While surfing YouTube, I ran into a very nice documentary called "How earth was made", Till that moment I didn't know that free full length professional grade documentaries (like what you watch on National Geographic or Discovery Channel) exists and web with no commercials, annoying browser window pop-ups or interruptions, and many of them are even provided in HD!

Video sharing sites include general purpose video sharing sites like YouTube, DailyMotion and Vimeo to professional documentary channels like FRONTLINE

What is great also that there are tools and browser extensions that can save the streaming videos to your computer for you to watch later or if you don't have enough bandwidth to watch it without pauses (for buffering), specially if you watch these videos in HD

Since I like documentaries, I thought of creating a collection of nice documentaries I found, and keep updating it periodically every time I ran into a good one, I've categorized them by documentary genre

As the title indicates, this post is about a comprehensive set of ITIL v3 videos that covers many of the ITIL v3 Framework topics, My goal in this post is to provide ITIL practitioners and learners a well organized and structured set of videos that covers most of the ITIL content in logical sequence and act as a video reference library for you, It is meant to help people who can't afford to purchase the expensive set of ITIL books or don't have time to read them to get a good understanding of ITIL v3

Most busy IT people prefer videos because they are more appealing to use for learning and cover the subject in maximum 10 minutes that you need to cover in one or few hours, but of-course it will not give the full details that you can get from reading the ITIL Books

This is a live post that is updated frequently to add more content and re-structure the post to be more organized, accurate and redundant free

Most of the videos are taken from the presentations at Charles Sturt University and presented by Marco Cattaneo, You will like listening to this guy a lot, he has a very good presentation skills accompanied with some nice sense of humor, Other videos are from different places that I've encountered during my research over the internet studying ITIL, I've separated them into different section under each topic just to avoid you losing the track of the main course of Marco Cattaneo

Note: Some videos content are duplicated in Marco Cattaneo videos in the Basic Concepts and the Processes Videos, Most of them deal with explaining the basic concept, I didn't remove the duplicates so I can cover two types or readers; the basic concepts reader and the process explanation reader to ensure that this one didn't miss the basic concepts, If you are going to read both, then you may skip the basic concepts topics in the process explanation links (e.g. CI, CMS ... etc.)

أخي المسلم: إن كنت مقصرا أو عاصيا، فعوض ما فاتك

أخي الحبيب: ما الحياة الدنيا إلا دار ممر لدار مستقر، فهي بمثابة فترة اختبار قصيرة، ليدخل بعدها الإنسان إما إلى نعيم مقيم في جنة عرضها السماوات والأرض أعدت للمتقين، أو عذاب مقيم في نار جهنم والعياذ بالله؛ لذلك على الإنسان العاقل والواعي أن يغتنم كل ساعة بل كل دقيقة من وقته؛ ليستزيد من الحسنات والتي هي بمثابة الدرجات في الامتحان ليرتفع بها في الجنان بقدر جده واجتهاده، فعلى كل مسلم أن يغتنم هذه الفترة القصيرة من عمره (الستين أو السبعين عاما)؛ ليلقى الله وهو مطمئن ويدخل الجنة في المكانة التي يستحقها، فإن كنت ممن نشأ في طاعة الله منذ شبابه، فنقول لك: هنيئا لك واستمر في العبادة والطاعة، ولكن إن كنت عاصيا أو مقصرا فيما فاتك من العمر وأنت الآن في الثلاثينات أو الأربعينات أو حتى في الخمسينات أو الستينات من عمرك، فنقول لك: لقد أضعت الخير الكثير الكثير، ولكن نقول لك أيضا مازال هنالك فرصة للتعويض عن كل ما فاتك من العمر، بل ويمكن لك أن تسبق من سبقك في الخير –بإذن الله تعالى-؛ لأن وقت الامتحان لم ينته بعد، وما زال السباق مستمرا حتى ينقضي أجلك أو أن تطلع الشمس من مغربها، فعليك أولا أن تتوب إلى الله وتبتعد عن كل المعاصي التي كنت تفعلها وألا تعود إليها مرة أخرى، وأن تجتنب كل ما نهاك الله عنه، وأن تلتزم بكل ما أمرك الله به وفرضه عليك من العبادة والطاعة، ولكنك بذلك تكون تسير بنفس سرعة من سبقك في العبادة والطاعة، ولا يمكن لك أن تسبقهم، ولكن هنالك طريقة لأن تسبقهم بل أن تطير عنهم طيرانا، وهي الاستزادة من العبادات والطاعات التي تضاعف بها الأجور والحسنات أضعافا مضاعفة، والأعمال التي تزيل بل تنسف عنك جبال السيئات نسفا، ولكن لأخبرك بهذه الأعمال، عليك أولا أن تصلي وتسلم وتبارك على رسولنا الكريم محمد –صلى الله عليه وسلم- وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، ثم تدعو لمن كتب هذه الكلمات أو أعاد إرسالها ونشرها بكل خير، وبعد ذلك عليك طبعا أن تدخل من الباب، وقبل أن تدخل أحب أن أذكرك ببعض الآيات والأحاديث الشريفة –وذلك حتى تدخل وأنت مطمئن-:

