraught over this whole thing.

JOHN FUND: I was too.

MORGAN: Her very first abortion.

JOHN FUND: I was too.

MORGAN: And not suggest something to me I mean I didn't know what to do, John.

JOHN FUND: You told me you already decided what you were going to do.

MORGAN: Well I offer that as a suggestion because I knew..

JOHN FUND: Morgan, don't give me this crap you told me what you were going to do.

MORGAN: I know, I called back and told you I've decided to have an abortion and I've scheduled it. But did you call me back and say you don't have to do this. No. It's something we should've discussed because we're both involved.

JOHN FUND: Sighs.

MORGAN: And you think I needed emotional help when I got back here and I found Orcero(TK)...Do you know that some of the baby came out.

JOHN FUND: I've had an, I've had an awful lot of details sent to me.

MORGAN: On what the abortion now. Are you serious. This must be something you just got. (THERE IS A LONG PAUSE) Oh what ___ sent you detailing the whole thing. Is that what happened now.

(THERE IS A PAUSE)

JOHN FUND: I am aware of what you went through. (THERE IS A VERY LONG PAUSE) You had a decision to make after Colorado Springs, Morgan you could've either gotten mad and gotten even or you could've decided that maybe with time there could've been something that would've been supportive and perhaps we could've worked this out. And you chose to take the first course and not the later course. And that was your decision.

MORGAN: No John you were making the rules at that point. I had no …

JOHN FUND: No, no.

MORGAN: I felt like I had no alternative but you just give into whatever you thought was best.

JOHN FUND: No, we had a friendship that we could've rebuilt. (PAUSE) and you chose to lash out and get back at me. Congratulations you succeeded. I hope it makes you feel good and I hope it gets you lots of benefits.

MORGAN: What benefits? I'm not asking for any benefits.

JOHN FUND: I hope that it gets you lots of benefits.

MORGAN: I do not know what you are saying. Because I never asked you for anything. And I certainly have no intention of of blowing you apart. Why would I want to do that to somebody I cared about. Huh.

JOHN FUND: Morgan, Look. (PAUSE) I cared about and I got angry because the one thing that I asked you for I didn't get. Which was confidence. And I didn't.

MORGAN: And it was never going to end. (PAUSE) Because you and I both believe that Melinda would have a freakfest if she found out..

JOHN FUND: (THERE IS A PAUSE) Morgan you chose to lash out at me and get even and you succeeded and I am now dealing with someone who is threatening me and who is saying you are threatening me.

MORGAN: Do you want me to call her off?

JOHN FUND: Morgan, you do whatever you think is best because you've always done that.

MORGAN: Sighs.

JOHN FUND: I obviously don't have sufficient credibility to ask you anything because you were clearly mad at me, and clearly wanted to get back at me.

MORGAN; No, I am not mad at you John.

JOHN FUND: You got back at me.

MORGAN: I am more..John you want to know what I am at you. I'm not mad at you. I was never mad you. I was hurt by you, but (PAUSE) I was never mad at you. I just wanted to talk. And..

JOHN FUND: I wish, I wish that I'd been able to give you more symphaty and more emotional support after the event. But I had a very rude surprise shortly thereafter. And that colored most of my thinking.

MORGAN: Sighs. You know..

JOHN FUND: And we should have talked about..

MORGAN: You know what I feel like, I feel like I am fighting an unknown enemy because you did this to me before. You tell me you get e-mails your not very specific so I don't know what charges I being dealt you know. It's like if somebody called you up and said oh but you are being charged with something in court and they wouldn't tell you what it is. And you have no..

JOHN FUND: All I can say is this. I know what you said about your mother her credibility and her truthfulness. And you have chosen now to accept her credibility and truthfulness so go live with it. Because in choosing her you are not choosing me and my credibility and my truthfulness. You have made up your mind and you have made your decision so you have to go live with it.

MORGAN: I have not made a decision.

JOHN FUND: You already have.

MORGAN: By doing what. By talking to her in the first place. (THERE IS A PAUSE) I'm glad you're so amused.

JOHN FUND: If I weren't amused I would be angry. I am being threatened and I'm ..a very specific list of what you are going to do to me sent to me.

MORGAN: Would you like to tell me what's on the list that I am supposedly threatening you with. I would love to know.

JOHN FUND: No, because if you are actually threatening me that's not exactly going to help me is it.? You have put me in a very defensive position by sharing this with your mother and by incurring her wrath upon me, you have put me in a very defensive position. Now I have tried maybe perhaps with insufficient rigor or ability to try to stand in your shoes and understand how much emotional trauma you are going through. Would you understand what I am going through …

MORGAN: Yes, I can understand that. I know that you feel betrayed.

JOHN FUND: Yes I do.

MORGAN: And I want you to know that I never meant to betray you.

Morgan has been paid for libeling and slandering me for years.

Morgan demonstrates the characteristics of a psychopath. Facts, therefore, mean nothing to her.

Morgan's sole client has been Craig Franklin, her adopted father, my former husband, and the psychopath whose sexual fantasies focus on illicit sexual relations, including rape, with girls, ages around eight to late puberty. For this to be satisfying for him the girls have to trust him and see him as their father.

I had no idea of this when I finally consented to marry him in 1985.

Morgan may have looked like this snapshot below when she was younger.

Below, to the left, is what Morgan looked like when she was in her early twenties.

Morgan appears to have spent significant money optimizing her web presence on Google. She also has the means, provided by Craig, to track me to assist in his efforts to destroy me. I have not published the names of women he has enticed into relationships and then destroyed, but their are many of these. Attempts to sue Craig for his continues frauds have failed because he can buy protection from the establishment.

Craig had a sexual relationship with Morgan in 1999 while she was travelling with him around the world, as he did with so many of his other victims. Then, he tried to get a letter, written by his attorney, Jacqueline Misho, to state she had never had sexual relations with Morgan, his adopted daughter.

During this meeting, which took place in Misho's office in December of 1999, she signed a document characterizing the money as a loan. But loans papers are signed before money is loaned, not afterwards, which was the case here.

Craig told her this was to enable him to lie to the IRS, claiming the payments for slandering and libeling me, and compensating her during her attempts to persuade me to turn off her brother Arthur's life support, could be written off.Morgan  Payments - Loan - Bankruptcy

Of course, if she really "want all of your ex husbands and I also want the ones y never culdo get," was true she is hankering after her deceased father, Richard Lee Barteaux. Odd, but what else could you expect? His family had money and that has been her driving purpose all of her life, to marry a rich man. It took someone with Jay's background to nail her in one place, where she makes far less trouble for John Fund et al. Morgan with kids to occupy her life, Jay to oversee her, and a job at Walmart (If she is still there) is less trouble for everyone.

Am I jealous? No, not a bit, I am joyously happy, actually. Life is far simpler and more satisfying now.

Just a thought. Do you think Morgan was sober when she sent this at 3:21 PM (22 hours ago), according to the contact form, all of which I save routinely.
It followed a comment sent just minutes before, 2:11 PM, (23 hours ago) by another woman, who

The short note below came to me through this site, so this is where I will respond, though I find any contact with this woman distasteful to the extreme.

