Teach for India (TFI) is a NGO that work for the education problems in India for the poor students. Here I am goin to share a format that will be helpful for the fellowship applicants.

In my college in 1^st /2^nd / 3^rdyear I involved in the blood donation camp organized by red cross Motihari or Bihar state blood bank etc…………………………………………………………...

Since the blood donation is a splendid social service of high order. I was repenting that I didn’t made any substantial contribution for the society, so I thought of involving in that blood donation camp. As we know the gift of blood is the gift of life. There is no substitute for human blood. More than 50000 blood donation are needed every day, but India is so far from these number of donation.

Initially, when I was thinking for blood donation many of my friends suggested me to not to do this. Because they were thinking that after donation severe problems will occur like weakness and anemia, some friends told that they don’t like needles also. But because of my leadership quality or may be mind changing capability. I succeed to change their mind set. I made them believe that donating blood

could reduce the risk of heart disease and could stimulate the generation of red blood cells. Also I said, one donation can help save the lives of up to three people.

Finally when the blood donation drive was over the staff members informed that this time we received a lot of interest from the students. It was a successful donation camp.

Personally I felt very much happy that at first time I did a social service. My parents appreciated for this noble cause when I informed them about it. At last I awarded by a certificate of appreciation.

Rupee ₹ vs USD/ weakening of Indian Rupee and its impact

Readers now a days everyone is talking about the weakening of our Indian Rupee. What does it mean ? what are the outcomes of this fall?

In last month i.e August last,we saw devaluation of the Indian rupee over USD $.Last week itself the rupee reach a new fall of Rs70 for 1$.

A lot of currencies are there in the world. Generally all the country having their own unique currency ,except European Union. The exchange rate of are also different to each other. For ex- now the value of 1 USD is Rs 67,means we have to pay Rs67 to buy a American $.A few months ago it was around Rs54 for a US $.Also if we go past year we can see the value of 1$ was equal to Rs40.This happens because our economy was at boom in last year as compare with this year.

The outcomes of this problem is that the cost of all the imported things get increased,because in foreign trade ,countries use USD as medium of transactions.now all the goods i.e imported becomes most costlier.Let us say,for ex- if you want to buy an Apple iphone from America(the cost of that iphone is 900$) then you have to pay 67*900=Rs60300 for the iphone. Let you compare this situation in last year then you have to pay 40*900=Rs36000, we can notice a large difference in cost in those years.

Also people are thinking, how does this change in Indian Rupee affect our life?

=>The answer of this question is very clear because we know that India imports a huge amount of petroleum from the gulf countries (and also we have to know that in foreign trade the goods are valued in USD and payments are also transact in USD) then the devaluation of Rupee impact as the more expensive of goods. Recently in last week petroleum companies increases the rates of petrol and diesel.

The increase in the cost of petroleum oil causes the increase in cost everywhere in all fields. For example increase in diesel costs increases the transportation charges. Also the transportation of goods from one place to other place get costlier, then automatically everything costs more.

Thus we can say that the devaluation or weakening of ₹ impacts as the increase in cost everywhere.

friends i am going to share the review of the paper that was held on 14th July 2013(afternoon),the paper was easy with a lot of mistakes.
General awareness was the easiest portion in that paper.The Quantitative questions were too difficult,computer knowledge questions were hilarious.Reasoning and English were moderate.

In our country congress party having right to give the certificate of secularism.Even congress government was involved in sikh riots and also muslims riots in Assam.

Pakistan of Nawaz Sarif ,How it will be ?

Again the pakistani voters show their confidence in muslim leag -nawaz party and miya nawaz already selected as Prime Minister of Pakistan.Nawaz sarif is the only one PM who elected as PM thrice.Before it in 1990 nawaz sarif elected as PM then again in 1997 his party won and he elected 2nd time.
In his 2nd reign in 1999 ,after Kargil the army chief put marshall law and send him in prison.
After that Musharraf (the army chief) nominated himself as PM of Pakistan.
Then after because of pressure by America ,Musharraf allows democratic policy and Yusuf Gilani elected as PM.
let's point out the newly election that happened in the month of May - June2013.
In this election compaign neither kashmir nor Indian Army was the issue.They even also not mention indo-Afghan relationship in their compaign.
This time development and administration was the main topic in political parties compaign.
Nawaz sarif noticed the bad situation of electricity,water, unemployment in his compaign also he make the issue of communal violence in
pakistan.
Miya Nawaz also show the soft corner for Jehadi Terrorist ,those are involved in the killing of hundreds of siya muslims.
Nawaz sarif also allot two tickets for Jehadi communal leaders and they won.
Nawaz sarif also invites Taliban for talk.
I think he is supportive to taliban and communal activitists,then how can he do better than Peoples party.
Miya Nawaz will have to do a lot for the peoples of Pakistan who show their confidence and a hope for Pakistan.