قال تعالى:أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم (قل يا عبادي الذين أسرفوا على أنفسهم لا تقنطوا من رحمة الله إن الله يغفر الذنوب جميعا إنه هو الغفور الرحيم) الزمر: ٥٣

وقال تعالى:(قال ومن يقنط من رحمة ربه إلا الضالون) الحجر: ٥٦

وقال تعالى:(ولا تيأسوا من روح الله إنه لا ييأس من روح الله إلا القوم الكافرون) يوسف: ٨٧

وقال تعالى:(وسارعوا إلى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها السماوات والأرض أعدت للمتقين) آل عمران: ١٣٣

وقال رسول الله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن الله تعالى يبسط يده بالليل ليتوب مسيء النهار، ويبسط يده بالنهار ليتوب مسيء الليل حتى تطلع الشمس من مغربها." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1871)

الباب الأول: باب شهر رمضان

قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "رغم أنف رجل ذكرت عنده فلم يصل علي، ورغم أنف رجل دخل عليه رمضان ثم انسلخ قبل أن يغفر له، ورغم أنف رجل أدرك عنده أبواه الكبر فلم يدخلاه الجنة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3510)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "الصلوات الخمس والجمعة إلى الجمعة ورمضان إلى رمضان مكفرات لما بينهن إذا اجتنبت الكبائر." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3875)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من صام رمضان إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6326)

عن عائشة بنت أبي بكر أم المؤمنين –رضي الله عنهما- أن رسول الله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "كان يجتهد في العشر الأواخر ما لا يجتهد في غيرها." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (4910)

عن عائشة بنت أبي بكر أم المؤمنين –رضي الله عنهما- أن رسول الله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "كان إذا دخل العشر شد مئزره وأحيا ليله وأيقظ أهله." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (4713)

الباب الثالث: باب قيام ليلة القدر

قال تعالى:أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم (ليلة القدر خير من ألف شهر) القدر: ٣

وقال تعالى: (حم والكتب المبين إنا أنزلنه في ليلة مباركة إنا كنا منذرين) الدخان:١-٣

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "أتاكم شهر رمضان شهر مبارك فرض الله عليكم صيامه، تفتح فيه أبواب الجنة وتغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم وتغل فيه مردة الشياطين، وفيه ليلة هي خير من ألف شهر من حرم خيرها فقد حرم." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (55)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "اطلبوا ليلة القدر في العشر الأواخر من رمضان." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1029)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من قام ليلة القدر إيمانا واحتسابا غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6441)

الباب الرابع: باب العشرة أيام الأولى من شهر ذي الحجة

قال تعالى:أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم (والفجر وليال عشر) الفجر: ١ – ٢

ليال عشر: العشر الأولى من شهر ذي الحجة (تفسير الجلالين)

وقال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "ما العمل في أيام أفضل منه في عشر ذي الحجة ولا الجهاد في سبيل الله إلا رجل خرج يخاطر بنفسه وماله فلم يرجع من ذلك بشيء." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (5548)