Charges I was anything but a good mother are without foundation. I had boxes of toys and books set aside for my grandchildren but because of the lies told, without foundation, will never have a relationship with them. Knowing this was like a wound in my heart, but I know the kids would be manipulated if I tried, and this would create an opportunity for Morgan to cause harm to all of us. About "Morgan:"

Morgan is given to short exclamations because longer expository challenges are beyond the scope of her mind. She is hoping this remark will hurt me because she is using the name of my last child, Abigail, who died just before she was born. It took time for me to recover from the loss but I have done so.

Morgan, born Carolyn Anne Barteaux, the Barteaux being the genetic source of the psychopathy, gave birth to two sons by Jay Gell. Marrying Barteaux was a tragic mistake for me. And having married him and become pregnant I would have been well advised to have an abortion. If I had known the ugliness of her character and her vicious propensities, I would have refused custody and handed her over to Richard and his parents. That would have served all of them right. Knowing, I could not have, in good conscience, given her up for adoption because of her inherent moral flaws, lack of conscience, compassion, empathy, and more.

Morgan spent her life looking for a wealthy man to support her when my father, who had refused to further support her after Mother died, stopped. Father had eventually confronted the truth about her, disgusted.

The first 'romantic' victim, by her report, was Eddy Van Halen, who she tried to maneuver into leaving his marriage to Valerie Bertonelli.

There was an earlier attempt by Morgan to engage a customer of her Aunt Anne in a sexual relationship, but Anne caught her and kicked her out of the house.

The second serious attempt was Eugene, who she deceived into the relationship by forcing me to write emails she could send to him which would make it appear she was a wit, well read, and literate. I again apologize, abjectly, to Eugene for aiding her. But after weeks of harassment and the threat she would never marry and remain dependent on me unless I did, I acquiesced. Eugene, I am so, so glad you escaped.

Note that Morgan told all and sundry she was sterile because of the miscarriage she had (could have been a lie) while in a sexual relationship with Eugene Volokh, who realized the dreadful mistake he was making and summarily dumped her just a few weeks before she jumped in bed with John Fund. Fund is a NeoCon operative who I knew when he was just starting his career as an operative working directly for Ed Crane.

Crane and the Kochs were attempting to take over the Libertarian Party and use it as a tool for Big Oil and otherwise enacting their political agenda - which had nothing to do with freedom, rest assured.

I witnessed all of this, disgusted but did not know about Fund's professional goals because, naturally, he lied.

Those who did know remained silent in hopes Fund would eventually cut them in for some largess.

So, there she is in New York City with Morgan humping John Fund, who had asked her to call him Uncle John, along with the same wish to my other children. And she did not arrive in NY alone. With her was her main squeeze, my estranged husband, Craig Franklin, to whom this site is dedicated.

I learned about this much later because, not surprisingly, none of the them were into transparency. If you were screwing your daughter, would you advertise the fact? And John did not want this 'connection,' known either.

At the time, I was undergoing several surgeries. An angiogram for my heart condition, a corneal transplant, and abdominal surgery. Arthur, my son, was in rehabilitation for the traumatic brain injury caused when he was driven into a depression by Craig's abandonment of him. Craig had then paid Morgan $10,000 to persuade me to turn off life support. I cared for Arthur alone, and it was a struggle I do not like to remember.

The check for the $10,000 surfaced during discovery from the divorce.

The day Morgan began humping Fund was October 26th, my birthday. I was in the hospital while she was in bed, evidently with both Fund and my husband.

Craig lied to everyone about the reason he married me. Craig is a psychopath himself and a sexual predator whose target victim is a young girl, a very young girl, who trusts him and calls him, 'Daddy.'

By marrying me and adopting my children, at his insistence, his goal was to force them into an incestuous relationship and destroy them. The sex is not the ultimate goal, his goal is raping and destroying them emotionally.

Morgan's offspring are boys.

Note that Craig's oldest son, Jonathan Scott Franklin, is in prison for hiring a hitman to kill his wife. Craig's first comment upon learning his son had been arrested on this charge was, "That was stupid, they always suspect the husband,"

Kiddie porn was found on Scott's computer when he was arrested. Father and son evidently share this interest.

Craig likely encouraged Scott by his own exhaustive discussions during conference calls with his son, Jonathan, Morgan, Michael Emerling Cloud, and others, on how to kill me.

Craig tried to get Morgan to sign a paper in his attorney's office stating he had not had sex with her soon after this.
He also tried to recharacterize his payments to her as 'loans.'

She had again suckered me into believing her and paying for her bankruptcy. That is over.

Around February 23, 2001 Morgan filed bankruptcy in Santa Barbara to clear the issue of the coerced promissory note from Craig and other debts she could not pay.

On May 23, 2001 Craig filed a COMPLAINT to stop her from clearing the issue of the coerced promissory note. In the motion he mentions more money he gave Morgan. Since we know that Craig routinely hands over about $5,000 a month to women who he wants to be available to him sexually. Morgan believed the money was payment for the assistance she was giving Craig to defraud Melinda and also kill her.

Craig never gives away money without expecting to get something of value to him. Destroying Melinda and securing all of the marital assets was of enormous value to him so it seems petty that he would also insist on getting sex. But Craig is a psychopath and so this was a natural move for him.

Morgan was part of the conspiracy which Morgan admits to in the response below. This is an example of what happens when psychopaths collide instead of cooperating.

On August 27, 2001 Morgan responded to a RESPONSE filed by Franklin to stop her from declaring bankruptcy on the promissory note she had signed under duress.

This document is well worth reading for the shock value. The document names Dan O'Dowd, Michael (Emerling) Cloud as co-conspirators with Craig. The document was produced by We The People, a legal service in Santa Barbara at the time, using statements from Morgan. The document is signed by Morgan, the Debtor and Defendant.

January 15, 2003 - Franklin Complaint Dismissal

Morgan and Craig deserve each other, Morgan should ask Craig to come and live with her and have Jay add on to the garage so Craig can live there instead of lurking in Motel 6. I'm quite sure Morgan is nearly as good a mother as Craig is a father. I can only hope he has not changed his sexual proclivities since I last had a report.

The sad fate of these children, the two boys, is painful to even consider. But I can only hope they eventually escape.

Let's get this straight. Darlene Rae Smith was hired by individuals legally joined in a conspiracy intended to kill off Melinda. S, ince none of the individuals involved have taken steps to remove themselves from that conspiracy all are still joined together legally. All of them. I, Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, testify under penalty of perjury the following statements are true and accurate and not intended to deceive.

I hereby revoke and deny any relationship with Morgan Barteaux Pillsbury Gell, the person named below. I do not reference her as either a child or in any relationship to me and always explain to my associates the facts which made this necessary and permanent.

Morgan is highly psychopathic and views everyone in her life as a means for self-enrichment, showing calloused disregard for the well-being of anyone but herself.

A Brief History

On July 5, 1967 I gave birth to a baby girl, the product of my first marriage to Richard Lee Barteaux, from whom I was estranged and separated. I named the baby Carolyn Anne Barteaux.

I later learned Richard, who I never saw after leaving him is a psychopath himself. Richard had tried to kill me, this being the cause of my leaving. As is now understood, the condition can be inherited. I maintain a website on Richard, who is now deceased, for the purpose of providing documentation for these facts.

Richard, having never held a job and being supported by his wealthy parents all of his life, died on May 8^th, 1993 of chronic alcoholism in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Death Certificate

I began college in the autumn of 1967, having graduated from high school in home study while pregnant.