Bihar politics:Secularism and Nitish Kumar

After breakup with BJP ,JDU and Nitish Kumar trying a lot to prove themselves as a secular political party and a person with secular thought respectively.JDU became the toy of congress party.

secularism or communalism doesn’t matter in Bihar.I think after the drama of Nitish Kumar the people of Bihar think that he is the person who can do any thing for his satisfaction.

Just talk about the Bihar politics where secularism doesn’t matter. There vote bank only decide who will be the winner.if you consider Nitish Kumar party JDU doesn’t have any proper or permanent vote bank. They won the some seats because of the alliance with BJP after breakup JDU can’t able to win more than 5 seats in the 2014 lok sabha polls.JDU is in overconfidence and his leaders think that they are VIKAS PURUS.But they are living in dark .now the upper castes of bihar are not happy with nitish kumar,for result we can refer the results of MAHARAJGANJ bipolls.in maharajganj RJD leader prabhunath singh won with a huge votes.congress and JDU were the big loosers.nothing good is going in bihar,no development,all the systems are corrupt in bihar.even if you go to any district headquarters you will find a lot of garbage here and there on the roads,lifestyle is too bad.

I don’t know what NITISH KUMAR will get to prove himself as a secular person.

India is a multi religious country.It consists of Hindu,muslim,sikh ,christanism,Persian etc .
Aaj sabhi rajneetik dal apne ko secular batate hae aur dusron ko communal.Halat toh ye hae ki parties apni vifaltaon ko bhulane ki liye secular ka drama kar rhi hae.
Aap ye btao agar aap muslimo ko rijhao toh kya ye communal agenda nahi hae.
kya hindus k support mein koi party ati hae toh isme burai hi kya hae.
ye log jo secular ka drama krte hae wo sabhi leaders hybrid hae.:-)
jo congress apne aap ko secular kahti hae usse apne gireban mein jhank lena chaiye.
sikh riot,assam riot jo hal hi mein hue hae kya ye hatya nhi hae cngress k leader toh isse mukti bhi kah sakte hae.

aaj ye samay aa gya hae ki hum sab hindu ko ek hokar BJO ko support karein aur 2014 mein congress ko ukhar fekein.
ajib dastan hae hum hinduon ki india mein 70% hindu hae aur to aur yaha 2-3 ko chor k ek bhi kattar hindu leader paida nhi hua.
abb 2014 hi aisa samay hae jisme hume apne aap ko proof krna hae ki humme wo taqat hae jo satta ko badal ki takat rakhte hae.

National Flag of India

A flag is a symbolic proclamation of the attributes and aspirations of a body,and when it is the flag of a nation it stands for the whole spirit of its people.Indian flag consists of three different colours so it is also called "Tiranga".It has three horizontal stripes of saffron ,white and green.The white stripe holds a chakra (24 spokes) at the center.
Dr.Radhakrishnan who offered the colours and chakra of the flag in the constituent assembly.It was accepted and thus we got our tricolour.
The saffron in the flag stands for renunciation of disinterestedness.The white at center denotes the path of truth to guide and peace.The green shows our close heartly relation to soil i.e motherland.
The Ashoka chakra on the flag has 24 spokes and the ratio between the length and width of the flag has to be 3:2.
The display of national flag is governed by the provosions of emblems and names (prevention of Improper use) act,1950 and the Prevention of insults to national honour act 1971.The flag code of india ,2002 is a step to bring together all such laws,conventions,practices and instructions for the guidence in this respect.
The flag code of India ,consists of three parts -
(i) general description of national flag.
(ii) display of national flag by members of public,private organisations,and educational institutions.

On 25th may 2013 the naxalites killed 30 peoples in sukma destrict of Chattisgarh.Among those maximum people were the activist of congress party.Top 3 leaders of congress party included in those 30.
The question is that what is the solution option
(1)by talk
(2)by military operation

Point is that after killing of leaders then the government woke up.The people who are telling that because of lack of development it occured,then i will clear that what type of development they need.They are drinking mineral water bottles,then how can some of our leaders say that they are bpl family members.If you consider the cases of Bihar ,Jharkhand even they are asking commission from everyone.so i wanna say that no economial reform is needed for that.
There is only one solution i.e by military operation with the brutal killings of naxalites ,known as tit for that.
If the state and central show their" icchashakti"there after only it is possible.According to some news channel ,sukma is maximum covered by forest and forest is the safest shelter for maoists.They said their is no government in that area.The forces have to follow the attacking methods of naxalites itself to wash out them.
just cover all around the forest and start combing operation ,for this operation more than 5000 paramilitary forces required.But due to weak governance of central it is not possible,also some human right activist will start their drama on it.
Anyway if government show their stand tough on the naxalites then surely the killers naxalites will be no more.

