Financial Planners and Debt Elimination

Do you have a Financial Planner referral partner for debt elimination? My experience with Financial Planners over the last few years was that the majority of them were focused on money management and very few were looking for clients with debt that needed help. I've been reading the last few days that the new Good Faith Estimate ( GFE ) will require a comparison of offers. While many are not happy about this, I think it's a chance to embrace that fact that good mortgage planners and loan officers do this anyway and many of your competitors do not. If you are using a program such as Mortgage Coach, aren't you leveraging the Total Cost Analysis to help your client understand what is going to be best for them in the strategy that makes the most sense for them?