My parents, particularly my mother, took care of my daughter in my absence. Eventually, they asked to adopt her, to which I consented, this conditions. Record of Adoption

A pretty child, Morgan early showed signs of psychopathy, learning to manipulate my parents, Dr. and Mrs. Arthur F. Pillsbury. Both I and my siblings noticed this with concern, wondering why this was taking place.

Morgan's methods, I later discovered, were never subtle. Failing to get her way she would follow her victim around the house screaming and pressuring them for what she wanted. I believe this contributed to the real unhappiness my parents clearly were experiencing in their last years.

When Morgan was 16, she had dropped out of middle school in the 8^th grade, my parents sent her to live with their eldest daughter, Anne, in Santa Barbara. Eventually Anne, unable to tolerate her excesses, lying, and attempts to involve her cousin in inappropriate behavior, kicked her out and she moved in with me and my then husband, Craig Franklin.

Morgan displays the characteristics of histrionic dramatization the 'drama queen' aspect of psychopathy. With access to ample resources and many opportunities to obtain an education she remains nearly illiterate. A single visit to the site she maintains to libel and slander me reveals the truth of this assertion.

Although she was supported in her own apartment for years while supposedly attending college she never did so, remaining without skills. She was also supported for several years, until she was into her thirties, when she demanded she have a chance to 'make it' in the film industry.

During this time she began manipulating my other four children, from my second and third marriages, putting their lives in danger.

In 1998, during the time of my divorce from Franklin, she was being supported by my then estranged husband, with whom she had a relationship. The amount he paid her monthy was $5,000. When the suicide attempt Craig orchestrated to ensure our disabled son, Arthur, did not survive and so cost him support, he paid Morgan to tell me she had a heart condition and needed Arthur's heart as a transplant. For this she was paid $10,000.

Otherwise, her time was spent in drinking, taking drugs, sexual liaisons, and looking for a rich husband.

She has never engaged in any productive activity not forced on her by circumstances she found herself unable to control.

She used me as a source for finding wealthy men, who I knew as part of my work in organizations and politically.

Eventually she started a relationship with my last husband, who paid her to assist him in obtaining a divorce in a ways which minimized his liabilities to me. He was, at the time, Senior Vice President for Green Hills Software.

Craig, I discovered in 2003, is a sexual pervet, a pedaphile, whose focus is having incestuous sex with little girls to whom he is related. Craig is now living in Laguna Beach, California. I maintain a website to warn women about him at Craig Franklin.

The balance of her life has been more of the same. She is now married to a factory worker, Jay Gell, and living in King's Mountain, North Carolina. They have two children, both boys. I have excluded both from my life due to the real possibility they could also be psychopathic and because it is impossible to have contact without being subjected to more attacks by both Morgan and her husband.

All of these individuals have been named in my will as not having any relationship with me and are excluded from all familial relations and powers in my life and the life of my son, Arthur Edward Foster.

Morgan is not my daughter and has not been legally since she was adopted by my parents. This took place when she was 12 and would, for legal purposes, be my sister if I had not already taken all steps to end any relationship whatsoever.

Today, Morgan is 48 years old. Her tubes have been tied and she is still functionally illiterate.

Jay, Morgan's husband, you will note controls the corporation Sassoon paid to start and, to date, Jay had done nothing to get any justice for poor old Sassoon. Sometimes people do get what they deserve and I have to say Morgan and Jay deserve each other.

The Illiterate and Lethargic Again Emerge

In August of 2006 the Duke and Duchess of Manchester, Alex and Wendy, were living with their two children. Wendy was working the job she had held for years at a law firm and Alex was unemployed, having lost his job as a guide on the Jungle Ride at Disneyland.

Alex suggested a short family vacation to Las Vegas with the kids and their friends, Tony English and his wife. Wendy was looking forward to some time away. The kids were looking forward to their trip on the airplane.

The two couples had arranged to fly together on Southwest for the hop to Las Vegas from Orange County. Then, trauma struck. Because of his behavior the stewardess refused to let Alex on her flight and he was left to find another flight, which he did. These kinds of events were standard for Alex, so even though it was annoying everyone continued determined to enjoy themselves.

The trip went as well as could be expected. Alex joined them at the hotel and the kids settled down in their room very near to Wendy and Alex.

Saturday, Alex and Tony went off on 'business,' not that anything of monetary value ever materialized from these sessions. Alex had told her Saturday night was their 'date night' and they, just the two of them, would be going out, leaving the children with a babysitter. This sounded good to Wendy, as the vacation had been a continuation of unbroken motherly duties and no time for herself.

Continuing to work, with no break, is not exactly a vacation.

After Alex and Tony left Wendy and the kids retired to the pool, where Ashley found two playmates, slightly older girls, who made much of her as their families looked on benignly to the frolicking in the pool.

Later in the afternoon Wendy, needing to visit the Lady's room tried to extract her daughter, who refused to leave her new friends. The friends and their parents urged her to let Ashley stay so after reminding Ashley to behave herself, Wendy retired to the Lady's room for a few moments.

When she returned Alex had made an appearance, announcing all of them, Tony and his wife and the kids, would be going out that evening.

Wendy, disappointed in the change of plans, demanded to know why. Alex refused to answer, becoming arrogant and snarky, as usual. This resulted in an altercation which grew louder until the occupants of the adjacent room called the desk. A security man arrived, demanding they leave the hotel immediately.

Embarrassed and hurt, Wendy began packing both for herself and Alex but also running to the kids room to gather their things as well. Alex, never a tidy person, had spread his possessions widely.Alex, as a Duke labors under the belief he is not required to take care of his own 'stuff.'

Since they were leaving the next morning anyway, instead of looking for another hotel the family headed for the airport. The time was already growing late and they did not arrive until the wee small hours of the morning.

Wendy, remembering the incident commented life is far more peaceful since Alex evaporated. If only he would stay evaporated life would be, not perfect, but far better.

Wendy believes this attack, taking place from Morgan the Manchester Flack and Laura Buddy, happened now because Alex did not appear for his February 25^th hearing in the court room of Judge Anne E. Zimmerman and a Bench Warrant was issued. Someone evidently made haste to schedule a hearing asking the Warrant be quashed, which will take place on Monday, March 3^rd at 8:00am. Details:

In this post I also respond to the bizarre comments from this earlier Morgan Post.

The delusional nature of these flat statements might lead the uninformed reader to think there was some tiny scintilla of truth therein. But, of course, there is not, though projection is very present because both Morgan and Laura both suffer from severely limited creativity. If you had ever seen Morgan's 'projects' as an adult you would agree without reservation.

The activities of each focus on gaining advantages their now fading looks failed to provide in perpetuity. Each believed sex and good looks could be substituted for 'work,' which each so clearly wanted to evade.

Therefore why would they care if their lies are transparent? Most people do not know the law relating to monies received from Trusts. Establishing the facts is too much like work for them to contemplate. Additionally, both of them know the truth would only refute their lies.

Both women share a strategic approach to life which makes sex their commodity of choice. Laura refuses to account for any work history. Your own experiences with her while she was staying with you illustrate her use of sex as a routine form of exchange.

Morgan's attempts to find a rich husband and so dispense with the need to work are well documented by her chain of relationships, if these can be so dignified.