الباب الخامس: باب يوم الجمعة

قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "أفضل الأيام عند الله يوم الجمعة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1098)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "خير يوم طلعت عليه الشمس يوم الجمعة فيه خلق آدم وفيه أدخل الجنة وفيه أخرج منها ولا تقوم الساعة إلا في يوم الجمعة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3333)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن يوم الجمعة سيد الأيام وأعظمها عند الله وهو أعظم عند الله من يوم الأضحى ويوم الفطر فيه خمس خلال : خلق الله فيه آدم وأهبط الله فيه آدم إلى الأرض وفيه توفى الله آدم وفيه ساعة لا يسأل الله فيها العبد شيئا إلا أعطاه إياه ما لم يسأل حراما وفيه تقوم الساعة وما من ملك مقرب ولا سماء ولا أرض ولا رياح ولا جبال ولا بحر إلا وهو يشفق من يوم الجمعة أن تقوم فيه الساعة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (2279)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "اليوم الموعود يوم القيامة واليوم المشهود يوم عرفة والشاهد يوم الجمعة، وما طلعت الشمس ولا غربت على يوم أفضل منه، فيه ساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم يدعو الله بخير إلا استجاب الله له، ولا يستعيذ من شر إلا أعاذه الله منه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (8201)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن في الجمعة لساعة لا يوافقها عبد مسلم وهو قائم يصلي يسأل الله فيها خيرا إلا أعطاه الله إياه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (2120)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "يوم الجمعة ثنتا عشرة ساعة منها ساعة لا يوجد عبد مسلم يسأل الله فيها شيئا إلا آتاه الله إياه فالتمسوها آخر ساعة بعد العصر." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (8190)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "التمسوا الساعة التي ترجى في يوم الجمعة بعد العصر إلى غيبوبة الشمس." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1237)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من اغتسل يوم الجمعة ثم أتى الجمعة فصلى ما قدر له ثم أنصت حتى يفرغ الإمام من خطبته ثم يصلي معه غفر له ما بينه وبين الجمعة الأخرى وفضل ثلاثة أيام." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6062)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من غسل يوم الجمعة واغتسل ثم بكر وابتكر ومشى ولم يركب ودنا من الإمام واستمع وأنصت ولم يلغ كان له بكل خطوة يخطوها من بيته إلى المسجد عمل سنة أجر صيامها وقيامها." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6405)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "الصلوات الخمس كفارة لما بينهن ما اجتنبت الكبائر، والجمعة إلى الجمعة وزيادة ثلاثة أيام." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3874)

الباب السادس: باب الحج

قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "أما علمت أن الإسلام يهدم ما كان قبله وأن الهجرة تهدم ما كان قبلها وأن الحج يهدم ما كان قبله ؟" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1329)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "الحج المبرور ليس له جزاء إلا الجنة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3170)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من حج لله فلم يرفث ولم يفسق رجع كيوم ولدته أمه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6197)

وعن أبِي هريرة "أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم- سئل أي العمل أفضل فقال: إِيمان بِالله ورسوله، قيل ثم ماذا قَال: الجهاد في سبِيل الله، قيل ثم ماذا قَال: حج مبرور." صحيح البخاري (26)

الباب السابع: باب الصيام

قال رسول الله-صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "صوم يوم عرفة كفارة السنة الماضية والسنة المستقبلة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3805)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من صام يوم عرفة غفر الله له سنتين: سنة أمامه وسنة خلفه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6335)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "صوم يوم عرفة يكفر سنتين ماضية ومستقبلة، وصوم عاشوراء يكفر سنة ماضية." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3806)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "صيام يوم عرفة إني أحتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التي قبله والسنة التي بعده، وصيام يوم عاشوراء إني أحتسب على الله أن يكفر السنة التي قبله." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3853)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "للصائمين باب في الجنة يقال له الريان لا يدخل فيه أحد غيرهم فإذا دخل آخرهم أغلق، من دخل فيه شرب، ومن شرب لم يظمأ أبدا." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (5184)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من فطر صائما أو جهز غازيا فله مثل أجره." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6414)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "ثلاث دعوات مستجابات: دعوة الصائم ودعوة المظلوم ودعوة المسافر." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3030)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "صيام المرء في سبيل الله يبعده من جهنم مسيرة سبعين عاما." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3847)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من صام يوما في سبيل الله جعل الله بينه وبين النار خندقا كما بين السماء والأرض." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6333)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن الأعمال ترفع يوم الاثنين والخميس فأحب أن يرفع عملي وأنا صائم." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1583)

