·         Successful experience in data migration projects from legacy to SAP PLM

Lotus Notes Specialist with experience in the day to day administration of Lotus Notes, Instant messaging (Lotus Sametime), Blackberry (BES) and Collaboration Systems (Video Conference etc) required for my client based in Merseyside. 

You will be involved in the recommendation, design and implementation of improvements to the Notes (Domino) infrastructure with a view to improving reliability, performance and functionality. Your focus will be on the backend Domino Server Infrastructure rather than end user support. Candidates with a breadth of knowledge and experience evaluating systems and putting improvement suggestions forward (previous project/consultancy based work) will be advantageous  

Applicants will have solid experience of administering Lotus notes version 6.0 and above, ideally with a recent manufacturer certification such as CLP. It would be advantageous for the successful candidate to have administration skills in any of the following technologies as well: Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, EMC Celerra NAS, EMC Clariion, VMWARE, Polycom Video Conference, Lotus Sametime, Blackberry Enterprise Server. 

This role will be very demanding and therefore candidates will need to be motivated, tenacious and able to manage multiple tasks and projects. You will be required to participate in an on call rota (1 in 3 weeks) and you will be paid an allowance for this.

&lt;li&gt;Developing and driving the division to increased scale and profitability&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;p&gt;Duties and Tasks&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Interview and select, along with Director, all new staff
&lt;li&gt;Meet with Team Leaders weekly to asses program
&lt;li&gt;Mentor and train Team Leaders ensuring excellence in their roles
&lt;li&gt;Meet with the division formally, on a regular basis, to ensure that the divisions issues are raised and auctioned 
&lt;li&gt;Manage the accounts process highlighting any creditor process issues, to be solved
&lt;li&gt;Act as the main business development contact for the division, ensuring that the position as a primary contact as a large scale relationships
&lt;li&gt;Appraise all the division against the core competencies, responsible for promotion, training assessments or disciplinary measures where appropriate
&lt;li&gt;With Director review all compensation plans when required ensuring prity across  the division
&lt;li&gt;Monitor all the overall quality of the divisions business, ensuring that the division achieves its monthly/annual targets
&lt;li&gt;Proactively raise or solve all issues relating to the business
&lt;li&gt;Forecast business over a period of 6 weeks continuously , monitoring both growth and quality
&lt;li&gt;Highlight and bring to the companies attention any improvements, incentives, developments or additional  information that can give the division a strategic advantage
&lt;li&gt;Support the companies aims and objectives and be the divisions interface to the groups development
&lt;li&gt;Ensure that the division are driven against targets and have knowledge of what is required of them
&lt;li&gt;Quarterly, review the business against the annual business plan, highlighting strengths, weaknesses and actions.  Use this document to review business process and ensure necessary changes are made
&lt;li&gt;Annually, construct budget for following year.  This process begins in November and is based on a review of the current year and developing the business against core assumptions to plan for future growth.  This process will take at least 2 weeks and needs to be allowed for.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;


 


&lt;b&gt; &lt;p&gt;MEASURMENT CRITERIA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hitting target placements on a weekly/monthly basis
&lt;li&gt;The percentage to which the database is in date and the accuracy of key skilling within designated skill area
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of technical area
&lt;li&gt;The quality of process and speed of resourcing
&lt;li&gt;Quality of rapport with contractors
&lt;li&gt;Ability to generate and qualify business leads
&lt;li&gt;Number of candidate referrals
&lt;li&gt;Supporting the team, ensuring the team achieve monthly/annual targets&lt;/p&gt;
