	<title>Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting</title>        
<description>You will be working as an analyst for the ISD Finance project team where you will be developing, maintaining and supporting the functional aspects of our clients Financial and Regulatory reporting systems. This includes performing functional analysis and system testing for new functionality and production issues primarily within the regulatory liquidity and capital domains, liaising with multiple business and ISD teams as well as external vendors. With regards to system testing, you will be expected to manage and coordinate system testing both within the team and across multiple business or ISD teams as required. You will also be expected to support the business during UAT periods.
 
This role also entails supporting the RCLM business team with upcoming regulatory changes and consequently keeping abreast of upcoming changes across the industry by following relevant forums and industry briefings (e.g. related to Basel III and CRD IV, COREP, FINREP).

You will be required to work closely with the project manager to provide input on task prioritisation, progress reporting, issue management, and be an active member of the project working group.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

&amp;#x2022; Capturing functional requirements and non-functional requirements (i.e. architectural, infrastructure, security, testing, migration, operational, DR).
&amp;#x2022; Ensuring appropriate documentation of requirements (e.g. 'Requirement Story' in JIRA).
&amp;#x2022; Defining key deliverables and ensuring estimates account for testing and documentation.
&amp;#x2022; Consulting relevant technical and business resources early in the analysis stages.
&amp;#x2022; Ensuring test cases, data and success criteria for system testing have been prepared.
&amp;#x2022; Providing support for both functional and non-functional testing during system and user acceptance testing.
&amp;#x2022; Define quality criteria for production acceptance in agreement with business.
&amp;#x2022; Ensure adequate consideration over legacy data conversion/migration steps required.

The application code for the control system is produced using in-house tools running on top of the Mathworks Real-Time Workshop. Exposure to this system at an internal level is necessary. In addition, knowledge of writing device driver level software for PCs (Linux or Windows) is highly desirable.

&amp;#x2022; Experience with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow is required