الباب الثامن: باب قراءة القرآن

قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3319)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "اقرءوا القرآن فإنكم تؤجرون عليه، أما إني لا أقول (ألم) حرف، ولكن ألف عشر ولام عشر وميم عشر، فتلك ثلاثون." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1164)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "اقرءوا القرآن فإنه يأتي يوم القيامة شفيعا لأصحابه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1165)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "يقال لصاحب القرآن: اقرأ وارق ورتل كما كنت ترتل في دار الدنيا، فإن منزلتك عند آخر آية كنت تقرؤها." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (8122)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من قرأ (قل هو الله أحد) عشر مرات، بنى الله له بيتا في الجنة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6472)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من قرأ (قل هو الله أحد) فكأنما قرأ ثلث القرآن." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6473)

قال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من صلى الفجر في جماعة ثم قعد يذكر الله حتى تطلع الشمس ثم صلى ركعتين كانت له كأجر حجة وعمرة تامة تامة تامة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6346)

الباب العاشر: باب الدعاء والاستغفار والتسبيح

قال تعالى:أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم (وإذا سألك عبادي عني فإني قريب أجيب دعوة الداع إذا دعان فليستجيبوا لي وليؤمنوا بي لعلهم يرشدون) البقرة: ١٨٦

وقال تعالى: (المال والبنون زينة الحياة الدنيا والباقيات الصالحات خير عند ربك ثوابا وخير أملا) الكهف 46

الباقيات الصالحات: هي سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا إله إلا الله والله أكبر، زاد بعضهم ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله (تفسير الجلالين)

وقال تعالى: (وقال ربكم ادعوني أستجب لكم إن الذين يستكبرون عن عبادتي سيدخلون جهنم داخرين) غافر: ٦٠

وقال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "قال الله تعالى: يا عبادي! إنكم تخطئون بالليل والنهار وأنا أغفر الذنوب جميعا فاستغفروني أغفر لكم يا عبادي" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (4345)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "قال الله تعالى: يا ابن آدم ! إنك ما دعوتني ورجوتني غفرت لك على ما كان منك ولا أبالي، يا ابن آدم ! لو بلغت ذنوبك عنان السماء ثم استغفرتني غفرت لك ولا أبالي، يا ابن آدم ! لو أنك أتيتني بقراب الأرض خطايا ثم لقيتني لا تشرك بي شيئا لأتيتك بقرابها مغفرة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (4338)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "أفضل العبادة الدعاء." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1122)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "ليس شيء أكرم على الله تعالى من الدعاء." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (5392)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من استغفر للمؤمنين وللمؤمنات، كتب الله له بكل مؤمن ومؤمنة حسنة" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته(6026)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "كلمتان خفيفتان على اللسان، ثقيلتان في الميزان، حبيبتان إلى الرحمن: سبحان الله وبحمده، سبحان الله العظيم" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (4572)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "لقد قلت بعدك أربع كلمات ثلاث مرات، لو وزنت بما قلت منذ اليوم لوزنتهن: سبحان الله وبحمده عدد خلقه ورضا نفسه وزنة عرشه ومداد كلماته" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (5139)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من قال: سبحان الله وبحمده في يوم مائة مرة، حطت خطاياه وإن كانت مثل زبد البحر" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6431)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "ما على الأرض أحد يقول: لا إله إلا الله والله أكبر ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله، إلا كفرت عنه خطاياه ولو كانت مثل زبد البحر" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (5636)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من صلى علي واحدة، صلى الله عليه عشر صلوات، وحط عنه عشر خطيئات، ورفع له عشر درجات" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6359)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "من دخل السوق فقال: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد يحيي ويميت وهو حي لا يموت بيده الخير وهو على كل شيء قدير، كتب الله له ألف ألف حسنة، ومحا عنه ألف ألف سيئة، ورفع له ألف ألف درجة، وبنى له بيتا في الجنة" صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (6231)