Laura has to know taxes are never paid on monies received from the Trust since this is also the source of her own income. It is clear the scant funds paid to you, on behalf of your daughter, is begrudged her by her father, Alexander, 13^th Duke of Manchester and Laura, Duchess of Manchester.

The issue is always money, and how they get it. As you know, Alex wanted you to have more children and nagged you constantly because with each 'heir' he received an increase in the monthly funds sent to him and spent at his discretion. These were monies you never saw, spent by Alex on such expenses as his colon reduction, a butt lift and luxuries for himself and he busied himself in attempts to sell German Gold Bearer Bonds and other questionable enterprises.

About Morgan

Morgan's born name is Barteaux, which is entirely appropriate since the most central fact of her existence is her lack of conscience and empathy, these characteristics marking her as the psychopath she so clearly is and the condition inherited from her biological father, Richard Lee Barteaux.

Morgan is not a Pillsbury. If Mother and Father had known she would inherit psychopathy from my husband, Richard, I know they would have urged me to drop her on the front step of the Barteaux Manse instead of inflicting her on our family. If they had seen the future they would have taken this step themselves. This might sound harsh, but when you understand the depths of Morgan's various depravities it is entirely reasonable and on point.

In retrospect, I wish more had been known about the condition in 1967 when this now middle-aged and entirely undistinguished middle aged psychopathic hausfrau was born. That certainly would have changed my life in astounding ways.

For instance, I would have changed my major in college and not only finished my undergraduate work but gone on to a PhD in Anthropology, History and Economics.

Journalism proved easy to pick up and the majority of practicing journalists do not have degrees. Morgan's former 'fiance' John Fund, whose credentials include his former position on the Editorial Board of the Wall Street Journal, has no degree in anything, including journalism.

Those paying attention to politics might for a moment cast their minds back to the debacle of Morgan's relations with John Fund, then on the Wall Street Editorial Board as their sexual relationship began in 1998.

I wrote Stealing Truth: The John Fund Back Story in 2009 to reprise events then fading in the minds of Americans to remind them of the lack of conscience and ugliness of those associated with the presidency of George W. Bush.

It is likely John is also a psychopath, which brings to mind the much quoted article I wrote titled, The Corporate Greedy – When Psychopaths Cooperate . Because of John's need to evade his bizarre behavior in regards to Morgan Green Hills Software, Inc., today a multibillion dollar enterprise almost entirely owned by Dan and Amy O'Dowd, obtained a very special relationship with the Bush White House through the offices of Karl Rove and Dick Cheney, the first and second names on Fund's speed dial.

This might be the most valuable Uncertified Deposition ever illegally transferred by a corporation by a corporate officer. The transfer took place in 2003 at the time the War in Iraq was beginning. Craig's long time girl friend, Anne, told me she had dinner with Craig and he handed her the sealed Green Hills envelope, postage paid by Green Hills, as he told her, gloating, what they were doing.

Officers of Green Hills should remember the source of their prosperity. Facts are facts. Both Craig and Dan demonstrate highly disordered attributes themselves, as indicated in the accompanying article above.

Over the past years I have kept careful records of the list of individuals who were involved in the ongoing conspiracy to defraud and cost the lives of myself and my son, Arthur Edward Foster. There is no statute of limitations for capital offenses.

Definition of Conspiracy:

Conspiracy

“An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.
Conspiracy is governed by statute in federal courts and most state courts. Before its Codification in state and federal statutes, the crime of conspiracy was simply an agreement to engage in an unlawful act with the intent to carry out the act. Federal statutes, and many state statutes, now require not only agreement and intent but also the commission of an Overt Act in furtherance of the agreement.
Conspiracy is a crime separate from the criminal act for which it is developed. For example, one who conspires with another to commit Burglary and in fact commits the burglary can be charged with both conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary.
Conspiracy is an inchoate, or preparatory, crime. It is similar to solicitation in that both crimes are committed by manifesting an intent to engage in a criminal act. It differs from solicitation in that conspiracy requires an agreement between two or more persons, whereas solicitation can be committed by one person alone.
Conspiracy also resembles attempt. However, attempt, like solicitation, can be committed by a single person. On another level, conspiracy requires less than attempt. A conspiracy may exist before a crime is actually attempted, whereas no attempt charge will succeed unless the requisite attempt is made.
The law seeks to punish conspiracy as a substantive crime separate from the intended crime because when two or more persons agree to commit a crime, the potential for criminal activity increases, and as a result, the danger to the public increases. Therefore, the very act of an agreement with criminal intent (along with an overt act, where required) is considered sufficiently dangerous to warrant charging conspiracy as an offense separate from the intended crime.
According to some criminal-law experts, the concept of conspiracy is too elastic, and the allegation of conspiracy is used by prosecutors as a superfluous criminal charge. Many criminal defense lawyers maintain that conspiracy is often expanded beyond reasonable interpretations. In any case, prosecutors and criminal defense attorneys alike agree that conspiracy cases are usually amorphous and complex.”

One might ask what the outcome would be if the corporate governors below were to take the Hare Index and so reveal how many of them score high in this regard. Dr. Robert Hair has expressed the opinion corporate officers should be required to take the Index and I agree.

Psychopaths cost America 460 billion a year, by expert estimate, and that is only for the cost of incarceration and legal processing of the element among them identified as criminal.

What have these individuals cost the world in human suffering and damage to the environment?

The Pillsbury Name

I was born with the name Pillsbury and have used it nearly all of my life because I affirm from my heritage the work and legacy of my Pillsbury ancestors in standing up for individual rights and social justice. I took the name Foster because of my regard for this same history in the family of Dr. Harriet Foster Pillsbury, my Great-Grand Mother.

Father's actions in trusting me with the charge of carrying out his wishes on the legacy of his beloved father, Arthur C. Pillsbury, gives the lie to any representations made by Morgan against me regarding his respect for my ability, integrity, and intelligence.

Father had a full life time to judge me. This transfer took place in 1990. I had already done yeoman's work in researching our family and the history of the Puritan presence in North America. Father also respected my work in politics, giving me a solid gold bracelet when I was elected to Libertarian Party office the first time.

We did not always agree, but we respected each others opinions.

Father was an emotionally normal man whose depths of compassion and caring lead him to stand up for the right of a woman to receive a PhD in Engineering and undertake any profession. His insight into Morgan's lack of intellectual honesty and laziness lead him to suggest the best job she could get would be as a secretary. But Father forgive Morgan for transgressions which were unforgivable, just as did I. We discussed this in his final days when he urged me not to involve her in the work laid in my hands. While I supported her personally I never involved her in this work because of his expressed opinion of her.

James Dean

Morgan's assertions regarding Jimmy have no basis in fact. These events took place 13 years before she was born and she could have no knowledge of them first hand. No two people could have been more unlike each other.

James Dean came to our home on occasion and spent time talking to my mother about his own mother. I have now learned this was very much normal for him. On these same occasions he talked to me. I was a child three years of age when he started coming over and six when he died. I remembered our conversations because he listened, took my ideas seriously, and told me about his own childhood. Nothing happened which was not entirely appropriate.

Morgan, in her pathetic attempts to 'make' it in Hollywood used my relationship with Jimmy to gain standing with those in positions which could help her. I was only vaguely aware of what her activities were. Although we paid for her apartment, her car, her acting lessons and everything else, she was careful about telling us what she was imparting to others about the family.