Kumbakonam: when i met a drunk

Hi Friend in this blog i am going to share about a moment when i met a drunk person on the roads of Kumbakonam.I am a student and pursuing B.Tech here.
Generally we know that the town or we can also say that our city ,temple city Kumbakonam is one of the holy places in the heart of the south India.
Many famous temples are here,i think may be 1000 of tourists come here daily.
But a lot of persons are making the society dirty.for ex in evening if you go on the roads it is my guarantee that surely u can see many drunk persons in their dancing pose.
Now a days to drink is a fashion in kumbakonam ( it seems ).
I hav travelled many state many, cities towns of the different parts of India.But here the people are so interested in drinking,i have never seen,these type of interest among the people for a bottle of wine.
ya the interesting one yesterday while coming to my room (around 8) ,at that time a huge rush was there.in that moment i touches the hand of a person,then i said sorry to him.Then i proceed to my destination,after that a drunk person around 40 the same person came near to me and started lecture to me.Also we know about the culture of Tamilnadu to show finger.The person started in that manner 1st 10second i controlled myself bcoz he is aged person,but then he crossed his limit and started abussive word.Then also my blood gonna heated and i hit two slap to the person and skip from there.
What a stupid persons are there in Kumbakonam :-P

India has the largest democracy in the world.The media plays a vital role in the development of a democratic country.Also in our media has a powerful platform.Recently Bihar local media has been subjected that they are not doing their work properly.

R U Agree?

I am agree with this.I am going to explain it with an example.Last month i went to my native (Bihar),
there i noticed that almost every they are covering the news front page with the CM photo with a great applause .The same applied on the TV media.
Also i met there one of my friend who's a local journalist.I asked that question to him that why not you people are covering news about corruption,fraud,water problem ,power crisis etc. I gonna shocked after his reply.He told you people are stupid , you dont know about Bihar growth and intelligence of our CM.If a journalist starts telling like that then think the situation :-)
Our media forgot that many things are left and incomplete all developmemts is in a envelope, having large difference on ground.
"Nitish kumar sirf ding hakne mein aage hae baki sab toh..."
Atlast i replied to my journalist friend "tera bheja fry ho gya hae. bhai ande se bahar niklo tabhi duniya dikhegi"
Aapki kya soch hae.

After a long struggle the central government sanctioned two central universities in Bihar and also change the name of these central universities.
1.North Bihar Central University. Motihari

2.South Bihar Central University,Gaya
Motihari ,was decided as the location for central university firstly.Also point to be noted the CM of the state Nitish Kumar announced this in a program of motihari engineering college.
Then the farmers of the district came front and offer the acres of land for free to the government for the establishment of central university. Bankat-bairiya, Rupdih and Basatpur farmers offer the land.The main chance of establishment of this university is at Basatpur i.e near to Motihari town and near to the National Highway.
Now the central university of Bihar is conducting their classes in patna it will shift to the Central university of South Bihar at Gaya.
Both the universities will be deemed and their will not be any dependencies between these universities.
The importance of central university in Motihari is to minimize the imbalance of education in the region.
Motihari is located at the centre of many districts (West champaran,Sheohar,Gopalganj,Muzafarpur)where the standard of education is very low and also the Motihari (East Champaran) is closely connected to Nepal.
For the establishment of this university people of East Champaran (Motihari) district struggled a lot and the end they got it.
Anyway it is like a dream for the people of this region.
They having a lot of expectation from this university.
According to sources the classes of this university will start by the year 2016.

1.First one is what is in the news papers?
-now a days news papers are like a market just pay n use.The candidate invest money in that and shows that they are the best.
except the editorial columns all the politics of a news paper agency is running behind "one party" mainly the party which is in the power.All the news papers having their concepts that is based on the money (corruption).
I dont having faith on news papers agencies.
2.Leader's speech - you all know about that it gonna change in every season.
3.Social Media - It is a platform at which we can know that whether people want a change or not.And if they want a change then whom they are showing their faith and believe.
From the social media trend itz clear that people are liking Narendra Modi as a compare with other candidates.
Many people are talking about Bihar CM Nitish Kumar ,it is a non sense talk.Because BJP is the biggest party in that alliance so obviously the PM candidate should belongs to bjp.

Bhojpuri films are films in the Bhojpuri language, mainly watched by people from Bihar, eastern Uttar Pradesh in North India and Tarai(including virganj,bara and some other districts) in southern Nepal.

Overview
Bhojpuri cinema is also watched in many parts of the world, where Indian diaspora has settled, including Brazil, Fiji, Guyana, Mauritius, South Africa, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago. During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, many colonizers faced labor shortages due to the abolition of slavery; thus, they imported many Indians, many from Bhojpuri-speaking regions. Today, some 200 million people in the West Indies, Oceania, and South America speak Bhojpuri as a native or second language[1] and they also watch Bhojpuri films.

