As you all may remember I posted about the Chewy Q teether. Colin loves the thing! But now he has a new teether that he loves just as much. This one isn't just a teether its a training toothbrush as well. The makers of Baby Banana Brushes came out with the Baby Banana Sharky Teething Toothbrush. It's the cutest thing ever! A little shark! I can't even emphasize how much I love it. It's geared towards little youngsters as tiny as 3 months. The fins have an amazing purpose other than making it adorable. It's designed to "stand up" as well as has loops holes that allow you to attach a pacifier strap to. Which I us all the time, I hate always having to wipe off a pacifier or teether because its slipped on the floor. The loops are preventing that once you attach the clip. (not included) With all things that Colin touches I worry about choking. The Sharky Brush is made with that exact thought in mind. Their wide enough that it's impossible for him to stick down his throat. The makers Live-Right solutions are Mom's Best Award Winners, as well as a Member of the Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association. So of course when I looked into the materials their made from I was not surprised when I found out that it's 100% medical grade silicone. As well as BPA, Phthalate, PVC, and Lead free. Making it not only dishwasher and boiling safe, but freezer safe too! Colin loves Ice cubes, and all things cold. So to know that when I put the Sharky Brush in the freezer it's still flexible - unlike other teethers.

On the go? Steri - Bottle

I heard of Steri-bottle through a friend. Nothing sounded more wasteful than a one use, disposable baby bottle. But let me tell you - I'm so happy to be able to experience them. Like you may know Colin LOVES to eat, so we can't leave the house without a fully packed diaper bag, no matter how long we're going to be. Steri - bottle now goes with us! The first time we gave them a try was when we took Colin to his first baseball game. Colin's uncle is the mascot for the minor league team; the Lakewood Blue Claws. Being out for a long period of time made me think that we should bring the Steri-Bottles along. I absolutely hate when we have been out for the day with no way to wash out Colin's bottles, and getting home to wash them out the horrible smell of formula that's sat all day. So off we went with these new disposable bottles. I couldn't have been happier. When he got hungry I just got out a bottle feed him and bye bye bottle. Colin's happy and so is mommy. No washing, no horrible smell, hey the diaper bag was a little lighter on the way home.

The greatest part of is their 100% recyclable! Down to the packaging the box they come in (they come in packs of 5 or 10) is made of recycled board. The bottle themselves are BPA & Phthalate free. Coming in different flows for each age range, a medium or fast flow. Each bottle is 9 oz, which I find to be the best for traveling with. Hand Sucker

I can't even begin to tell you how much Colin sucks on the side of his hand, not his thumb- the side of his hand. I've tried mittens,socks you name it his managed to figure out how to remove them all. With the weather changing his hand has gone from smooth newborn baby skin everyone loves, to chapped and cracked. I tried all lotions known to try and heal it. Then I came a crossed TriDerma. The only one that works! I never had to load his skin up either, just a small pea size amount and magic! After 2 uses his skin was back to as smooth as new. Well, I have been so overwhelmed with all of the products I never thought I would receive so much. I have been spending this time trying to keep as organized and setup to continue. So I am back to share with all of you the amazing in and outs of these products. I seriously can not thank all of the companies who choose to participate enough! Teething. The answer!

Teething is a nightmare! Every single toy & teether Colin has, has been put in his mouth and chomped on because of this process we call teething. Not one teether we've bought has done justice. He hates them all, they don't fit in his small mouth, he doesn't have the patience to hold it because it weighs the same as a toy.There just hasn't been answer for us - until now!! Lunch time a new way; Buddy Fruits

Colin loves to eat, ( 8 oz since he was 2 weeks old ). Now that we've started solid feeding he's even enjoying eating more! With all my worries about added sugars and preservatives I had no idea what to do. So I came a crossed Buddy Fruits!

It's just about time!

Being a new mom left me with so many questions. All about what's best for my son. What diapers should I be using, what's the best soap to wash him with, or what protection does he need when we leave the house. Toys? what are the best toys I can give him that aren't just toys but something with an educational value. Well that turned into what are these products made of , is it safe for him or will I have to be worried about something popping off or the fabric being harmful. Will it even be something he enjoys? All of these question I have still as he grows.

My point is that I want to get to the bottom of what I needed to know. How am I going to do that? By reviewing products over time and keeping notes, researching. What materials their made of , down to where it was made. If your a mom like me you need to know it all , considering its your child that your allowing to come in contact with these products that you've purchased. I want to be able to provide all of the incites of products that everyday moms like you and I are spending money on for our children to use.

As a new mommy, I question everything that is purchased for my son Colin. So I decided to take matters into my own hands, and test out the products and give all of you reviews and incite about them. From the basic "does it make Colin laugh and enjoy it", to the break down of the actual materials its made from. I am currently still awaiting more products to be delivered for my posts, but once I get into the swing of things I will be posting pictures, videos and all of the information for you to check out for you little ones at home daily!
