join us for this outdoor afternoon photo session, featuring both a park and an urban location.

Conceived by our senior photographer, Greg McElrath, this shoot offers two background styles in one session. After meeting at the studio, we'll walk over to the Sussex neighborhood park, taking advantage of the beautiful spring colors and blossoms. Then we'll head back to our studio where we'll shoot on our rooftop against the more urban, grunge background. (See samples above.)

Recommended apparel for the rooftop is hip-hop or grunge. Apparel for the outdoor park settomg should reflect a lighter mood and colors. It's always best to avoid strong patterns.

Commencement Collages

At the Shaker Heights High School commencement, we were able to take two pictures of each graduate. The first picture captures you walking across the stage to receive your diploma. The second picture captures you holding up your diploma.

Tips For Great Senior Portraits

When preparing for your senior session,

here are some tips to help make your session terrific.

· Solid colors photograph better than patterns. Please bring at least 2 outfits in solid colors

· Make sure your clothes are ironed. Wrinkles will show.

· Make sure to coordinate your outfits from head to toe. Photographer will take a variety of poses from close up, ¾ length and full length, so feet will show.

· Make sure your hair is dry and styled before arriving. Be careful of trying new haircuts right before your session. Get your haircut a week before your session.

· Limit your time in sun before your session. Tan lines and sunburn will show. There are additional fees to remove tan lines.

· Make your hands and nails are clean, trimmed and well manicured. If painting your nails, make sure it coordinates with your outfits.

· Braces can be removed, but are costly and time consuming. We suggest if possible to have them removed before your session.

Guys:

· A fresh shave is a must! Five O’clock shadow will show and cannot be removed

· Also make sure your shirt fits properly, especially if wearing with a tie. A shirt that is too tight or too big around the neck will not photograph well.

Formally address your mailing envelopes using titles like "Mr & Mrs" and spelling out words like Street and Avenue.