History
In 1960s, when President of India, Rajendra Prasad, who hailed from Bihar met actor Nasir Hussain at a film awards function, and asked Nasir to make a movie in Bhojpuri, which eventually led to first Bhojpuri film's release in 1962.[2] Bhojpuri cinema history begins in 1962 with the well-received film Ganga Maiyya Tohe Piyari Chadhaibo ("Mother Ganges, I will offer you a yellow sari"), which was directed by Kundan Kumar.[3] Throughout the following decades, films were produced only in fits and starts. Films such as Bidesiya ("Foreigner", 1963, directed by S. N. Tripathi) and Ganga ("Ganges", 1965, directed by Kundan Kumar) were profitable and popular, but in general Bhojpuri films were not commonly produced in the 1960s and 1970s.

In the 1980s, enough Bhojpuri films were produced to tentatively make up an industry. Films such as Mai ("Mom", 1989, directed by Rajkumar Sharma) and Hamar Bhauji ("My Brother's Wife", 1983, directed by Kalpataru) continued to have at least sporadic success at the box office. Nadiya Ke Paar is a 1982 Hindi-Bhojpuri blockbuster directed by Govind Moonis and starring Sachin, Sadhana Singh, Inder Thakur, Mitali, Savita Bajaj, Sheela David, Leela Mishra and Soni Rathod.The film ran houseful for years in a movie theatre in Allahabad. However, this trend faded out by the end of the decade, and by 1990, the nascent industry seemed to be completely finished.[4]

The industry took off again in 2001 with the "Silver Jubilee" hit Saiyyan Hamar ("My Sweetheart", directed by Mohan Prasad), which shot the hero of that film, Ravi Kissan, to superstardom.[5] This success was quickly followed by several other remarkably successful films, including Panditji Batai Na Biyah Kab Hoi ("Priest, tell me when I will marry", 2005, directed by Mohan Prasad) and Sasura Bada Paisa Wala ("My father-in-law, the rich guy", 2005). In a measure of the Bhojpuri film industry's rise, both of these did much better business in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar than mainstream Bollywood hits at the time, and both films, made on extremely tight budgets, earned back more than ten times their production costs.[6] Sasura Bada Paisa Wala also introduced Manoj Tiwari, formerly a well-loved folk singer, to the wider audiences of Bhojpuri cinema. In 2008, he and Ravi Kissan are still the leading actors of Bhojpuri films, and their fees increase with their fame. The extremely rapid success of their films has led to dramatic increases in Bhojpuri cinema's visibility, and the industry now supports an awards show[7] and a trade magazine, Bhojpuri City, which chronicles the production and release of what are now over one hundred films per year. Many of the major stars of mainstream Bollywood cinema, including Amitabh Bachchan, have also recently worked in Bhojpuri films. Mithun Chakraborty's Bhojpuri debut Bhole Shankar, released in 2008, is considered as the biggest Bhojpuri hit of all time. Also in 2008, a 21-minute diploma film Bhojpuri film by Siddharth Sinha, Udedh Bun (Unravel) was selected for world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival, later it won the National Film Award for Best Short fiction Film

In February 2011, a three-day film and cultural festival in Patna marking 50 years of Bhojpuri cinema, opened Ganga Maiyya Tohe Piyari Chadhaibo the first Bhojpuri film..

Gandhi, the exponent of the Satyagraha movement, staged his first satyagraha in Champaran, in Bihar. It was in 1917. The poor peasants, the indigo growers, of the district invited Gandhi to go there to see for himself the grievances of the much exploited peasants there.
Champaran was on the North-western corner of the Bihar Province. The River Gandak flows through this area. The river changed its course from time to time, leaving large lakes along its dried up courses. It was along the banks of these lakes the indigo factories were set up.

There were two towns and three thousands villages in Champaran. 98 per cent of the people out of the 2 million lived in villages. And most of them were Hindus. Indigo farming was going on there for almost two centuries.

In the beginning, the land was owned by the local people. But the white people from Britain grabbed the land and instead of the traditional sugar cane cultivation, the land grabbers compelled the people to enter into indigo cultivation.

The British Indigo planters coerced the poor people to grow indigo on 15 per cent of their land and part with the whole crop for rent. Indigo cultivation was profitable only for the British. The local peasants had only misery and penury and poverty.

It was on hearing about this predicament of the poor farmers there that Gandhi decided to go there. He left for Champaran along with a person of Bihar named Rajkumar Shukla.

Babu Rajendra Prasad, who was to become the chairman of the Constituent Assembly for drafting a constitution for the new Republic of India, and who became the first President of the Republic of India, was not there, as he was practicing in the far away Patna as an advocate. He was a special person with lot of interest in public affairs and so Gandhi went straight to his house to find that he was away in Patna.
