<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>World has many cultures and customs , every culture has its own kind of music sense . Language and the accent on language change after every few kilometres , so as our music &amp; it&#8217;s style . But there is an interesting fact about music that we may not understand the song of other languages or of other cultures but if we listen it deeply , We are going to understand the emotions behind the song . After listening to it for just one or two times , We are surely gonna feel that which kind of theme this song is having , the emotions behind it . It means our culture may be different but we are united by our emotions , that&#8217;s the power of emotions . We could activate this power from music . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Now , We could use this power to motivate us and that&#8217;s for maximum time . When we say music , It&#8217;s not only one genre of songs . It includes all sorts of music of societies . It could be cultural music which differs from place to place or instrumental music or songs of any languages . I believe music is there in every one&#8217;s life . It is possible that one may not like Bollywood or Hollywood songs but he must like the another kind of music . It maybe his own cultural theme of music (of his roots) , like it&#8217;s ‘Nattupurapaattu’ for a Tamil guy &amp; ‘Haryanvi Ragini’ for a Haryanvi guy . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Same way , If a person doesn&#8217;t like the pop songs , he may like sad songs &amp; if a person doesn&#8217;t like sad / emotional songs , He may like romantic songs . Further , If a person doesn&#8217;t like songs at all , He may like the playing of any music instrument . It maybe guitar , harmonium , flute or something else but somewhere we are connected to music . Let we jump on the music and motivation .</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>When we listen to our favourite music , It gives us happy feelings , It boosts up our energy and emotional level . We start feeling good even if we were in bad mood . Music has that power to enhance our spirit level in short time , provided you listen to your favourite music . You could find a list of motivational songs on Internet as well . Adding to this , when we watch the video (video song) as well , it makes the double impact , when we have visuals along with audio . It attracts our mind more &amp; make sensing in short time . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>It happens because we attach our emotions to the emotions which are going on in the song , we make it one . We get into the aura which is created in the song . If the song is based on 1990s , We get back in that time and forget the reality for sometime or as long as the song goes . We start feeling good because we get into a fantasy world , which is created by a group of teams . But , why don&#8217;t to use it , if it is a great help for stress relief . It gives us instant result in short time but lasts for short time as well because once the song ends we get back in reality . <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>By saying long &#8211; time motivation in the prospective of music , I mean to keep the energy and motivational level up even when you are not listening to music . It is quite possible for us and sometimes we do this . In the first part , I asked about the motivation by listening to music . In this part , I&#8217;m talking about the motivation by humming music / song . Everyone has a list of his favourite music / songs of any genre . There are always some songs / music which is related to our childhood . Where ever we get to hear to that song or music , instantly we get back into our childhood , the sweet memories , happy memories and again our mind goes back into fantasy world and we get away from the stress and extra burden of mind . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You could use this method intentionally as well , that whenever your mood is off just remember that song or music &amp; get back into your childhood . After that , You would get motivational energy and happy feelings . You may have experienced it many times that you hum a song in the night and you remember the song very first in the next morning . When we love something , It has the power to control our mind , then why not to use this power in the positive way , for self improvement . It&#8217;s not about only songs , even music of any movie , TV telecast could motivate you in different ways . Imagine , You were having a favourite superhero in your childhood days . It was your most favourite TV telecast and you used to like it so much . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>There was a title track of that telecast . When it used to start , the title track used to come first before every episode . If you hear the title track anywhere , You get into that era &amp; start remembering the good work done by your superhero in that TV telecast . It is just a nostalgic moment . Now , You could use these feelings for your self &#8211; motivation . It&#8217;s all the act of imagination . Whenever you want to make your mood good &amp; happy , start humming the title track of that TV broadcast or music related to any TV telecast or movie , which is going to make you remember your favourite scenes and let you feel fresh &amp; stress free . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>In general , We&#8217;ve a list of our favourite music , songs in every stage of life . Let&#8217;s say if you are into your professional life , then you could imagine your favourite music and songs of your school days or your colleges times . So , that is going to give us immense peace and relax of mind . If you are above 50 of age , You could remember your favourite music when you just started your job or when you were 35 of age . In whatever age you are , when you look 8 or 10 years back or more in regard of your favourite music and songs of that time , You start remembering the picture of the time &amp; like it so much .</strong></p>