What Morgan can't own and control she tries to destroy. She is without conscience, this demonstrated through a life time of actions.

On September 27, 1997 my son, Arthur Edward Foster, suffered an extreme brain injury due to a motorcycle accident. At the time I was in New Orleans at a NFRW convention, due to go on to New Hampshire to research the book I was then writing, Echoes from the Singer of Songs. The book was never finished. My life was changed completely and forever.

What did would not know until the facts seeped back to me over the next several years were these. My husband, Craig, had married me because I was useful to him in multiple ways and had three beautiful daughters. Craig's fantasies focused on incestuous relations with girl children who he would rape and betray.

Craig is a sexual deviant and a psychopath.

Because the company, Green Hills Software, Inc., flor which he was Senior Vice President was poised to go public an opportunity had opened up to profit and gain sexual access to our daughters, who he had insisted on adopting when we married in 1989.

Craig cut a deal with the President of the company, Dan O'Dowd and hired our daughter, Morgan to assist him in leaving me so he could live out his sexual fantasies. She may not have realized these included her.

In early March,1998, Craig pesuaded Arthur, still struggling with his radically changed life, that he would be better off dead if he had to live with me, the only person willing to care for him.

On March 22, 1998 Arthur shot himself through the brain.

Around three weeks later Craig paid Morgan $10,000 to claim she had a heart problem and needed a transplant. She called me at the hospital where I was at Arthur's bedside. The physicians had suggested me disconnect his life support as they predicted he would never recover.

This has to have been one hardest moments of my life.

I refused. Arthur lived, but it took three years for him to walk again, something I was told would never happen.

Why Dan O'Dowd Needed Craig – Excerpt from Article

In 1998 it was Franklin who organized the walk-out of critical employees which, part of a carefully orchestrated plan, allowed O'Dowd to buy out the company from Hightower at a fraction of its real value. Hightower had been an active participant in the company, not a passive investor.

The deal between Franklin and O'Dowd was of the, "Throw Mama from the Train," variety. Franklin assisted in defrauding Hightower and O'Dowd made sure Franklin's wife did not receive her marital share of the stock options issued to Franklin the year before. Their actions callously, and intentionally, left her disabled, destitute, and struggling to care for a completely disabled son, who Franklin had adopted.

Today, Craig Franklin, is widely known to engage in bizarre sexual behavior and to have exposed himself to his adopted daughters. The focus of his sexual drive is young girls, and his fantasies turn on incest. Franklin's son, Jonathan Scott Franklin, is presently serving time for the attempted murder, by a hitman, of his wife.

Morgan is highly disordered but she was also very willing to talk when she was on the outs with Craig, whose goal with her was sexual. He recharacterized his payments, made to Morgan for assisting him in divorcing me, as 'gifts' and forced her to sign a loan document after the fact. This was dismissed by the court.

Though some of this sounds like Laura Morgan must have added her own little touches. So, here we go, with this addendum on the reposting of the material below.

Akex LOST physical custody of both children in 2007. He turned them over to Wendy in their pajamas while the police monitored him. The children were not permitted to take a single stitch of clothing, or a single toy or precious memento with them.

Alex and Laura's only interest in either child is money.

Laura's mother told her to get a job at Starbucks while she was living with Wendy and Wendy was supporting her. When Laura failed to find any old boyfriend who would support her she went back to Alex.

Morgan is without conscience. She cares nothing for her brother, having accepted $10,000 from Craig in his continuing campaign to kill him.

Enough said.

Morgan Barteaux Gell, to whom I gave birth on July 5, 1967, is a psychopath. It was tragic for my entire, very normal family and my later children. Psychopaths are predators, feeding on those around them. Morgan nearly consumed me while living a life of deceit and self-indulgence.

I am not legally Morgan's mother. My parents adopted her legally when she was twelve years of age.

I never lie. James Dean occasionally came to our house when I was a little girl to visit with my mother. I was never alone with him and never claimed to have an inappropriate relationship with him. He talked to me. Small children remember adults who pay attention to them and listen, as Jimmy did. But Jimmy was courteous and kind to everyone, in my experience.

I was six when he was killed in 1955. I've written about those visits and about the kind of person I found Jimmy to be.

It was Morgan who made other claims, including she had been James Dean in a past life. Morgan also used her very tangental relationship with Jimmy, through my recollections, to create relationships in Hollywood and in Scientology, which she flirted with for a time.

Rule One – Always demand documentation when you suspect you are dealing with a psychopath.

This post will reappear whenever Morgan and Laura, Duchess of Manchester, slander or libel me. I am now seriously researching Laura and some exciting and amusing facts are emerging from the murky darkness which is her life.

His body was briskly cremated, the ashed dispersed over a local brewery, this deemed to be appropriate as a statement on his chosen path in life according to his daughter-in-law, who flew to Cheyenne to handle the arrangements.

M organ, now 47 years of age, is married to Jay Gell and lives in King's Mountain, North Carolina. She had two children late in life, toward the end of her reproductive years. She works at Walmart, from what I have been told though I have no first hand knowledge of this.

How she spent her earlier life, and the chaos she caused, speak far more loudly than the more limited existance she now lives in a low-income life style, forced to care for her small home and two small children.

Morgan did not finish high school. My parents, who asked to raise her, exhausted from her tantrums and demands, allowed her to drop out of school when she was 13. Thereafter, she was expected to follow a regimen for home study, but this never happened.

Her lack of education accounts for her lack of English skills and ignorance of anything with ain intellectual bent.

This also accounts for her lying insistance neither Wendy or I graduated. She produces no proof, and both of us did graduate, not that graduating from high school is much of an indicator of intellectual prowess.

Instead of attending classes when Morgan began city college, she was looked for men. The idea of having a career held no interest for her.

For a time she claims she was the mistress of Eddy van Halen. I have no proof of this except her word, which is not worth much, but she did have access through a childhood acquaintance of the van Halen's this affirmed by the friend, who I also knew.

Beginning a sexual relationship with a married man violates so many measures of human decency nothing more be said. Bragging about it multipies the offense.

Morgan managed to engage the interest of Eugene Volokh, a wealthy attorney and law professor by asking me to provide her with books she could claim to have read. She also demanded I write emails to him for her. After several days of harassment I admit to having done so.

Eugene wised up and dumped her in the summer of 1998.

Rather than recount the many uglinesses of Morgan's life I list here legal documents which show her to admit to lying and to having no conscience, with a short narrative.

1989 - Craig Franklin insisted he be allowed to adopt my four children from my previous marriage to Ron Foster (AKA Kellett) Adoption took place by Wills and by Ron giving up his parental rights.

1997 - Morgan began accepting money to destroy me from my husband, Craig Franklin.

Morgan conspired with Craig Franklin, her adopted father and my estranged husband to ensure her brother, Arthur, did not recover from a suicide attempt in March of 1998. She accepted payment from Craig of $10,000 for attempting this. When it did not work Craig demanded the money be returned.

Craig is, himself, a psychopath and a sexual predator whose targets are little girls. His fantasies focus on incest.

December 1999 - After Craig tried to force Morgan to have sex with him in she moved to New York to continue her attempts to get John Fund to marry her. She had begun a sexual relationship with him a month after Eugene dumped her.

On the recent inane, repetitive, and inaccurate posts by Morgan Gell appearing on her site.

