Ugen før havde lige været hård nok og må vente lidt før jeg kan presse citronen igen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Og lige en sidebemærkning.. Hvorfor dælen er Steen Walther ikke udtaget til NM Cross? Mig og Sus overnattede ved Henrik Them. Det var vældig hyggeligt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aften: 10 km i 4:08 min/km i Dyrehaven. Men det var ikke så hårdt, især da der ikke var meget kvalitetstræning. Næste uge løber jeg nok under 200km da jeg skal løbe mit første cross intervalpas på torsdag og Eremitageløbet på søndag. Tornby Plantage! Jeg skulle kun løbe 35 km men jeg for vild på vej hjemad og fik derfor en lidt for lang tur.. Tornby Plantage var ellers et rigtig lækkert sted at løbe og alt i alt en rigtig god løbeoplevelse.&lt;br /&gt;Så var det godt at jeg skulle med Susanne i de Romerske bade lige bagefter! Det føles sgu godt og slutte en uge af med et højt snit! Nu skal jeg bare holde det kørende resten af vinteren. Ikke en særlig god fødselsdagsgave, men der skal sgu trænes selvom man har fødselsdag, og det gav mig alligevel en god start på dagen at jeg havde kæmpet mig igennem.