All along , there is a serious warning attached to it . You couldn&#8217;t travel through fantasy world all the time . It&#8217;s a real world and you have to live in the real world . But only sometimes when it&#8217;s a stressful or depression like situation for you , there you could use this fantasy world for your progress , for your benefit . I never advocate the idea to not facing the real world . It would harm your social image .</strong></p>

But there was a thing, a secret killer, which forced me to wake up till midnight and get up at 8:30 in the next morning. Again, that popular secret killer stopped my time from 8:30 to 9:15 &amp; my day started at 9:15. It didn&#8217;t happen all of sudden, it was the result of following same schedule for last many days. Here, what surprises more is that even after strong decision making, I was unable to hit the hay on time.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>You would wonder for a second that how come I am saying that enough of knowledge or stop getting knowledge , after more than 80 blogs in which I shared some sort of knowledge only . In general , If we hear somewhere that stop gaining knowledge , naturally , We are going to take it negatively that knowledge is about to gain how could we stop taking knowledge . But , In this blog , We are gonna talk about certain times when we&#8217;ve to stop gaining knowledge .</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Such times if you don&#8217;t stop taking knowledge it becomes mess in your mind . There is a saying that no knowledge is a waste . I firmly believe on this saying that whatever knowledge we get in our life is never to go waste . We get time at least once , when we&#8217;ve to use that knowledge . All along , there are times when we need to say no to new knowledge , when we need to say to ourselves that it&#8217;s enough of knowledge . When all should we say this &amp; why should we say this , Let&#8217;s know it .</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>When we gain many ideas / knowledge in a short span of time but unable to manage it in our mind , that time we&#8217;ve to stop gaining knowledge . Every knowledge is useful as we discussed earlier that no knowledge is a waste . But sometimes , our mind is unable to adjust to the knowledge we get . Our mind is unable to follow a single knowledge because it is confused with many knowledges . In such a situation , It becomes a mess in our mind and the results are worst . We are going to end up in immense stress and mind disturbance . We would be unable to focus our mind on a particular thing , on a particular work because our mind is fighting with different ideas or knowledge which we&#8217;ve given to it . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Such a situation could happen to many aspects of our life , like if you want to cook a new dish but don&#8217;t know the recipe . You go to Internet and start watching videos related to that particular dish that how to prepare it . You watch many videos one after another . All along , You get videos notification in sidebar related to other dishes . You click on that and start watching those videos as well . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>So , after sometime your mind is going to be in a confused state because you have many ideas / knowledge in the same time and it is hard to decide that which knowledge to accept &amp; which to ignore / reject because all are related to each other . After that if you continue to gain knowledge , It is going to be a trouble in your mind so better you say to your mind that it&#8217;s enough of knowledge , It&#8217;s time to relax . </strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>When we talk about today&#8217;s world , It&#8217;s quite easy to get knowledge . We get into such a situation easily today that we get knowledge even when we don’t need it . Sometimes , We&#8217;ve to take it even when we are not ready for it . Thanks to easy access to Internet and social media that we get knowledge , Ideas on any topic of the world quite easy and there is no limitation for it . If you are not fulfilled with one video / article , then you could watch as many videos or go through as many articles as you wish . There is no limitation of knowledge at all . </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Therefore , In such a scenario you&#8217;ve to take a call yourself . Whenever you feel that it&#8217;s burden of knowledge on you , You are getting knowledge unnecessarily then you&#8217;ve to say yourself that it&#8217;s enough of knowledge , You&#8217;ve to relax . You must be courageous enough to stop using the source of knowledge at the moment . If you are watching videos one after another then you must stop it at the moment and relax your mind and body . Knowledge gaining is extreme important part of our life . If you don&#8217;t gain knowledge you&#8217;re nowhere . At the same time , I say , there are some situations when there is overflowing of knowledge . We get it when we don&#8217;t need it , here we gotta say &#8216;Enough of Knowledge&#8217; .</strong></p>