I will not bother to continuously rebut rehashed lies invented by Morgan and Laura Anne Smith, AKA, Laura, Duchess of Manchester.

These two middle-aged women, Morgan is now 46 and Laura is 50, are phone buddies and co-conspirators in their pedestrian and ham-handed attempts to defame me.

They will doubtless point out I am even older than are they. So what? It would be hard not to be years older than Morgan when I did, in fact, give birth to her.

I long since rejected any relationship with Morgan permanently and unequivocally. Morgan's relationship with Laura is curiously appropriate. The two have an astonishing number of traits in common.

Laura is the daughter of a Michigan farmer, where she was raised and attended high school.

Morgan is one of the three degenerate offspring of Richard Lee Barteaux, my first husband and Morgan's biological father. Richard was a psychopath, something I did not learn until last year, never having seen him after very early 1967 for reasons which, actually, do provide evidentiary affirmation of his condition.

Morgan was looking because her previous victim, Eugene Volokh had escaped and she had failed to securely attach Eddy van Halen, her lover for some years.

Both Morgan and the Montagus make false reports to various authorities, such as CPS routinely. These have only resulted in the loss of any credibility with those authorities they might ever have had.

Morgan is, again, engaging in continued attempts to revise history, as she attacks me for a debt I was not at the time, or yet, able to pay but always have acknowledged and refused to extinguish in bankruptcy. When I have the money all my debts will be paid. At that time Morgan will also find herself in court with my demands to be paid for the monies and other resources provided to her as she engaged in her serial frauds. I no longer acknowledge Morgan as any kind of relation and would not assist her in any way, no matter what happens to her in the future.

Note that Morgan owes me for supporting her through the time she was 19 when she was living with me and defrauding me by lying about attending college, instead engaging in a sexual relationship with Eddy van Halen and staying stoned and drunk when not in our presence, we later learned.

I cite the Hare Checklist for key features of psychopathy, characteristics quoted in toto below, which include this on early childhood behavior.

Morgan also asserted a continued sense of her entitlement to whatever she wanted, draining both myself and my parents, while they still lived.

As you listen to the WeaselSearch tape, and read the transcript, several things will become clear. John absolutely did not want me to know they were having sex. His caution in this regard could have been related to the fact I was well connected politically and a member of the same chapter of National Federation of Republican Women as Arianna Huffington. He had attempted to use me as a conduit to insert disinformation for a number of years by that time. I had noticed this and begun documenting the bizarre stories he told me.

As it turns out, John was correct regarding the potential impact on his career. After the facts percolated out as rumor he lost the job for which he was being considered as a speech writer in the Bush White House in 2000. The immediate cause was his refusal to discuss the matter with me, which forced me to contact him by fax at the WSJ, where he was then working. October 27, 1999 Fax to the Wall Street Journal I was later told it was copied at least five times on its way to his office from the central receiving office.

Both Fund and Morgan show clear indications of being psychopathic, according to the Hare Checklist.

Psychopaths are often voluble and verbally facile. They can be amusing and entertaining conversationalists, ready with a clever comeback, and are able to tell unlikely but convincing stories that cast themselves in a good light.”

Fund's concern I not know about their relationship is a major focus of the conversation. Morgan then tells John she can shut me up, all she needs to do is 'tell' me. This puts to rest the idea Morgan did not absolutely believe she controlled me, an idea which, retrospectively is clear from her behavior. She shows no a scintilla of concern for me, though she knows I have been through years of unending trauma without support from my family while caring for my disabled son and struggling with my own heart problems, the need for corneal transplants, and other surgeries.

“Lack of Empathy

Many of the characteristics displayed by psychopaths are closely associated with a profound lack of empathy and inability to construct a mental and emotional "facsimile" of another person. They seem completely unable to "get into the skin" of others, except in a purely intellectual sense.”

She has, under deposition and affidavit, admitted these facts.

Through her twenties and into her thirties as she continued looking for a wealthy man to marry. She first did this in the Hollywood community as she 'tried to make it in Hollywood,' a marginal possibility given her lack of talent, and then by targeting on people she met through me.

Eventually, she was accepting money from my estranged husband and traveling with him to such places as New York London, and Paris. He had made it clear to her he was interested in a sexual relationship with her.

“Adult Antisocial Behaviour

Psychopaths see the rules and expectations of society as inconvenient and unreasonable impediments to their own behavioural expression. They make their own rules. Antisocial behaviour may consist of phoney stock promotions, questionable business practices, partner or child abuse, and so forth. Others do things that are not necessarily illegal but are nevertheless unethical, immoral, or harmful to others: cheating on a partner, emotional abuse, bullying, to name but a few.”

The men targeted to whom I introduced her included Eugene Volokh, who Morgan met at a conference I put on for the Republican Liberty Caucus in 1995, and then the man who told my children to call him, “Uncle John,” John Fund. Fund had, years before, been my boyfriend, a fact known to Morgan at the time.

In 2001 Morgan, as is true of most psychopaths, craves excitement, even when it is ill-advised. Morgan, over my objections and against my advise, provided the Weasel Search Tape, which documents this conversation, to John Connolly, a well known writer and author, who wrote, Sex, Lies, and the Tape: The John Fund Story.

Morgan admitted under oath, and on multiple occasions, Craig came on to her and also discussed his sexual interest in both her and her sisters. Perhaps Morgan has another way of defining this, except incest?

Morgan seems to have been mildly upset about this possibility, most likely because of Craig's personal hygiene. I am not persuaded she would not have been willing, herself. The other girls are emotionally normal, and were revolted and disgusted at the idea. Ayn expressed extreme shock and revulsion when Craig suggested this to her after our divorce.

Morgan admitted Craig came on to her in her 2001 Deposition, which was never certified but which was supplied to John Fund by Green Hills Software, Inc., through Craig as their agent. While I have the uncertified affidavit I have never made it available or published it, which now seems moot. Soon after this Green Hills began receiving government contracts.

This affidavit, signed by Morgan in 2009, gives ample evidence of Craig's focus on incest.

In this affidavit Morgan acknowledges having been adopted by Craig, along with all the other children. In her cas, however, no permission was sought from my father, Dr. Arthur F. Pillsbury, who legally adopted Morgan when she was 12 along with my mother, who was deceased at the time of the adoption by Craig.

In Ayn's Declaration of 1999 Craig is caught in early attempts to alienate my children, a precondition to engaging in incest. Declaration.

While I am not an attorney it seems to me Craig could not legally or effectively adopted Morgan, who would still be his step-daughter. I brought up this point in relation to my adoption of Jonathan Scott Franklin. Craig refused then, or later, to seek permission from Elaine, his former wife and Scott's mother, for permission for me to adopt him. Notarized Document by Ron Foster (AKA Kellett) Craig's wills, naming children as his natural heirs.

Since Craig has an extensive legal background these were arguably facts known to him. Since that time he has used 'adoption,' and 'naming in his will,' on multiple occasions to manipulate his intended victims. Anne Fisher mentioned to me Craig had named her as his heir in a will.

The behavior above is manipulation intended to allow Craig to engage in incestuous sexual relations with my children and stands as proof his marriage to me was carried out for the purposes of achieving this goal. This is undoubtedly incestuous behavior because Craig adopted my five children and raised them, having persuaded their biological father, Craig Franklin, to give up his parental rights.