وقال تعالى: (لن تنالوا البر حتى تنفقوا مما تحبون وما تنفقوا من شيء فإن الله به عليم) آل عمران 92

وقال تعالى: (وسارعوا إلى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها السماوات والأرض أعدت للمتقين الذين ينفقون في السراء والضراء والكاظمين الغيظ والعافين عن الناس والله يحب المحسنين) آل عمران 133-134

وقال رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إذا مات الإنسان انقطع عمله إلا من ثلاث، صدقة جارية أو علم ينتفع به أو ولد صالح يدعو له." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (793)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "إن الله تعالى يقبل الصدقة ويأخذها بيمينه فيربيها لأحدكم كما يربي أحدكم مهره، حتى أن اللقمة لتصير مثل أحد." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (1902)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "ثلاث أقسم عليهن: ما نقص مال قط من صدقة فتصدقوا، ولا عفا رجل عن مظلمة ظلمها إلا زاده الله تعالى بها عزا فاعفوا يزدكم الله عزا، ولا فتح رجل على نفسه باب مسألة يسأل الناس إلا فتح الله عليه باب فقر." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3025)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "داووا مرضاكم بالصدقة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3358)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "اتقوا النار ولو بشق تمرة، فإن لم تجدوا فبكلمة طيبة." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (115)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "صدقة السر تطفئ غضب الرب، وصلة الرحم تزيد في العمر، وفعل المعروف يقي مصارع السوء." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3760)

وقال -صلى الله عليه وسلم-: "سبعة يظلهم الله في ظله يوم لا ظل إلا ظله: إمام عادل وشاب نشأ في عبادة الله ورجل قلبه معلق بالمسجد إذا خرج منه حتى يعود إليه ورجلان تحابا في الله فاجتمعا على ذلك وافترقا عليه ورجل ذكر الله خاليا ففاضت عيناه ورجل دعته امرأة ذات منصب وجمال فقال: إني أخاف الله رب العالمين ورجل تصدق بصدقة فأخفاها حتى لا تعلم شماله ما تنفق يمينه." صحيح الجامع الصغير وزيادته (3603)

وفي النهاية، أقول لك أخي الحبيب: حاول أن تطرق معظم هذه الأبواب، ولا تكن من الزاهدين في الخير، وأذكرك بقوله تعالى:

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم (إن الله عنده علم الساعة وينـزل الغيث ويعلم ما في الأرحام وما تدري نفس ماذا تكسب غدا وما تدري نفس بأي أرض تموت إن الله عليم خبير) لقمان: ٣٤

وقال تعالى: (وأنفقوا مما رزقناكم من قبل أن يأتي أحدكم الموت فيقول رب لولا أخرتني إلى أجل قريب فأصدق وأكن من الصالحين ولن يأخر الله نفسا إذا جاء أجلها والله خبير بما تعلمون) المنافقون: ١٠ - ١١

وقال تعالى: (حتى إذا جاء أحدهم الموت قال رب ارجعون لعلي أعمل صالحا فيما تركت كلا إنها كلمة هو قائلها ومن ورائهم برزخ إلى يوم يبعثون) المؤمنون: ٩٩ – ١٠٠

وهناك أبواب كثيرة أخرى للخير، نذكر منها:

- قيام الليل

- بر الوالدين

- صلة الأرحام

- إفشاء السـلام

- إكـرام الضيـف

- زيارة المريـض

- التوكل على الله

- إسباغ الوضــوء

- صلاة الجمـاعـة

- الإحسان إلى الجـار

- الصبر عند الشدائد

- البكاء من خشية الله

- الوفاء بالوعود والعهود

- الجهاد والرباط في سبيل الله

- كظم الغيظ والعفو عند المقدرة

- الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر

- الابتعاد عن الكذب والغيبة والنميمة وشهادة الزور

I was having hard time troubleshooting the slow start-up time of MS Windows 7 Ultimate (which MS promised that they have done great job working on start-up times process improvement) and also even it is installed on a powerful laptop (2.6GHz Core2 Duo/6MB Cache/4 GB RAM/2046 MB ATI Radeon 4850HD ... )

I found this article really helpful, As i expected this terrible slowdown is due to a driver problem, I wanted to know which one and which process is taking the most time