Those who are away from Delhi, they must have travelled in Delhi Metro Rail at least once in their life, if they don&#8217;t then they must have heard of or have an idea of Delhi Metro that how does it operate, what is its average speed &amp; what all facilities Delhi Metro having. After graduation he went to Mumbai to pursue his dream of becoming an actor. He joined a private firm to survive in Mumbai. His salary was just Rs. 500 and he lived with six boys in one room kitchen apartment. He would get up at 5 am and hit gym for two hours and then leave for work. His daily routine was to go office to office and drop off his pictures. He used to try to make small talks with people to make contacts. To initiate conversation, he would ask for a glass of water or someday he had to drink fourty glasses of water. While trying his luck in acting he continued to do modelling assignments in hope of getting break in acting. His hard work paid off, he got a role in Tamil movie called Kallazhagar and got 11,000 as signing amount. Later he did Telugu, Punjabi, Hindi movies and made big name in Bollywood and Tollywood.</strong></div>

He privatized the migtrants problems over his own health. To make migrants meet their families, Sonu has kept himself at distance from his own family owning to his regular visit to migrants in buses and at railway platforms. He provided them with food, water, masks etc. &amp; sent them to their homes by bus and even by planes with proper social distancing. He airlifted more than 160 Odisha girls, who were working in a factory in Kerala. The actor arranged special aircraft and got the Kochi and Bhubaneswar airport opened during the nationwide lockdown, after taking several permission from the state governments.</strong></div>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nick Vujicic, world renowned motivational speaker, evangelist, coach, actor, entrepreneur and New York Times best selling author.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>World saw him without limbs but he saw himself without limits. Not even he overcame his physical disability but also helped millions to break their mental barriers.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>On 4 december 1982, Nick Vujicic was born in Melbourne, Australia. He was born with Tetra Amelia syndrome, a rare disorder which is characterized by the absence of arms and legs. Initially his mother was so terrified with the news that her child was born without arms and legs but with two small feets that she even refused to hold him. Eventually his parents accepted the reality and took it as God&#8217;s plan for their child.</strong></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Vujicic&#8217;s toes of one feet were fused, which were separated by an operation. This operation helped him to use his toes as fingers to operate electric wheelchair, mobile phone, computer and even to write.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nick was a healthy child, except his physical disability. He was born without any mental impairment, in fact with strong mental ability.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Victoria State law didn&#8217;t allow him to take admission in mainstream school because of his physical disability. After change in legislation, he became the first physically disabled student of Australia to study in a regular school.</strong></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Vujicic&#8217;s disability attracted a number of bullies in school. Constant persecution convinced him to  think that he was a mistake and left him depressed. At the tender age of eight he felt worthless, hopeless and started considering the idea of taking his own life. When he was just ten years old, he attempted suicide by drowning himself into the bathtub. This incident made him realize how much his parents loved him and his suicide would only leave greater burden on his parents, so he changed his mind.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nick realized that listening to other&#8217;s opinion is the root cause of his problems. He refused to let people decide his worth. He committed himself to keep trying, no matter what comes in his way. His strong belief in God strengthened him to not give up and he started to feel limitless instead of considering himself helpless.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>He joined Runcorn State High School, Queensland, Australia for higher education. Nick became head boy of the school and also part of the student council which was involved in humanitarian activities. He started to deliver talks in his prayer group when he was just seventeen. While pursuing his bachelor degree in commerce from Griffith University in Queensland, he worked on his speaking skills with help of a speaking coach.</strong></p>

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The best selling author received Australian young citizen award in 1990.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>In 2005, Nick Vujicic founded a non profit organisation called &#8216;Life Without Limbs&#8217; to run campaigns against bullying and spread his message of hope and faith. He was nominated for the young Australian of the year award in the same year.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>In 2007, he founded a secular motivational speaking company called <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJCFruKJrDxmI26fIhFEMMQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8216;Attitude is Altitude&#8217;</a> to bring a positive difference in the world and empower students across the globe to reach their goals.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>The motivational speaker has done his own music videos and acted in a short independent movie called The Butterfly Circus and won 30 awards including the  best actor award for the same.</strong></p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nick Vujicic has traveled more than sixty countries across the globe and has addressed teenagers, adults professionals and school children as well. He has delivered over three thousand talks so far and his greatest strength of audiences was 1,10,000 people.</strong></p>