Ayn told me, and she was a reliable source, unlike Morgan, Craig exposed himself to her on multiple occasions when she was young. This is abuse, and incestuous behavior.

In addition, Craig's first act upon finding his son, Scott was charged with hiring a hit man to kill his wife, Kathy, was to attempt to get unsupervised visitation with his then 8 year old grand-daughter. Kathy and Scott also had a son, two years older. Kathy told me when Craig entered the room to see the two children Craig ignored the little boy and she considered his behavior toward the girl highly inappropriate and questionable. The court refused Craig any visitation and put the family in victim protection.

Morgan, being clearly disordered, thinks, like Karl Rove, endless repetition of lies will change people's minds, especially if you write in all caps, though to be fair Karl Rove does not write in all caps, he just steals elections with the assistance of such disordered individuals as John Fund.

Regarding Wendy and her children.

The kids have lived with their mother without break from the time of the divorce until today. Both children still live with her, including Alex, Jr., who is 18 and could have moved out if he wanted. Mother and children are close and spend a lot of time together.

Laura knows this perfectly well. Perhaps Laura should find a hobby.

The mish-mash below is, doubtless, a response to my last post, PsychoBusting for Freedom, on the direction we are now taking on the issue of psychopathy. Please re-read this.

I went to the trouble of responding to this inane offering because it illustrates the fact the GHC cannot understand the difference between their assaults on the English language, entirely absent any of the evidence demanded, and believe their unsupported assertions to be sufficient. They have, however, generously provided more evidence of slander and libel, now in the hands of counsel.

1).When did Craig franklin get taken in to jail for being a pedifile or childmolestor? Where is the court evidence of Craigs supposed BS and slander you post about Craig Franklin everyday!

MELINDA - This one will be responded to with a major article titled, “The Strategies of Sexual Deviants and Psychopaths,” it was already in production as part of the screen play. Our PR agency in New York will put it out. Craig provides an excellent example of deviant behavior allied with long term planning to achieve his goal, raping a little girl who trusts and loves him. Normal men do not read Incest Porn. Normal men also do not attempt to obtain unsupervised visitation with a grand-daughter, ignoring their grand-son, while the children's father is facing charges of having hired a hit man to kill the children's mother. MELINDA - I edited no film, being focused on producing the sales material. Emails exist to document this. Raye has them, as she did the work. I have conveyed your demand to her, though she has provided these to you in the past.

How long it takes to edit a film is not directly related to the length of the finished film, however. While most features are only 90 minutes, rest assured, editing takes far longer even when the film is professional quality, which this film was most assuredly not. The unedited film can be viewed here, where it has been in public view since Uploaded on Sep 18, 2009 , and therefore not protected by copyright.

To have lied about the potential of legally selling rights to the film constitutes fraud against myself, Raye Allen, and any and all potential buyers and is being reported to the authorities. The film was stolen from Wendy Buford Montagu, who was, is, and remains, its sole owner.

MELINDA - The three 'donated' computers were worthless, costing Raye to transport and then to have repaired, which proved to be impossible. Thus they represented another fraud, which she overlooked knowing she could not squeeze blood out of the Rock of the Manchesters. Raye has the records and will respond on her own behalf.

MELINDA - Raye's business is not failing. Her dogs are her little surrogate children and she clucks a lot. Her health is much improved this last year, thank goodness.

Raye assisted the Manchesters financially for quite some time and this is documented. No person with a conscience would have either written this or contributed to it.

This was also a fraud for which the Rock of Manchester will most likely not be charged as he is entirely without funds and squeezing harder would only cost Raye yet more money.

PsychoBusters began as the attempt by two helpless women to defend themselves against a group of psychopaths, cooperating to destroy them. But today it daily becomes more obvious the problems we face are being caused by highly psychopathic individuals who have worked to centralize control of government, our institutions, and the economy.

What happened to two women is happening across America and around the world.

It is time to change, but first PsychoBusters demands the GHC put up or shut up. Their ad nauseum continuation of bogus charges, long refuted with facts, slanders, and sheer ugliness, has done much to illustrate to normal people the methods of the highly psychopathic as well as their utter lack of discernment. The attack dogs of GHC were far lower end than they could have afforded, but this is what you would expect with disordered individuals used to getting their way with violence and deceit. We've asked before, now we demand it.

To the Green Hills Conspirators (GHC) - Put up or shut up.

For legal purposes the acts of any member of a conspiracy are the joint responsibility of all members of such a conspiracy. Liability to these individuals is both for criminal charges and financial damage done to their victims.

Wendy Montagu and Melinda Pillsbury-Foster were the primary, though not the only, victims of these acts.

The individuals most involved in the conspiracy, here identified as Green Hills Conspirators (GHC), are Morgan Barteaux (Pillsbury) Gell, Jay E. Gell, John Fund, Karl Rove, Dick Cheney, Dan O'Dowd, Craig Franklin, Laura Smith Montagu, and Alexander Montagu Manchester.

Any and all of the innumerable police reports GHC have claimed to have filed against, Wendy Buford Montagu and Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, their victims. These can be published online, with our permission. If such appear, they will be refuted using the rules of evidence, as false claims. Neither of us have received any such reports or calls from any authorities what so ever.

Information on all of the multiple individuals contacted by and and all of the GHC and their paid agents, including former or potential employers. We will make sure all these receive the evidence now published online regarding the GHC.

Any and all proof of the slanders and libels published on the Internet, by email, or on voice mail and so recorded by Montagu and Pillsbury-Foster, which slanders and libels, now copied and provided to legal counsel, have been documented for anticipated legal action. Any documentation must include provenance, in each instance.

Any objective proof, of any kind, any one, or any specific member of the aforementioned conspirators were stalked or suffered loss, rather than having mercilessly stalked, harassed, threatened with bodily injury, stolen from, and otherwise abused and traumatized, the aforementioned victims, Montagu and Pillsbury-Foster.

Montagu and Pillsbury-Foster never, at any time or in any instance, stalked or harmed the aforementioned individuals. They have only acted within the law and within their Constitutionally guaranteed natural rights for free speech and self defense, responding to slander and libel with evidence to refute.

The truth, proven by documented fact, is the ultimate and only necessary defense against a claim of libel or slander.

Using transparency and the truth, Montagu and Pillsbury-Foster have protected themselves from the copious and outrageous attacks of the individuals who constitute the Green Hills Conspirators (GHC).

Forced to these measures, Montagu and Pillsbury-Foster have spent time and resources refuting the entirely libelous and untrue charges made by the GHC. Both before these efforts began, and since, they have suffered additional losses caused by the GHC Conspiracy, to be enumerated elsewhere.

The efforts of Wendy Montagu and Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, noticed by the media, have forestalled the continued attempts to cause harm to themselves and their emotionally normal family members.

These same efforts have given the public an outline for changing the system to ensure such predatory behavior on the part of highly disordered individuals are no longer tolerated.

The story of the Green Hills Conspirators, easily understood and emotionally compelling, illustrates ugly, devious and emotionally violent strategies and behaviors of highly psychopathic individuals along with their emotionally linked assistants, several of whom in the case of GHC, appear to be situational psychopaths.

A movement can now be launched which will serve to provide evidence of the need to reframe our institutions, taking into account the predatory nature of psychopaths.

Our courts, government, our financial institutions, and corporations have, provably, been largely impacted by the predatory culture of the highly psychopathic.

A demand for a Hare Index for any individual involved in court as a judge (at any and all levels), attorney, witness, litigant must be honored before any action can go forward.

No psychopath should be allowed to give evidence since they must be assumed to be lying.

Automatic testing for any individual seeking public office or employed in government or the management of a corporation, LLC, or other entity which deals with the public.

Melinda - Morgan, again firmly in the pay of Craig Franklin et al, continues to spew venom and lies. Morgan does nothing without compensation, everyone knows this. So why is she defending the Manchesters? Certainly not as a source of largess, the Duke and Doxie contribute only their wit, but the pack of them have formed a mutual cooperative, a happy little conspiracy, cojoined by their perennial lack of funds.

Remuneration to Morgan for her legion efforts doubtless includes money originating from Green Hills Software, Inc., however and may include services to Craig Franklin for acts unspeakable, as has been the case in the past.

This time Morgan questions Wendy's affidavit, given under penalty of perjury. Since perjury is a meaningless term to Morgan this is not surprising.

Wendy is not even a little psychopathic and so tells the truth, even when it is painful. Most of Morgan's text is just slander but a few comments and an announcement are forthcoming.

Melinda – Wendy did what Alex asked her to do, ensure he could stay in the country. He was not then, or today, a legal resident and faced deportation over a complaint from Rene, whose last name Wendy no longer remembers, natural enough after over twenty years. Normal people understand this sort of detail would escape them. Wendy believed what Alex told her. Later, she learned better. However, he had to have a reason for insisting the wedding take place immediately.

Students are not required to be citizens and come and go in pursuit of their educational plans. Don't be too stupid, please.

Benefits accrued by Alex upon marrying Wendy included medical insurance, a place to live, a co-signer for cars, a steady income, and the promise of stipend for children from the Manchester Trust, which could have been another primary motive, along with avoiding deportation. However, since he lied routinely hard facts are slim to non-existent.
Women do remember details about their weddings, however.

Wendy did not know he was married because he lied on their marriage license. This is reflected on the Marriage Certificate. No checks in these boxes. It seems Alex also lied about his employment, as he was not employed at the time. Wendy knew this because he never left the house to work. It was her apartment, not his.

And the car was also her's, paid off before the baby was born to ensure she would have fewer bills to pay.

Alex is free to produce documents in refutation. He won't because he can't.

Morgan continues, boringly, on.

The clutch of highly psychopathic in King's Mountain decided it was, again, time to share their illiterate blatherings. She and or Jay attempted to post this. Can you imagine a normal person telling their mother to kill herself? Of course not, no normal person would do so.

It should be noted Morgan's life is entirely absent any productive activities and this has been the case since she was a small child. She admitted to screwing Eddy van Halen while lying about attending college and being supported in the belief she was actually doing something productive.

During that time she claimed to be suffering from injuries sustained in an auto accident which made it impossible for her to work while regularly riding horseback, facts she carefully concealed from us. Far from assisting her family in any way she was a leech who viewed us only as a source of income.

Her entire life has been about lying to get what she wants while looking for opportunities to get more – without working.

She is also without talent in any discernible degree and was always pathologically jealous of any honor for accomplishment showed to my real children. Look at this photo of her on the occasion of my daughter Ayn's graduation from college.

Ayn had been admitted to three major colleges upon graduation from high school, these included Mt. Holyoke and Syracuse, but, chose to go to Hillsdale. During college, she interned with the local congressman for Hillsdale in Washington D. C., who had nothing but praise for her abilities.

Ayn worked summers, always finding her own job and using her money judiciously. She emerged from college a fluent German speaker and has pursued a career in public relations.

Naturally, Morgan resented her because Ayn was far more talented as an actress, literate, and diligent in her studies

Left - Right Dawn, Ayn, Arthur, and Morgan. Morgan is, naturally, scowling, as she always did when it was not all about her. She also dressed like a biker slut for the occasion, having no sense of what is appropriate.

Morgan and her also highly psychopathic hubby, Jay (My only claim to fame is my dead Dad who I use shamelessly) Gell, was very active tonight, also posting the second comment, forgetting Jay's lie about having handled the IRS issue, which I discovered was a lie by calling the IRS to discover he had never contacted them. No, their only motive in obtaining my records was to use their for their own ends.

They also extracted every cent possible from me during the time I was talking to them.

However, the record on which she tried to comment was the Settlement Agreement which was reviewed by a forensic expert from the FBI, who I was reliably told, said the Agreement was unenforceable, making the whole a fraud.

Jay is presently, I was informed, on disability and attempting to extract money from his previous employer. Morgan told me even when Jay was employed they were on food stamps for the children. Perhaps that has changed, now that she is headily employed at Walmart? Inquiring minds want to know.

But, of course, Morgan really married Jay for his looks, you know. It was a marriage designed in heaven for their perfect fulfillment.

The IRS is perfectly free to contact me at any time. In fact, I would be delighted.

Note: Jay's father was Jack E. Gell, who died at age 24 before having to deal with a son who, surely, would have shocked and disappointed him.

According to Morgan and Jay there is another half sibling who was born about ten months after Jack died, the offspring of a quick encounter between Jay's mother and a truck driver, no one seemed to be able to put a name to the gentleman. Of course, this story was provided by Jay and Morgan, so we must consider the source.

Jay, as you can see in Comment listed here as 3, finally stirred from his man-cave, we can only shudder to imagine what it looks like, with yet more threats of ominous acts in the offing. Go ahead. We eagerly await....last year Jay continually promised we would be served and any such offerings will be received with delight as opportunities to demand a Hare Index for both he and Morgan. They, after all, have two minor children. No child should be raised by a psychopathically disordered individual.

Children must be protected.

4. Barteaux- The Family Story Jay Gell has always used threats and intimidation to shut up people who threatened him. Now, the information on the Barteaux site is fully documented. These include the death certificate for Morgan's biological father, who the family acknowledged by entirely striking him from all control of all assets, was monumentally incompetent and died of Cirrohosis of the Liver when he was 43.

The family found it appropriate to have the body cremated and sprinkled over the local brewery. Not many would do this, especially while also dispensing with any memorial what so ever. But, as you review the site, you will see they had their reasons.

My family had no psychopathic individuals until Morgan made her appearance.

I have thought about what I would have done if I had known what she was. What she cost my family, first to last is impossible to calculate.

I strongly urge the local DA to engage in thorough research, please do. My minister and counsel will both be happy to discuss this with him.

And yet again Morgan spews and lies. Study these, google my name. Read my articles. I have always been very productive. Morgan? Never.

Please note Morgan Barteaux Gell, the eldest daughter of Richard Lee Barteaux, is no longer part of my family. I disowned her and this will never change.

She has no contact with me or other members of the family and knows nothing about me. Any assertion on her part she does is a lie, plain and simple.

She makes up stories which are always slanderous and inaccurate about me and others in the family. She does nothing productive herself, and never has. Her present relationship with the Manchesters, Craig Franklin, and their small coterie focuses on nothing but harming me and my family.

Psychopaths hate being outed. It is not easy coping with the ugliness of the highly psychopathic - but it is worth every day of knowing when you wake they will never again touch you and every day takes you further from the danger they represent.

I finally realized she is a psychopath and urge anyone who has such an individual in their life to follow the steps which will soon appear here to ensure they are safe from the predatory impulses which are the only kind psychopaths possess.
